Amazing customer service! He goes above and beyond for his customers. My husband wanted to stop in to show me what they had to offer and I was blown away! Store is very clean, well-organized, and professional. A whole variety of frames were shown and the sales-person was more than happy to assist us with finding frames. I didn't really intended on buying new frames, but I ended up falling in love with a pair. The salesman held them for me for over a week while I got my eye test done, and when I went in to pick them up/pay for them (right before close, which I apologize for), he adjusted them to fit me right there! I was a bit worried about the price but they are well worth it. They fit amazingly, look great with any outfit I have, and my husband gets a dopey look on his face whenever he sees me. I'm loving the anti-reflection lens too! I absolutely plan to come back in the future and I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love my new glasses. Fabulous boutique with a thoughtfully curated and high-quality selection of brands. Extremely helpful people as well, who not only helped me pick out two pairs of beautiful spectacles, but were also kind enough to help me follow up with an insurance/billing issue. When we left the store, they also said to come back anytime if I needed help with any adjustments or fittings. Highly recommended.

I wear glasses every waking minute of my day. I have learned that they can add to my unique style. Yes, hand-made designer frames are more expensive...but when compared to time worn, are far less costly than any garment or accessory. That said, this place has an incomparable selection of independent designer frames and fantastic service and maintenance of your purchase. They care! It's your face...take it here for specs!

I too wear my glasses every waking minute. HyperOptik carries my favorite designers, has a great selection, and they provide excellent service. I have a difficult prescription, and I trust them to fill it correctly. My current glasses are now more than a year old, but I love the frames so much I am having them re-filled with my new prescription. I still get compliments on the frames nearly every day!

This place is horrible, and the owner of the business, Rob, is rude and condescending. All of their frames and lens prices are inflated and Rob does not have a good reason, other than greed, for charging local customers overpriced glasses. This guy had the nerve to get mad at me for questioning his business practices: He charged me $395 for a pair of glasses I got from the company for $340, with shipping.

I've been getting all my glasses and lens from Rob for years either at Cascade Optical or at HyperOptik and wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing but fantastic service and the selection of interesting frames is the best in the area. The personalized service is outstanding and you won't meet nicer people anywhere than at HyperOptik. I highly recommend them!

the best part of Darrell and the crew is their ability to see what looks good on you... i had no idea... clueless... helpless... they found frames for me that i honestly get complemented on every single day... service is great too and a fun spot to go... was referred by a friend and would send anyone...
