Honestly, we had a group of nine people and we all felt like we had a good experience here. Wait times weren’t too bad, from ordering to receiving food it was pretty typical for what you’d experience at most restaurants. The flavors were awesome, the prices were solid, and the staff were all super friendly. We were there a little later, so I’m not sure how the place would be with larger crowds or longer lines, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. 👌🏻

I came here Sunday night for an early dinner and drinks during the dogwood festival. The place has a very cool vibe, all the staff I enter acted with were kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was great! I had the fried tomatoes with thr goat cheese and orange marmalade sauce and then the signature Huske beef tips with the secret dipping sauce. I asked, they wouldn't tell me what it was lol. The outer banks cocktail was an amazing addition to my experience 😍 I will be back without a doubt. Thanks for an awesome dinner yall!

Great place! If you go and you're from New England, be sure to ask for Grace. She's a fellow New Englander. She's polite, respectful, and has the personality you're looking for. The food was delicious. We had the house made spinach dip with wontons and tortilla chips. It was so yummy. Plus they had drinks to go! One of the best experiences! Thank you for allowing me to have a good time. Went here on a Sunday night around 8pm.

We were so excited to have the opportunity to make reservations for a Sunday brunch. Our reservations for 4 were at noon. We showed a few minutes early but there was some confusion with the customers in line which prevented us from being seated at noon. It appeared they were short staffed. The four of us got a table upstairs and jumped right into the drink options which were delayed at the bar as they were backed up and came to the table in plastic cups as they ran out of clean wine glasses. The dining area didn’t appear to have an excess of people so it was soon evident they were short staffed in every department. Our breakfast meals came to the table 90 minutes after we ordered. When we got the food it was delicious. Our wait staff said they were turning away customers at the door and running out of food. What a tough position to be in. I was very pleased with the hot delicious food and I was catching up with the girls so I didn’t mind the wait but had my situation been different I would have been upset. I still tipped well as it was not the wait staff fault. I hope things get better soon. I love Huske!

While the BBQ pulled pork and ribs were a little sweet for my tastes, the bangers and mash were a great comfort dish. Great french fries and cheese curds as well. Staff were nice and accommodating. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me.

The server was really nice and attentive, but I can not say the same about the food. The food was mediocre and for my taste the BBQ was far too sweet, especially when pair with bbq beans and somehow the sweet potato fries were lacking. While eating then I wondered if it was even sweet potato. So to conclude the food is mediocre.

Excellent Reuben sandwich. Rye bread flavorful and crispy. Quality sauerkraut. Meat is finely chopped and mixed into sauerkraut. A Reuben can be soggy, and this one was a little wet but not enough to be annoying. The club sandwich is very good with fresh veggies and meats, the bread is very good, light and crispy with good flavor. My wife and I chose the mashed potatoes as a side and they are really good. The grill cheese is light and crispy.

I’m torn…we had mostly good drinks, not good food, and Karaoke entertainment. The place is a dive bar in fancy clothes. Everything looks good, but isn’t. When asked, it was suggested that we try the burnt tips and the sauce because it was “created” by the kitchen manager. Unless that kitchen is managed by Sweet Baby Ray himself, the sauce was not house made and was very clearly an undoctored, mass produced, commercial sauce…a far cry from what was described. The food was aggressively average, at best. I wasn’t expecting meat atop meat when I ordered the “BBQ Burnt Tips Burger,” but I was served a sad burger patty topped with cubes of meat drowning in supermarket BBQ sauce. The shrimp is not prepared or breaded in house, only fried there. I will not return for food, especially when there are several places within walking distance to try. The drinks were ok. There was a fair selection of microbrews, about ten hand crafted cocktails, and an entire menu dedicated to Stella Rosa wines. I’m not sure why Stella Rosa has been selected to be the feature of the bar.

Yelp
We had heard from friends that this place had a great vibe & was also making great beer. Well, they don't make beer any longer but we totally enjoyed the vibe, the staff, the decorations & the food! We had a bartender was great - she hadn't been there long but was knowledgeable & quick. We weren't too hungry, but opted for appetizers and - wow! Fried green tomatoes were so good, crispy, fresh and disappeared quickly. We also tasted burnt ends - some were not too positive but ours were perfect - tender and tasty. We also had wings; good but we couldn't finish and made the executive decision that they could travel (note: Wayne had them for hangry snack the next afternoon).

Yelp
This was a disappointing dining experience. I thought with it's history they must be doing something right. I had picked somewhere else to eat but didn't get there in time. I passed somewhere recommended but this place had easier parking. The service here was lacking to say the least. I was brought a water then asked what I wanted to drink. Then given a few minutes to look over the menu. My food was brought out and I never saw the waitress again until 10 minutes after I finished my meal. Usually someone comes to make sure the food is ok and asks if you need anything and refills your beverage. I needed a knife as my beef tips were grizzly and not cut small enough for my liking but I was just provided a napkin with a fork inside. I am not sure if that is the norm or the knife was forgotten. I never got a knife from anyone else working there either or even a drink refill when my tea was empty. I had ordered the beef tips that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. But they also gave me salad dressing. This is one restaurant I will never return. Although it is possible I just got a lousy waitress and ordered wrong. The folks on both side of me were welcomed; told all the drinks available and they went over the menu with them.

Bill M.

Yelp
Stopped in for a drink before dinner. Not brewing so no flights of their beers. Bartender was right on us and had our orders quickly. Recommend a few things which were spot on. Cool place to chill but looking forward for them to get their beer going again.

Ashley D.

Yelp
We came in Saturday night. The service was incredibly slow for a not very busy night. The cheese curds were delicious and a favorite at our table. Get the ranch it's so good. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I wouldn't get again. One side of it was burnt. Though the burgers were delicious! Kids Mac n Cheese was good too.

Kurt S.

Yelp
Great service! The staff was overly accommodating. I am critical with 9yrs in the biz... turn the music down 15-25%. If it was a club, you're perfect. But as a food+alc venue, you do want to fill the tables with more people. IE they want to talk to each other. My group as well as another group moved to the back of the bar due to this. Lastly, tell your staff to avoid closing duties at 932pm... shouldn't be something on their mind before 1am. Your site says 2am and that's why we're here. If they're pulling pillows and wiping down windows, I'm closing my tab because I'm being "pushed" out the door. Again, great bar and server staff! By the count of patrons in the bar, this is a favorite among the locals. Will be back next holiday.

Yelp
This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a dining establishment. We got seated really quickly and that's where the good ended . We wait d for over 15 mins for the server to even come over to the table . Took our drink and food orders . I got a coffee . Waiter never asked how I wanted my steak cooked or how my husband wanted his burger cooked . We ordered out food and it took over 45 minutes to arrive. I asked about it and was told that the kitchen was making all of the big parties food and it would be out in a minute. In the mean time I ended up getting there coffee refills..... When the food arrived it looked like cafeteria food. I was astonished at how it looked . The steak was charred. The hash browns were from a frozen bag . The burger has absolutely no juice in it at all. Honestly it all looked like it had been previously cooked and then reheated . My eggs were the best part. Even though they were just basic. It was a combination of the slow unorganized kitchen and our waiter . We won't be back because of this.

Yelp
This place just shows everything that you need in a Brewery! The food and drinks are easy to put back! Ambience is very casual and fun!

Michael C.

Yelp
if you have never been to the Huske hardware restreuant & Brewery in fayettville nc before the food is really good and the service is outstanding. one thing that i have to say about the ambiance of the place is that it is very welcoming when you frist walk into the reastreuant and overall its just a wonderfull place to enjoy a meal if you have never been there before. one of my favorite things on the menu is woulld have to be the FT fish & chips it is Really dellicious and one of my favorite thing on there menu. deffiently will reccemond to this place to anyone that has never tried it before so that they can try it and hopefully have a wonderfull experence like i did when i went there to have lunch with my family. this place is one of my favorite places to eat in the fayettville nc area will be returning to this place again soon when ever im in the fayettville nc area. im going to tell my friends and family about this place so they can try it and hopefully have a wonderfull exprience like me and my family did.

Demitri L.

Yelp
I got the fish and chips here. Very good for small town brewery vibes! Also had a phenomenal orange witbier they had on tap that I would recommend to anyone. Tina was great on the bar, very friendly and checked on me often!

Deb L.

Yelp
When I'm in the mood for a "home made Rueben Sandwich" this is the only place I will ever get it from!! I have other things there as well but def 1 of my fav places to go eat!!

James W.

Yelp
This place is always "meh," food-wise (except for the Reuben. That shit slaps!) I'll always return for drinks though. I like the location, too. I don't remember what the dish in the attached picture is called, only that I was excited to eat it, yet disappointed it was like 98% potatoes and 2% eggs and meat. F*%!, man, I know times are tough, but come on! A friend of mine tells me on Friday and Saturday nights they move the tables and the bottom floor transforms into a dance hall. Probably cool if you aren't a married father of three pushing 40.

Susie A.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is pretty calm. I've never had to wait here because they are pretty efficient at seating people. We have been here several times and the food has been great. The only negative was their marketing on their facebook for special events is misleading/dishonest. We've brought our kids here and never had an issue until Valentine's Day when we walked in with our children and the hostess/ waitress said "Oh my God!". I was a waitress and understanding kids can be a lot but I felt it was kind of rude. Other then that we have only had kind servers and good experiences.

Sky T.

Yelp
This place is two levels and makes a good place to host a large group as allowable with current COVID restrictions. It's a decent restaurant with a mix of local and national brews to choose from and a full menu. Our table ended up grabbing a couple of cold ones and splitted their sampler platter. It came with wings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and kettle chips. It was pretty standard. Their sauce on their wings was an interesting combo though between sweet, spicy, and tangy. The other items were okay and did not stand out as much and seemed pretty straightforward.

Terri P.

Yelp
Great food and drinks! I had the Ft Fisher Fish & Chips and I also ordered the sweet potato fries while my friend ordered the shrimp Caesar salad.

Patrice Z.

Yelp
Came here for Karaoke on Friday. The waitress was pretty rude to my group on 4 occasions. She seemed annoyed when we asked questions. We weren't a rowdy group. The food and drink were decent and prices are comparable to other locations. The bangers and mash are literally a giant bowl if mashed potatoes with four short sausages. The karaoke was a great time- good company. The bathrooms clean. Street parking- free after 7 pm. Near downtown Fayetteville.

Yelp
It feels like the timing was not in my favor for this visit. We walked in, were asked if we wanted indoor or out. We chose indoor and were taken to a hightop table. Seeing several empty tables all around we ask if we can have a booth. There is also a whole upstairs. The hostess simply says No, but your server will be right with you. Ok, odd..but moving on. The menu is large, we're chatting and the server comes over. From there it allll went downhill. Apparently JUST as we walked in, they switched from restaurant mode to club mode. So we were the last table that was able to order food. A blatant lie, as a few couples and a group came in after us, and ordered food. Then the truth came. We were that servers last table of the night so we needed to order now, close out, and then order any additional drinks at the bar. Annoying but here we are. We got fried green tomatoes, cheese curds and chicken tenders. They were all..ok, with no points for presentation. While we are eating there is karaoke going on and a band outside. It seems like this night is gonna end with a bang. It did not. Almost as if we had left Kansas and ended up I dont know where..all of a sudden, the Thong Song was playing over my dinner. We decide to just head outside. The band has finished playing and the outdoor area is now off limits. So many rules. It also wasnt as if we arrived right at 10 o'clockat night or an on the dot time. It was like.. 923pm. So many forced and odd transitions. I will perhaps try again only for lunch.

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place, but honestly wasn't impressed. My husband, 15 mo old daughter, and I came here on a Wednesday night, roughly around 6pm. We were seated immediately, which was great. They did provide a high chair, also great. Our table was kind of sticky though, which always kind of grosses me out since my kid is going to be touching/eating directly off of it. We must have waited about 15-20 minutes before someone actually acknowledged our table. Our server apologized and said they were pretty busy. (Honestly, there was like 2 other tables in the dining room that were taken. Maybe they had a bunch of people outside, but I don't really believe that.) Anyway, he took our entire order because we had been there long enough to decide. We started with the fried green beans. I really wasn't wowed. They were pretty average, but our server raved about how great they were. They came with a cup of ranch. The hubby doesn't like ranch, so he asked if we could sample the hot sauce to dip his green beans in. Our server was like oh my gosh yes, of course! And brought it right out. Little did we know, he later charged us $1 for this tiny condiment cup. The penny pinching gets worse though. We both ordered burgers. Mine only came with tomato and my husband's came with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion. My husband doesn't eat anything on his burgers besides more meat and cheese, so he politely asked for them to take everything else off. When I ordered, I asked the server if they could just give me all of his vegetables because I would eat them on my burger, since it only came with tomato. Our server happily obliged. Little did we know, each topping was $.50 extra on our bill. Our server also asked what we wanted for a side-- chips, fries, sweet potato fries, or mac and cheese. The hubby chose mac n cheese because our daughter would probably eat it and I got the fries. Again, little did we know, it was a $3 up charge for mac n cheese. Our server happily put it on the bill, but never told us it was an up charge or asked if it was okay. So food comes out shortly after. My husband seemed to enjoy his burger. He was starving, so I'm not sure he actually chewed his lol. Mine was okay. I ordered the patty melt and my sourdough bread was like 3 sizes too big for the actual burger patty. One side of the bread was lightly toasted with semi-melted cheese anddddd the other was soaked in grease. Not a fan, but whatever. I was hungry so I ate it. But you know all those vegetables they charged us for? Yeah, I got one tomato slice (the one that was supposed to come on my burger, but I got charged extra for it anyway,) one piece of onion (literally one ring,) and a sad looking piece of lettuce. Oh, I also got like 3 pickles in a condiment cup on the side which, you're right, I got charged extra for. The fries were alright. My husband described them as frozen Walmart fries lol. He said they were lucky that he actually enjoys frozen Walmart fries, so he ate them. The mac n cheese was in this TINY, and I do mean tiny, bowl. It was okay. Not the best or worst mac n cheese I've ever eaten, but could definitely be made better at home. All in all, we had a really sub-par experience. Our server was also likeeeee overly excessive about everything and lingered to have a very awkward conversation with us while we had just started eating our food. We ended up paying over $50 for 2 meals and an appetizer, plus tip. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place, but I don't think I'll be back purely because of the lack of accommodations and sneakiness. I know shit isn't free, but I really feel like he could have hooked us up with the toppings since my husband wasn't actually eating them and been more vocal about the upcharges in general. *I would also like to add, they threw packets of mayo and mustard on my tray without asking if I wanted any and that shit is included with the meal, so why couldn't the tiny amount of hot sauce or toppings be?

Vintressia N.

Yelp
We were in town for the Royal Comedy Tour & was looking for a late nite dinner. The food was delicious, He had the Alfredo pasta with Salmon & I had the Fish-n-chips. The drinks were on point. I had the Lavender Lemon Drop & my boyfriend had the Patron Margarita. All in all we would definitely go back.

Kam S.

Yelp
The service was awful, never felt so much like an inconvenience. Waitress basically ignored us, we initially wanted Blue Moon and decided to come here for an alternative choice due to busy day. The place was empty when we got there, 2 hours later we finally got to leave. The food was decent, asked for medium rare burger and got a charred messed. The place was nice and oldish vibes... but the service is the worst. Took 40 minutes to get our checks, we will not be coming back, literally made a yelp just for this. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Amber H.

Yelp
So I was downtown and decided to check this place out. I seen the 2 levels and thought it was really cute. On the inside it is really cute. I love the purple lights they had hung. They had stars hanging from the bar. It's huge on the inside with seating upstairs with social distancing being practiced. No I didn't order food but I wanted to check it out and get a drink. When I come in, the bartender is busy I guess to take my order but greeted me so I'll give him that but I noticed the shade. Two people came in after and completely walked past me and took their order. So I lock eyes with the dude and he still doesn't proceed to acknowledge me or take my order. Then because I am not wearing a "feminine" stereotypical outfit i was called a sir or buddy repeatedly. I didn't acknowledge him the first time when he called me sir then he decided to say or ma'am really low. There was a lot of injustice going on. Wouldn't come back. The reviews are already bad and this don't make it no better. Im finishing my beer and bouncing.

Brielle ..

Yelp
we've been to Huske several times since we moved here a year plus ago. We've never had a bad experience, hence why we keep going back. But tonight - Robert was our server, and he was incredible! One of the best servers we've ever had since moving to North Carolina. He was attentive, humorous, informative, and you could tell he is truly passionate about serving others. Thanks Robert! We will be back!

Brett W.

Yelp
Took them 25 minutes to get me a beer. Asked for a medium rare burger and got a charred burger super well done. The staff was rude and took forever in a day to do anything.

John M.

Yelp
The restaurant was too cool. We had to wear coats to be comfortable. The lunch menu was adequate, but the food was marginal.

Adam W.

Yelp
Ordered ultimate nachos but they arrived and were soggy and slightly above room temperature. I ordered the bbq and rib platter. Bbq was overly sweet and had a weird taste towards the bottom of the small cup. The baby back ribs were meaty as expected but 2 of my 4 bones were charred with one being BURNT. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich and when asked how it was she said it was alright so that's all I have to say about the chicken sandwich. Now to the added gratuity.....I prefer to get my moneys worth which was not the case. Twenty percent tip with mediocre service is ridiculous when compounded by the addition of 2 drinks. It was karaoke night which was decent for what it was. For the price they better up their game!!! PS well it ended up being a long night for my wife as she spent half the night moaning and vomiting with what can only be food poisoning. Since we only went here and had nothing else there is no other explanation. She had the chicken sandwich with house chips n ranch as well as the baked beans. Bumping this from a 2 star to a 1 star. Restaurant was not even at half capacity.

Marylou B.

Yelp
Food and drinks were good, the service was terrible. Waited over an hour for bar food, and never received some of the order. We were asked to give up our bar stools as the bar turned into a club. 20% is automatically added to your bill. Go anywhere else!!!!

John B.

Yelp
Cool spot downtown. Not a brewery. I stopped in last week to try some craft beers. They have a decent variation of bottles and drafts but they do not brew beer. It looks like it was a brewery at one time but not anymore. They have a DJ and dancing on weekends after 10pm which seemed to draw in some business. There is a cover if you arrive after 10pm but you can get a free wristband if you arrive prior.

Don H.

Yelp
Stopped in last night and service was great , environment was cool and beer was cold. Suggest you try the burnt end burger !!

Sean H.

Yelp
Drink here, DO NOT eat here! Great for groups and friendly service. Ordered burger, undercooked, buns stale, burnt ends obvious leftovers from earlier. If looking for a great atmosphere to drink this is your place. Don't bother with the food! Also clean drains, bar smells like stale beer.

Dave D.

Yelp
I read several of the bad of the reviews as I always do. We came here prior to reading them and I'm glad. We were seated quickly and our waiter Daniel was great! He was friendly and attentive.we ordered the BBQ Burnt tip burger. It was cooked as we requested and it was delicious!!! We would definitely recommend Huske Hardware and come back anytime!

Jessica H.

Yelp
Our server Tyvon, was outstanding! We had the cheese curds, burnt ends app, and cheeseburger with fries, and waffle napoleon. All of it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Madison M.

Yelp
Such a fun atmosphere. Funky decorations all over the place to give the place a personality- the service was great. We sat at the bar with intentions to have a great time and a great time was had! Food was great - drinks were great. The bar service could not be beat!

Steve S.

Yelp
I find the food good, not great, but good. I find the service sucks. My wife and I waited last year over an hour after we ordered for food and got no apology. Today I did an online order, went to pick it up at the designated time. The waitress/bartender said, "I'm just now seeing this." There were only 2 other people at the bar and they were paying and leaving. The order was on her tablet but she hadn't placed it yet. They also have a mandatory tip on their online order form.

Nayo M.

Yelp
We walked in to this restaurant as we searching for a place to eat and to our surprise it was an amazing experience, food was delicious and the service was great, the atmosphere was awesome too, I love the old building. Great food and great place

Rosanne K.

Yelp
Showed up 8:55pm. Website says open til 10pm. We were told we couldn't eat because they were closing in 5 minutes due to slow business. Guess so if you turn away a family of 4.

Rita M.

Yelp
Food has gone down in quality (especially salads). The facilities (tables, seats, wait staff station) are in disrepair. It needs a refresh, especially the bathroom. Music too loud for 2:30 in the afternoon, but then I'm old. More nightclub atmosphere not a restaurant.

Dawn S.

Yelp
Tried to order online pickup and it wouldn't let me so I called and was told they don't do pick up orders on the weekends any more!?!?

Ruperto G.

Yelp
This is real hard for me because I've visited this establishment in the past and I've had extremely positive experiences. I was there for a going away for a fellow co-worker. Beautiful night, masked mandate has just been lifted. Band is playing. It couldn't be a better setup. We were seated upstairs. I believe the original reservations were for 20 people but actually close to 40 folks showed up. For gatherings like this I understand that service is going to be slow. I get it. Especially on a Friday night. As usual, I showed up late. After about 15 to mins I was greeted by a real nice waitress and she took my drink and food order. Again, coming in I knew service was not going to be top notch and usually for functions like this I keep my order real simple - wings and a beer. Surprisingly, my order came relatively quickly because there were folks who were there way before me, they did not get their orders. A little bit later we requested to the waiter if it was possible to turn down the music a bit because we had a few gifts to present to our departing co-worker. The music got louder. We couldn't wait any longer and we tried our best to talk over the music but it was useless. If it wasn't possible to turn down the music all they had to say that it wasn't possible. With all this, everyone was still having a good time. Food and drinks starting to come out. After a few minutes several of our guest requested to close out their accounts. This is were the night started to go left. For some, it took so long they decided to go downstairs and pay their bills. At this time, the group I was with we decided that we wanted to treat our departing co-worker to some shots. Twenty minutes later, we got our 4 shots. Hey, why not, night is still young, time for round two. At that time, the 8 of us were the only ones left from the original party. During this time one of asked for a 'to go' box and their bill. We asked the waiter for round two. Twenty minutes later we finally got our shots but still no check and no 'to go' box for our co-worker. The co-worker complained (not sure to whom). Next thing I knew a few security personnel showed up telling us we had to go. Again, I'm so sorry if I seemed to rambled on, but I feel I had to set the scene correctly for my review. I understand we had a larger crowd that expected but in my younger days I was a waiter. For large parties, we always assigned a waiter that was able to multi task. Main rule, keep the drinks flowing. Pitchers of water, soda or whatever. Simple things like that, goes a long way in keeping your customers happy. When it comes to the food, that's on the kitchen but the drinks, that's on the wait staff. Tonight has soured me of this establishment and when we have another event scheduled we will not consider this venue. Lastly, sorry Ms Sawyer for my grammar and spelling errors.

Mike H.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars and personally close this restaurant for the benefit of humanity - I would. Upon walking in I noticed a 6 to 1 server to customer ratio and thought this will be great considering its a holiday weekend. Unfortunately all of the servers were busy seeing how many of them could sit in a booth at once and NOT serve any customers. Truly a fascinating sight to behold and I was perplexed more by the ultimate question - are they just extremely LAZY or are they just REALLY STONED? Well to my delight my question was answered rather quickly. The answer was - both. This restaurant and the experience tonight made my wife and I long for the days of the early pandemic when restaurants were closed. At least then we would not have been waterboarded with what we went through tonight. Huske you have not only lost your way; you have burned the map and thrown the compass off a cliff. Please stop for the good of society. You are not good and your existence makes children cry and nuns weep.

Dan W.

Yelp
You know what really chaps my leg quarters? The blatant disrespect on the fashion forward jort. Burnt ends are good tho and I'm not talking about weaves corn rows MMMKAYYYY. Also I love their banana whisky program.

Alan O.

Yelp
READ YOUR RECEIPT So food was good and beer was good. Noticed after we left added 20% tip and sitting fee. Security all over made me wonder if it's a restaurant out a night club. Will not go back again due to added charges.

Tim H.

Yelp
I have mixed reviews on this place, I've had more bad experiences than good, which is why I gave two stars instead of three. Unfortunately some food items just come out wrong and some come out pretty good or descent. I have had good servers and bad servers. I have heard some good bands play which is nice. I hate that they charge a 20 percent gratuity, they don't give you an option to tip based on service, which I have gotten up and walked out before my order was taken here before, because it took so long that I was not willing to tip the server at all, so I did without dinner because of it. The business lost money on that instance because of their tipping standards.

Yelp
It took us 2 hours to get lunch. I get the struggle of good staff but it was ridiculous. Wait several, several months before you actually think about eating here.

Yelp
Excellent food, great service but the live band was way too loud. We couldn't even talk at the table without yelling. Even the wait person had to shout. Frustrating. Once they took a break and just restaurant music was playing it was a much more relaxing positive experience.

Yelp
Only rating it two stars because of the waiter was friendly. Paid $60 for 2 people and didn't even eat half of the food. Noodles were bland as well as the chicken. NOT worth your money!

Yelp
A group of 3 plus an infant dined here. The restaurant was accommodating for the baby, so that was nice. We ordered the cowboy ribeye special for $29, the Brew battered shrimp entre for $15 and the cubano and wings for $12 each. The wings were awesome, the skins were crispy, the meat juicy and the sauce was on par with one you'd expect from a bdubs. The shrimp was fantastic, a very nice surprise - large shrimps, batter was crispy and flavorful served with mashed potatoes which were just OK. The steak was large, but not seasoned very well. The food was all in all great, but overpriced. The beers were good, I recommend the watermelon shandyesqu brew for fruit lovers, the red ale for the malt junkies and the blonde or saison for the lighter choices.

Yelp
I was at Huske in August to celebrate a birthday. It was a party of 4 people (not 6, 8, 12, etc... FOUR). A few weeks later (don't judge) I cleaned out my receipts from my purse and noticed that there was an automatically "included gratuity" on my check. I did not realize this was there (because I didn't expect it at all on a party of 4) and then tipped on top of the total. My total for food and drinks was $97.42. The "automatic tip" of $18.30 was added to bring the total to $115.72, and then I unknowingly left a $30 tip. A tip of $48.30? I felt even the $30 was VERY generous considering our drinks would be completely empty for 10 minutes before a refill or another beer would come out. Even water. And we waited 45 minutes for 3 burgers and steak tips... two of the orders came out wrong. Despite that, I left a decent tip because we were having a good time and because I'm conscience of the affect covid has had on the service industry. Should I have more carefully read the receipt? I suppose so. However, to add a tip to the check when it was not a large party and for the server to not say anything is a bit shady. Other places that add the tip to the bill (again, for parties of more than 6) often say something like "Hope you enjoyed my service tonight! For your convenience, we have added a standard gratuity to your bill..." and there was no notice of this practice on the physical menus. Over the course of the past 3 weeks, I had tried to contact the manager. I called the restaurant and left a message. I filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website. I emailed the email address from their website. I messaged them on Facebook. The only reply I got was on Facebook, "Huske has been closed this week for an air conditioning renovation. It will re open next weekend and we will make sure you receive a response on Tuesday. Sorry for the delay! That was on September 5th. I tried 3 more times since then and didn't get a response. If a manager had the courtesy enough to respond in one of the various ways I reached out, to account for the business' actions, I would have forgiven the whole situation and just been more careful about looking at the bill going forward. But to not get a call back, or an email back? That has lost me as a customer, and I will also tell anyone else I can get to listen.

Yelp
The reviews aren't stellar but I had a really good meal! The steak is very tender and flavorful and the sides are delicious, too! I came for the food but will return for the beer! The Thin-Mint Stout was phenomenal! It's like a girl scout cookie dunked in a Guinness, but less bitter! The ribeye is steakhouse quality. Marbled but not too fatty as to lock in the flavors but still leaves you enough to eat! The red mashed potatoes and the vegetables rounded it out nicely. The service was great from Amber. The ambiance is really cool, too. Set in an old hardware store, several historic photos and relics from old Fayetteville grace the walls. The old is oart of the new, as the 'Ville is undergoing quite a revival. The place turns into to a club late on the weekends, which is strange to me, but I cannot knock them for fulfilling two community needs!

Yelp
My husband and I got nachos and wings a few nights ago. With certainty, it's the worst food I've had in Fayetteville and that's such a sad thing to say. Our waitress was great and attentive, and the drinks good, but like - inedible. That isn't me being dramatic either, but it tasted sour and stale and old all at the same time. My daughter got a grilled cheese and fries, and although that's pretty hard to mess up, she only ate the fries as the grilled cheese came out charred and black. Such a disappointment. Heed others and their reviews about the food

Yelp
Ok, usually I check reviews BEFORE I order or even go in. Not this time- oh well. 1. The beer - they were out of two of their signature brands on a Saturday night - wow, not good. 2. The beer I had was watery and have very little in the way of carbonation. (Killaman Irish Red) 3. The staff was no where near as bad as the other reviews portrayed but as this was a Saturday night at 9 pm, and the place was about 1/4 full, I could say that they weren't really stressed. 4. The food - I had a sirloin rare and veggies. Meh. Kinda tasteless and I had to ask for a salt shaker. All in all I am glad I was there alone so i didn't have to feel bad for making this choice for others....
