This Hudson is part of a national chain of airport shops that offer universal products. They have bottled Coca-Cola(r) beverages, candies, popcorn in larger bags which is single serve size for me. Besides their standard best seller books and magazines, they offer several classics with what seems like a good simulated leather cover. They also offer souvenir sweatshirts and travel needs like pillows, small dose medications. Accessible open entry. Accessible restrooms nearby in Therminal B

Lots of California-themed souvenirs to pick. The snacks are overpriced per usual. Self-checkout lanes move faster than the lone cashier.

Left my headphones at home. Stopped in to purchase something inexpensive. All listed on tags were $30.99. Great, went to pay and they were $65.00. Talked to management to honor there pricing and they refused. I have worked retail for over 30 years. Airports stores should still honor there pricing. To say the least, I didn't buy.

I was treated rudely by a man working at the airport gate 21 store on Monday at 2:45. He was visiting for a very long time with a person who was off duty about football. He refused to help when asked if he knew if they had any finger files. This is bad for business. He said he wasn’t familiar with the products. Then he brushed me off rudely.
