Dinner outdoors for two. Evening with a lot of wind, but pleasantly spent in a characteristic environment of the island. Young and helpful staff, well-prepared dishes with quality products. A small distraction on the part of the chef was promptly corrected by the owner, who followed the activities in the room very carefully and had us bring an additional dish. We ordered aubergine croquettes and prawn carpaccio, ravioli, mackerel fillet and caper semifreddo for dessert. All good, well prepared and accompanied by a good wine. Well done, highly recommended. We ended the evening with a guided tour of the restaurant, a historic dammuso from the 19th century, renovated and maintained with care and respect for tradition by the owner's family.
