Delicious food & beer, great open indoor/outdoor seating, but poor service. We arrived around 12:30 on a Sunday and was served our drinks almost immediately. However, we were not given water and we had to flag down the 1 server after waiting for 30 mins to order food. Luckily the food was fantastic, although the jalapeños poppers were mediocre. Then, we had to flag down another server just to pay whom was a little short with us. I saw more than 5 different parties walk in from their tables to request to order or pay.

A comfortable neighborhood taproom. 10 tasty house brews (Czech Pilsner) and 12 local crafts on draught. Growlers and crowlers filled. Wines and ciders by the can. 15-place L-shaped dark laminate bar with cushioned bar chairs and no foot rail. 5 silent TVs on walls showing national professional sports. Lots of kids and dogs but conversation-level mellow background music made for a comfortable atmosphere. Lacquered wooden tables inside and out with two large roll-up doors connecting the red brick interior with the outdoor patio that faces the malls walking end and hosts gas heaters. Happy hour Monday through Friday with beer and food deals. A nice mellow spot.

The had good Stouts, “Brown Cow Chocolate Stout” was my favorite. Menu wasn’t very impressive, just regular brewery food. The lady bartender was really nice and welcoming.

Tucked away in the uptown plaza, this brewery provides a cool getaway from the Phoenix heat with plenty of local brews on tap. Friendly bartenders, beers to go, and indoor/outdoor seating. Parking in the plaza is what it is, but if you're taking the light rail this is a short walk from the central and camelback station.

Another wonderful Yelp Elite event this time at The Huss Brewery Uptown Plaza Taproom & Kitchen .Tucked away in the corner, they offer a wide variety of hand crafted local beers and modern American brewery pub fare. We enjoyed a Huss Papago beer flight and a pint of Rio Salado Mexican Lager. We also got to try a chicken pesto flatbread and a Cubano panini. Both were great! They have happy hour specials, a patio, and a pretty fun vibe. Please support them.

The taproom is set back in the corner of the complex where it is quiet and peaceful. They extend the small restaurant out onto the patio via roll up doors. We went while the weather was mild and it was just a really good experience. I had the Sonora dog. I’ve never had one before. It’s very messy and riot of flavors, but the entire thing was room temperature. Not sure that is typical. I enjoyed it anyway. We also shared the pulled pork flat bread. There were two of them and in total it was about a small pizza worth. We devoured it. Very good. Nice smoked pork with just a hint of BBQ sauce. The beer was of course very good because it is Huss. But if anyone in the party is a wine drinker then be aware that they only serve canned wine. My wife said it was very bottom shelf. They have house made hard seltzers that we almost tried, but put that off to next visit. Would return again and maybe bring the doggo. The patio is dog friendly.

The server was incredibly hospitable. Absolutely topnotch service. They provide and delivery to your tap filter water (which is much better than the traditional water most establishments provide). The patio is nice as is the inside area. Ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Pricing is reasonable. Why the 3 star review? The beer unfortunately wasn't very good. This place definitely has promise and I will go back. However the quality and selection of beer needs to improve.

Chill place to have a fresh brewed signature Huss brew on tap. They also have a food menu as well. Located in Uptown plaza, indoor tap room and outdoor patio. Can’t go wrong here.

Yelp
I have been to all seven continents, and this is the best bar in the world! I have been investing in liquid assets, my whole life. All of the staff are awesome! I've made some of my best friends here there's even guys that I might even marry :) I need to ask my wife for permission first. The music is great. The food and drinks are great, but most importantly the people are the best.

Yelp
I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but after the incredible service we received from Joey and Mattrew, I had to! These two are seriously the best servers ever. From the moment we arrived, Joey and Mattrew made us feel like VIPs. They were both super friendly, professional, and genuinely fun to be around. Joey gave amazing recommendations.

Yelp
Welcome to neighborhood, Dynamite! I've been to the Cave Creek location a few times and really loved the industrial - but still elevated decor; rustic, simple, flavor focus food; and locally sourced beer, so I was really excited when they took over this spot in uptown! This location is such an inviting space and still holds true to the Cave Creek locations atmosphere that I fell in love with a few years ago. I LOVE that the location in uptown has this turf area and patio where I can bring my dogs but still listen to the live band or play trivia. It's so peaceful and I forget I'm in a busy area of Phoenix! I read a few reviews that complained about the pricing ($8.50 for a beer and $16 for a flatbread pizza) being "overpriced" but, I've been able to try beers that aren't sold in stores, and share a meal with my husband and my check still be under $50 before tip, which is unheard of in this economy. The most recent server we had, Jac, was really knowledgeable on the beers and flavor profiles - I was so impressed! We have made this our little spot to hang out and are excited to see this locally owned spot grow!

Yelp
Chill, easy going brewery. It's half inside half outside. If you remember Huss Brewery, it's the same layout. Service was great, vibes were low key and relaxing, and food was excellent. Welcome to Uptown PHX Dynamite!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place, great wine selection amazing beers and the food is perfect. Servers are the friendliest! The vibe feels like the beach should be down the street. If you haven't tried this place then what are you even doing?!

Yelp
Dynamite is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, taking over for the space Huss occupied. We would go to Huss occasionally but it was honestly a tad stale and quiet in the recent past. Dynamite has brought a new energy with regular plans for live music (which is so appreciated and has been amazing!). The pretzel with the feta whip is awesome and the selections of beer and wine have something for everyone. We are big fans of server Joey whom we knew from his days at sorso- he's always welcoming and quick to make us laugh. Definitely a place to check out and frequent!!

Yelp
Seating and set up is still the same as Huss brewing which is a nice set up. Great place to sip on a beer. I thought this was a brewery too...it is not. They have plenty of other breweries beers to try. A very nice selection. $8.50 for a 12oz pour of an IPA is steep though. Service was fast and friendly. Cannot make it my new watering hole though because of those prices. I'll be by for a beer every once in a while.

Yelp
We live in the neighborhood, and man on man we are SO happy Dynamite is here. Such an upgrade from Huss. The food, the drinks, the specials, the live music, the atmosphere...ALLLLL of it. Run, don't walk to try it. Aimee & Jac are always incredible too!!

Yelp
So the place is really clean looking, and just has awesome vibes. The staff, Joey and Aimee, are always so ON IT and really fun. I love the selection of beer, it's always fun to try something new every time. The food though... every single thing I have tried there has been so much better than I even expected. The pretzel, and whipped feta, the pita and feta board, the harvest salad is incredible, the 3 little pigs flatbread pizza was amazing, and the Luigi flatbread pizza is so good. The trivia is super fun! I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Love everything about this place!! Bre is the best at Uptown! Try the candied bacon yummy!!

Yelp
We absolutely love this place! Matt, the taproom manager, is hilarious. You might catch him behind the bar along with Aimee, one of their bartenders, she's great. The food is outstanding, the beers are constantly rotating, and their servers Lauren, Jac, and Derek are super friendly. Give this place a shot. It's a great neighborhood, local establishment! The vibes are super chill too. Super comfortable seats. Dog friendly. Live music and other events.

Yelp
Love the food, beer, and the salty management. I've been enjoying their sours they've been carrying. The Bee Sting flatbread is also a favorite not.

Yelp
We saw this recently opened in our neighborhood and decided to try something new. I was not a fan, the drinks are overpriced. The bartender with dark beard was a bit rude to us, as well as lacked personality. Didn't try the food while we were here, seemed a bit limited as well.

Brandon S.

Yelp
Ambiance: 6/5. Live musician was LIGHTS OUT! Covering in fine fashion songs that are rarely covered. So good. Service: great! Patio: amazing! Food 4.5/5. Well executed. Pretzel could use a bit more salt. Pizza was great. Beer: 2/5. Probably 50 beer selections, 95% light beer?? No bock. No tripel. No amber. A gazillion IPAs. Help me out!! Nail this, and we may live there!

Kimberli J.

Yelp
Service here is always good, as it was when it was Huss. The food is terribly overpriced for what you're getting. $13 for a pretzel that you have to pay $3 extra to get beer cheese with, and $16-$18 for a flatbread pizza (?) The name of this place is also confusing because sounds like they actually brew beer, but it's a taproom. Hope to see better and more food/beer options as time goes on.
