"Like the region’s famed surf breaks, craft breweries have become an integral part of the local landscape. Humble Sea stands out with exceptional New England-style IPAs; eye-catching graphics; and a pleasant, olive tree-shaded beer garden situated five blocks from the shore on the westside. The brand has expanded quite a bit since its start in 2015, but it’s worth visiting the original in Santa Cruz." - Dianne de Guzman, Paolo Bicchieri, Garrick Ramirez

Google
One of THE best… Greatest place to unwind, hang with friends, or just chill alone with thoughts of good measure. Most days there’s quality food trucks - variety of great pizza, fish and chips and tacos. Love this space 👊🏼

Google
Santa Cruz is a fantastic place to drink beer. The affordable prices and lively atmosphere make me feel good. This brewery sells 1 liter dark beer, and I fell in love with it. I would definitely visit this place again and try the different beers. And another advantage is that you can order from a food truck. It was great that the beer ordering and food ordering areas were separate so I didn't have to wait long.

Google
It's not hyperbole when I say that Humble Sea makes the best beer I've ever had. The bummer for me is that where I live it's hard to come by. That's why when I'm in Santa Cruz I make sure to stop by and stock up. I've only stayed and had a beer once at the brewery but it was nice and clean plus they have a decent sized patio. To be honest they could be selling the beer out of the back of a van by the train tracks and I'd still go there.

Google
I had a great time at this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, food trucks are available, and it's very pet-friendly. They offer a wide variety of beers, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Google
Small but welcoming brewery with a very nice beer garden :) no wine and minimal sours or ciders here so heads up if you’re looking for variety with a bigger party. Nice staff who know how to make recommendations. Decent pricing. They do flights it’s just not on the menu. Food trucks every night :) nice lighting outside but no heaters just a heads up.

Google
Great brewery, lots of IPA options!Good food truck options that switch every day.

Google
Made a pit stop on the way down to Monterey and so glad we did! Cute, nautical decor, friendly and knowledgeable bartender, and the beer was fantastic. Tried the non-alcoholic fog water, too, which had a light but bright flavor.

Yelp
First visit was a great one! Weather was cool breezy, beer was fresh off the draft and delicious ! Fish and Chips from food truck completed the coastal experience! Also, service was good with friendly helpful staff.... I'll definitely be making my way back next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Took a spontaneous drive to Santa Cruz for an overnight getaway, and had to make a stop at Humble Sea Brewery before heading back north on Highway 1. I've taken a shine to Humble Sea's outpost in Alameda, but the mothership in Santa Cruz is always a great destination whenever I'm there. Let's get one thing out of the way right off the bat... parking is no picnic here as there really is no parking other than street parking in the industrial zone where the brewery calls home. You are often competing with big rigs coming up and down the street from Mission Street/Highway 1. There's also not a dedicated crosswalk in front of the brewery so mind yourself. However once inside, those pesky details fade away. Humble Sea has a small taproom with a high bar and seating and some low bar seating. It's a great place to park your behind and get lost in the delicious offerings on tap. You'll find a selection of the current brews on draft, with full or half pours or tasters. If the weather is cooperating, outdoor seating is awesome and comfortable, and makes access to the taco truck very convenient. I arrived early as I had checked out of my hotel and was about to head back up Highway 1 to home, so the place was almost empty. But once I pulled up to the high bar seat, the bartender was all smiles and very welcoming. I asked about the Walkmanatee stout in the 16oz bottle, and she grabbed that for me to go. This is a collab with Cerebral Brewing and was aged in bourbon & apple brandy barrels & finished on 8 different types of vanilla. It clocks in at 14% ABV. Needless to say I didn't have any before my drive or I'd be in the Pacific Ocean by now. But this will be strategically opened when I need my brain fogged. And of course I had to grab a Humble Sea tee before leaving as the hammerhead logo was too good to pass up. A great Santa Cruz institution and I look forward to having more time to drain a few pints while there on my next visit.

Yelp
Love the Santa Cruz main location, been going for years. Such a great place to hang out, drink beer and people watch. The pop up on the pier was a fun surprise. Obsessed with socks and sandals double IPA, and hubby and I had to get the shirts (remeniscent of Bob's burgers ).

Val S.

Yelp
Good beers, great food trucks, lots of space outdoors. I went when they had a pizza food truck and the pies were delicious. The service was friendly both inside the brewery and outside at the food truck. Go on a nice day since most of their space to have a beer is outside. Dogs, kids welcome. Non-alcoholic drinks available.

Amber C.

Yelp
I love the fact that you can get flights here! 4-6 little glasses i enjoy trying all the different tastes and styles. The folks here are super nice and the patrons range from families to singles to oldies. (Im in the later and felt super comfy). I wish the outside was a bit more inviting. They also have trucks providing food making for a nice day. Go enjoy

Samantha F.

Yelp
I cannot believe I have not written a review for Humble Sea. I love grabbing a beer and snacks after hitting up Natural Bridges. The beer is a treat especially for Monday happy hours. The empanadas are so so and wayy too pricey for the small size. The Mexican food & fish + chips food trucks are amazing. I have never seen a chile rellano burrito & I wish that it was a staple for Mexican foods. The pizza tent is also fairly good altho pizza is not my fave. Nevertheless, I enjoy the mellow, casual, outdoor vibe & will continue to visit on our beach days out!

Daisy S.

Yelp
Looooved this brewery! I've been drinking the beer at local spots in the SJ area and finally decided to drive down to SC to visit their taproom. It's a perfect day time activity to do with family and friends. They have a huge outdoor seating area and it's pet friendly. The Scrumptious fish and chips food truck was serving food on a Saturday afternoon (the food was delicious!!). Humble sea just rolled out their Super Pops Pink Lush which is part of their smoothie series. Ugh it's so good!! I could drink this refreshing and fruity beer all day. I like that they have the option of 5 oz drafts because I got to sip on different beers before I selected one. Can't wait to go back!

Amanda S.

Yelp
This place is great! The beers are amazing! Customer service isn't great but it's a cool place to hang out.

Maruko X.

Yelp
Ambiance: only few tables indoor, most tables are outside, good for large group hangout, however, the heaters are not turned on and it's very cold at night Service: fairly fast although not so patient, rushed cleaning the tables for the cups Drink: limited choices for draft beer Penelope Pils - ** Decocted German Pilsner with Noble Hops * 5.1% ABV, meh Dunkel (Guest Beer - Bierstadt Lagerhaus) - **** Lager - Munich Dunkel - 6% ABV, recommend The Penske File (Guest Beer - Faction Brewing) - *** Pale Ale - American - 5.8% ABV, average Sharks In Sneakers - ** TDH West Coast IPA with Mosaic, Cashmere, Motueka & Wai-iti * 6.8% ABV, bitter Price: affordable prices but mediocre quality, each drink costs about $7~$8

Yelp
The humble Sea brewery has been expanding a lot for the last couple of years. The one in Santa Cruz is the first one we ever visited and the one we come back to most often. All of their locations are a little unique. They recently opened one on the wharf in Santa Cruz. it has potential but they really have a challenge with all of the seagull "business", that covers most of the tables and chairs. Otherwise it's a great view of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. All of that said there beers are among our favorite and the service is always fast and friendly. The locations that have food are good too. They are smart in keeping their menus relatively simple or simply bringing in food trucks to offer different dining options. All in all highly recommend visiting any humble brewery you have the opportunity to.

Sameera K.

Yelp
Stopped into Humble Sea on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch with our dog. It was busy, but we were able to find a table easily. We had a Czech pilsner, a flight, a cider, and the Vin Pinot - a sour refermented with pinot grapes. Everything we tried was good! Not the most impactful pils that we've ever had, and the cider was a little sweet, but overall enjoyed everything. We also loved the food truck: Scrumptious Fish & Chips! A little pricey, but good portion sizes. The food truck line took 10 mins plus a 20 min wait, but that's an easy price to pay on a sunny afternoon at a brewery.

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Every single time my husband and I make our way over to Santa Cruz, we ALWAYS find a way to work in a stop at Humble Sea. We love it for the vibes, the abundance of outdoor seating and the multitude of high quality foggy/hazy IPAs on tap. Also worth mentioning for me - I love their branding, punny beer names and packaging. It's all so aesthetically pleasing & cute! Socks and Sandals Foggy IPA will always be one of my favorites. I'm currently pregnant, so at our last visit, I could only partake in Fog Water. I'd appreciate (more) NA beers on the menu in the future! We supported them throughout COVID by purchasing cans and will continue to do so!

Mikaela M.

Yelp
Cute little brewery with good beer and a food truck outside. Nice patio with heat lamps. Clean bathroom. Kid friendly.

Aly A.

Yelp
Let me just start by saying I love Humble Sea Beer. Whenever I'm in Santa Cruz it's a must visit . So of course we had to stop by this time for some cold ones . The Brewery looked different this time. The outside looked like it needed some love . The restrooms inside are a mess one of the doors did not lock and the walls are so dirty . I was expecting more of this brewery maybe because I love the beer and I been here before but this time it was a different experience. The service was cold not inviting. We sat outside in the patio this brewery is dog friendly we saw so many cute furry friends . They had this Mexican food truck outside called the The Real Taco it was delicious . Overall I love their beers wish they maintain and upkept their locations so that we could enjoy coming to their breweries and have friendlier staff.

Yelp
**Overall: 4.5 stars** Venue: 5 stars Tons of seating, a large space to accommodate small to large parties, cool vibe, lots of customers from families with babies to young athletes who rode there on bikes. Food and drinks: 5 stars Brews on tap were varied and tasty. The pork empanada was also hot, and it hit the spot! Order process: 3.5 stars You stand in line and someone takes your order, but if it's your first time there or you don't know what to order, the assistance you get is more blind guessing than relaxing tastes like at other breweries. Since we couldn't sample any of our interested brews on tap, we opted to purchase a flight (4 small glasses). It was enjoyable and tasty; the ordering process just wasn't my favorite.

Derek T.

Yelp
This is a great spot! Great hazys and a decent selection of other beers. There is food to order through the food truck in the parking lot. Not sure if the truck changes daily or weekly but it was a solid taco truck. You can also order empanadas inside that come from a neighboring business. They were good, especially the pork! The outdoor seating closest to the brewery entrance is cool, with tables near/under trees. There's more seating out in a parking lot area. Not the most well decorated out there but it is covered and there is ample seating. I'd go back for sure!

Connie C.

Yelp
Stumbled across humble sea brewery during a visit to Santa Cruz. I like this location better than the boardwalk location as it has true brewery vibes. The downside though is that it's in a busy street next to the railroad tracks which isn't ideal for families with small kids. They offer empanadas and have a food truck on the daily. We visited when the taco food truck was there and the tacos were solid! We will be back!

David M.

Yelp
Went there before a Santa Cruz Warriors game. Great area and a food truck that was delicious. Service was nice and great place to sit and relax. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Funny enough, this brewery is literally down the street from where I grew up. Obviously I wouldn't have cared when I was a kid (if craft beer had even been a thing back then) - as an adult, though, every time I come back to Santa Cruz to visit family, I *mean* to check this brewery out, but I keep not actually making it. Well, a couple months ago, I finally actually made it. (It helped I was there a random weekend in October, rather than during the holidays like usual, when hours are all weird.) Anyway, it is your usual order at the front sort of place - I was happy it's also the sort of place that lets you get tasters in any configuration, not just pre-set flights (or worse, only serving full pints - I want to try all of a new brewery's beer, you can't do that if they only serve pints!) Each 5oz pour had a different price, ranging from $3.50-4.50. Super friendly people, and tons of space (though mostly outside), so it would be a great place to hang out for a bit. They do have a fish & chips truck every weekend, with fairly reasonable prices for Santa Cruz - it looked great, but we already had lunch plans that day. I will have to try it sometime though. Beer-wise, they specialize in hazies, so if you weren't into that style, they'd have a much smaller menu than if you do, at least when I was there. I like hazies fine, so I tried a couple. Personally thought their flagship hazy was just ok - the double hazy I tried, though, I thought was wonderful. (Though it's likely they have a totally different beer list by now - it looks like that sort of brewery. I also tried a totally wonderful ESB that isn't on their current list.) If I lived in this area as an adult, I would definitely be there all the time.

Yelp
Killer beer, but odd staff vibes... Loved the beer flight, but was hoping for some more positive interactions with bartenders.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Super chill spot to enjoy some good brews. While there is limited indoor seating (two tables), there is plenty of outdoor seating. You can order at the counter inside or with a QR code at your table. Receiving your order after ordering from the QR can range to about 5-10 minutes. They don't allow outside food as there is always a food truck on site: pizza, tacos or fish and chips depending on the day. Although the menu tends to be very hoppy and hazy, they do have some sours and milkshakes to shake it up. I love the Boatloads of Nelson. For those that are not huge fans of beer, try the Super Pops! Liquid Sunshine. It tasted like juice but clocked in at 8%. We asked the employees for any board or yard games but both of the employees we asked replied, "We can't have nice things." And shared how they used to have a basketball for their hoop, table top games and board games but that customers did not use them appropriately. Bummer. But we still enjoyed our visit.

Andrew S.

Yelp
Lots of selections for beer, it was my 1st time here so I went with their classic brews that are almost always on tap. Took a few 4-packs to go as well. They go heavy on the Double IPAs which was great for me. Plenty of outdoor dog-friendly seating and they seem to have a food truck almost every day!

Jen H.

Yelp
Hop Fog ftw! That was our favorite beer! Less one star bc they don't have a kitchen with a set menu, but they have a rotating food truck. Depending what day of the week you go, you may get tacos or fish and chips.

Ash R.

Yelp
This place is one of my favorite breweries and I'm not a huge beer person. Their beers are so fresh and so flavorful. They're also extremely unique. They have a good variety of beers from stouts to sours, there's something here for everyone. They did have a cider + a seltzer last I went, but I know their menu rotates. The service is ok too, you order right when you go in and they give you your drinks there itself. They did allow us to taste. The ambiance is really good because there's a back part thats open with food trucks. Overall, I've definitely been to Santa Cruz Simply to come to this gem and would come here multiple times over.

Nohemy C.

Yelp
I'm glad we finally went to this place we would pass on our way to Natural Bridges State Park. I personally loved their Penelope and Priya Pilsners and would go back for more. I saw someone order a blue kombucha beer that looked like a one of those slurpees from childhood so definitely want to check that out next time. We also ordered their chicken and pork empanadas while we waited for the daily food truck to open at noon. Both were authentic Argentinian style with plenty of filling and a freshly made taste. Our toddler loved the chicken one. On Sat & Sun, they have a Fish & Chips food truck with delicious fish! The fries were thick steak cut fries. This was a pleasant surprise because not all fish and chips are yummy. This food truck had a Indian cuisine flair. There are plenty of spots in the neighborhood so definitely a worthwhile area to visit in Santa Cruz!

Misha T.

Yelp
Very solid beer + taco truck and what else do you really need? I've had their beer before in the can and this was my first time at the brewery, which hosted welcome drinks for my friend's wedding. Their private event space is great and the bartenders were super friendly.

Ivy B.

Yelp
Fantastic IPAs and Hazy IPAs. Lots of outdoor seating with heaters at night. Different rotating food trucks.

Bill C.

Yelp
How have I not reviewed this place? I really dig Humble Sea. It's such a chill spot to relax with a pint or two of beer outside, in the shade and enjoy life for a bit. The last time I was there was early in the afternoon, so it was not crowded. But it did fill up so we gladly shared our table with some other folks. It turned in to a nice conversation over a few pints of some of the best foggy style IPAs around. Good folks, good spot, good beer. Yup, I'll be back again.

Robert F.

Yelp
Beautiful building in an industrial area of Santa Cruz. A few tables by the bar area, more tables upstairs and a lot of outdoor seating. Friendly beer tenders pour tasty beers and rotating food trucks dish up food outside on the patio. Great selection of hazy and west coast IPA's, even a lager, Pilsner and kolsch. If you like beer don't pass by this place

Mckenna M.

Yelp
I'm not a beer connoisseur, but I think Humble Seas is pretty good. Their most popular beer is the Socks & Sandals and I thought it was pretty good. It hit the spot on the very weirdly humid and tropical day we just had (Thank you Hurricane Hilary). If you're stuck on what to get you can ask to try and the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The outdoor seating is super nice and I love the decor with the wood and plants everywhere. Definitely a solid place to hang out with friends/catch up.

Jeffery L.

Yelp
This is a great little spot to hit while in Santa Cruz. I was here for a tour of the UCSC campus. Only three people could go so dad was the odd man out. Lucky me - hit a local coffee shop and then went to try this place before picking up the family. The woman working was very nice and created a great flight for me. Let me kill a lot of time "working" without any pressure to move along. Wi-Fi sucked, but I always have other options so not a big deal. I will be back and if my kid decides to go here I will become a regular.

Leslie S.

Yelp
We stopped by Humble Sea Brewery while visiting Santa Cruz. There is ample outdoor seating available. There are a lot of picnic style tables and a handful of wooden tables. Some of the tables had umbrellas for shade, but not all of them. The interior seating is very limited and feels a little crammed since the inside of the brewery is mostly their serving counter and 2 bathrooms. The inside is cute with a beachy/sea vibe. They have different food trucks as their food option. When we were there, it was a taco truck. They also have Fonda Felix empanadas available to purchase, which I discovered are delicious. We tried a flight of beer from Humble Sea. We tried the Playita (mexican lager), Socks and Sandals (IPA), Juice Bag (DIPA), and Penelope Pils (a german pilsner). I enjoyed both of the IPAs and ended up ordering a pint of the juice bag. The beers were all very easy to drink. This was a fun spot to have a beer at and would come back again.

Dave R.

Yelp
I love this place! Every time we come to Santa Cruz, we come to Humble Sea. The ambiance is great, the people serving beer are great, and they usually have a nice food truck! Always recommend this place.

Laura E.

Yelp
Humble Seas is such a fun place! They have a small inside and a large outside seating area that has heaters for the winter. The night I went, there was a Mexican food truck that was a highlight of our trip! I would honestly go back just for the food. But the beer was great too! We were each able to make our own flight. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Jose A.

Yelp
I gotta say this place was great. Beer was excellent and it's located right off of hwy 1. You do have to park on the street, which we came on cold season and it was easy access. However I'm sure this changes during warmer season and more people are wanting to sit outside and enjoy delicious beer. I did enjoy the beer, perfectly balanced and was great with the homemade Tortillas tacos al pastor I had from the food truck next door. I truly enjoyed the outside sitting, I can only imagine this place popping during summer time! Since we came on winter time, we saw a bunch of Heaters on the tables, as well as the stands, but none had propane ... that was a bit of a bummer since it was 60* and a bit windy at 1pm. None the less, if we are coming through Santa Cruz again during summer time, we know where to come and try good beer next!

Emeline F.

Yelp
Take this review with a grain of salt, since I don't drink alcohol, so I'm clearly missing the point of Humble Sea. Still, I find it a pleasant place to stop after walk or bike in the area (from Wilder Ranch along HW1 on the bike path of the sunny day is lovely). When I went there today, there was pizza outside, I don't know if that's reliable, but the pizza was good. The large was a bit bigger than a large dinner plate, so one large pizza to one or two people. The outdoor seating was busy and could have used a couple more tables. The overflow seating is in a blocked off parking lot which doesn't haven the nicest ambiance, but was better than running out of space to be sure. Small weird complaint, but an open top trash can outside would have been nice since I didn't want to lift the dirty lid and then eat more food. There was no music playing outside, which I appreciated since people talking made comfortable levels of background noise. There's street parking nearby, but on nice days it can get quite busy. There's also off street parking but I believe it's reserved for other businesses, so keep transport in mind. There's also a BCycle spot right outside.

Ida H.

Yelp
During Joe K's dream Santa Cruz vacation, consisting of spur of the moment, daily bucket lists, he and his best friend decided to start a pub crawl consisting of specialty beers at some of the more popular breweries downtown. Humble Sea Brewery was our first stop. Joe started off with a Fentimans Ginger Beer. Ginger beer really helps with releiving nausea for his terminal cancer, and this brand did the trick. The boys then ordered a custom flight of selected beers: All Fog, No Brakes, Barrels, Liquid Horizon, Wake Up Shred and Pirate Party. Since I'm not into beer, I ordered a Hank's Root Beer instead. They really enjoyed the selections and had some favorites over others. I don't recall which ones they were, but agreed the choices were some of their favorites of the day. The staff at Humble Sea were very helpful in recommendations and the atmosphere was a nice place to relax and hang out.

Joy P.

Yelp
what's not to like on the west side of santa cruz on a sunny, clear december day when you stop in for some libations after seeing the monarch butterflies flitting around at natural bridges state park? outside seating, food truck with excellent food options, holiday small business vending and amazing variety of beers! i'm a dark beer person so easily decided on the coconut bruh which has obvious coconut and vanilla overtones and was super tasty! the patio area was packed with people arriving in streams, on foot and on bike. dogs, happy people, sunny weather and casual environment with which to share beers with friends or family. i wasn't going to turn it down.

Lorenzo K.

Yelp
This brewery had a very nice ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was friendly and they had a food truck on site. I unfortunately didn't try the food but they had sour beers and we like each of the beers we tried! I'll certainly be back.

Madison M.

Yelp
A dog friendly establishment is always a win for me! We stopped by here for a beer and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. While outside food is not permitted, the brewery has their own menu. We also purchased one of their tshirts as a souvenirt

Rick C.

Yelp
Humble Sea *sigh* I love you. How does that old poem start? "How do I love thee? Let me count the ways" ??? ...i can't remember, but it's like that. I have only been to this location 5 times because I am not from Santa Cruz, but I have tried 420 of their different beers. No lie. That is a true stat. A sad, tasty stat. If i lived close this would be my local watering hole. I consider myself a beer connoisseur, and HS has been my favorite brewery for the last few years. When you take into consideration the affordability, distro, taste, styles, new beer availability, can art, overall vibe of their taphouses, company, service and reps...it's one of the better breweries on the planet. Plus, they are a fog forward (hazy) brewery, which is my go-to brew style. My last visit here, I ventured for their 6th anniversary party for the Carnival of the Kooks event to pay my respects. Long story short- If you see a 4 pack, grab it. Even the hazies maintain their freshness longer than other hazies. My bottom fridge shelf stays loaded with Humble Sea cans.

Susan C.

Yelp
Great selection of beer here! Fun casual vibe. People hanging out here with their dogs outside. You can order using the QR code from your table it or inside. We ordered from our phone outside. But our empanada didn't show up so we walked inside to ask about it before we finished out beer. They said it just came out of the oven. Empanada was good, not great. We'll likely skip them next time. Line to order inside can be very long. Two gender neutral bathrooms are inside.

Alicia G.

Yelp
Delicious and unapologetic beer styles ... my favorite is the whales wit: belgian wit with coriander and orange peel. Didn't try the food, but the empanadas look yummy from fonda Felix. The service was chill and the ambiance is small town and unique. Certainly loved this place.

Brian Q.

Yelp
This is the best tacos I have ever had. Extremely delicious. This place is very close to high way 1, we found it when we drive from Davenport to San Jose area, people are extremely nice here, but their food is beyond imagination! We ate so many different flavors of tacos! Beer is also very nice and cosy. We will definitely come back here again !

Natalie R.

Yelp
Maddy, the event coordinator for the Humble Sea Santa Cruz location was wonderful. She was very responsive and the rest of the staff was so kind and helpful as well. As usual, the beer was amazing and our guests loved the variety in the beer and non-beer selection. Highly recommend for your private event!

Alicia F.

Yelp
Humble Sea is one of my favorite breweries! I discovered Humble Sea at a local grocery store and guilty, I am a sucker for good marketing. Humble Sea has the cutest damn packaging. Definitely check out the merch and to-go beer options! This location has cool, chill vibes. Plenty of outdoor seating but you'll get lucky if you find some shade. Also super easy parking is available on the side street. My most recent visit was on a VERY warm Saturday in spring. Perfect time to try their soft serve beer and beer slushies! The line can get really long, it's a hit or miss, but it moves fast. You just have to time it right. Dog friendly, cornhole, board games, and food trucks, this is a great place to spend an afternoon. I went home with a two 4-packs of socks & sandals & boogie board olympics!

Patrick R.

Yelp
Oh this place was epic. Beer was amazing, staff was friendly, people visiting were also nice. Seemed to be mainly only outdoor seating but didn't mind at all. Parking is also street parking which can be slightly difficult so have patience parking because it's worth it. Ton of amazing hazy beers and west coasts to taste on. They had this green Acid imperial sour which was phenomenal!

My wife and I walked to Humble Sea Brewery to rest and enjoy the cool Santa Cruz weather. We came on a 1:40PM on a Friday and there weren't that many people. We shared a flight and just sat outside out to enjoy our beers. Sitting, drinking, and taking things slow really made this brewery a favorite whenever we're in Santa Cruz. We got the Czech Wave, Santa Cruz Pilsner, High Seas, and Disco Jellyfish. The most notable one was the Disco Jellyfish. Definitely a surprise. A creamy taste of coconut, pineapple, and pina colada. They have tons of canned and bottled alcohol so be sure to check them out! They're also on their website (https://humblesea.com/). I really like their merch shirt because of their shark logo, but I just have too many shirts..

Yelp
It's not hyperbole when I say that Humble Sea makes the best beer I've ever had. The bummer for me is that where I live it's hard to come by. That's why when I'm in Santa Cruz I make sure to stop by and stock up. I've only stayed and had a beer once at the brewery but it was nice and clean plus they have a decent sized patio. To be honest they could be selling the beer out of the back of a van by the train tracks and I'd still go there.
