Hyatt Regency Dubai

Last week, I made a booking for two rooms for our corporate guests. Unfortunately, the reservations agent I spoke with was notably rude. When I reminded her that such behaviour is not acceptable in the hospitality industry, she changed her tone, but the damage was done. While the booking was eventually completed, she ended the call abruptly without even the courtesy of asking if I needed further assistance.||On June 7, I sent a follow-up email requesting an amendment to the reservation (an additional two nights for both rooms). As of 1:00 PM on June 9, I had received no response. I attempted to call the hotel several times, but could not reach anyone in Room Reservations. Due to the urgency, I had no choice but to drive from Dubai Marina to the hotel in person.||At the front desk, Mr. Mohaf was helpful and tried to contact the reservations department himself—unsuccessfully, as there was no response from them either. I showed him my email, and the amendment was eventually processed. However, when I asked for a revised confirmation to forward to our corporate guests, Larissa sent a Pro Forma Folio instead. I responded immediately requesting the hotel booking confirmation, but again, received no reply.||I called the hotel again as I need to send the hotel confirmation to the guest however, I got a short email from Binita stating:|"Kindly be informed that your 2 booking is confirmed under confirmation number 5482414, 53722147." Am I going to send this message to our guests????||This message lacks professionalism and is not suitable to forward to corporate guests. It also reflects poorly on your brand and the standards expected from a reputed name like Hyatt.||We were considering entering into a corporate contract with your hotel, as many of our guests prefer staying at this property. However, if this is the level of service we are to expect, we will be forced to reconsider our plans.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was delightful. Every aspect of my visit was well-handled, making it a truly enjoyable experience from beginning to end.||I found the hotel to be an exceptional value. ||The cost was quite reasonable, especially considering the high level of service, the impeccable cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. ||It surpassed all my expectations.||I want to specifically acknowledge Mr. Ahmed Safwat from the reservations team. ||He managed our last-minute booking with incredible professionalism and efficiency. ||||Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt Regency for providing such a wonderful experience.

I enjoyed my stay and found the room very comfortable and the service excellent. I loved the modern interior as well. Certainly coming back next time. Also, the prices this summer were very affordable.

The service at the Hyatt Regency Dubai is exceptionally friendly, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. However, the hotel itself is somewhat dated and could use a refresh to match modern standards. The rooms are adequate but could benefit from some updates. On the bright side, the service in the club area is excellent, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests looking for a bit more exclusivity. Overall, it provides a very good value for money, making it a great choice for business travelers.

My overall experience has been very tremendous in Hyatt Regency. It is built in a very high and best place. The member of the staff behaves very well and is in a smiley face all the time. I would like to thank Specially Mr. Afzal who guided us for everything where to go and treated us very well. The hotel has very clean and very comfortable rooms.

The Hotel Staff are amazing not just one but every member I interacted with. The facilities are clean the rooms are nice and it was great value for them price. The beds are comfortable. I plan on coming here with my family next time. I truly enjoyed the stay

You won't be disappointed with the hotel. The staff are amazing from the get go. The rooms were cleaned to the highest standard everyday. The hotel has a shop near the ice ring which was very good with the prices and convenient. Good hotel for the family vacation.

Hyatt Regency Dubai is conveniently located next to a metro station and features a spacious, impressive lounge area, a small shopping mall with an ice rink, and a fitness centre with a spa and swimming pool. The staff were very attentive and supportive, and really made my stay pleasurable and enjoyable. The spa was lovely and quiet, and the pool area is particularly peaceful, especially in the evening. Breakfast offered a wide range of options, catering to various international tastes, and the service was quick and helpful. The room itself looked a bit dated and worn, but it was clean. The fridge was fully stocked with chargeable minibar items, leaving little space for my own food, which I didn’t appreciate. The TV appeared to support Google Chromecast technology, but unfortunately, even after following the instructions several times, it didn’t work. I was also unable to connect my YouTube account. If the feature is generally functional, I would suggest providing clearer instructions.
