Humble House Taipei, Curio Collection by Hilton gave us a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Taipei 101 area, just steps away from shopping malls and city attractions. Service was professional and welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean and fairly spacious by Taipei standards. A highlight was the ample L‑shaped desk space in the room, perfect for working while enjoying the city view below. Breakfast was solid, and overall the hotel delivered on quality and convenience. One small nitpick: getting Uber orders can be a bit of a hassle since pickup is at the bell boy/valet drop‑off zone on the base level, not the same floor as the lobby. But aside from that, everything else was smooth and pleasant. Verdict: Great location, clean and spacious rooms, professional service, and thoughtful workspace design. A solid choice for both leisure and business stays in Taipei.

From Taipei Main Station, took the Bannan (blue line) mrt and get off at Taipei City Hall Station, from exit 3 - walked less than 10 minutes and arrived at Humble House Taipei hotel. Too early for my 3pm check in, deposited my luggage at the front desk and was given a ticket for pickup when I officially check in. The staff are well spoken in English. Great amenities like the gym, outdoor pool, on site restaurant and concierge. Booked the king deluxe room. When opened the door with a keycard and entered the room … smelled so good, as well as the bed neatly tucked, both the bed and pillows were soft. There was no need for me to bring toiletries because the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was provided. There was a coffee machine, electric kettle, mini bar and fridge. Japanese style toilet with bidet. Kids will enjoy the bathtub next to the glass door shower. Loved that there’s a work desk for my laptop, alarm clock, loveseat sofa, and the best feature was the automatic switch to open and close the blinds - amazed by the window view of Xinyi. The flat screen tv was on and you could read “Welcome” with your name. Very much recommend this hotel for people who travel solo and with family. Very convenient to just go down the hotel and walked right through the mall and restaurants. Very much appreciate the effort of the hotel staff and management. I’ve been to Hilton Hawaii and Palmer Chicago but so far … this is the best Hilton Hotel to stay in for an excellent service and amenities.

Great hotel, beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable rooms and location cannot be beat - smack bang in the heart of the Xinyi district. From parts of the hotel you have a close view of the Taipei 101 building and from our room on the 23rd floor you have a view of Taipei city. There’s plenty of department stores and restaurants around and it’s close to the MRT. The level of service was top notch. Staff all spoke great English. A special mention to Nico at concierge who after an incident was quick to act to help us - went up and beyond and for that we are deeply grateful.

We have stayed at Humble House for 3 nights with two seniors aged 84 and 90, and two couples (6 people) during Christmas. The staffs are so nice during our stays. Its really an amazing experience no matter the hotel environment, hotel room, gym room and the breakfast. We are highly recommended for this hotel and will choose it for next stay. it’s so convenient for shopping malls and michelin restaurants around the Humble House. our rooms overlooking to Taipei 101.

If location is your top priority—especially being in the heart of Xinyi—this hotel checks that box perfectly. You’ll be steps away from shopping, dining, and nightlife, which is a huge plus. That said, having stayed at numerous hotels across Taipei, I can confidently say there are better options for the price when it comes to amenities and service. This property lacks complimentary basics like toothbrushes, eye masks, face masks, and earplugs—items that most other hotels in the city provide without question. The checkout policy is also strict: miss the 12 PM deadline and expect a late fee. Many competitors offer at least an hour of grace, and as someone with status at both Marriott and Hilton, I found my Hilton perks here almost meaningless. On the bright side, the staff is professional and courteous, and the rooms—especially on higher floors—are spacious with great views. I was even upgraded for one night, which was a nice touch. Room service offers a solid selection, and while I didn’t try the on-site restaurants, they looked promising. Would I stay again? Only if I absolutely needed to be in Xinyi. For the price, I’d likely explore other options.

I stayed at Humble House over the weekend and had such a relaxing time! As a Diamond member, I got a complimentary drink, the drink was delicious and felt really high-end, and the bar had a great, chill atmosphere. The location is perfect, super convenient for getting around by bus or MRT, and you can easily walk to Taipei 101 and lots of tasty street food spots. The room was clean, bright, and had a beautiful view. The pool view was amazing, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. The staff were all very friendly and professional, making me feel really welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay in Xinyi!

First time to Taipei. First time ever staying at a Humble House Hotel. Property is part of the Hilton Family of Hotels, which reminds me I need to sign up and start earning points for future stays at other Hilton Properties around the world. Really liked this location. There are many malls around the area. Other big name hotels are also around the district. This was easy to get to Taipei Pride Parade which was held at the Civic Center that was walking distance to and from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Almost every morning I made downstairs. It was a total of 5 of us staying here. Me, my husband, my cousin and his partner and another friend all occupying 3 separate rooms. Would love to stay here again. Never once used the fitness center, it was definitely not on my agenda to workout on this trip.

Located in the Xinyi District of Taipei, this hotel is part of the Hilton portfolio, and provided an excellent hotel stay experience in a perfect location.||You enter on the ground (1st) floor and take the initial elevator to the 6th floor where you find the reception desk and restaurant. Once checked in you'll use separate elevator banks, and using your keycard you'll access your hotel room in the high-rise above. ||The hotel room is comfortable with good bedding and very nice bathroom. Be ready for the electric Toto toilet - it will automatically raise and lower the seat and offer bidet services. My perspective is that the room could be brighter - more lighting - but that's just me.||The hotel restaurant provides for a very good breakfast buffet - juices, fresh-grinding espresso/coffee machine, fresh fruits, salads, cereals, congee, Taiwan noodle soups, eggs cooked to order, hot items, smoked salmon sliders, yogurts, breads, and mini chocolate croissants. You will not go hungry and will start your day well-fed. ||The fitness center is just-right, with cable machine, free weights, treadmills, and stationary bikes. The swimming pool was closed during my stay. ||Here are the perfect location aspects >> walking distance to Taipei Metro Bannan (blue) Line at the Taipei City Hall Station (use exit 3)...surrounding the hotel are multiple shopping malls (I think it's called Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi Place multiple buildings and Breeze Xinyi) with high-end shops, restaurants, food courts, and more. In fact after the malls open at 11am, there is a covered outdoor walkway on the 2nd and 3rd floors where you may navigate all over the malls even if it's raining. Amongst the restaurants available are a Din Tai Fung location - get there early - a TimHoWan for Hong Kong dim sum, a Texas Roadhouse (right below the hotel 6th floor), a TGI Fridays, and lots more. Across the street in the BellaVita mall food court is a CEO Beef Noodle, which offers a clear broth beef noodle soup that is really delicious. Also in walking distance is the Taipei 101 Tower. ||Highly recommend.
