Hyatt Centric Kanazawa

I loved this hotel..... new, modern, fantastic staff and superb location. Arriving with train its a 2 minute walk to the hotel and the same goes for the buses if you want to make an excursion. Great breakfast buffe with a huge range of options (both western and asian). A special shoutout to Izumi, the conceriege, who helped me and andviced me on various options / activities as a visitor in Kanazwa. I recommend this hotel. 🙏❤️

We booked a King Premium room for 4 nights with breakfast, the room was very spacious, air-conditioning was effective and the shower very powerful. We only thought that the space for your clothes and other belongings was limited, it would be better if they had an enclosed wardrobe with shelves and drawers. The room was quiet, very clean with plenty of amenities and toiletries and the service was prompt.|Breakfast offered a wide range for both Western and Asian cuisines and we enjoyed one dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.|The hotel is conveniently located just outside Kanazawa’s station with great transport links, there were 2 circular bus routes to explore the touristic sights and all city buses seemed to pass by the station. Next to the hotel you will find Cross Gate building where you can find plenty of restaurants. ||The hotel will arrange for your luggage to be transferred via Yamato Transport to your next hotel or airport, we found this facility reasonably priced and convenient instead of having to carry your luggage through train stations. |Although the hotel wasn't a luxury hotel, it was good value and a great choice to stay in Kanazawa.

1 Perfect location connected the Crossgate Mall which is connected to another mall, where is connected to the Kanazawa station, outside of which you can take buss to all the places you want to go. 2 Huge room, compared to many other Japanese hotel. 3 Reasonable price as it’s Hyatt Centric, not premium brands of Hyatt, but have all u need. The breakfast is superb! Very happy staying here.

Great location next to the train and bus terminal, making it very easy to get around the city and visit tourist attractions. The room is spacious with a well-designed layout, and the cooling and heating system is very quiet, which we really appreciated. The laundry room is located next door at Hyatt House and is just a short walk away, mostly indoors via the hotel’s 3rd floor. Once there, you simply need to request the key from the front desk. Overall, our four-night stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa was very pleasant, and we would happily stay here again.

The Hyatt Centric Kanazawa left the deepest impression on me during our recent trip to Japan. This hotel is simply beautiful and it is situated right smack in the middle of downtown Kanazawa. You have the Kanazawa Station on one side for your travelling needs and a couple of modern shopping malls on the other for your retail therapy. The Omicho Market is 5 minutes walk away and you could also walk to the Kanazawa Castle in about half an hour. For those who drove like us, car parking charges are 1,200 yen per night, which is inexpensive compared to where I live. We will definitely book this hotel again when we are back in Kanazawa.

This is much nicer than any Hyatt centric I’ve stayed at in the U.S. It is surprisingly styled. Check in was easy. Rooms were comfortable for our family. They accommodated adjoining rooms and a rollaway bed. It is conveniently located to the train station and a food mall, making meals easy. I was concerned it wasn’t “in the action” in the tourist areas. I was glad we were a bit removed and it made transit very easy. Kanazawa is relatively small compared to Tokyo and even Kyoto. And much less traffic. Everything was ten minutes away or less.

This hotel is honestly one of the best that I have been to in Japan, so much so that I have stayed here twice in the year! Being a new hotel that is located right next to Kanazawa station, the convenience is unparalleled. The hotel is also near to malls and Toyota rent a car locations, with plenty of parking (even an underground parking which leads right to the hotel)! The staff at the hotel is not only professional, but also extremely friendly as well. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, both local and western, and caters to different taste palette. The rooms are also large and spacious, with extremely comfortable beds and a great bathroom!

This was our first stay with the Hyatt Centric brand and we were impressed. It’s a strong four-star hotel and a great value. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, making it easy to settle in. The location is a huge plus, right next to the train station with shopping nearby and easy access to the main tourist sites. Breakfast had fewer Western options than we expected, but dinner at the hotel the night before our departure was very good and a pleasant surprise. Overall, a stylish and convenient choice for Kanazawa.
