Really great Hunan noodle spot! The food is flavorful and very affordable. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. The restaurant is also clean and the atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Definitely a great place to grab a quick and tasty meal. 🍜✨

This is a great spot to get affordable and authentic soup noodles. The service was great. We got our food in less than 15 minutes of ordering.

PSA: Review your bill before paying. Mine had the tip already added by staff. I had the spicy beef noodles. Authentic, sure, but not too keen on the cleanliness of the locale, beef noodles are similar to what one would find in other locales across the US, so not really special.

This was such a great experience! Although there is definitely a language barrier with the staff, they are really helpful and pump out tons of dishes in minutes! Although my dish was really tasty, I wish it had more protein. Overall, though, prices are amazing, and the food is really tasty!

Home authentic food, every time a must to eat in flushing. Staffs are like your moms and sisters. Very friendly and take well care of you. Very affordable too.

Underrated restaurant - it's hard to see from the street because it's upstairs and down the hall. It's quiet up here. Food was good, even older Chinese aunty and uncle agreed. It could be spicier though. 15% gratuity automatically Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. Bathroom available.

Delicious and easy to order! You order on the iPad and the food will be brought to you. There’s an english translation located at the top of the menu. It is quite spicy though so if you have a low spice tolerance, make sure you order something not spicy.

05/12/2024 Came by for a snack this was across the street from my hotel. I ordered the Spicy Beef Dry Noodles. I don't like places that speak only Chinese even tho I am Chinese but "ABC". It was confusing I asked how much? The woman pointed at the menu and said took a bottle of water out. So I thought it comes with water. Nope I was charged $1.50 for the water that I didn't want till I got back to my hotel and saw the receipt. So minus 1 star for that trap sale. Got about 3 pieces of beef but it was very tender and tasty. Just the right amount of spice. What's wrong with these restaurants No Zero Sugar or Diet soda, all the drinks has sugar a no, no for me.

The place is clean and comfortable. Food is yummy. Very highly recommend this place.

I purchased the spicy beef noodle. It had beef, noodles, some peanuts and some veggies. It was very tasty and the perfect amount of spice. It smelled kind of like dry pot mala spices but i don't think it actually was. I was pleasantly surprised how nice and tender the beef was. the peanuts were a nice touch but I wish there was more. The veggies were good but it was only like 3 pieces total. I wouldn't say it was too filling but It was really good and I can't say I have any complaints with the taste so five stars it is. I would very much recommend it.

Did delivery order for spicy dry noodles and beef noodle soup. They were both as advertised. The spicy noodles are super spicy with the mala hot at spicy. The rice noodle portion is like a 1.5x portion so great if you like this type of noodle!! The beef noodle broth was a bit salty so I diluted it with water and it was still salty enough. I would come back to dine in. Good first experience. This place is inside the place that has congee village.

Stopped in for dinner and got the beef noodle soup. The noodles were good but the broth was spectacular. It also had bok choy. It's a small and intimate space so great for smaller parties. The service is pretty straightforward. You order and they bring to your table when it's ready and the prices are great considering the portions.

Best Hunan rice noodle ever had. The stinky tofu is very stinky and taste good. Strongly recommend if you like spicy taste.

We visited a few months ago while doing a little staycation in Flushing (if we're being real, it was a foodcation) and I literally froze in my tracks when I saw Hunan Noodle's sign. My dad's family is from Hunan and I have been missing and craving the beef noodle soup from his hometown for years and years but it is just niche enough to be hard to find in the US, although my mom assures me it is getting more popular in China. We were being extremely COVID cautious during our visit but we brought along a CO2 meter and the restaurant was actually extremely well-ventilated so we were able to dine in comfortably. I immediately ordered a spicy beef noodle for myself and a braised beef rice noodle for my partner and then went to peruse the little toppings station (I looooove me a good sauces and toppings station). We also ordered a cucumber appetizer to keep things balanced. While nothing quite hits like the noodles from my dad's hometown, these were soooo delicious, I was having a hard time not eating too fast. The staff also kindly reminded me to help myself to the little station of condiments and toppings/sides, so I happily delighted in splashing some Chinese black vinegar on my noodles and adding some crunchy peanuts and Chinese pickles on top as well. It's a healthy spice, so folks who are not accustomed to Hunan spice levels may want to proceed with caution. (Hunan is one of the 4 provinces in China famous for their spicy food. Sichuan is another.) I came back to Hunan Noodle after a hair appointment in Flushing recently as a little solo treat for myself and it was as good as I remembered. No frills, just a great bowl of rice noodles, which is getting easier to find in New York, and I'm so glad that Hunan-style rice noodles are also something I can enjoy with just a Metrocard instead of a plane ticket. It's really authentic and veryyy tasty, please enjoy and invite me when you go!

This place was an incredible find! My friend and I were on the prowl for a dinner spot in Flushing before wandering into a mall plaza and finding this restaurant at the very inside of the hallway. The decorations convinced me that it'd be authentic, lol, and I was right! We ordered the Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage Noodle and Braised Pork Rib Noodle, and they were delicious and filling! I recommend their Pickled Cabbage (酸菜) highly because it was so flavorful that it overshone the braised pork comparatively! Great service from the lady working the register and I'm hungry again now just thinking about it. Recommend!

First time having Hunan style noodles and it was absolutely delicious!!! I would be forwarded it is extremely spicy. As someone who loves spicy food I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy beef noodle soup. The portions are also HUGE. It's a small space more of an intimate setting but the staff are really nice and the food and experience is very authentic.

These are my favorite dishes, always taste so good. And the service is good too. And the price is good.you can add more rice noodles if you stay there to eat. And still you can add some peanuts and beans for free.

Takeout perfection : I ordered the spicy chicken leg & tomato/beef stew . It was a perfect spice/flavor balance together. The chicken was serious & they made it clear that they don't have non spicy chicken too (lol). Please don't order if you can't manage spice. BUT if you want something healthy and flavorful please order the tomato/beef stew. The beef was perfect and had it's own beefy savory taste with a hint of garlic, the stew was adorned with enoki mushrooms, peanuts and of course tomato! I couldn't even finish all the food if I wanted to = good portion size.. then they have this double bowl to separate the noodles from the stew as well! I will absolutely return ~ for takeout

Decent food, garbage service. TLDR: manager decided to pick a fight with me over something she could've handled in under a minute. ruined my entire dining experience and my perception of the restaurant. Their ordering system is really strange in the fact that if multiple people are using it, the carts are all merged together and ordered all at once. My friend put in an order while I was still shopping on their system and things that I hadn't decided on getting were all ordered. We informed the staff immediately what had happened, and they insisted that I should just take it. I was trying not to be difficult, so I did. But the stuff we were forced to keep didn't even taste fresh. I took a bite and didn't want any more of it. Our bill ended up being way more expensive than what I actually meant to order. When telling the staff politely that I tried and didn't enjoy the additional items that were added, the manager came by and I explained to her what had happened: an honest mistake due to their ordering system, tried the food, didn't like it, wanted to have these unwanted items taken off the bill. Should be VERY simple. Just void it in the system. She then goes on to gaslight me by saying that I told them about the mistake 10 minutes later which is absolutely not true at all. We took about 2 minutes max. She then went on to lecture me??? about how restaurants work???? That if you don't like something, you can't simply return it. First, that's not even true. Second, I've been saying that I didn't even want to order it to begin with. She was also detracting from my point by saying bs like, "So you're just complaining about our system then?" and "if you didn't order it, who did?" LIKE... am i talking to my toxic ass extended family or am i at an establishment?? THEN, after all of this ridiculously unprofessional behavior, she says that if all I wanted was to have something taken off the bill, then she could do that. SO WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG? And why did she have to argue with me??? absolutely wild never coming back. you shouldn't either

Great service and delicious food! If you're extra hungry, go for the free extra noodles. Also ordered the chicken feet and it was pretty good. The style reminds of the papaya salad (south eastern Asians).

The broth was inedible and they're doing the stealing through stealth tip charges I've been noticing. I think this is theft and places like this should be shut down. If you can add 15% unannounced why not 20? 30? 50? Showing me what you charge after you already charged me doesn't change this. It's like showing you where I doubled your rent after I made you pay it.

Really authentic hunan food with alot of side dishes and free noodle refill. We got 3 soups and stinky tofu.

Ordered for delivery the noodles were good I also ordered the beef fried rice which was a little disappointing it has very small pieces of dried out beef and the rice was old tasting.

This restaurant is so tasty. I highly recommend it! We order the skinny tofu and rice noodles and enjoy them a lot.

free sides usually used in noodle toppings are very good very standard food nothing super special but not bad at all will come here if i'm too lazy to cook

It's a surprising good restaurant. The place is a little hard to find but it's worth the time 意外发现，店面干净，服务热情，地道的湖南拌粉，久违的臭豆腐！会再来！

I'm absolutely amazed. My kids loved their rice noodles! Service is nice And they have an private small room for us, so we did not worry so much about kids.

I don't normally eat this kind of food nor have any knowledge to compare how authentic this can be? BUT, for a person who is open minded in the noms. I respectfully enjoyed it! Granted my girl did all the ordering and I have to say. It wasn't too shabby! Majority of the stuff we ate had a kick. The meatball with sticky rice was probably the best dish. I can totally see myself eating this during Superbowl ! I notice a lot of the stuff seems on the heathy side. Which isn't a bad thing. Winter is coming after all! Time to get warm people! =)

Rice noodle was great! Service was quick and stuff very friendly . The steamed pork ribs and steamed pork rib with chopped pepper both very delicious

My family came here for a good meal but had the most unsanitary experience you can imagine during the covid crisis. My family member was drinking the tea that they gave him and then we noticed that it looked oily around the rim of the cup. We took a look and realized it was from the used cup from previous customers. Disgusted, we asked for new cups. They provided us with disposable cups. I believe the server was new but this is unacceptable even for a new server.I would not recommend this place.

Very great place to go if you want to enjoy local Hunan food. They have a wide variety of authentic Hunan noodles. They also had a bar full of side orders to go with your meal.

the food is cold, rice is dry and hard. Most of the orders are salty, totally different than the picture on the manue. When I requested to refund because they sent me the wrong order with tiny amount of food, the boss rejected me rudely.

Ordered a shrimp mala tong and ground Hunan beef noodle soup. The plan was to share all our food before watching Dune next door. Towards the end of finishing her noodle which I shared too my wife found a mid size cocker roach in the noodle soup. I ate in flushing restaurants for 30 years and never seen or heard that people found roaches in their food. The waiter waived the bill but what a disgusting dirty place! Had no appetite for the mala tang afterwards and we just got up and left. Do not come here!
