Hummus Republic

I think they were having a soft opening when I walked by this place. The service may take some time to improve however I will give them 5 stars because the food was delicious. This is the typical "pick your ingredients and fill your bowl with it" place. They have different types of hummus (eggplant, harrisa and olives) and choices of protein include beef or chicken.

This place was awesome; I stumbled upon it and will be back on October 1st for their opening $1 specials! The portions were large, the food was well prepared, and the staff was very friendly. The prices were also reasonable and I have nothing bad to say about Hummus Republic. I’ll be back!!

I really liked this place. Clean and yummy. You choose whatever you want and the quality of the food is great!

Food was good and fresh, a nice selection of options but not overwhelming and the girl who helped to prepare my order was friendly and welcoming.

So my true and honest rating is really a 4.5. I ordered takeout from Hummus Republic via Uber Eats- got a veggie/hummus bowl and a chicken pita sandwich, plus grape leaves and sweet potato fries. Everything was good (probably a 4 out of 5 for the food) but the sweet potato fries were missing from my order. I called and Hummus Republic was SO nice and diligent fulfilling my missing sweet potato fries. They came back to deliver them and threw in some sweets too. Service definitely deserves 5 out of 5!

Was happy to see that the California chain (LA), opened this store here in Philly. Food was fresh and tasty, I was able to build my dish and get a great lunch for reasonable price. If you like Falafel, Hummus (few kinds) green salad and more (Beef or Vegetarian) - this is the place you should visit for your lunch or dinner! For sure I will visit this place more.

It was such a pleasure dining here! The food was amazing and Will was incredibly patient and pleasant! This was our first time at the restaurant and he took the time to walk us through and describe all of our options and then followed up at the end of our meal to make sure we enjoyed everything! We will definitely be returning!

I give the hummus republic a 5 out of 5!!! The food was amazing especially the chicken shwarma!! OMG literally the softest pitas I've ever had in my life!!! Would def recommend this place to any hummus lover and to anyone looking to broaden the nutritional horizon!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
