Hummus Republic

What an amazing experience. The food was fresh and delicious and when we arrived they started to get a long line and the owner offered everyone a free drink for the wait. We sat down and ate and he came back and checked on us and asked if we have any feedback on the food and even brought out a sample of a hummus we hadn’t tried. 100% will be back. There was a large variety of items. Chicken shawarma bowl and beef and gyro bowl are a must try! Oh, and the olive hummus❤️

I recently stopped by Hummus Republic on Columbus Pike, and I’m so glad I did! This place is a hidden gem if you love fresh, flavorful food.The décor was inviting and the options are fantastic. I built my own bowl, and the variety of options blew me away. Generous portions of perfectly cooked proteins to crisp veggies and their amazing hummus and sauces, every bite was delicious. Their falafel is also a must try. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. You really feel welcomed the moment you walk in, and the service is quick without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a Mediterranean spot that’s fresh, customizable, and full of flavor, I can’t recommend Hummus Republic enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We recently moved to Delaware and Hummus Republic was the first place we visited. The owner and staff were amazing, they greeted us well and took time to explain us the various flavors of hummus - yes they have 5 different flavors to choose from. Food was fresh and flavorful, they even offered us fresh falafel to taste it on the house. I am pretty sure it’s going to be one of my Go-To places around. I’m glad to choose Hummus Republic over Chipotle that afternoon.

Update! Tahini Shake is soooo good! It is sweet and has some chocolate and chopped dates at the bottom! Second bowl was better than the first. Mama’s Sauce is a great spicy addition. Very fresh ingredients. I went a little crazy and got most of the toppings. They were all good. Employees checked on me at the table. $16 for a huge bowl and a drink. And I have lunch for tomorrow. (I avoid lettuce in bowls as it is gross reheated.)

Clean eating never tasted this good. Hummus Republic nails the balance of bold flavor and fresh ingredients. Mediterranean magic in every bite. The staff here are absolute gems—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a great suggestion. Made my meal feel like a warm welcome.

Must try!! Great variety of healthy vegan and vegetarian options. Best hummus I’ve ever had! Fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend this place to all Mediterranean food lovers. We tried their falafel wrap and it was awesome... Will definitely come back to try more options

Checked out the new Mediterranean place in Powell/Delaware and it was delicious. I tried the lemon chicken bowl and it was very good — fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The kitchen is clean and open, which gives the whole place a really inviting vibe. Portions are a good size and filling without being over the top. 👉 Pro tip: add extra chicken and sauces for even more flavor, and don’t miss their pita with hummus on the side — so good!

Outstanding !! Absolutely loved our lunch at the Hummus Republic. It was fresh ✅️, delicious ✅️, affordable ✅️, huge portion ✅️, amazing flavors ✅️, huge variety of choices in vegies + sauces + proteins ✅️, Crispy falafel ✅️ and super friendly service ✅️. Will definitely be back !

Upon entering the house Read the menu and follow Directions to make your Bowl. Its truly an enjoyable Experience. These folks Know what gets your attention! Fresh ingredients great staff. Fun place to Experience.. Try it out for yourself.

We ate here for the first time this evening and thankful to finally have something like this in the Delaware/Ostrander area. We built our own bowls and enjoyed the fresh and delicious ingredients. My daughter and I got the lemon chicken and my husband got a combo of chicken shawarma and crispy chicken. We will be back for sure!

Hummus Republic reminds me of a middle man between brassica and chipotle. The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy but nothing crazy fancy like brassica. I thought that their menu was expansive so anyone would enjoy their food. I really liked their falafel so I highly recommend that! Service was great and there are a few tables with a couple chairs/table if you want to dine in.

I was excited to try Hummus Republic. The bowl was really good. I got it with chicken. All the different options where really great. The flavors all blended for a tasty meal. The service was good and their space is open and bright.

I had the pleasure of dining at the new Mediterranean spot in town.. "Hummus Republic", and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles from behind the counter who were very knowledgeable with the different choices on the menu. The menu strikes the perfect balance between traditional Mediterranean flavors and modern creativity. Our dishes were vibrant, beautifully presented, and bursting with freshness! The Greek sandwiches were out of this world, they were perfectly situated, with just the right amount of taziki, tomatoes, and fresh spinach. You could also have grilled onions, and jalapeños on it as well. Then I was asked if I would like to try any the signature hummus dips, I tried 2 of them, the olive (purple) and the spicy (burnt orange). I apologize, but I don't remember the names), however, let's just say they were to die for! The owner then offered for us to try a couple more which one was green and white which had feta cheese then his very own favorite which was a Smokey flavored hummus (a traditional light yellow), but ultimately, I have to agree.....it was delightful indeed. I was able to try each and every hummus and not one was like the other, so to pick a favorite was difficult. I was later informed that the hummus was made fresh daily in house and the freshness, with a side of crispy pita bread, of course shined through the taste. Last but definitely NOT LEAST..... the fresh infused lemonade was an awesome treat! There was one with strawberry, one with pomegranate, another with cucumber jalapeño lemonade, regular lemonade, and the best for last, ginger, turmeric lemonade-and WOW...you can actually see the turmeric. Service was exceptional--attentive without being intrusive--and the staff and owner gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to what I enjoy. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and the atmosphere made it feel both relaxed and special. Whether you're looking for a cozy date night, a gathering with friends, or simply a delicious meal that transports you to the Mediterranean coast, this restaurant is a must-visit. I'm already planning my next trip back!

We visited this location for the first time and will not return. The food is alright and we would visit again for that, but customer service was some of the worst I've experienced in a very long time and because of that, we will not visit again. I'd much rather drive further down the road to Agape. The workers were all eating when we waked in and didn't even wash hands before they started getting our food-they just put on gloves. One employee even wiped her mouth with her gloved hand and then proceeded to scoop out our food. They ran out of one of the proteins and while they gave my husband a couple of different proteins instead. The food was all cold, even the meat. I'm not even eating more than 3 bites of mine because honestly, I don't want to be up all night with food poisoning. Oh-and the employees were complaining about the customer who had been in there before us. Incredibly unprofessional. I wish this place would succeed but it absolutely won't with service like that.

Great food here. The zesty feta dip was awesome and they had some great lemonade selections. A server who I can only assume was the owner was very kind and generous. This is a great stop for a quick dinner if you're in town.

I was really looking forward to the opening of Hummus Republic in Columbus, and we finally got a chance to try it this weekend. They offer a great variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl, which came with spicy hummus and olive hummus--both were sooo good! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot whenever I need something quick, healthy, and delicious.

Attended the soft opening and everything was wonderful. The food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant clean and lovely, and the staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!
