Humble House Taipei, Curio Collection by Hilton

Nico is awesome! We accidentally left a gift bag in the taxi from Songshan Airport to the hotel and, unfortunately, had no information about the driver. When we told Nico, he went above and beyond—he reviewed security footage to track down the taxi, and within an hour he notified us that the driver had returned the bag to the airport’s lost and found. Thanks to his effort, we were able to pick it up from the airport police the next day. Truly incredible service—someone give that man a raise! On top of that, the room was quiet and beautiful and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Excellent service from all staff members (especially Nico!). A wonderful stay all around.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Humble House Hotel over the weekend, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the celebration special. To my surprise and delight, the team arranged a beautiful birthday cake and made sure the moment was memorable. It’s rare to find such thoughtful gestures and genuine hospitality, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Humble House, for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The lobby was nice and spacious. The room itself was also nice. Roomy and had lots of mirrors. Our view was of the buildings next door (which we enjoyed). I liked that the windows were automatic. We enjoyed the pool area (although you do need to sign in everytime you use it). Unfortunately they didn't have a Jacuzzi or a sauna which is a bit of a let down. Service was good and location is really close to the MRT, shopping and Taipei 101.

I had a disappointing experience at the fitness center on October 4, 2025. The staff member was unprofessional and unwelcoming. As first-time visitors, we expected a basic introduction to the facilities, but instead, we encountered a cold and impatient attitude. When we inquired about the two-person limit, he simply repeated the rule without explaining its reasoning or offering alternatives. His rigid demeanor made us feel unwelcome, leading us to abandon our plans to use the facilities. For a boutique hotel in Taipei’s Xinyi District, this level of service is surprising and disappointing. I urge management to address this issue and improve staff training to meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel.

Humble House Taipei is a stylish and convenient choice in the heart of the city. I stayed in a Premium Room upgrade, which offered a spacious layout, modern décor, and great city views. The continental breakfast for Hilton Gold members was solid, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Taipei 101 and right above the lively Breeze District, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located base for exploring Taipei.

I stayed two nights at Humble House Taipei during my recent business trip to Semicon Taiwan. First impression — very happy with the location! Taipei City Hall MRT station is less than 5 minutes’ walk, and the hotel is surrounded by several great shopping malls. The room was beautifully designed, and I especially liked the working desk integrated with the window, which made it both comfortable and inspiring. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing — delicious food, great variety, and all the staff were warm and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back again with my family in March 2026!

Beautiful hotel. Location is a superb walking score for shopping. Taipei 101 is just a few blocks away. Room was clean and chock full of amenities. We needed to arrive a day earlier so added a day at the beginning of the stay. Richie at the front desk made sure everything was in order so that we didn’t have to change rooms for the extra night to start. At the end our stay, for an extra cost we were able to keep the room through until the evening which helps with a late night flight out. Breakfast buffet was very good. Omelette station caters to whatever the request is from simple fried eggs to Benedict. There’s an assortment of western and Asian foods. Nothing like a warm bowl of beef noodle soup. Highly recommend Humble House for everything you would want in accommodations.

I will rate the room and location 4.5 star . Was recommended this hotel by local and it was centrally situated and walking distance to multiple shopping malls. The concierge service is top notch and always ready to help and greet you warmly . The rooms has good facilities with standard coffee, tea, mini fridge , safe and iron. The bathtub is a tad small. I had to study during my trip and it was nice to study against the backdrop of Taipei 101. I am disappointed to not get the high floor as requested so it was distracting to see all the maintenance work at the pool some times. The lobby is spacious and siding get the chance to try their restaurants. All in all a comfortable stay and will be back .
