Huli Huli Hut

My husband and I have been coming to Galveston for a long time, and this was our first trip to Huli Huli Hut. It was recommended by some friends for a couple of years and we just never did come here. Well, let me tell ya, it was so good. It was getting fairly busy when we showed up on a Thursday late afternoon. We didn't have to wait to get seated. The server was quick with menus and getting our drink orders. We had our drinks within 5 minutes, and our food order was quick getting out as well. We decided to split an order of Daredevil Huli Hut fish tacos and started with Boudin Balls. Our food came out hot and delicious. Their wait staff was wonderful and very engaging. We highly recommend for your visit to the island.

Love this hidden gem in Galveston Texas we stumbled upon exploring the city before our cruise! Stopped in and checked it out before returning for Happy Hour drinks and food. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and the service and atmosphere were great! Highly recommend and will return myself when I’m back in town.

We brought our fish from the boat today for a catch and cook. What a great plate of food. The nachos are awesome too. Fun place with the live music. Will definitely be back.

Love this restaurant! Food is amazing, sevice is great, live music enhances the atmosphere even more. Shout out to Tiffany for taking the time to help me figure out a cocktail that I love that wasn't on the menu. (Give her a bonus for being mentioned and any other mentioned employees) Everyone here works their butt off and I have never had a bad experience in the multiple times I've come. When crawfish is in season, this is by far my favorite place to come. My husband and I probably come once a week it's that delicious and such a great atmosphere.

Was recommended to eat here after catching fish with a service. The chef did well with the fish provided and it came with 3 different types of sides. Plus ordered some mozzarella sticks and a burger with fries. All tasty👌

I was in Galveston for 2 days and ate here both times! The crawfish was delicious and well seasoned, we also had the boudin balls and they were so good too stuffed with cheese!

Nothing is better than having this place cook up your catch. I like mine blackened but fried it’s awesome too. Don’t forget the crawfish either for appetizer.Drinks are on point as well

My husband and I went to Huli Huli Hut because we heard that they had great crawfish. We came to their new location, which is the old Sharky’s building. Their menu had a lot of great options. We got the nachos, which weren’t the greatest but we didn’t mind. We’ll try a different appetizer next time. We ordered 5 lbs of crawfish between my husband and I and it was great. The crawfish were huge. We do wish they offered different types of seasoning and seasoned butter- but it didn’t ruin the dish. The atmosphere was great, we also had great service. I loved that they offered mocktails as I am pregnant and cannot drink. Pricing was wonderful and I felt like we got our money’s worth for sure. We visited in May and I do think it was a little warm inside, but hopefully they’ve adjusted this as it’s gotten hotter. We’ll be back again.
