I haven't been this excited to try a newish brewery in quite some time. Known for their Czech style lagers using a side pour (lukr) method, I was like a kid in a candy store.
Coming from their newest tap room location with both food and beer, I had a one track mind that day and stuck with vitamin B.
It seems perfect that this is one of the first brewery's to return to the Brewery district, but I hope it now starts a movement in the area.
The location was packed and they were slinging food on the Saturday that I was there leading to a bit of a chaotic, but lively environment.
For beer, I cannot recommend enough all the Czech lagers as they are poured from the lukr and are perfectly served in the proper stein. Most, Czech 10 and Tmavy 13 were my favorites of that style, but I have to say their other styles were also just as excellent. The Dresden Codex (Mexican lager) and the Dreams of Orgonon (IPA) were no slouch. In fact, the Dreams of Orgonon was one of my favorite IPAs I've had in recent memory.
Go to any Human Robot location and you will understand why I love this place so much. Every beer tasted was excellently executed perfect served. Something breweries often overlook.
