We had the opportunity to try the gyro from a food truck offering and it was delicious! The tzatziki sauce was phenomenal as was the meat. The portion was great too. Fantastic food, and hope to be able to enjoy it again soon.

Great food reasonable pricing the chicken gyro over rice platter is amazing

I was quite a big fan of the gyros this place serves. Clearly, they make their food with some pretty high quality ingredients. Really fresh and tasty. The prices are also pretty reasonable. Okay menu variety for a food truck. I just tried their gyro with homemade tzatziki. The gyro was definitely well made. Portion was very adequate. The meat was well prepared and well seasoned. Not too spicy, but still flavorful. Pita was relatively average. The tomatoes and vegetables were very fresh and crisp, which I enjoyed. The tzatziki sauce was also so well made. It was super creamy and had an incredible, fresh flavor. Little bits of cucumber. So refreshing, and perfectly compliments the meat. Not too fatty. Great, and they gave you 2 small containers for them, which is a great deal. Clearly homemade. All in all, definitely liked this spot. Homemade, delicious meals with lots of healthy food. I definitely love this spot.

Today at the Vintage Market at the Expo in Monroeville we ordered 2 servings of hummus and pita. We were handed 2 plastic containers and 1 foil package containing pitas. We have never tasted hummus like this. After seeing pictures in reviews I am not even sure what we received was hummus. It was light green in color, did not have oil and paprika on top. The texture was gelatinous and was very smoky in flavor. We heard the person that took our order tell the person filling the orders he needed 2 hummus with pita so we have to assume that is what we received. Not a fan.

Had the chicken gyro with rice and salad. It was ok. It was $15. Decent portion side. Probably would not get again. My wife had the gyro dish. She thought it was good.

The falafel sandwich is soo dry. No sauces. He charged me a dollar extra for the sauce and there was barely any. Also no the fries were not salted and there is no ketchup ofc. Mine was just 4 fried falafel balls and pita bread. He said he only has tzatziki while he ran out of all other sauces within 10 minutes of starting the food truck which was suspicious to me

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and were amazed with the kindness and hospitality of the staff. On top of the tremendous service, the Gyro was amazing. The portion was generous, it was perfectly prepared, and it was extremely flavorful. Delicious! The fries and baklava were both great as well. We will definitely be back to support this family owned business anytime we are in the Pittsburgh area.

Update below* Agreed! Best gyro Pittsburgh! Absolutely amazing! Mixed FRESH, CRISPY greens and lots. Perfect sauce. Meat is good and plentiful. Made how you like with your choice of toppings. This isn't junk food! Restaurant quality. Fresh, fresh, yum! I'll eat this for two days. Not your standard gyro! *Update: How sad. All those, beautiful, fresh mixed greens... abundant and served separately allowing you to add what you want. And the presentation when I opened the box... is gone. Replaced with regular iceberg lettuce and wrapped in foil just like everywhere else. The meat is still generous, but I miss the box in which I received my gyro the first time. That restaurant feel is also gone. Still yummy, lots of meat and extra sauce, still kind service, but not for the price... I hope they bring it back to the way it was. I would rate this a 3.5. It's certainly still good.
