Stumbled upon this place looking for the closest gyro food in the area. I’d say I’m impressed! They prepare your meal in front of you. So you pick and choose your options. Food came out delicious! Family owned and they are so friendly , helpful and most importantly patient as this is new to me ordering. This location is at a busy area so don’t hesitate to stop and give this place a try. Thanks guys for the welcoming experience!

Impromptu choice instead of going to be hotel room. They were so welcoming and asked me if it was my first time and walked me through everything. The workers and manager were lively as a group, but most of all the food was delicious. Every separate part was delicious on their own but mixing was an explosion. The harissa hummus was great and the lemon pepper chicken really brought the bowl together for me. Thanks again!

Pictures say 1000 words is what they say! The food is deliciously flavorful, I had a bowl with the rice, chicken Shawarma and falafel. They make the falafel here just how I like it crispy exterior moist interior. I must say I was just disappointed with the portion of the protein for the price, but I can’t say I won’t go back.

Very clean and very inviting. The folks working at the shop were so kind and attentive. The chicken shawarma bowl was delicious. My friend got tikka masala. It was a little spicy for her, but they gave her some sauce to help cool down the spice. She loved the samosa. I am gluten free and they were aware of the menu items that I could eat. Would definitely come again.

I really loved the customer service of both Ani and Singh. I had ordered the pita chips and hummus and love that the chips are cooked fresh. Their bowls are very fulfilling. Will be back for sure!

The food is solid, but they had an app download promotion link for a free bowl on my next visit. Link didn’t add free points to the account like it was supposed to, talked to them about it when I came back, manager was gone so I was stuck paying for the bowl. Might go back again, but definitely less than I would have otherwise. Food is good and nice employees but you can’t fail on simple promises like that when you’re in a strip with a dozen other places to eat. Edited to respond to owner: I downloaded the app via the link at the register, scanned the code to associate that purchase with my account within 2 minutes. I have the points for that purchase on my account, but not the bonus points for the free bowl. I did what you laid out, and it did not work. The best efforts of individual franchises should be considered in reviews, but so do corporate level failings. Based on your response, it is both an unnecessarily complicated/restricted process *and* does not consistently work as intended.

Fantastic food with wonderful flavors! My friend and l are vegan. We had a great vegan dinner. For you meat lovers, no fear, lots of selections. The service was amazing as well. Singh was friendly and helpful. He encouraged us to try different sauces that blended well. He was right. The servings are large and we took home a to-go bag. It will make another full dinner. The pita chips are a must try! Yummy!! The ambience was casual and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed. We will be returning as tasty vegan food is hard to find.

As a gluten free girly, I always appreciate these places! The menu has annotations and the food is separated. The in house hummus is delicious - my favorite was the feta one. HUGE colorful portions and the staff answered all questions

Mediterranean flavors done right! Helpful Tip: Download the app So many options but the young ladies working did an excellent job at not only explaining the menu but patiently walking me through each item and elaborating on ingredients that I wasn't certain about. I created a bowl with cilantro rice chicken sharma hummus kale garbanzo beans pickled onions and so much more. I love the idea of clean ingredients especially in this age. If you love spice get the grandma sauce it is soooo darn good and the tzatziki was pretty delish as well. The pita chips are a must especially while hot! This place will be I rotation for sure. My only gripe is the temperature in the building was inferno. I was burning up and not just from the spice. There was no cool air at all!

Food: 3/5 Service: 0/5 Ambiance: 5/5 The good, this place looks REALLY nice, food is clearly labeled, and the selection is amazing, it's a Greek Chipotle. I'm sure, if executed correctly, this place would be pretty good. The bad, my friend placed an order for pick up at 10am and pickup was originally set for 11:30, it was for 5 build-your-own bowls, 1 build-your-own pita and an order of falafel. My friend realized that we needed it earlier, we both proceeded to call the location from 10:30 am (when they opened) until we got there at 11am and NOBODY answered. Annoying but whatever, we get there, ask if our order can be started early, the cashier says yes, and that it would be a minute. We get it, our fault for poor time management, and we go next door to the crepe place to grab a tea because who wants to be stared at while trying to make a big order, right?!? Come back 25 mins later, around the time our order was supposed to be done AND IT HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED. Why say yes and then proceed to not do it? Not only was it not started until we came back but it took almost a half hour after the time we were supposed to pick it up (pickup at 11:30, were at noon at this point) for it to be completed. And the inside wasn't busy, so there was no reason for it to have been that late. And the food itself? It looked pretty in the pics but the flavors weren't that great. Their tzatziki sauce and harissa hummus were really good, but the meats? Just ok. Might give these guys another chance, hopefully this was an off day for them.

So yummy! Wanted Mediterranean and stumbled across Hummus Republic... Such a good find. Pita chips were sooooo good & their lemonades are homemade by the owner's Mother. Definitely worth a visit

I've been to a lot of Mediterranean food spots in Vegas. This one is easily top 3 best Mediterranean Spots in all Las Vegas. Really good, fresh ingredients, large variety of choices to build your meal.

Excited to get more Mediterranean food in the north! This is a chipotle style dining experience. It was my 1st time here and the staff were awesome. They walked me through the ordering process and items that were available. You can pick your based, they even let you get all 3, then you pick your salad, 3 scoops of any hummus, I got original, spicy and Kalamata olives. Then you pick your protein, toppings and sauces. My bowl was packed and delicious! I will be back and hope they get support and last!

Wow, this restaurant is amazing!!! If you haven't gone to Hummus Republic yet, you need to check it out! Hummus Republic is a new restaurant in North Las Vegas. Hummus Republic offers Mediterranean cuisine. All of the ingredients are fresh! Hummus Republic is currently in a soft-opening. It's been open for about 7 weeks now, but their grand opening is this Saturday on February 22! My family and I are located out towards Skye Canyon/Centennial Hills, so it was approximately a 20 minute drive to get to Hummus Republic, but it was so worth it! My husband and I ended up grabbing dinner at Hummus Republic on a Thursday evening around 5:00 P.M, just before going to Lowes. There was plenty of parking spots available. Inside the restaurant, there are lots of table and seats. There was only 2 other customers inside the restaurant when we stopped by to eat. Their menu offers the following build-your-own options -Bowl -Wrap -Pita As well as additional sides, specials, and kid menus are available! Some of their meat options include the ones listed below Crispy Chicken Lemon Pepper Chicken Chicken Shawarma Beef/Lamb Gyro Falafel The hummus selections are amazing! There was Zesty Feta, traditional hummus, olive oil and one more! The vegetables are a wide variety from salad, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers and a lot of other additional options! There are plenty of sauces to top your wrap or bowl! My husband ended up getting a bowl and I selected a wrap. The team member there made fresh crispy chicken for me, that was super nice! In my wrap, I ended up choosing cous-cous, zesty feta hummus with traditional hummus, crispy chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese. We also ended up getting a side of Pita chips and hummus! My husband ordered the Tahini drink. While the team was cooking fresh crispy chicken, I ended up eating some of the pita chips and hummus dip! The zesty feta dip was amazing! It was quite unique with the feta. It was a green dip, and it was delicious! The Pita chips were flavored and fried perfectly. It was slightly airy texture. I would order a side of the pita chips again! My wrap was phenomenal! There was so much cous-cous and crispy chicken inside the wrap. It was warmed up and so scrumptious! The different hummus flavors inside the wrap was a great addition! All of the additional vegetables inside my wrap was super yummy! My husband enjoyed his bowl and really like the Tahini Drink. We ended up speaking with the owner for several minutes before she had to go for the evening. Hummus Republic makes the Tahini drink from the Tahini ingredients, from scratch and it's all fresh! We had such an wonderful experience at Hummus Republic. I think I might have to go back again this evening so I could order something different, perhaps a pita, or just the same wrap again! It was so good and the team members are amazing here!!

We'll be back! They take pride in their food and it shows. We came in the first day they had tandoori chicken. So good! The cardamom saffron drink is very refreshing. The pita chips are crunchy outside and chewy inside - delightful! And best of all, my finicky husband liked his dish. It hit the craving we've had for Mediterranean food.

First time here and everything was explained really well. In summary, they are rhe mediterranean chipotle with build your own bowls, wraps, pita's. A great selection of toppings if you want to have variety. Veggies and meat are well cooked and they are warm in the bowl. Lots of sauces and hummus if you like not spicy or spicy.

Yelp Review 2025 #63: Hummus Republic on Craig and Losee has only been open for a few weeks but I really love their concept. This replaced Marble Slab Creamery. It's a casual, healthy fast food restaurant. In a sea of junk food in this area, we desperately need to have something that would encourage people to eat healthier. Because healthy food doesn't mean no flavor. They're open from 10:30am-8:30pm Monday-Saturday. You can build your own bowl, wrap, and pita which means completely customizable. They have so many proteins, grains, sides/ toppings, and spreads/ sauces to choose from. If you're not fully committed to eating healthy just quite yet and you just want to dip your toes in the water, they have sandwiches like their Greek Sandwich, Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Earth Burger (vegan), sweet potato fries, fried pita chips, pita bread, and street style fries bowl. They also have a kids menu. For drinks, they have tahini shake (interesting), lemonade, bottled tea, bottled water, fountain drinks (Pepsi products and Stubborn), Celsius, and Bubbly. Custom Bowl 1: Eggplant, eggplant hummus, feta, corn, red peppers, olives, cucumbers, couscous, spinach, chickpea croutons, lemon chicken. Custom Bowl 2: hummus, corn, cucumbers, chickpeas, couscous, kale, chickpea croutons, chicken shawarma, crispy chicken (double protein), tatziki. I love everything about their build-your-own bowl. I like how I can pick and choose 4 grains/ veggies, up to 3 spreads, up to 2 proteins with an option to double the protein for about $3, up to 2 dressings (it can be drizzled on top, lightly drizzled on top or on the side), and as many toppings you want. The chickpea croutons were awesome! The possibilities are endless (well, statistically untrue). You can order and pay online so all you have to do is pick up your food. And that's what we did. I'll definitely be visiting this place frequently.

Me and my sisters went here for the first time and we felt very welcomed! The people that were helping us were very kind. I got myself a bowl, and it was very very good. Lots of protein choices and sides to choose from!!

Hummus Republic is a Halal Mediterranean Fast Food "Build-Your-Own" Pita, Wrap, or Bowl kind of place. You go down the line and build your meal "Chipotle Style." It's not a fancy place but seems very clean inside. They also have a children's menu and do offer soft beverages. For a fast food place the food in general is very good. The Halal Chickens we tried were all moist and delicious. In the bowls they give you a generous amount of hummus. They also offer a variety of hummus flavors. We both prefer the flavored hummus here. We liked all the choices that you can add to your bowl like stuffed grape leaves, and the eggplant slices. My least favorite thing was the falafel but that is only because of the style it is. Other people might feel different. The people working there were very nice and helpful. I didn't notice a spot for tipping when I paid with my card so that might be an issue that needs to be worked out. My husband noticed the tip jar that they have so he took care of that. It's great that this type of restaurant opened in the area but I just wish that they were open on Sundays too.

Randomly saw this place on TikTok and had to check it out and I'm so glad I did. Singh was fantastic at explaining the menu and how it works and also gave great suggestions. Truly made a perfect bowl. All the food is so fresh and you can tell just by walking down the line that everything was made fresh and with care. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager and found out it's Woman/Veteran owned and operated. This place is fantastic in every facet, insanely fresh, huge portions, even all the way down to the drinks everything here is so so good please do yourself a favor and stop in here you won't regret it. Here in Las Vegas, we are blessed to have many great Mediterranean restaurants and this one missed the mark for me - going by the overall star rating, I seem to be in the minority though, so YMMV. It may also have to do with the fact that there isn't much competition in NLV. Thankful there's a healthy and customizable option in the area. Concept is virtually identical to another business with a similar name around the valley. The Hits: Super clean restaurant with a modern farmhouse style, super clean food line with clear labels, lots of choices for proteins (including a mushroom shawarma!) and unlimited toppings to add on. I really liked their kale base, it was chopped and seemingly treated with some sort of acid (lemon juice?) to keep it from being so tough. The proteins were being freshly restocked, and the staff made fresh "street mix" peppers and onions for my order. I liked the lemon chicken and the feta spread. $15/meal price seems fair for what you get. They also have some sandwich/burger options and a "street fries" bowl that sounded good, for those not necessarily looking for a "healthy" option. Service was polite and attentive. The Misses: The hummus, for one. I like that you can try two kinds in your bowl but they were portioned with mini ice cream scoops for consistent portioning but the scoops held their shape - not the creamy, dippable texture hummus should have. Seemed like it needed to be thinned out with olive oil, tahini, or lemon juice. Their sauces in general were lacking - garlic jalapeno tahini tasted sour like it had gone off (glad I got it on the side so it didn't taint my whole bowl), grandma's "hot sauce" was very mild and lacked the heat I wanted. I added on the fried eggplant to one bowl and it tasted old, like the oil itself was old or it had been sitting out a while. The chopped tomatoes were underripe and just generally gross, might be better to use cherry tomatoes. It is a little loud in there so it was at times hard to hear over the counter. Happy to have them in the area but overall, they need to tighten up on the little things. Maybe it's a consistency issue, they are new. But there are too many other great places serving similar food around the same price point that is just a little bit better.

I love this restaurant! It was me & my wife's first time dining here and I was not quite sure what to expect but the minute you walk in they treat you like family. The food was fresh, the portions were large & the best part for me was it was healthy. Not like all of these fast food places that are always predictably terrible & bad for you. If you're looking for a healthy change of pace I would definitely recommend Hummus Republic.

I met a friend here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Such a clean environment. All the food displays were immaculate. High praise in that department. All the choices are well thought out. We both chose to order bowls and honestly there is enough food in one bowl to share. Being a Yelp member (elite and otherwise) I always look for a free option. This company has one ... do a Yelp review and receive a free fountain beverage. When I attempted to claim this freebee to accompany my lunch I was told that I'd have to write the review FIRST and then I'd receive the free beverage. I think this goes against Yelp policy that frowns upon businesses giving rewards for reviews. I was truly astonished at the level of persistence in this situation. No review = no free beverage. A week later and I'm still bothered by this.

I got take away. Fantastic food. Very tasty and fast. They had a special buy one get one free on insta cart. So I tried the Mushroom Schwarma and lemon chicken. Both outstanding. Went with spicy hummus all the flavors came together wonderfully. Definitely will try again and maybe actually visit instead of take out. I love these type of restaurants.

Both my hubby and I completely picked at our meals from here. For an $18 bowl, no joke it probably had one chicken tenderloin cut up on it. They piled it with an overwhelming amount of garbanzo beans instead. The kalamatas also had an off-taste. This will be a one & done for us unfortunately! Not enjoyable and I hate wasting food.

First time here and OMG was it yummy . The portion sizes are huge !! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing . I loved all the colorful ingredients and the flavorful hummus. And don't sleep on the sweet potato fries . Service was very good and the location is brightly lit. Definitely a good addition to East Craig .

Love mediterranean food and even better when it's chipotle style! I ordered a bowl and it comes with 1 meat or you can order half/half with unlimited veggie toppings and sauces! It was two meals for me! Wish they had this near me in Louisiana!

This was my first time trying Hummus Republic after seeing it constantly pop up on my FYP on TikTok -- and I'm so glad I finally did! I live all the way in Centennial, but the trip was definitely worth it. Luckily, I was the only one in the store when I went, so I got to take my time, and the lady working there was super helpful and kind while walking me through all the options. I was really impressed with the quality and how tasty my bowl was. The warm pita chips are an absolute must -- I ended up eating them on the drive home before even getting to try them with my bowl! It is on the pricier side, but honestly, the quality and quantity of the food make it totally worth it. Plus, when I checked out, I signed up with my phone number and was rewarded enough points for free bowl in their app. Yay for perks!

Anisha and the crew are so great! If you want to eat healthy and have authentic Mediterranean cuisine, this is the spot! My beef and lamb gyros and falafels are made fresh fresh! The hummus and sauces are made in house! Sorry for all the exclaimations. It's just exciting to have a real and fresh place on this side of town. It's spacious with lots of seating, and well lit inside. Well worth the prices.

I really want to like this place. This area is completely devoid of Mediterranean food, and I hope Hummus Republic does well. But after two visits, it's hard to recommend. My first experience was right after they opened, so I didn't want to leave a review then. I ordered a bowl online and it was a mess - the falafel was dry as hell, though otherwise edible. I figured they just opened and deserved some grace. Last week I was craving a gyro, so I ordered a pita with gyro meat, vegetables, tzatziki, and grandma's hot sauce. I wouldn't even be upset that it was overfilled if the toppings were good. There were maybe five or six small slivers of gyro meat inside this mess - I'm not exaggerating. The meat itself was mediocre; I've had better from the refrigerated section at the grocery store, which this certainly seemed to be. It wasn't edible without a fork and knife, which defeats the purpose of ordering it in a pita. The vegetables were fresh enough and the sauces were good, if a bit overpowering. To add insult to injury, while I was picking up my meal, an elderly man was hovering over the assembly line. The sneeze guard only goes up a few feet, and he was using it to rest his arms with his hands dangling over the open ingredients while ordering. I get that people don't want to be confrontational, but the staff needs to ask customers not to do that. It's gross. I want this place to succeed, so I feel bad leaving this review. But for $17, I at least expect to eat my lunch without wearing it. I'll give it another try, but only because I hope my experiences weren't the norm. I'm encouraged by the positive reviews from others.

Hummus Republic LV is hands down my new favorite spot! The food is so fresh, flavorful, and customizable. it's literally impossible to make a bad choice here. The hummus is creamy and delicious, the toppings are super fresh, and the portions are generous. You can really tell they care about quality and making everything taste amazing. I am also vegetarian and they were very helpful in explaining my options as well as making it very accommodating to me dietary needs. The staff is also so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you are grabbing a quick bite or want something healthy and filling, this place is a must try

Food : what a filling and delicious meal. As a binge eater I was shocked when I wasn't able to finish it myself in one sitting with the massive portions they gave me. Definitely loved that I could get two meals out of this! Aside from the portions the meat was flavorful and the sauces were the perfect amount spice!! Service : the staff was very kind and was able to recommend things that would blend well together when I was lost. Shout out to Raven for helping me make a delicious first bowl! Ambiance : clean and good music choices!

Oh my gosh, this place was AMAZING! We were helped by Singh, and he was incredible! He walked us through the menu, gave spot-on recommendations, and helped us build the perfect bowl. The food truly spoke for itself: absolutely delicious, super fresh, and the portions were huge! Even the drink options were impressive! you really can't go wrong here. We dined in, and the inside of the store was just as great. We even got to talk to the manager and learned it's a veteran-owned and veteran-run business, which made the whole experience feel even better.Overall, everything about this place was just good vibes and great service.
