Way overpriced for mid food. Service was nice. Food is mid and 14 for a MINI bowl no drink no pita is egregious

First time trying Hummus bowls & wraps and it was amazingly delicious! Wow, we were so happy with the food and our experience! The food was fresh, tasty and good portions. They have a lot of choices of sides, also a lot of vegan options, but they have other protein options like chicken, beef, lamb. Their falafel is very good too . They also have delicious smoothies - definitely worth trying. The service is great, the girl that prepared our food is very nice and attentive and we definitely felt welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant is not that big, but it’s very clean and inviting , but most importantly they serve healthy meals. We highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a healthy and fulfilling option for your diet .

This is a great place to eat if you want something on the healthier side, thats very fresh, quick and youre met with great customer service. Visted here a 3-4 times and they have been consistent. We get the chicken bowl and it's always good! This last time we tried the feta fries and baklava and both were fresh and tasty (so much for being healthy, ha). Everyone that we've come in contact with has always been friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Sometimes you want something lighter and fresher feeling than burgers or pizza. Greek/Mediterranean makes a great option and Hummus does a very fine job. Tucked away a bit but worth trying if you haven’t yet. Nothing too fancy. Build your own style. If you’re not sure how to assemble your bowl/wrap they have a standard way you can ask for. The standard style covers the bases and is quite good. You can add/take away anything else they have. They run out of steak so have a backup option ready. The chicken is great. The lamb is good too but may be a bit gamey for some. They have regular or spicy hummus. Both are good but the spicy stands out. I’d like to see some foil on the to go wraps to hold everything together better. They fill the wraps up with a lot so it can get a bit messy on the ride home. But it’s not too much to fix up at home. Would be nice if the bowls came with a little pita so next time I’ll order some extra. There is a pretty strong smell of spices inside so be aware of you plan to eat in. Overall a pretty quick and high quality meal. Okayish prices. We’ll be back.

went here to pick up and uber order and overhead the staff saying they don't make uber / delivery orders until they're here, and it's understandable for freshness reasons but, once they finally made the order the bag was practically thrown at us along with no confirmation or even have a nice day. staff from the back not wearing a uniform has quite an unpleasant attitude.

I love this place. Feels less like eating from a food chain and feels closer to eating at home, while also eating out. Perfect pick me up after gym, and I love how all the ingredients always taste really fresh. The strawberry 🍓 Fields smoothie is absolutely delicious also.

When I need a vegan or vegetarian option for lunch, I come here! Service is super quick and everything is fresh. Sometimes I just don't want to eat meat, and I've never been disappointed. Love the babaganoush!

I want to start by saying this is my fault for not seeing what time this business closed before placing my order on Postmates. However, cancel my order if that was the case. My hummus bowl didn't have rice or hummus and they burnt the hell out of our feta fries. This is what $60 looks likes by their employees.

I'm a creature of habit. Spicy hummus All the greens 1/2 rice 1/2 lentils Birds Eye beef Whatever toppings move me. Garlic sauce, spicy sauce, house vinaigrette & tzatziki. Perfection! Super clean and great service. Prices well and I am more than full with just a mini bowl. Ps... they have the best sodas!

Okay, first time here & id say it was okay. The price was a little high. Considering the meat was very very dry. I wish they used lids maybe to keeps moisture in their meats. I wasn't a fan of having to scrape m6 hummus off the side of my bowl into my meal :( a lot of it dried into my bowl. I think if i asked for a base of rice then a plop on top I'd be more happy with the outcome. The falafel was really raw & squishy in the middle. Never had it before but was a weird sensation where it was crunchy on the outside but doughy in the middle. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the cashier revising my receipt for a bit before giving it back to me with my card. Wasn't sure if she was checking to see if i left a tip? Or what she was looking at... something else? but it was weird. I was hoping to get someone who knew the menu better or explained things better. I had to ask multiple times to have items explained to me since I've never been here. I asked what this bread item was & she just called it by its name. Which didn't explain to me what it was l0l All around, the food was alright. I wish my meats weren't dry :/ that really sucked since i paid 40 for 2 bowls, drinks & falafel. The food itself, if i didn't get meat, was pretty good though. For 16$ per bowl i do feel like it's expensive. The atmosphere was nice. Wasn't crowded & everything was very clean. I had higher expectations which was my fault for trusting other reviewers but all in all the food was fine. Nothing to write home about but was a nice change.

Some good healthy Mediterranean style food on the go after a good workout.The service was definitely on point ...Bre had amazing service and was super friendly!!! She deserves to be "Hummus bowls and wraps" employee of the month!!! The vegan options are definitely here for all my plant based and vegan folks. The ambience is nice and trendy and has a good vibe with todays pop music while you eat. We will definitely be back for a lot more in the future. Yes indeed Hummus bowls and wraps keep up the great work...not sure but is tofu out the question?!? But either way the menu is definitely versatile and has something for everyone.

I've been to this location before. I was just in the area and wanted something healthy and I was hungry ! I wish they would cover up the food! . The chicken was dry and lettuce looked pretty sad. I paid $24 which included tip for a Build your own lamb bowl! I won't return.

Fresh and delicious The perfect Middle Eastern alternative to chipotle's - but even better. I loved having baba ganoush instead of hummus - and The falafel was particularly good. I'd love to see some quicker ordering combos of pre-ordained toppings and sides, rather than each person selecting each item. It's just takes too long. But still - a great choice if you're in this part of town.

Ordered another bowl and decided to tried some of the chicken this time. Delicious! I love the crunchy chickpeas and the pita crunch. It really adds the different textures to the bowl which I always look for when eating a meal. I love the combination of the beans and fresh greens as a base. This is such a well balanced meal packed with flavor!

Delicious bowls made to order using a varied selection of fresh tasting healthy ingredients in generous portions. Friendly and accommodating staff. While the place is sunny and cheery with its large windows, it's located in an out-of-the-way corner of a suburban shopping area which isn't the easiest to find; you really have to be looking for the place.

Omg YUM. The bowls are amazing and honestly the best thing they serve. You can customize them and add up to 6 or 7 toppings. I always add seasoned tomatoes, cucumber, mint, Mediterranean pickles, pita crunch, pickled beets and tahini dressing. As the base, you can choose spinach, romaine, or arugula. You can also add lentils or rice, and a hummus base of original, spicy, or the eggplant spread. I do hummus base with spinach and arugula, rice, and filet mignon as the protein. Omg so good. The birdseye beef, harissa chicken, and grilled chicken are all good too, but ate steak is my fav!

I was fortunate enough to try Hummus for the 1st time via a Yelp event and I'm glad I was! I just didn't know what I was missing before that opportunity. We've since gone back a lot (my husband also loves it!). The other day at work I ordered it via a delivery service and realized I hadn't done a proper review!! The restaurant is kind of hidden in the back of a plaza of other restaurants, but still easy to find. The employees have always been so friendly and so helpful each time I've been in, so even if you aren't sure what you want to eat they will definitely help you out! There are so many fresh ingredients to choose from and you can add plenty within the base charge. It's stuff I feel good about eating while also being delicious! I normally get the gyro meat & then add on a bunch of veggies. The sauce options are plenty (tzatziki is my fave!) to really add the extra oomph. Getting it delivered this time was no different. The bowl was made perfectly and seemed to be ready before my driver even got there. Gotta love that. Definitely check this place out!!

What a great spot for a quick and healthy meal. The menu boasts the ingredients and flavors of the Mediterranean. Start with Hummus, either in a bowl or a pita wrap.. pick a green.. pick a grain.. pick a protein.. pick a topping and lastly pick a sauce. With all of the different ingredients to choose from you could eat here for a couple of months and not order the same thing twice!

If you want a massive, delicious, healthy meal...this is the place to go. Nothing is premade and is all assembled to what you choose. First you pick a bowl or wrap, then hummus, meats, rice, veggies, sauces and it's time to eat. The food is so good and so fresh. I really liked the sauce on top, it had so much flavor. If you like hummus or Mediterranean food for that matter, you'll love this place. There isn't a ton of parking out front but it wasn't a big issue because I didn't go right at lunch time. It's also somewhat small inside with a few chairs and tables. Service is pretty quick as well.

You have to come in here for the most delicious wraps or a bowls that is also very nutritious! Never thought I'd put those two in one sentence but this restaurant makes it so. You can pick what you want in your wraps or bowls. There are so many options to choose from. I ordered the bowl, added falafel and it was so much food that I I ended up with three meals! It was so delicious that I couldn't wait for the next meal lol This staff here are very sweet and accommodating. They recently added kebabs to their menu. I was told you can try them when you order a bowl. Just ask to see if you could try them out. I love how it's hidden and a cozy dining area to enjoy your beautiful bowl/wrap. *Note* If you love garlic, get the garlic sauce!!!

Concept is the same as most make your own places.. Felt the star at a place called hummus bowls would be the hummus, but they just get smeared on the bottom of your bowl and get lost. Falafel side was good, very dry though and nothing to dip them in. Price of your bowl can increase rapidly if you decide to have lamb. Place is decent and food tasted alright but for the money I might skip it next time.

Thanks to a Yelp Elite Event, my fiancée and I were able to experience HUMMUS Bowls and Wraps! I tell you one thing, I was not expecting to taste as amazing as it did. When the hummus was smeared on the bowl and everything else fell on top of it. I was like... what is going on. Let's just say... MIND AND TASTE BUDS BLOWN!!! I mixed all of my ingredients together and just smashed! We even ordered a large pita bread a la cart to pair it with the sauces. For my bowl I chose the braised beef, spinach, Romaine lettuce, rice, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, and for the sauces I doused it with the mint tzatziki, garlic sauce, and hot chili harissa. We also got to try the falafel roll. That was fire!!! I normally don't like falafel but I wanted to order a box of these. So glad that there are a few locations through the city! Highly recommend!!

Well, after only 1 visit, I already know this is going to be one of my go-tos. First of all, everyone working was SO nice, knowledgeable, and patient with us rookies. They took the time to really explain each menu item. I ended up getting a bowl with rice, beef, lettuce, spicy hummus, and ALL kinds of other yummy things. The sauces were the highlight for me - mint tzatziki and hot chili harissa compliment each other so well. You also cannot skip the crunchy chickpeas. You want extra, I promise. I also got an apple ginger lemonade, which was excellent, but I wish it would have been a little more ginger-forward. I absolutely can't wait to come back. Thanks, Yelp and thanks, Hummus!

The customer service was amazing the girl that helped us was so sweet and she told us all about the different options. She didn't pressure us for any options and the food was so good! the portions are good sized and the drinks are good as well. the place was very clean and welcoming definitely recommend coming here!

I've been here a couple of times now and I definitely feel the same each time...I love the concept but the execution is a bit rough. This set up is comparable to a Subway or Chipotle where you pick a base, protein, toppings, sides, sauce, etc. Though there is a chalkboard menu behind the workers it's a bit hard to follow while looking at the actual items in front of you while nothing on the bar is labeled. I'm having to ask the workers what each specific thing is and it's tough to distinguish what part of the process I'm at with building my bowl. The service isn't very welcoming or accommodating to new patrons but at least the food is good.

First off, the workers are so welcoming and helpful. They were so nice while explaining to me the menu and their recommendations. The portions are huge. They are so generous with the amount of food they give. You can honestly split it into two whole meals. Food is good, and it doesn't hurt that it's also healthy. I would come back again and try other things.

This place is awesome! I'll definitely be back! As a Yelp Elite Member I was invited for the Yelp Elite week event. Thank you Yelp and Hummus for putting this together. Upon entering I was quickly greeted by the General Manager. He was very friendly and patient as he helped me. I chose the bowl, and chose my favorite protein (Braised Lamb.) I was also given a sample of their kabob, which I chose chicken. The spices they use were excellent, and everything was delicious. If you want real Mediterranean food, I highly recommend this place!

I will start by saying that the food here is amazing. Hands down, the best quality and very few places in Vegas that can compete. However just in the last six months or so, the service and operations has gotten increasingly worse. I've ordered ahead through the website and Ubereats (pickup) and the results are the same. The food is almost never ready when it's supposed to be. Or, if it is ready, it sits in the to-go bag behind the counter where you have to wait until the one employee is done with servicing the current customer. Meaning, you are at the mercy of that customer's questions, thinking, and picking options one by one and then paying at the register. SOLUTION: Create a PICK UP COUNTER. Perhaps the random stainless steel shelf that currently sits empty across from the register and is accessible to all and is in perfect line of sight of the employees. ADDITIONAL SUGGESTION: Operationally, employees should be servicing those who place pick up orders BEFORE they service walk-ins. And COMPLETE the orders before servicing walk-ins. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in passed the time in which my order said it was ready and my bowl is sitting half complete while the employee is servicing a walk-in. There is no logic to this. I placed my order in advance, paid and even tipped in advance, so that I can manage my time accordingly. This is the customer that should get their order first. I would understand if the place was packed (which happens occasionally) but this happens regardless. I would spend so much more money here if I could count on my order being done at the time it says it's going to be done and the pick up process was smoother. But as of right now, the operations are clunky and unreliable. PS I tried to submit this privately using the feedback QR code in the restaurant but it had me text a number and then nothing happened so I wasn't able to communicate this frustrating repetitive experience.

When I'm in Vegas, I always grab a bowl here. They are generous with their portions and have a multitude of options for their toppings. The staff is always polite and friendly. Food is always tasty. Love that they have several kinds of crunchy bits: pita croutons, crispy chickpeas, and sunflower seeds. They also have 3 kinds of dressing: balsamic vinaigrette, tzatziki, and sesame.

Love this place its sooo good! I went for the first time a few weeks ago and went again today! First time my wrap was made super messy but today it was made beautifully!! Even though I added more stuff this time than last time lol either way it was delicious both times. Their watermelon mockjito drink is good too i love that it's natural and no sugar added. I've gotten the pita wrap protein style with grilled chicken both times and I really enjoy it. I wish they had bigger tables is all because when I've gone with my dad, the tables are very small even for two people.

Walked in around 715pm tonight and I get it they close at 8 but it shouldn't look like the protein has been sitting out for a while.. and the chicken was pretty empty meaning my husband and I didn't get much protein to begin with. We were already there so we proceeded to order. The food was still good as usual but we were disappointed with the empty selections/presentation of the food. I don't know how to enhance this but something has to change for the people who are going to grab their dinner about that time and want to be satisfied overall.

Terrible customer service. We were the first in line and we ordered street style, we had to wait because the fries were still being made, however no communication was relayed with us. So we were waiting around while four orders that came before us were finished. Keep in mind they didn't tell us anything, so we were completely in the dark and confused why we were just standing around while they took everybody else's order. The communication was awful. Food is good at least.

I recently started working with a food coach and she recommends 4 days a week of eating without carbs, plus lean meats and lots of veggies. I thought about what's close to home and Hummus is the top choice! The food is always fresh, and they have different proteins like grilled chicken or salmon. Plus I love all the sides like spicy hummus, beets, cucumbers, seasoned tomatoes, and the red pepper sauce. I love the crunchy chickpeas too. It's really helped with my meal plans and I would highly recommend for healthier eating!

Food is great. I like the bowls and pickled beats. Service can be slow if there is a line. When I've ordered online it felt much faster because I could wait to pick it up after it was ready.

I have never been to this place before today and This place is amazing! We entered as a unit (2 parents, 2 kids under 10) and were greeted by Scott, whose positive disposition alone would bring us back. He swiftly explained how everything worked and really took his time trying to make sure we were good with the options we were about to eat. There is a Greek restaurant by our house so we are familiar with the cuisine, but it is not this. I LOVE IT HERE! It is very hard to impress my husband, but Scott's ability to explain, engage, and walk us thru this Hummus bowl process paired with the amazing food is something that will have us drive across town. We LOVE Hummus. It's delicious, filling and one of my favorite places. Only five 4 stars for service. They are always slow and understaffed. I do feel bad because it feels like a lot of local spots can't seem to find good hires. It's not even that their staff is bad... usually a nice group of young ladies but just slow. I would def recommend here for lunch and healthy food.

Tried this for the first time tonight at the recommendation of my SIL. First of all, Scott was very welcoming when I walked in. As I started to order I mentioned that it was first time in, he proceeded to have me try 3 of their most popular proteins. I ended up with the braised beef, regular hummus, rice and lentils, lettuce, pickled beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, red pepper sauce and tzatziki, with crunchy chickpeas. This was SO filling!! (I was so hungry when we got home I forgot to take a photo ) They were very nice and wanted to make sure I was going to enjoy what I ordered. Everything was tasty and I will definitely be back!

HUMMUS is my new favorite mediterranean restaurant in this area! Service is quick, the portions are large, and the variety of the toppings is one of the best parts of this restaurant. I usually order the bowl with spicy hummus, chicken, and almost all the toppings. Individually, all the toppings are so good. My favorites are the crunchy chickpeas and the pickled cucumbers. The garlic sauce is delicious here as well, and I love their citrus mint sauce. The only downside is it's not super clean and it's behind the larger buildings so it might be hard to find at first, but it's also right off Eastern so it's easy to get to. In all, would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something healthy, quick, and with a lot of variety! Love this place!

I usually love this place but I ordered Uber eats today cause I'm working from home and it's admin professionals day and wanted to treat myself. Get the order and no meat is in the bowl just the toppings LOL. Best part when I call to ask happened she told me to come by and get a new one. Maybe she doesn't understand the point of Uber eats. I should have a new bowl made and delivered to me but nope. Never again!

The food here is delicious. Our server Maria was incredibly nice. She answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. The restaurant was clean and all the food looked fresh. Thank you for a great experience.

I've been meaning to write a review for this place for ages. This is our go to place when we are feeling like getting something healthy and Mediterranean. You can get your food in a bowl or wrap and you can choose from plenty of salad and vegetable toppings. Lots of sauces that I haven't tried before either including toum (a Lebanese garlic sauce) and their own version of pickles. Today we were helped by Scott and and Bre who made ordering a breeze. Recommended for dining in or eating out!

So happy I found this place thru Yelp Elite squad. Easy to find location, plenty of parking, the inside decor is cute and welcoming. Plenty of inside dining available. I was greeted and welcomed by a lovely lady who assisted me with my hummus bowl. She's vegan so she knew how to make suggestions for me with a vegan preference. She explained everything they had available, the options, and she was really nice and welcoming. I created my own bowl with baba Ghanoush, vegan falafel, and some salad with toppings. It's a really decent sized bowl. Full of flavor, and delicious. I also tried their apple ginger lemonade , and watermelon lemonade and it was delicious. I couldn't get enough of the apple ginger (highly recommend).

You guys literally HAVE NOT had the pineapple CREAM SODA in STOCK for 3 weeks. I asked the blond girl with the 2 piercings on her nose when they would restock and she said she didn't know ! She doesn't know when you will place an order for moréis kinda crazy to me ‍ & the last time I was here it literally took 45 minutes to get my fries bcus they were waiting on the cheese that was suppose to take only 10min. ‍

Yummm! What a great find simple healthy and DELICIOUS! Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and explaining all the types of hummus options. We went with the bowls and the portions are perfect ,I got beef with rice, romaine lettuce, garbanzos (a perfect crunch in every bite) , sunflower seeds , pickled onions ,egg, and cucumbers. The food was flavorful and the ginger lemonade was amazing so refreshing and tasty. The restaurant itself was very well kept and clean small space but they make good use and have a good amount of seating for dates or families. There menu it broken down in steps what to pick which was nice . Thank you for the great first time experience definitely will be back for some more yummy food .

I was fortunate to be invited for the yelp elite event this week. Thank you Hummus for participating in this Yelp event! I ordered a hummus bowl - spicy hummus (highly recommend), herbed rice, grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, seasoned cherry tomatoes (delicious btw), garlic sauce, cilantro, and a bunch of other goodies. This was such a perfect lunch, absolutely delicious! They also gave me a sample of their chicken kabob. The restaurant is kept very clean. I was greeted by a young lady who was very thorough on how their ordering works as it was my first time. Super cute little restaurant. I will definitely be back!

Zipping through Vegas one night I needed a quick stop with healthy food for my family. We stumbled upon a hidden gem (thanks to the Yelp community for the recommendation). The staff was so welcoming. They made our daughters feel comfortable which made me happy. On to the food... it was wonderful. I'm a sucker for build your own anything; salad, wrap or bowl. I went with the works. I got my beans and greens in for the day then we got on our way. We would welcome one up in Utah!

The Falafel was really, really good. Fresh veggies, delicious Falafel balls and great sauces. The young lady who served me was so sweet. I will return!

The service was nice and friendly but their was only two high school kids running the whole place and it took 15-20 min for her to take my order and we were the only customers there then another 15-20 min to get the food. She was making the online food orders in the back then coming back to take my order. The only reason I'm not mad is because the girl seemed new and frantic. More staffing would help or more training.

This place used to be my favorite local spot for lunch, I came at least once a week. Then something shifted about a year ago or so, new management or something and it all went downhill. The rice changed, the house dressing changed, they took beef bowls off the menu, and the prices near doubled. And the service got awful as well, so slow! I've given them a chance every few months with the hopes they've improved but I'm let down more and more each time. I used to get a bowl for under $12 with hummus, rice, beef, unlimited toppings. Now it's $18-20 for the bowl with lower quality food, limit to the toppings, no beef, and it takes forever to get the food even tho the concept of moving a bowl down a counter and adding things as you go seems so simple.

Excellent and fast customer service by a young woman who obviously prides herself on doing a good job. Good food too. Recommend highly.

Hummus types are classic, spicy, bean free 'market,' or eggplant Baba G. Greens are, romaine, baby spinach, baby kale, and iceberg lettuce. Next is grains: herbed rice or black lentils. Following that is protein. They have flame grilled chicken or beef, braised lamb, vegan falafel, crispy halloumi cheese, or seasoned roasted veggies. As far as step six we have toppings, and as the menu states: Get Creative! Concluding with sauce they have garlic sauce, mint tzatziki, herb tahini, muhammara, hot chili harissa, and new house dressing. You, as well, may order sides like falafel or Of Course HUMMUS! The pita wrap was toasted and i ate some of it before going full taco wrap style. I needed three napkins, so it was neat in my world, and there was very little spillage, but I went after it with my fork so that was perfect for me. I also had a beef Kabob and HUMMUS also has filet mignon, shrimp and chicken kabobs so the choice is yours. Loved my meal! Thanks you HUMMUS!

We absolutely love the food here. It's always fresh and the portions are large. The customer service is friendly and prompt. We've only ate in the restaurant once (usually do takeout), it's on the backside of the complex, and it gets really dark there at night. But it's great to eat in for lunchtime.
