Superb experience along the coast of Norway. Professional and punctual. The life on-board is never boaring, with interesting stops and expeditions everyday. Food is good (salmon especially). Crew is very friendly and helping. I feel refreshed and ready to come back soon. Thanks to all !

hurtigruten is a ^^^company. I paid them about 15000usd to antarctica.they poison me using pesticide ,hydrochloric acid and Ozone.put them inside my cabin.when I came out they enter my cabin and put pesticide in my cup,put hydrochloric acid inside my mask and in my teeth brush,toothpaste,on my jacket,search my bag,put hydrochloric acid on everything in my wardrobe. they put hydrochloric acid on faucet of water dispensers.put it in many food (buffet).there are more than 100 people in the ship.we all eat the same food and drink the same water.they want to poison me,and don’t care poison others. I complaint about these to captain,then they disembarked me in stanley port without refund.the reason is they feel uncomfortable with me. It is the company’s decision,but they take the Captain as an excuse. they poison me,disembarked me without refund, and they slander me. Hurtigruten is a ^^^company.^^^Norwegians.

Impossible to cancel tickets despite a world-wide pandemic. They want the money anyway. Greedy company.

Entret Polarlys en sen onsdagskveld med destinasjon Trondheim. Å ta sjøreisen med dette ikoniske fartøyet, blant flere, svarte absolutt til forventningene. Ekstra bonus at det var «indian summer» og godt og varmt nesten hele turen. Ble vel tatt i mot av en rutinert og vennlig stab,fra de som «leide» bilen inn til innsjekking. Må likevel få trekke frem han som varter opp i kafeen på dekk 7. For en service! Så blid og imøtekommende! Med litt guiding underveis, feiring av passering ved polarsirkelen, fikk alle reisende en underholdende tur. Nå kan jeg krysse av denne på bucket-lista, men betyr ikke at jeg gjerne tar en tur igjen en gang😀 Tusen takk for en opplevelsesrik og trygg tur!

Venden la experiencia como un viaje turístico a los fiordos, cuando realmente solo ves 1 fiordo interesante ( en nuestro caso el del Troll, en nuestro viaje de Kirkenes a Bergen). Las excursiones son a toda prisa, porque los tiempos de escala son muy reducidos, realmente es un barco de transporte y postal, y por eso no es un crucero al uso. Mucho ruido en las cabinas (nosotros estábamos en la cubierta 3) y la comida es de buffet de escasa calidad y variedad. Mejora en las cenas. En definitiva, no recomendable si lo que quieres es ver fiordos y disfrutar de la naturaleza de Noruega.

PÉSIMA GESTIÓN DE LAS INCIDENCIAS O cómo estropear un gran viaje con una gestión impresentable de un error interno. Nuestra excelente experiencia en Noruega se vio enturbiada por un grave error de un empleado de la compañía Hurtigruten. Nuestro grupo estaba compuesto por 12 viajeros. El Chofer que debía recogernos a las 5:45 para llevarnos a Cabo Norte, la excursión opcional estrella del viaje, no apareció y el substituto tardó algo más de una hora en recogernos. Por tanto perdimos una hora de la excursión más deseada, y también la más cara, de todo el viaje. El personal se comportó bien y se disculparon amablemente. Al día siguiente expresamos nuestro descontento al personal de Expediciones del barco, que aceptaron la gravedad de la incidencia y como compensación nos ofrecieron contratar, con un 50% de descuento, otra excursión opcional siempre y cuando tuvieran 12 plazas libres. Valorando en positivo su oferta, contestamos que accedíamos pero que lo justo sería que esta compensación no tuviera un coste adicional. Se negaron. A pesar de nuestros reiterados esfuerzos, no conseguimos la mínima compensación que pedimos. Nunca más viajaré con Hurtigruten. No recomiendo viajar con Hurtigruten.
