A Magical Culinary Journey – Like a Studio Ghibli Dream! Dining at HUM SIGNATURE was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is stunning—a beautifully designed space that felt like stepping into a Studio Ghibli film, blending elegance with whimsy. We began our evening in a cozy waiting area, where we sipped on expertly crafted cocktails—the passion fruit with chili salt was a standout!Soon after, we were warmly greeted by our knowledgeable and enthusiastic waitress, Ms. Kieu Trang, who guided us through the evening with genuine passion. The 10-course tasting menu was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing locally sourced ingredients from across Vietnam—each dish was a masterpiece in flavor and presentation. We savored every bite over 2.5 hours, and the attentive Mr. Phuong Vu even checked in to ensure our experience was perfect. What impressed me most was how well they catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, making it a fantastic choice for any diner. A truly memorable, must-try experience in every way!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Wow!! What an amazing experience. The food was tasteful, creatively presented and refreshing. The ambiance was just ooooohhhh!! But most important were the people - Hang who greeted me up front and especially Thanh Hang (who was my hostess throughout the culinary journey!) - she was just so knowledgeable, efficient, and warm - it made all the difference!!! I hope everyone who visits Saigon will stop at Hum. You don’t want to miss it!

From the moment we walked into the building, the fragrance of fresh cinnamon and lemongrass blew me away. Got on the elevator went to the second floor the room opened into a chill laid back vibe with the smooth jazzy sound of Kenny G in the background! As we looked through the drink menu it detailed what was in the drink and what health benefits that were good for your body. We ordered our food as we waited the waiter bought us a fresh drink made of winter melon with sugarcane. It was so good! It wasn’t overly sweet but just right for me. Then the food began to come to our table. It looked just like the pictures in the menu book. I am so happy with our decision to eat here today! I’m quite sure we will be back we have five more days here in Vietnam 🇻🇳 if you want fresh healthy food please come dine and enjoy this place! Oh another drink I recommend is Pandan leaf with sugarcane! Enjoy!!!!

First the good part. Food is excellent. That said, it's a pretentious place that takes itself too seriously. If you are going to charge me US prices, I am expecting US portion sizes and level of service. Portions are too small. Most salads don't have a protein added so I asked them to add tofu to a salad and told them that I'm happy to pay for it. I was told that "if we do it for you, we'll need to do it for everyone". How hard can it be to add tofu on top of a salad? And Maybe you should think about it and just add protein options to your menu for added cost so there's no need to discuss. Eventually, they agreed and added tofu but it ruined the experience. And at the end of the meal with two salads and a fried rice, we're still hungry!

Quite a huge restaurant with shop on the ground floor, vegan cuisine on the 1st floor and Man Moi restaurant on the 2nd floor that we went. The mango salad and beef shank in star fruit hot pot that has a sour taste have some resemblance with Thai style but yet different. Seems to very popular with tourists. Will be back for more.

A great experience at Hum Vegetarian. A very unique idea and experience. The vegetarian food here is lovely. This is coming from a hardcore meat loving person. Simply great experience. Do try their tapioca noodles and the steamed egg... Yes, there is egg available here... But egg is vegetarian only!!! I have no qualms about that idea. Will I come here again? Absolutely.

There are some restaurants that you visit where you cant wait to add a review after your meal- one such amazing restaurant is Hum. The food menu was so unique and innovate and i will remember this meal for a long time it was super tasty. The staff was very kind and it was a wonderful meal overall! This restaurant is not just for vegetarians, they have challenged themselves through an outstanding menu that even meat lovers will enjoy a vegetarian meal and remember it! If you come to Ho chi, your trip is incomplete without a meal here:) Sour soup was the best dish for us. Worth the price!
