Hurdy Gurdy

We happened upon this place when visiting the farmer's market. It is great! The food and service were exceptional. The owner personally greeted us and treated us as if we were being invited into his home. The atmosphere was amazing and had a comfortable feeling. The food was delicious and the range of beverages were right on par. We will absolutely be back next time we are in Dallas. Come here for some true southern hospitality. Thank you David and Cindy!

The food at this place will satisfy any craving. From healthy to downright sinful, there is something for every dallasite at this new farmers market gem. The food is innovative and comforting paying homage to classic southern flavors. With a sports pub vibe and great location 👌 round this spot out to be a new dallas regular 10/10

Ordered: Toddess Burger, Sweet Potato fries, Peppered Paloma I really enjoyed the buns, the meat could of used a bit more seasoning. Overall I enjoyed the burger, the sweet potato fries were crispy and well seasoned. The Peppered Paloma was my favorite item. It was strong but very enjoyable. The atmosphere is bar vibes, but you could easily bring the family here. Definitely stop by if you’re in this part of town.

Have you ever had a Bourbon spritz? They used makers mark and aperol with Prosecco and it is amazing. Plus, this glass is my favorite.

A welcome addition to the Farmers Market! Awesome patio with great views of the skyline. Menu emphasizes shareable items; wonton meatballs, bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños, and corn dog pops were excellent. Specialty cocktails were equally impressive. Friendly attentive service. Look forward to returning soon!

Stumbled upon this place while visiting the Dallas Farmer’s market! 10/10 would recommend. Chicken & Waffles with a side of gravy (my recommendation) was amazing! The drinks were great as well. Highly recommend checking it out.

My friends and I stumbled across Hurdy Gurdy on a Saturday while at the Farmers Market. The food was soooo good that we went back the next day. As a picky eater, I was thoroughly impressed with everything! I tried the veggie flatbread and the honey butter chicken biscuit - 10/10 recommend. I will be back!

Hurdy Gurdy presented their opening night with excellent food in a large building, offering plenty of seating options - including a bar. Will be a great place to grab a drink with some awesome appetizers to accompany. Great turnout!
