Ordered to-go food from Hyderabadi Dumaka this last weekend. We had Hyderabadi Veg Dum biryani, Naan and Daal Tadka in our to-go order. The veg biryani was exceptionally good, One of the bests we had near our place. Only disappointing thing about biryani was there was no raita at all. Naan was decent, 4/5. What was extremely disappointing was the daal tadka. I have even posted a video of it. It tasted nothing like daal but the mixture of Besan and water. It was so salty and not in the condition to eat at all. We ate around 4 to 5 spoons and discarded the rest. It was very disappointing, 2/5 I would say. If you’re looking for a good biryani then this is your place. But others, I cant say the same!

An amazing experience with creative food. We had the chicken 65, Gobi Majestic, Crispy Corn, and Chicken Cooker Pulav. All four items were incredibly creative and new flavors that I have not experienced before in Indian food. The Irani chai is also incredible.

It’s disappointing to see you making this personal, so unfortunately I have to step in once again and respond using my other account We made multiple attempts to speak with you while we were still at the restaurant. We even requested one of your staff members—who was speaking with you on our behalf to talk to us. Unfortunately, you showed no interest in addressing our concerns at the time. We waited for a couple of hours for a call back and prior to that called the restaurant to follow up. Eventually, we received your call much later, by which time we had already left and were watching a movie after having a late lunch at a different restaurant. Let me be clear - I never complained about your staff in my review. They were respectful, and we treated them with the same courtesy. We are just regular people who came in with the simple intention of enjoying a good meal. We don’t work for anyone, nor do we have any reason to leave a bad review unless the experience truly warranted it. We walked in with good intentions and left with disappointment. As a restaurant owner, it is your responsibility to treat customers with respect. Your dismissive and defensive comments reflect poorly on your image and professionalism. You mentioned that we didn’t even touch the food - if that’s the case, then what was the justification for charging us, especially when we politely requested not to be charged? ————————————————————— Here is my response again to your comments below: In my first review, my primary focus was on the food, and there was no personal attack. However, your response took an unnecessary personal turn and came across as both threatening and targeted at individuals. To keep it short: Please don’t tarnish the name of Hyderabad and its authentic cuisine. If you choose to use that name, at least make a sincere effort to deliver on taste, rather than offering dismissive or unhelpful comments. Such an approach won’t take you anywhere but towards the downfall.

I have recently visited Hyderabad Dhumaka with my friends. We absolutely loved the chicken pulao and the cooker pulao is next level. We also tried the pani puri, it was good and fresh. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I recently visited Hyderabad Dhamaka and had a great experience. I especially enjoyed the street-style noodles—they were delicious and perfectly prepared. The Chicken 65 was also very flavorful and well-cooked. The pani puri water was slightly salty, but it didn't affect the overall experience much. Overall, the food quality and taste were impressive. Keep up the good work!

We ordered Hyd Veg dum biryani and Paneer biryani. We are very much disappointed with the biryani. It is just full of masala and very spicy. We ordered medium spicy, but still it was way too spicy. It is more like veg masala rice and paneer masala rice than biryani. Very much disappointed.

I visited this place with my cousin on Tuesday, where we ordered chicken biryani and vegetable biryani. Both dishes were delicious and flavorful. After the meal, we enjoyed a cup of tea, which was excellent.
