Hyde Park Village

Super cute village shopping and entertainment area. Great restaurants and bars. Nice and walkable.

Hyde Park is definitely one of the nicest parts of tampa. There are plenty of options for shopping and dining here, as well as the occasional street market. The only inconvenience is the lack of sufficient parking spaces, but there are plenty of residential streets you can park on in the area. You'll just have to walk a little bit more.

Hyde Park Village is a beautiful part of Tampa that is definitely one of the most upscale areas. If you aren’t even a little bit dressed up you will feel out of place here. It’s a lovely place to walk around, enjoy the small park if you want or take your pick of dozens of shopping choices, restaurants and a few other activities like candle or bracelet making. As mentioned, it is upscale shopping so the selections are not cheap- prepare your wallet or understand you won’t buy anything. Places like Sephora, Lululemom, Anthropology, and Nike are here, to give perspective. But again, there’s a lot to do and even just people watching is very entertaining. It’s super dog friendly and there is usually a lot of parking though weekends it is so packed it’s stressful irregardless trying to navigate in and out.

Beautiful shopping area! Not my kind of shops really as I don’t care much about high end snobbery (not my thing) I guess I didn’t realize that it would have such an upscale Richie Rich snobbery, people super dressed up to go shopping California feel to it. Was a bit odd for me because usually when I shop anywhere, there’s a mix of people but here was very specific type of human lol! FerrariFerrari’s driving around, women all dressed exotic dresses to go shopping…Strange. If you aren’t part of that “look at me I have money and wear it on my sleeve” crowd it makes one feel out of place. It’s not my thing because I have money (to an extent) but I just don’t like that uber rich snobbery & I would never act that uppity! It’s called being humble! Anyways… But it is a beautiful old neighborhood with very mature beautiful trees lovely place aside from the many people who seemed super snobby and some of them downright rude. I just can’t deal with those attitudes. I don’t care how much money you have.

This area is surrounded by a variety of unique and beautiful restaurants, offering a delightful culinary experience. I would definitely return, although my search for incredible places for my new Instagram channel, @Good_f94, continues. Always on the lookout for the best culinary experiences to share!

Lovely place to walk around. High end shopping and delicious food. I was there during Christmas time and they had it beautifully decorated! There's also a arrest market they put up every first Sunday of the month

The whole experience with New Life Homes was fantastic from our first meeting to the final walkthrough of our kitchen remodel. Jon and Kasey were great to work with and we loved their entire team for our project, they went above and beyond.
