Penelope is absolutely amazing! I recently engaged her for a private class for my new helper from Myanmar, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. What really stood out was Penelope’s patience. She is such a lovely lady and has a way of explaining things so clearly that our helper felt comfortable right away. Our helper enjoyed the class so much and kept telling us how fun the whole session was! The recipes are also incredibly delicious and practical for home cooking. The White Cut Chicken and the Cabbage with Vermicelli are already household favorites (the chicken is so tender!). Even the Tom Yum Soup was a huge hit, honestly better than what we’ve had in some restaurants! If you’re looking to upskill your helper or even yourself, I can’t recommend Hungry Mummies enough. Thank you, Penelope, for making the transition so smooth for our new helper

Penny is such a delight to learn from. Warm and friendly. Hone based cooking and can be easily replicated. Her recipes are tasty and easy to follow. Did the Soto Ayam, Curried Lentil Soup, Salmon & Leek Soup, Garlic Herb Flatbread. And they taste great! Looking forward to more classes to learn!

Had loads of fun at Penelope's cooking class! Penelope is so patient and approachable. She taught us how to use healthy premixes to make delicious desserts easily at home. The recipes were simple to follow and taste good too! Highly recommend her classes to everyone!

Well conducted class at Hungry Mummies. Good range of recipes to choose from, be it western or asian cuisine. Enjoyed the small class and intimate teaching. Beginners are welcome. Penelope is very friendly and experienced at cooking. Can also bring the cooked food home.

I am so glad that I have found Penelope’s cooking classes. Of all the culinary classes I have been to, I find her classes the best. Not only is she patient, warm and approachable, she is also very clear in her explanation and guides you step by step. Her recipes are easy to follow and they are very tasty! Her nasi lemak class is awesome and her family style meals are delicious! Highly recommend her classes to everyone!

My teenage daughter had much fun during her first lesson and she requested for more lessons! The teacher is patient and kind. Highly recommended if you want your children to learn cooking in a systematic matter.
