Hyatt Regency Dubai

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai. Food is my main attraction at any property and it was sumptuous here . I used to look forward to breakfast everyday . The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. The hotel offers excellent service and the staff are polite, attentive and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The location is almost perfect .It is close to the Gold Souk, Spice Souk and the old charm of Deira, yet well connected to the rest of Dubai. It has usual facilities like the gym, pool and in-house mall (Galleria) make the stay very convenient. Though the interiors are slightly dated, the warmth of the staff and the quality of service more than make up for it. Overall, a great value for money and a highly recommended stay in Dubai.

Superb Stay at Hyatt again||My third stay in 25 years - improved with time and well maintained. Many helpul staff - Chetna at reception exceptional - all staff at Breakfast (the highlight of our stay) the Nepalese ladies were so helpful and timely services, Asiful at egg bar was too good. So was Cristine Abdullah at the concierge. Also, every staff at the lobby gate was just so eager to help and assist. Housekeeping and delivery boys too good. So the hotel location little away from main road was duly compensated by high quality services.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The valet parking team was incredibly professional and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire experience. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the view from our room was nothing short of exceptional. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, making every morning a treat. The staff across the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I will definitely be returning to the Hyatt Regency on my next visit to Dubai.

My overall stay was very pleasant, and I was happy with most aspects of the hotel. However, the spa and pool area could be improved. The pool is old, with peeling paint that felt sharp in some places, and it is also quite small for the size of the hotel. I would also recommend stricter rules regarding hygiene, ensuring that guests wear proper swimwear and not underwear such as regular shorts or underwear. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Our 4-day stay at the Galleria Residence Hyatt was simply fantastic. We stayed in a spacious 2 BHK residence that offered all the comforts of home with the luxury you’d expect from Hyatt. Every day felt special, and the property provided everything we needed for a relaxed family getaway.The highlight of our stay was the daily breakfast at the rotating tower — the views were amazing, and the variety of food made each morning a treat. Another favorite activity was the ice skating rink at the lower level, which added a fun twist to our stay. The convenience of having a general store right within the vicinity made things even better, especially for quick essentials.Overall, we truly enjoyed every moment at Galleria Residence Hyatt and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for a comfortable and memorable family stay.

Its a nice very clean hotel the staff are very helpful, its easy to get to and they have valet parking so makes it very easy for you. They also have a decent breakfast buffet menu. ||||The location is ok but a little far if you want to explore newer dubai so would recommend having a car or booking taxies.

This is one of the outstanding ones. Very courteous and welcoming from the beginning and pay special attention to the smallest of details. Beautiful interiors in terms of design and very nice rooms. I like that the pools are open for a long period of time so you always have time to swim regardless of how long your day is. Room service is excellent. Views are impressive. Satisfactory overall.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Deira, Dubai. The hospitality throughout our visit was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and very welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was generous and full of variety – a great way to start each day. Most of the team at breakfast were attentive and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, we did have a disappointing experience during breakfast on our last day. A staff member named **Minza**, who was preparing parathas, refused to make us an **aloo paratha**, stating that the ones on the hot plate were the last and no more would be made. Just moments later, we saw another guest receiving one, which made the situation feel unfair and left a sour note. Her attitude and approach were not in line with the otherwise excellent service we experienced at the hotel. Aside from that incident, our overall stay was beautiful and comfortable, and we would still recommend the Hyatt Regency Deira for its service, amenities, and welcoming atmosphere.
