Nice hotel in a great location if you don't want to stay on the strip and pay the higher prices. It is only 3 mi from the flamingo exit so you are close to the large casinos if that is your interest. It also has a few nice restaurants near it that are less expensive. This is a great hotel for dog owners. The hotel adjoins a large open field where there is plenty of room to walk and break the dogs. The staff was friendly except for one of the clerks upon check-in. However I can't hold that against the entire Hotel because the rest were very nice

I've forgotten how nice people can be. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. Everyone has a smile and and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I was surprised at the size of my room. Everything worked and was clean. This hotel was in easy walking distance to the casino and only about 15 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

I’m a globalist with Hyatt and i have stayed at many properties over the years. On my profile i have it clearly stated - quiet room high floor away from elevator. I came to the hotel to get some sleep and checked in shortly before midnight. I was assigned a room on the second floor and i immediately asked the front desk agent if it was facing the highway, letting them know that i have in my preferences a quiet room and that if they don’t have it I’ll have to find another property before it’s too late. She let me know that the room is quiet and no one has ever complained . And that it is facing the silverton not the highway. She also let me know they don’t have any other rooms because the hotel is sold out. When i got to the room it was freezing i turned on the heat and there was a loud noise from the heater , as soon as the room got to the temperature and the loud heater stopped, all incould hear was engine breaks from semi trucks on i15. I looked from the window and my room was the closes room in the hotel and lowest to I-15. Not facing the silverton. Unfortunately since it was past midnight no hotels were available to book online . I tried to sleep but couldn’t So i checked out of the hotel at 4 am with zero rest and let the person know that the room was facing the highway not the silverton and that i wasn’t able to get any sleep and wanted to complain to their management. The response from her supervisor was that they will add to my profile my preferences (that are already in it) and that they were sold out. So lack of transparency and accountability, somehow they expect me to return to the hotel after paying for a night that i shouldn’t have paid for for a stay that i didn’t complete due to the lack of transparency and the blatent disregard to the needs of hyatts most loyal customers.

All around a great hotel! Rooms are well furnished, clean, and maintained. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The nice pool area and tasty breakfast are further reasons to stay. The rooms facing west are quiet and have a great view of the mountains.

Google
Very clean and nice hotel. Location is great and away from all the craziness. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was perfect. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only slight criticism I have is that there was an old blood stain on my sheet. The shower and bathroom was well designed.

Google
Awesome staff and clean premises. Lots of tasty food options around. They have a pretty healthy breakfast buffet. We stayed for a couple of nights. The staff were always courteous and willing to take care of our requests. We were able to leave our luggage with them for a late evening flight. Thank you!

I like the hotel and the front desk staff were kind when I checked in. It sort of went downhill from there. Customer service can make or break a trip.||||The location is away from the chaos of the strip and that's what I was looking for. The room was nice, clean and fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable as long as I stayed in the middle. The sides are beginning to sag. The sink stopped up when water was running. ||||My favorite thing about this hotel is the pool and spa area. The design is pretty and relaxing, but this is my 2nd time here where there were bees hovering around the whirlpool. Hard to relax with that happening.||||Breakfast hours are limited and the food is as expected. One of the staff members seemed stressed. She was locking it down at 9:00 a.m. on the dot and hovering. When I made a request she complained about what she had to do and get done. ||||None of these issues would normally be a reason to avoid this hotel for me. Again, I like the spaces in general. But when I decided to extend my stay, the staff I tried to work with were ineffectual at the least and to me, were rude and discriminatory at the worst. One reminded me of my late checkout as if they were doing me a favor rather than it being one of my member benefits. It was a holiday weekend but there were rooms available they just could not think outside the box to extend my stay without what I thought was overcharging me. The person I was working with was visibly cringing as if going out of her way was just too much to ask. There's more but it's just the same. I gave up and left. I probably won't go back because more than anything I just didn't feel welcome. I don't need that.

Google
What a delight! This hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean, from the reception area to the rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are hot with good pressure. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they even helped me celebrate my birthday! I appreciate the open work space for computers, nicely appointed, and a few smaller, more private areas to work or watch TV. I also used the gym and enjoyed lounging poolside, which felt like an oasis even with the cooler temps. The breakfast was pretty good, but at times, the oatmeal wasn't consistent, and the scrambled eggs could have been better. But considering the boiled eggs were good and everything else was tasty, including the coffees, I still was pleased with the breakfast overall. The location is good, with a Cracker Barrel next door and other eateries close by. I walked to the Outdoor World for exercise and to browse around. As a world traveler who has high expectations, I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I want to give a shout out to Everett Pidge at the front desk. He is prompt, professional, polite, and courteous. When I had to get some critically important documents printed out, you walked to me right through the process to get to my email. Find the documents and print them out successfully in the business center. Thank you so much ever you made my day so much easier. Please do me a favor and tell your manager to keep using the same great coffee. You guys serve every morning. It's awesome, get an ATM machine in the lobby please and most importantly, please get automatic door openers on your back doors in the rear parking lot for people in wheelchairs . It's really important. Once again, thank you Everett. Is people like you that make me want to come back to the Hyatt. Ron

Yelp
I stay at a lot of hotels that are good but not great. This one was pretty enjoyable though. The bed was big and comfortable, they had complimentary breakfast from 6:30-9, the gym and bar are 24 hours, and when it's not cold outside, the pool area looks nice!

Tom B.

Yelp
Great location next to the Silverton casino and everything you need for a trip within a half of a mile plus right off of the highway with a straight shot to the airport and the strip. The staff was Great and so were the rooms. Probably the best comp hot breakfast I've had at a hotel.

Yelp
We spend a lot of time in Vegas for sports, concerts etc. we have our favorite Casino Hotels and our Hyatt, Marriott's ie. We are members of Hyatt and rarely use it. We decided for this trip we'd book through Hyatt somewhere far from the party. This place is it, so peaceful and rejuvenating. This hotel is a bit newer which means it is well kept. Lobby is very nice and welcoming, staff is so friendly and we felt comfortable and welcomed. As a party of four we are pleased with the room size and amenities offered. Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms and a nice beautifully kept pool and hot tub. We requested extra towels and blankets online when we booked and as you can see our room was ready upon check in with our requests fulfilled. We are very pleased so far with our second night going on to our third. Breakfast is served hot and fresh or grab and go! Tesla chargers available and parking is free. Very happy with our stay!

Maureen M.

Yelp
We had a one night stay at Hyatt Pl., Las Vegas. The hotel was actually away from the strip so if you're looking for a quiet yet, decent place to stay at in Las Vegas you might want to consider Hyatt Place at Silverton. They also serve daily breakfast, but don't have high standard of breakfast. I took their coffee eggs and bacon and that was good enough for our family. They also have nice gym and pool for the family to use. The room is quite spacious. It has microwave and fridge. And they give complementary water bottle.

Pam D.

Yelp
Came here for a special convention event. Beautiful hotel. Lovely meeting rooms. Ample parking within walking distance of Bass Pro Shop and Silverton Casino. Highly recommend for your next stay or event

Eric R.

Yelp
The hotel is about 15 minutes from the strip. It's located in Silverton near the large casino and the massive outdoor World Mall. We were worried that the hotel was in the flight path of the airport Jets, frankly, Las Vegas seems covered by aircraft flying around either landing or taking off.. However, it was whisper quiet in our room. So props to the building facility designers for soundproofing. They have an outdoor pool and jacuzzi area that is pretty neat and welcoming. There's going to be families around there enjoying themselves, so if you're a single traveler like us, bring your plugs. We were impressed by the small but well-stocked gym. Really love the free weights there. The room was clean and well appointed, definitely felt we were getting our money's worth.

Carly T.

Yelp
This was a wonderful experience. All of staff is extremely professional and so helpful! The overnight staff goes above and beyond! The rooms are super clean and fully stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel right off the strip.

Michael J.

Yelp
Great hotel! I'm very impressed by the quality accommodations they provide. We recently stayed in a big unit on the fifth floor (top floor), with a king bed and a queen sofa pullout bed. The beds were very comfortable with quality sheets. The shower had ample hot water. The provided breakfast was adequate to good. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and diligent. Staff overall were friendly and welcoming as well.

Sharon W.

Yelp
Number 1 reason to stay here: their water is SOFTENED and it's actually moisturizing to take a shower here. The water in Las Vegas is so extremely hard that normally even after just washing my hands once or twice, my hands and cuticles start hurting from the dryness. I dread this every time I visit Vegas, but I finally found a hotel where I don't have to feel so dessicated. In addition to having nice water, the hotel staff are all very friendly and the breakfast is great too! The rooms are well furnished and I have no complaints.

Katie G.

Yelp
We had a lovely stay here . All of the staff are so friendly and greeted us with a very welcoming smile. I am very impressed with how well you are treated here . Our room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bed is very comfortable, will amazing pillows . There's no casino at this hotel . That's okay we played next door at the Silverton. They have a lovely continental breakfast . We had fresh fruit , French toast , hash browns , bacon , sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels , toast and donut holes. It is one of the better free breakfasts we have experienced.

Yelp
I checked in here late Monday night/ Early Tuesday morning with my little one after a really late evening flight. The clerk at the front desk was really nice and helpful, and made the check in process go smoothly. While I've never had a terrible experience with a Hyatt, her kindness really stuck out. The room was nice and clean, for the price I felt it absolutely should be but I have zero negative to say on the rooms. Since I wasn't here to party or have a great time, I really appreciated the no casino, no smoking inside environment. The next morning we went down to the breakfast area and the continental breakfast area was spotless and the employees downstairs were all so friendly and nice. The breakfast selection was great and again, no complaints. I checked out about 9am, got an Uber to the rental car place and headed on my way to my destination. Once I hit state line I realized my little one left her iPad in the hotel room. I called the hotel and the front desk clerk answered the phone very quickly, and she put me on hold so she could contact housekeeping. Within 5 minutes I had an answer that yes, the iPad was there. When I got to the hotel to get the iPad, it was already waiting for me at the front desk. Overall, my experience was great here and the employees were so helpful and kind. I'd definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Amazing service!!! I stayed here last week for a conference and we didn't know what to expect. It was in an area that I'm unfamiliar with it made sense for the conferences. Location: Silverton village. Out of my 3 dozen trips to Vegas, this was a first staying outside of the strip. Uber took a little bit to get each time, even Uber eats. But they have everything here if you don't mind trying new places out. My room wasn't ready when I arrived ( later than I said I would with early check in). They don't have rooms for an upgrade either even for Globalists. There was a possible upgrade the next day but o have to check out and check in. I had a 5 am start the next day so I passed. Minus that small hiccup, my stay went great. Alyssa from front desk was my favorite and she made my stay so pleasant. I appreciated seeing her and all my interactions with her including my Starbucks run. They offer a hotel transport to silverton hotel: any near by places. I took it to go see the aquarium, mermaids swimming etc. Even to Bass pro shop because all my Uber drivers are like Goooo! It's nice to skip walking in 100 degrees. Breakfast was small and a ok. I mainly eat boiled egg, coffee and sometimes fruit for breakfast so it fits the bill. They do shut down exactly at 9 am! It's 6:30 am to 9 am. I missed a few because I was leaving way before 6:30 am. Room was nice. Could be a little cleaner. The pool is outside, small and busy. Gym was nice and small but have a lot of equipments, never busy. Overall, the service made my stay very pleasant! Thanks, Alyssa!! Service was 1000% better than any of the strip hotels I've ever stayed at.

Yelp
Walking into this hotel was like going into an oasis escaping the heat and finding refuge. The room is clean and beautiful. Great seating area! They have a nice bar and breakfast in the morning. Everybody has been very friendly, especially Brian. I think my husband and I have found our new favorite hotel for when we visit Las Vegas.

Erica P.

Yelp
Great place to stay off the strip! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel was fairly quiet, the beds extremely comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel which was great for my pup. However, like others have stated, there's not a dedicated place to take your dog to relieve themselves. Usually not an issue; I am more than happy to walk my dog until she's done her business, but in the extreme Las Vegas heat, the sidewalks were too hot for that, and it would have been nice to have an area that was a comfortable temperature for her paws. Overall, quite impressed with the hotel and its staff. The proximity to the strip was nice as well. Just close enough to hop over and visit without all the chaos and noise.

Hasmik H.

Yelp
Dusty room. It is obvious that they are cleaning poorly, crumbs and dirt is stuffed in the corners, and in some places there is hair on the floor. 2 stars only for service. Very friendly and nice stuff. Overall, I won't be back again.

Tiffie P.

Yelp
Beautiful Hyatt Place. Although Hyatt's are my preferred hotel brand, their Place chain is my least favorite, often having varying degrees of cleanliness, modernization, and amenities. This Hyatt Place is exceptional! The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms are large and clean, and stocked with makeup remover wipes. The staff was extremely courteous and the breakfast buffet is excellent with options to satisfy even your most picky eater. The pool is outside and gets great afternoon sun. The gym has a variety of equipment for a full body workout, and space for your calisthenics. We saw airline crew stay at this location as well. Very pleased with this stay.

Denise I.

Yelp
My travel company had a seminar there last week and the places is very beautiful. Very easy free parking on property.

Maria S.

Yelp
No more free charging except first 2 hours :( :( :( Still a good deal I guess compared to other expensive hotels on the Strip

Dave W.

Yelp
New hotels pop up all the time, this one has been here for a couple years though. I certainly wanted to add it to my list of places to try. The lobby looked as pretty as a picture for lack of a better description. CHECK IN- Well it was easy but one thing i don't get is if i checked in online and they have digital key options, one still has to visit the front desk. Other properties with digital keys don't require the front desk visit. ROOM: The room was arguably a notch above the average, rooms in new buildings are more compact and they make good and even better use of the space (example: sliding glass bathroom doors, no actual closets, no tubs) There was a fridge, and no carpeting to get dirty. For those who like your room cold, don't count on it! They have a Freidrich thermostat with an occupancy sensor on it so once you leave the room OR fall asleep, AC goes off....so unless you know how to bypass it like me while you're there and set it back, your room will be pretty warm. POOL: They have an adequate pool area with a large hot tub open late. BAR: The lobby actually has a bar...and the people who run the front desk also have to bartend AND make food...so be nice to them they have about 3 jobs in 1. I had fun having drinks at the bar. This is a cool little place, my only gripe was Housekeeping SLAMMING doors and being very very loud early in the morning.

Harold S.

Yelp
I particularly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The place is very new and well taken care and I found everyone on the staff to be very courteous and helpful. It's in a very convenient location right next to the Silverton, so there are numerous convenient places to eat. Parking is also very convenient and it is free. One nice surprise was that they had a brochure at the desk which I picked up while checking in that included a $15 dining coupon at the Silverton if you show your room key while obtaining a players club card. I took advantage of this opportunity and amazingly the players club also gave me another coupon which was good for 50% off at any Silverton restaurant.

Monica H.

Yelp
This is usually my-go to hotel when I'm in town and when rooms are available. It costs a little more to stay here than the Hyatt Las Vegas, but I can honestly say the extra money is worth it. It's literally a short drive to the airport and the strip, and directly in front of the Bass Pro Shop. The best part is that parking here is free, and you don't have to worry about any pesky resort fees. Breakfast is also included. When I arrived, I was checked in by Julie. She was very friendly, welcomed me and offered me two bottles of water, courtesy of my Hyatt membership. She gave me the keys to my room and thanked me for coming. My room was clean and smelled good. I was on the 4th floor and my view was of the highway. It didn't bother me much since my trip was mostly business related, and I knew I wouldn't be in the room very much. I got changed and hit the hotel's gym. The gym consisted of two treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, and some free weight dumbbells. They had a TV and hand towels in there as well. The machines were not very clean, but luckily, they had some sanitation wipes in the gym so I could wipe down the equipment before I used it. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby, which says a lot because I am a very light sleeper and everything wakes me up. I can't give feedback about the breakfast on this visit, as I opted to skip breakfast on this trip. Overall, this is a great hotel, in a great location.

Monique Q.

Yelp
Good location. Free parking. Good breakfast included in stay but definitely NOT typical Hyatt material. Exterior looks nice but property unkept, room furnishings were old, the room that was stayed in had a heater that was not working and it was a cold weekend. The employees I interacted with should be working in back of house and not be working with people directly. They appear as though they hate their jobs, and it's quite evident. They are curt in their way of talking to clients not just myself, but the other side witnessed as well, their tone of voice is just not on point. I understand people need a job and places are understaffed, but people like that shouldn't work with other people.

Shari G.

Yelp
Wouldn't let us check in early without a fee even though the hotel is empty and we have a funeral to go to before checkin. Stay classy Hyatt Place.

M H.

Yelp
My Second Stay was just as good as my first stay! Alyssa is always helpful and pleasant! The hotel and the rooms always smell very clean. I have nothing to complain about! The professionalism of the employees is why we will continue to stay during our vacations!

Yelp
I have been staying at Hilton Garden inn City Center 4-5 times a year for 5 years, it has been falling off not to mention the amount of construction at Tropicana. I will miss the location however with its proximity to the strip and china town because I think I found a new place to stay. I have seen the Hyatt since it opened and finally took a chance, I am a Hilton loyalist so it was hard to change my mind. First off the property itself is clean, quiet and looks brand new with excellent parking. The lobby is inviting, check in was prompt, professional and efficient. Room was clean and no dust or trash to be found... Bathroom was well stocked. The room itself was very nice, colors were muted but not too dark and looked modern, couch was super comfortable to sit on. Bed was firm which I like... so I actually got some quality sleep. I will mention again how quiet it is, you cannot hear the freeway and there wasn't a bunch of people running around drunk at 3 am. Good security as well, cameras and a guard who patrolled the property from Silverton.... Pool was one of the nicest I have been too when it comes to a hotel, shade and plenty of clean stocked towels and the hot tub was actually hot. I will definitely be back...

Nyla J.

Yelp
Nice updated rooms. Enjoyed the hard floors instead of carpet. Lobby is very clean. People put their garbage outside their rooms at night and it does not get picked up next day. The daily breakfast is good. Everything in the banquet area and bar area was super clean. The pool is nice, very family friendly hotel. The only complaints i have is that they dont do To Go boxes for breakfast. Carrying glass plates with your breakfast up to your room is very inconvenient especially when you have kids. I asked the front desk and they told me to go boxes are only for purchased meals. ( huhm) Also, they should exteed the breakfast hours because some people do not wake up that early. Swimming pool area was nice and relaxing. The bar also makes really good drinks at affordable prices.

Yelp
I have never felt more uncomfortable during a hotel stay in my life. I probably used half the clorox wipes by the elevator to wipe my room down. We booked a "high floor" room and as we walked in there was a strange smell in the room. Upon further inspection we found the room to be so dirty... hairs all over the place, toothpaste on the wall, a leftover used towel, and the fridge was atrocious. We got a new room which had hair all over the bathroom counter and in the bathroom sinks.. trash and half eaten food tucked near the couch and small black stains and weird fuzz in the sheets... The hotel is only 5 floors tall so when you pay EXTRA to book their "Mountain View High Floor" room, you get a view of a cracker barrel/bass pro shop parking lot with mountains that are miles and miles away which look to be an inch tall, and the freeway. DONT PAY EXTRA FOR THIS. Actually, don't pay this hotel anything at all. Don't come near here, don't stay here, just DON'T.

Sam K.

Yelp
We booked our stay for Memorial Day weekend. Loved that we were away from the strip. Hotel was very clean and friendly service from the front desk. I am a Hyatt Explorist member, my husband kept raving about how this has been the best Hyatt place he's ever stayed at. A 7 minute walk to the Silverton Casino and Bass Pro, which was very convenient and nice!!

Richard F.

Yelp
Quick Summary New-ish Hyatt at Silverton Village (about 15 minutes south of the Strip). I really enjoyed staying here due to the easy check-in and the cleanliness of the property (much better than most Strip hotels). Plus, you do get better value at the Silverton casinos as well Room- 5 stars Room was excellent and had a great view of the mountains and strip. Really enjoyed staying in a new-ish Hyatt Service- 5 stars The staff was fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay Gym- 4 stars It's a pretty standard gym with a small section of free weights, a bench, and a few cardio machines. It's decent Bottom Line Great spot if you want a more chill, relaxed vacation in Las Vegas

Kelly N.

Yelp
Arrived on a Thursday way before check-in due to leaving another hotel. We were able to have our bags checked and stored for free until check in, lady said no rooms were free to check in early. However, after sitting there for about 10 mins, she said one just came open, which was awesome as it was only 11 am. Just had to pay 20 bucks for the early check-in, which I thought was well worth it. The lady who checked us in was super nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like for a hotel, but it wasn't awful. The room was very clean. Be aware that this is about a 15-minute drive from the strip. They did have a very nice breakfast buffet, which included eggs, bacon, French toast and a cereal bar, and very other things. The room was very nice and clean and would have been nice. If they had a restaurant attached to the property but there are plenty of food places either walking or Uber away. I did stay here due to getting surgery. If I was coming to just visit Vegas, I would maybe pick something a little closer to the strip.

Yelp
Came in late around 1 in the morning, very dim and quiet. That morning was greeted by Justine and Selise, both very pleasant. We requested additional towels and washcloths because when we came in there was only 1 washcloth for four people. Luckily there were hand towels to use instead since it was late when we came in and wasn't sure if we would get any if we called. We went out for a few hours then came back with more than enough! It's off the strip but there is the Silverton Casino and a Cracker Barrel in walking distance. And a mini outside mall about a 5 minute drive with a variety of stores to shop. The room was a bit small but was as able to make it work.

K G.

Yelp
My husband & I booked connecting rooms because we were traveling with our underage nieces. We were assured we would be in adjoining rooms. When we showed up after midnight to check in after a long day of travel, we learned you cannot pre-book rooms at the Hyatt. It's first come, first serve. Had the booking agent been truthful with us, we would have stayed elsewhere. It was an added insult that the desk agent did nothing to try to find us connecting rooms at another Hyatt location. My husband travels extensively all over the country & has been a loyal Hyatt customer prior to this. Suffice it to say, when we book for travel in the future, we'll not be staying at Hyatt hotels.

Yelp
My point of view on things has become much different since the COVID-19 outbreak. I never had high expectations for hotel cleanliness but now I do and I am not terribly comfortable with what I saw here on a recent visit. First of all they are not requiring guests to wear masks in the common areas which is really disappointing. Second of all out at the pool area, which was open with abbreviated hours, I did not see anyone picking up dirty towels and then wiping down the areas where people have been laying on the chaise lounges. So that means if you wanted to lay on a lounge that someone had previously been on, perhaps because it was in the shade and no other shade was available, then you had to pick it up yourself and wipe it off with your own wipes, which I suggest that you bring. Additionally, when we went to our room, we came out of the elevator and almost ran right into the housekeeper. She had a mask on, around her neck but not over her face. I found that very discouraging as well. Equally discouraging was that, upon departure, the manager chatted to us in the lobby with her mask off. Well no wonder the guests and staff aren't wearing them. Why can't they have a sign up telling all guests to wear masks in common areas? Hardly anyone had masks on, which was scary. As far as the facilities themselves, they are nice enough for the price point. I do like that it appears that the bedspreads can be washed between guests. I did not understand why we were put in such a low quality room when there seem to be hardly any guest here. Why put us in a room on the second floor right over the portico, when there must be plenty of rooms available on the fourth or fifth floor where we don't have to have an obstructed view. Oh well. They do need to clean the windows as they were so speckled with dirt it was really unattractive. It seems that the tiny workout room is closed for now. Additionally the breakfast buffet is not available. TL/dr: Perfectly okay hotel for the money but not for the COVID-19 concerned.

Yelp
Wow! I hate Vegas but I love this hotel. I should say, I hate the touristy "Vegas" that is expensive, crowded and smells like stale cigarette smoke. This hotel is none of that. It is located off the strip but close enough (it's about a 5 minute drive), completely non-smoking in the hotel, everything is very clean and new-smelling, the hotel is quiet, the gym is great, the pool is beautiful, the suites are spacious and modern and come with a full kitchenette (including real dishes!), and the free breakfast for members is great. I think this is going to be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Las Vegas. There are a lot of things to love about Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton, so I'll just start listing a few. The lobby is modern-looking and has little cubicles where you can lounge, recharge your device and watch TV. The hotel is located a short walk away from Silverton Casino where there are lots of restaurant options and a small aquarium with mermaid shows. The casino is also connected to a huge Bass Pro Shop. The rooms are super modern and the blinds go up and down with the touch of a button. (My children really got a kick out of this). There is a full bar downstairs. Their house cabernet sauvignon is REALLY good, so if you're a wine drinker, you should try it. The staff if super friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help whenever I interacted with them. The price was really good for an off-the-strip hotel, and also considering that it's an actually nice hotel. We will definitely come back to this location again.

Yelp
This place is pretty brand new, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Pros- DOG FRIENDLY! Just a flat rate of $75 for the whole trip instead of some places on the strip that were charging $100 per night! You can check in up to two dogs. Might want to check on the weight if you have big dogs. Free breakfast- just sign up for the World of Hyatt membership, which is free to join. If you have mlife, Hyatt is also affiliated with them. Breakfast was slightly different each day and served buffet style. You have things like scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breads with butter, jams and peanut butter, oatmeal, cereals, different milks including nut milks, juices, sausages, bacon, fruit, coffee and more. It is served from 6 am to 9 am, and there were plenty of seating. They also have free cookies. Gym that is open 24/7. Very clean with heavy dumbbells, cardio machines, towels are provided! No carpet! And bed frame extends down to the floor so no more seeing nasty things the maid forgot to clean under the beds. Very friendly staff from the buffet lady, check in staff, maids- everyone was welcoming. Please keep it up. Pool, but it's outside and we went in December. I was too cold to be in a swimsuit. Shuttle to the strip! Ask the front desk for the schedule. And there's also a golf cart shuttle to the Silverton if you don't want to take ten minutes walking there. Don't forget to TIP your drivers! Las Vegas is a service industry and many rely on tips. Oh yeah, things may look close by in Las Vegas until you start walking and realize how huge these hotel properties are. You'll thank me for these tips. Cons- No real dog relief area. We were able to walk our dogs around the hotel. There was an area in the back that dog owners used. No poop bags or trash can back there, so I saw dog poop everywhere. I'm not lazy so I always carry my own bags and pick up after my furries. We filled out a suggestion card so management did say they will get something going for their fur guests traveling with their owners. Walls are thin. I can hear my next door neighbors, and I'm sure they can hear us. Bring ear plugs if you're on business (since this hotel is very business visit friendly), or you're a light sleeper. I'm a heavy sleeper so I knock out when I go to bed. No offer for dog beds or bowls- thank goodness I'm always prepared and brought my own. We enjoyed our visit and I highly recommend this hotel for families and for business. They offer many discounts like AAA, Fed and State Government employees, etc. check their website. It's still brand new so they're probably working out their kinks. I saw way more positives than negatives.

Yelp
Unbelievable. Despite empty parking lots we were not allowed to stay as our vehicle took up two spaces. Silverton security indicated it was okay to park, but we had to park in a special area. But then the Hyatt GM and front desk staff stated they were afraid to lose their jobs and that we would not be allowed to stay. We had booked two rooms for the night, but apparently we were not welcome. Me and my wife in our 60s. So sad. My first one star review. Well there's a first for everything.

Yelp
The Hyatt Place in the Silverton Village is worthy of all the 5-Star reviews!! However, it's "private property", according to the Silverton Village Security, and the only reason they don't call the Metro Police when a car is stolen. It was parked in the 4th spot out front, visible from the front desk, overnight May 30-31st. People should be informed of the lack of safety provided by the Silverton Village Security company. The BBB will be notified. Since this event, the staff are now aware to advise guests to call 311 for themselves to file a non-urgent report to the Metro PD. Never leave valuables in your car, whether it's rented or not!! Let's not be silent or naive about safety.

Yelp
Great hotel that is quiet and clean. Newer hotel with amazing staff. Full bar in the lobby. The only thing that would've made it better would be a restaurant and room service.

Yelp
Disgusting. Checked into our room which was handicap.. like okay, I don't need a handicap room and shouldn't you save it for someone who actually needs one, but whatever. Once inside, I took a look around the room and soon realized it was NOT clean and there was also a weird smell. Lots of dust and crumbs all over the floor, toothpaste splatter on the bathroom wall, some sort of booger also smeared on the wall, I found a used towel in the shower, the toilet seat and bowl looked gross, and to top it off hair on the pillow cases. This was the most nasty room I have ever stayed in. You would have thought that with COVID they would be taking more time to thoroughly clean the rooms but NOPE. We immediately asked for a new room and got one down the hall. Initial thoughts.. okay at least there's no smell in here. The floors are mostly clean.. I found an apple on the floor next to the couch and m&ms under the bed. The shower and toilet were clean. There was hair in the sink. And there were stains all over the bed sheets. This hotel is a joke. They absolutely did not give a **** about cleaning. It was way too late to switch hotels that night. And at least we only stayed one night because I couldn't wait to leave that ****hole.

Yelp
Shout out to Maria the over-night front desk staff. FYI - This Hyatt is owned by Silverton Village, so they have different rules than most other Hyatt locations. We had technical issues with our check in, which is no fault of the the staff. My spousie and I were gifted a weekend stay by another relative, and they split the reservation into 2 separate ones as they paid using points. We were going to arrive at the hotel after midnight, so to avoid any complications I called to let the front desk know as much. I called the general customer service line, and they left a note for the front desk. I then called the hotel directly, where I was informed that we were already checked in online, and that they recommended us get a hard key at the front desk as the key assigned on the app is not reliable. Not a problem. Fast forward to us trying to check in - the check in date in the system was for the FOLLOWING day. Long story short, after a long time of trying to figure out what happened, Maria re-started her system and the correct reservation finally popped up. She went above and beyond, maintained her professionalism even when my partner and I were frustrated. The hotel itself is extremely clean, the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. The breakfast bar was ok-- the scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, waffles were on par with complimentary breakfasts. The strawberries and blueberries were extremely fresh. The location is great for strip access without staying on the strip. TL;DR: staff is amazing, hotel is clean, new, and comfy.

Yelp
Staff here are so kind and helpful, definitely recommend this Hyatt. Vanessa and Sisa were very courteous and welcoming. Staff here get a 10/10 for customer service and overall experience at this hotel.

Yelp
Great accommodations and friendly staff. Easy to get to from the airport. It's about a 20 lyft ride.

Yelp
This place has the worst beds. I was there for a minor surgery so I needed some good rest but the beds were so uncomfortable. When we called down to see what could be done about the bed their response was we get that complaint a lot and their solution was to give more blankets to firm up the mattress. This is not acceptable. I will never stay there again. The casino and restaurants are very nice.

Yelp
Wow just wow. I stayed here for 1 night and was amazed. I always pass by here and been wanting to stay here but prices were always kinda high till just recently I found a deal @ $129 after taxes. Not bad for a Hyatt property. The room I was put into was 240 which is a corner suite. Was told by the front desk agent this room is bigger then most rooms which is kinda cool. The pool here is beautiful love the small cabanas as well as the fire pit. Who ever owns this Hyatt knows how to make the property look beautiful. Now I understand why the prices are kinda high most days. I highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
Very satisfied with our 2 night stay the staff are super accommodating and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far one of the best Hotel stays I've had in a long time. Very seldom do all the staff share the same values and attitude in a business that isn't always easy to please everyone. On top of it my family and I do not like smoky casinos so this adds to the positives. We will be staying here many more times. You won't be disappointed if your looking for a hotel away from the busy non-kid friendly strip, smoke free, and accommodating.

Yelp
Good Morning, Our hearts are full! Thank you Hyatt Silverton for service with a meaning. My family and I are in town for a funeral. An employee name Maria Hechler offered tea and packaged some yogurt and pastries for our long trip back home. This is a wow moment...employees do listened with a purpose. Definitely will plan to return. Thank you for everything.

Yelp
Opened just this past month, the new Hyatt place adjacent to Silverton Casino in the southwest side of town is the perfect new retreat for those looking for a more tranquil and relaxing experience away from the glitz and glamour and loudness of the Vegas Strip. Without resort fees being charged here, prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider the amenities offered like free breakfast, free wifi, 24 gym, pool and jacuzzi open til midnight, etc. The rooms are very spacious and great for families. Besides a king or two queen beds, a full L-Shaped sofa also converts to a sleeper. The vinyl plank flooring is more luxe and cleaner than carpet you would find in older hotels. The property itself is located right next to Silverton Casino, a popular spot for locals. There is also a shuttle available to either Aria casino on the Strip or the airport. The pool area is absolutely pristine. The crystal blue waters are inviting when the Vegas sun beats its rays on you. The spa tub is so large and soothing. The firepit table was being completed when we stayed but should be ready by the time this review is published. Multiple lounging spots by the pool, hanging string lights, and retractable umbrellas for shade make it the perfect spot to kick back and forget the rest of the world.
