Hyatt Regency Dubai

Hyatt Dubai is truly one of the best hotels in the city, and it looks just as beautiful as it appears in photos. I stayed there for seven days, and the experience was exceptional. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to help. The spa, shopping facilities, and overall atmosphere added to the luxury. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were delicious and offered great variety. Every day felt comfortable and enjoyable, making my stay memorable. Overall, Hyatt Dubai provided an outstanding experience and is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent hospitality.

This is in the old Dubai area but it's a nice hotel. The customer service was top notch! Excellent Bfast especially the chef when you make your own custom omelette. The coffee machines are top notch as well. Overall I really enjoyed it while on a business trip.

Great size apartment. Good location. Although could do with updating itself. The tv’s aren’t smart tv’s couldn’t connect to anything. WiFi could be a lot better. There was no room service menu or code to scan. Service was great though and nothing was tooo much trouble. The washing machine dryer was also quite bad. Needs to be replaced. Overall good accommodation but needs done TLC

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

Worst New Year’s Eve hotel experience I have ever had. I booked my stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai for New Year’s Eve, and it turned into a complete disappointment from start to finish. First, I was forced to pay an additional 3,000 AED for a New Year’s Eve party that I did NOT want to attend. This charge was not clearly mentioned during booking, and the total amount was deducted from my credit card at almost three times the original room cost, without transparent itemization at checkout. When I questioned this, the staff claimed it was mentioned somewhere, yet it was never added clearly as a separate charge during payment. After accepting this situation and arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay an extra “insurance” for the room, which I have never experienced before in any hotel. This was another unexpected and unexplained charge. As for the New Year’s Eve party itself, it was very poorly organized. There was only food, the program was extremely weak, and there were no fireworks at all, which is completely unacceptable for a New Year’s Eve event in Dubai—especially at a hotel of this category. Overall, this was the worst New Year’s celebration I have ever attended. The lack of transparency, unexpected charges, and poor event quality made this experience very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel for special occasions or New Year’s Eve stays.

Pretty nice hotel. In the middle of the city. Not far from airport. Nice views from rooms. Has pretty nice pool with well equipped area for sitting around the pool. Many local people staying here, so I felt more comfortable dressing conservatively - long sleeve and long attire. Hotel serves alcohol and there is minibar in the room. Well equipped room with shower and tub and bidet as well as hand shower. Water and ice available upon request. If you want to stay close to the city - this is a great option. Car parking available. Valet service only, no self parking, but they are very fast in retrieving your car. Regency club has daily breakfast - same menu for the 4 days I’ve stayed here and happy hour at 6pm. There is an outdoor sitting available with view of the port. No special menu on Sunday and no mimosas, but this is typical for the area.

The hotel is big and great, The cleanliness is on point with daily house keeping and all the amenities. The only thing lacking is the food for breakfast as the apartment residents have to go to the 25th floor for breakfast and the options are limited. The apartment are nice and clean. Depending on the room type you can see the Burj Khalifa. The supermarket downstairs is really useful to buy essentials. With family the apartment are a really good choice .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt palace Dubai! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The valet parking team was incredibly professional and welcoming, setting the tone for the entire experience. I m jut only disappointed my floor because when I was booked that hotel i mentioned I want top floor but didn’t get and they gave me 2 nd floor 😌but The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, making every morning a treat. The staff specially chef Rakesh and team amazing work thanks for your hospitality across the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I will definitely be returning to the Hyatt place if you guys give me top floor on my next visit to Dubai.
