The Hyde Lounge is located at the top of the arena. Amazing service and comfortable seats to watch the game. We were well taken care of by our server. We loved the atmosphere up there, and I would purchase the tickets again.

Google
The experience was awesome for the Canelo fight. The wait staff of Paula, Megan, and Tyler were super as they took care of us throughout the evening. Also, having the screens with commentary to go along with watching the fight live added to the experience

Have gone to Hyde Lounge twice now. Great way to see a hockey game. Everyone I had the opportunity to work with was helpful, kind and attentive. Water was expensive. Should have told us we would be charged per bottle.

My family and I attended our very first Lakers Game and during the in Season NBA tournament in Las Vegas. We got lucky and purchased tickets for the Hyde Lounge in the T-Mobile arena. From the moment we got off the elevator the staff received us with smiles, and a warm welcome! We did not pay for any bottle service, but were still treated like VIP! We bought the nachos to snack on and they were amazing, this was definitely an experience that will be long lasting in ours and our kids memories! Thanks to The Hyde Lounge and your amazing staff, the view, the drinks, the music from the DJ and the entire environment was five star!!!

Hyde lounge was an awesome experience. Justin took care of everything for setting us up for an incredible way to take in a game while in Vegas. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back again!

This was my first time visiting the T-Mobile area to watch a boxing match and I loved Hyde Lounge! I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had a great view of the ring and Justin Weiss the VIP manager was amazing. The staff was always nice and within minutes your waitress was there to take your order for food and drinks. The Hyde Lounge is a must-do.

Google
The Hyde is one of the most friendly and welcoming locations in town. We love it up there. We’ve taken out of town guests, crazy Sharks fans, and the staff is just as friendly with them. We appreciate the accessibility for my mother, who uses a walker. It is a first class experience and they truly make us feel like VIPS.

Google
Three's the charm for Hyde Lounge. The club's precursor was the Fontana Bar at the Bellagio. It was my FAVORITE place to go on Saturday nights in the early 2000s. An up-and-coming Jimmy Hopper held sway. The music stopped so everyone could watch the Bellagio Fountains from the balcony. Then Hyde replaced the Fontana Room in 2011. It became the swanky spot for dancin' and romancin', winning award after award. In 2019 the Bellagio decide to open the Mayfair Supper Club in this space. The club had such a following the owners simply moved it to the top floor of T-Mobile Arena. Now, instead of live music and DJs, the action on the arena floor provides the entertainment. It's like having your own private suite at the arena but with all the trappings of a stereotypical Las Vegas lounge. It's a marriage that works. You queue up on the far side of T-Mobile Arena and go through the scanner outside. The elevator to Hyde is right there and up you go! The elevator has a closed-circuit TV monitor so you can watch the arena action if you are late. Once inside the club, find a table. I like the ones right up against the railing because their view is the best. There are also cozy nooks for a more intimate lounge experience. Hyde has an extensive liquor and wine menu. Prices are, well, Las Vegas club-like. The club also has a large food menu. The food offerings barely fit on the plate. It's bar food, natch. There are TVs everywhere to watch what's going on on the arena floor. But the sound is muffled this high up if you want to hear the play-by-play. And if you are afraid of heights, this place is NOT for you! I was there for the Professional Bull Riders Saturday night performance. Having had season tickets when they rode bulls at Thomas & Mack, I can tell you this was an elegant experience by comparison. OK, I loved the Fontana Room. But now I love Hyde at T-Mobile too!

Yelp
It's definitely a nightclub vibe. It's very loud and you can't hear the announcer in the arena during any game. We were there to attend hockey. There were a few great things about it. They have an awesome bathroom, there's no line they have some great seats there if you can get one, call ahead and find out, and the food is far better than anything I've ever eaten in the arena! Pricey, but tasty! But here's the bummer! Very shady business practices, borderline fraudulent. We were comped a table and my guests arrived before I did and the server told her that with our free VIP table we get a free bottle of vodka no charge. My friends were thrilled so they broke it open and the server helped them to their first drinks. They were happy. When I arrived, we also ordered a couple sodas and $150 worth of food, which was basically eight sliders and some chicken fingers. My friend grabbed the check at the end and I overheard the waitress telling them there was a mandatory gratuity charge added to the check for the vodka, even though they had said it was free. I don't know what they added to the check because I was walking away when I heard the server say that and my friend gladly paid the bill here's the problem on the menu that bottle of vodka was $375 at the local liquor store it's $24. I am confident that they added at least a $50 mandatory gratuity onto the bill because of this stupid scam they got going on. I don't recommend this place because of shady business practices. I don't know what they're doing to anybody else, but that left a sour taste in my mouth.

Yelp
Lounge located in the T-Mobile arena. Anyone can access the lounge. Just take the elevator to the top. You can order drinks at the bar and there is seating as well. There are separate sections with VIP seating that you will need to reserve. Decent views, but definitely a Birdseye view.

Rebecca M.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places to visit when we come to Vegas. The staff is impeccable! My latest visit was my favorite. The hostest was so sweet, and even with a few hiccups handled everything with so much class. Our food was delicious, the vibe was fun, and our VIP seats were perfect. Huge Thank you to Justin and Ashley for all the hard work you guys do and your efforts to go above and beyond. Can't wait for the next visit!

Yelp
Amazing concert experience. I wil always look for these tickets when attending a concert at this venue.

Yelp
If you are looking to celebrate, show off, or see a concert in style this us the spot! The VIP LOUNGE at the top of T-Mobile is off the chain! From the minute you check into the side entrance to T-Mobile you are ushered in in style! Up to the top where Hyde Ultra Lounge is ready to handle your group in style! We had a reserved space for a large group that came with an appointed server and concierge to take care of your every need and they do! Check in relax and have a great time! Warning this type of party ain't cheap, but it is the utmost in VIP style and a great view of our VGK!

Yelp
I don't remember our cocktail waitress' name But she was so nice. Also the food runner with the pretty blonde hair. Love her and she deserves a raise we ordered so much food lol. The Hyde lounge (formerly Hyde night club at Bellagio (rip)) was beautiful. The decorations, the ambiance, and the restrooms were clean. I had a blast and it was a great way to spend our work holiday party. Also my first golden knights game!! There is no ample parking so we valet at NYNY and it was $40 (barf) so yeah definitely Uber

Yelp
We flew in from Dallas to watch the Spence vs Crawford fight, and the Hyde Lounge was the best place to view the fight. Justin Weiss and the staff made sure that everyone felt as though they were VIPs. The Hyde Lounge is a must-do if you like good food and good drinks.

Yelp
This is my favorite spot to catch a VGK game! The view is incredible unless of course you want to be close to the ice. I prefer to be able to see most of the stadium so this spot is my jam. It does tend to be a bit warmer too than down closer to the ice. There is a bar in the lounge so you don't have to go far for drinks. You can order food as well. There typically is only one bartender so service can be a bit slow but not so slow that it's a deterrent from lounging it up at games. The one drawback IMO is the standing room. There is a railing that lines the edge of the bar as it overlooks the stadium but if you're not along the railing, you really can't get much of a good view. I guess unless you're super tall. We've always been able to snag a spot along the railing and we make space for others but it's just something to keep in mind. You'll have to be okay with standing the whole time. Oh and tickets are more affordable for the lounge as well! It's an added bonus.

Yelp
Came for the first night of the Drake concert and really enjoyed myself. The tickets included beer and wine, plus we could order food without having to wait in line. It was a bit of a headache to initially make it up to the lounge (located on the 5ht floor) and check in with the hostess, but once you're in it was pretty easy to move around. Make sure to get there early to get a good spot as the view can be limited. If you just want to be in the building for an event/concert this is a good option.

Yelp
Horrible all around, no transparency, no cares, no communication, nothing, the manager didn't even know what she was doing LOL. buy a nosebleed, they will be better than this I PROMISE! Not to mention there are no screens and the sound quality is absolutely horrible. $350 for a no view ticket because of their lack of communication and transparency, pathetic.

Yelp
I've been going to HYDE Lounge since it's been open for concert and Knights games! It's is by far the best for sure! The view is great the staff is fantastic! Justin is awesome! He always makes sure we all have a great time when I and my friends are there! Tommy really makes the experience A+! I highly recommend Hyde Lounge!
google avatar

Julie D.

Yelp
Enjoyed Post Malone from Hyde Lounge VIP. Amazing view of the arena, Servers and security were on point. Drinks were flowing. Bathrooms were clean. Great spot to enjoy a show in style.
google avatar

Florentino P.

Yelp
Love the vibes here! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It's by far the best place to catch a game/concert, especially if you have a larger group.
google avatar

Jason W.

Yelp
Def a great place and atmosphere for any event For hockey you also get the tv and the sound for the game as well as the live experience and full view of the ice . And for concerts is up at the top but it's an amazing way to have a social experience instead of being stuck in the middle of the row. Tommy The GM and Justin in charge of Seating go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. And the rest of the staff security waitresses and runners are all there to make your experience amazing

Yelp
The Hyde lounge was an awful set up! & the Tvs were blacked out! Also, when you look at the stage, it looks like there are ants crawling on it you're so high up! So there were no close up shots either which would be on the SEVERAL tvs they had upstairs in the lounge! the sound clarity was terrible too so to speak! & every where that wasn't an extra cost on top of the hyde access had terrible to no view! and the spots where you can see somewhat we're all tables to be reserved and we're roped off! Super unhappy with the venue!
google avatar

Patty T.

Yelp
We booked hyde lounge for my husbands 40th birthday, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! I don't think we will ever watch the Knights game any other way! So much more comfortable than sitting in the regular seats. We were at table 12, and were right up front for all the action!
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
Great place to watch a VGK game. Elevator takes you right up to Hyde. Bathrooms are private inside the lounge and you have table service for food and drinks. We sat in the front row of couches with a perfect view of everything. The only thing is you have to lean forward a bit to see it all but no big deal. When the game was over we just got on the elevator & took it to the ground level which was a side exit by the Armory. Totally avoided all the crowds. Perfect!
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
My husband and I have always visited Hyde during intermission at VGK games, but we never really knew how great it truly was until we hosted my birthday party there. Justin and staff are AMAZING!!! Five stars is not enough for the service they provide! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make your night memorable. We have had the opportunities to watch some additional events at Hyde and they NEVER disappoint. Food, service, and fun! What more can you ask for in Las Vegas??? I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have not been there, make sure and check it out the next time you are at T-Mobile. I am an educator and I give Justin and Hyde A+++ 100%!
google avatar

Yelp
An experience of a sky view of T-Mobile arena. A pleasant area of 'seclusion' away from the bustle of the below levels of the Arena. The Hyde Lounge is a wraparound from above of the arena. It's criminal not to be above in this space and not have a few of the straightforward drinks. I myself ordered the quite simple- compari and soda. My concert goer partner ordered a dirty martini. Of course I gave it a taste test swirl- it was a killer martini. Reserve a sofa area, or perhaps a high top table area and order a flavorful appetizer or two and mix that with some cocktails. It's a cozy setting, sleek and contemporary. Best of all, away from the crowd below. We stayed up here during the opening band. Next show, I may just spend the entire time here!
google avatar

Yelp
Any event at T-Mobile, catch me in the Hyde Lounge. The staff is amazing, all around! It doesn't matter if you're there for a hockey game, fight or concert, it's always a great experience.
google avatar

Bill G.

Yelp
I can't recommend this establishment enough. The environment is fun and festive, the staff is friendly and attentive. Always a good time. There is no charge to enter during events at the arena and all ages are allowed. Great music, amazing view. Always the first stop when I'm at T-Mobile Arena.
google avatar

Yelp
I watched a lot of Golden Knights games from Hyde Lounge during our first year (before I got my season tickets) and I loved it. I had my favorite spot to sit along the glass on the Stella Artois side where I could see the whole ice. Tommy, the GM, is simply fabulous and he and his staff take such good care of their guests. I bought the "throne seats" for one game as a Christmas gift and they were amazing. Private, secluded space with comfy chairs and our own server. Restrooms right behind us. I still pop up to Hyde during some of the games; it's a great spot to socialize and meet other fans.
google avatar

Kara C.

Yelp
I absolutely love hyde lounge for knights games. I really like the food options and have never had anything I didn't like. The drinks are fun with specialty cocktails offered which are different every season. I know a lot of people have complained about people standing up in the first row or standing against the ledge however whenever this has happened employees are quick to tell them to sit down. It's normal to jump up for a goal but typically people are polite enough to sit down afterwards. I have always had amazing service here, like they remember me! Welcome me back and are always personable. I love hyde lounge 10/10 will always go when I can, 10/10 recommend for a good time! Go knights go!

Jasmine A.

Yelp
Vip Manager has very very horrible customer service! I can't believe they have someone like Justin Weis running the show. If you planning on attending an event, make sure that you DO NOT BOOK AT THE HYDE !! There is no view and the lounge is above the nosebleeds of the arena! They don't tell you that when they are trying to make money off of you!

Ryan A.

Yelp
Justin Weiss the VIP manager is amazing. customer service is top tier.

Lisa B.

Yelp
Hyde is the place to be if you want to watch the Knights! Let's start out with the fact that you don't need to wait in the huge crowd to enter the arena, Hyde has a separate entrance. The atmosphere is lively and fun, there's a DJ that plays great music. You are able to see every play without any obstructions. The menu is great and so are the attentive servers. Another great bonus is you don't need to climb over people to go to the restroom as you would in an ordinary seat. I've sat in different areas around the arena and Hyde is definitely the best!
google avatar

Tony S.

Yelp
Love this place. But you have to know what you're getting into if you have either no experience with a Hyde lounge, or haven't been to the new Vegas arena. First, it's the lounge of lounges in a city of table service. This is the place to be if you're in a large group that wants to enjoy a concert lounge style with friends, and who enjoys the company just as much as the performance. Full bottle service, full club-crowd of sexy people, and for you gold-diggers, money-bag men looking for a trophy date for the night or weekend. If you're a die-hard fan that likes to sit up front, within 20 rows of your favorite act, this is NOT the place for you. While there are jumbo trons across and above the stage area, the performers themselves will look like peas on a buffet table. You'll likely have a not-so-favorable opinion. Standard Hyde loungers know that this is the type of place you go to take in EVERYTHING, with the HIGHLIGHT being the performance. I've been here twice, and in the seats up front twice. Different experience, different meal plan. I like them both, and it comes down to how many people I have in my party, who the performer is, and what kind of people I'm with. I did Garth Brooks down by the stage, and Guns n Roses in Hyde Lounge with 12 people. Both were phenomenal experiences, that you really can't compare. Know what you want. If you know Hyde and what to expect, you'll LOVE it, like I do.

Marie V.

Yelp
Thanks a million to Lan, I was able to sit in the throne room with my friend Louise Millman & experience our Vegas Golden Knights in a way like nothing else. Thanks again

Yelp
What an amazing view of the T Mobile arena stage. The points on either end make you feel like you are on the Titanic. We enjoyed a glass or two of champagne at the captains nest. They have several bars located in the Hyde area that are well stocked with all premium liquors. Restrooms that are separate from the rest of the T Mobile facility and less populated. The bench seating is also amazing with a completely unobstructed view of the stage and video screens....except for the giant speaker stack in the middle of the screen. Either way great way to experience the new T Mobile arena.
google avatar

Larry C.

Yelp
Different way to watch a Knights game. We sat in front row of cushioned sofas and had great view of ice. Like some other reviews, second row sucks as you cant see all of the ice, and when the front row stands you're screwed. Service was stellar, we bought a bottle and they were fighting to make our drinks for us. We had planned dinner at Paris after game so we only ordered popcorn for a snack. Described as last years popcorn from a tin in another review and I would agree, dont waste your money. Ticket prices are all over the map, depending on who the Knights are playing. Last night was $150 each, Sunday is $78. Would definitely do this again!
google avatar

Yelp
Came in this weekend for a concert ordered a Caesar Salad, two drinks and asked for a water afterwards. The Caesar was a huge portion although it's an individual size and it was average for flavor. The service was shit and by that i don't mean i waited forever. It was the female bartenders attitude. Not to mention when I asked for water after the concert was over she gave me a cup of sink water. Pretty sure that's a health code violation.
google avatar

Rose V.

Yelp
Great place to watch a VGK game! They run awesome specials throughout the season - crossing fingers that we have live sports again in 2021! Thanks for the great service!

Yelp
THIS. PLACE. SUCKS. Allow me to explain. 4 girlfriends and myself oh, and one tag a long husband, got a bottle at the Hyde lounge for a knights game. You can't see anything sitting in the 2nd row. Service was awful. Told us she couldn't bring ice water out and that I had to wait in line and pointed at the bar or I could buy smart water from her. Oh sweetie. Anyways She took our food order. Here's where it stars getting good. And by good I mean bad for me good for this one star yelp review. We ordered the hummus, chips and salsa, popcorn, Caesar salad, and last but not least, the cheese plate. So basically someone stopped by smiths on their way into work to supply these snacks for their guests that night. I spent $10 on PACE picante and Tostitos. The hummus was whatever, it was edible, the 12 dollar plate yes, plate of popcorn was from last years xmas tin. The most ridiculous thing that came out was the 10 Sargento cheese cubes, 6 grapes, 4 almonds, and some honey running down the side. Oh and pomegranates. Oh wait AAAAAND some matzah. In all seriousness I cannot believe they can get away with the service and quality of this place at the T-Mobile arena!!!! It's BAD. Don't waste your money.

Yelp
Had a great experience during a Golden Knights game! The general manager went above and beyond to make sure our evening was unforgettable! An amazing venue and an amazing lounge!!

Yelp
We were here Olympia weekend. We had a company party that was roped off and facing the back of the fountains. It was so breathtaking and watching it over and over, it never gets old. The view was absolutely amazing and I never saw it quite like this. I didn't experience the Lounge itself just our private party.

Yelp
Came here for the P!ATD concert last month. I'm amazed that places can build a bar up in the nosebleeds and then call it VIP. During the event when our server asked if we wanted anything, we ordered a beer and a water. I specifically asked for tap water. She responds back, "we have bottled water." We went back and forth and I'm not sure if she was just trying to get me to spend more on a bottle of water when I really just wanted tap water. Eventually I order the bottle, because, well, I'm thirsty and we need water to sustain life, ya know? Get the bill, the water was $10, just as much as the beer. Also on my bill is a random food item I didn't order. Our original server was gone so I let someone else know and they removed it for me. After the concert I email the F&B manager from the email listed on their official website. I tell him that I actually think it's against the law to refuse free water at a place that serves alcohol. I never got a response. I'm not sure if the servers need to meet a sales quota, but being that it's over 100 degrees outside and you're charging $10 for a small water when you have multiple fully stocked bars isn't ethical. Do better.

Rachel S.

Yelp
This place was seriously terrible. First, from the second row of tables, you can see about 30% of the ice. So you're basically watching the game on television. Far worse than that though, was the food. The $29 artisan cheese plate was literally 10 cubes of cheese, 3 grapes, 6 almonds and what appeared to be matzoh crackers. Oh and a squirt of honey on the side of the platter. That's what made it artisan... the squirt of honey. The ridiculously over priced popcorn was stale. The $10 chips and salsa were LITERALLY Tostitos with pace salsa. For $23 you get a Caesar salad that looks exactly like the one you pick up at the airport convenience store. I am not exaggerating. The service was horrible as well. When we asked for water, the waitress literally told us to get it ourselves at the bar. The best thing about this place was the restroom. Never again.

Peranut N.

Yelp
Why would anyone want to be in this place for a concert? Can't see the stage if you don't book a table. Why even let anyone in and roam around and can't sit or do anything? They didn't even put the concert through the monitors. Servers were rude AF! Get a regular ticket and watch the concert down in the Arena. Let all the Kardashian-esque people be in their own little utopia.

Marie S.

Yelp
Great place to enjoy the Golden Knights game! Great drinks and food. Will be back! I only wish that there was a cocktail waitress because with standing room only and being alone it is difficult to not lose your "seat"
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely ridiculous! Got there early to try to get a decent spot on the railing and I thought we we were successful but about an hour in, this a**hole security guard(?) tried to tell us that we had to move and they needed the area for someone and that they were eventually gonna need the whole line of people at the rail to move. Not only was this total BS but I'm pretty sure he was just trying to hook up his friends. I would have happily complied had the area been marked as reserved but this guy was just trying to bully us out of there. He went so far as to try to tell me that he was going to have me removed which was BS too! Another security officer came by and he flat out told me that it wasnt reserved and there wasn't really much I could do as I think the a-hole was maybe a manager? Clearly he was lying and just trying to hook up friends with a bigger area which i get but the way he went about it was ridiculous. I stayed right where i was and told him that he could move everyone else around me before i was giving up my spot. I live here and work in hospitality and I am appalled at how this guy was trying to literally bully us out of our prime spot. Fortunately I didnt pay for a ticket as I was an invited guest but we did spend about $300 at the bar and to be treated like that was completely absurd. Great venue Coldplay was amazing, bartenders were great too...just beware of A-Hole bullies!

Yelp
We were here to see Garth Brooks. Our tickets were for seating in the Hyde Lounge ONLY at the T-Mobile arena so we had to stay there for the whole show. Good News : Great Bar, very nice ambience, great service, great view of the arena as you are on the top floor. Bad News : Great view of the arena but you are 5 floors up and at least a football field away from the performer with speakers and such obstructing your view of the jumbo-tron behind the stage. You have to pay big bucks in drinks and/or food to get a decent seat or you end up standing at the glass rail with all the others who didn't want to pay for the reserved seating. There are no monitors there that let you watch the show from a comfortable (free) seat, (big overstuffed chairs and couches), back from the glass rail where you can't see the stage at all. The monitor's they do have played endless commercials for upcoming shows during the performance. Weird. There are no speakers in the lounge that are hooked up to the performer's system so whenever Garth was talking to the crowd you missed most of what was said as it was muffled and just plain hard to make out if you were seated. That was also true with about half of his songs as well. You had to be standing up at the rail and listening to make out everything which kind of defeats the purpose of having comfortable seating with room to move around if you end up having to stand the whole time. I will say there are SOME chairs that allow you to sit on the rail but halfway thru the concert I noticed most people had moved them to one landing all bunched together for whatever reason. (Probably so they could hear the words to the music). They also had closed off about half of the lounge which didn't make sense as there were people looking for better seating. I guess they want you to think it's crowded ? I hope they at least install monitor's that let you watch the show with the sound hooked up to the stage for all those who want to relax and enjoy the show from a comfortable seat without having to crowd around that glass rail.

Yelp
This is a great venue for grabbing a drink and a small bite while watching the fountain. However, we arrived early to secure a patio seat for the view...every time the show started, people would wander out and stand in front of our table to watch the show. The club needs to control the masses of people from coming out to the patio and standing in front of tables and hovering over the tables that are reserved with a $200 minimum. We complained to our waitress, but she just said "oh". If people just want to video the fountains, they can do it from the street. We paid a lot of money for drinks to have a more relaxed view.

Yelp
Extremely rude and offensive bouncer; I would not go here, even as a guest of the hotel. I'm only giving it one star because I can't post this review without a rating; otherwise, I wouldn't even give it one.
