There are times when you’ll have to wait a bit, since online orders are taken care of too. This time I waited a little bit, the girls were nice and quick. I could see the teamwork. The chicken sandwiches here are the best I had, no other place can compare. I always get the same drink here, I don’t know no other place who has the drink I order, it is sweet and tasty. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Drinks are good. Customer service good use a little improvement. The workers are stale faced, look bored, but maybe they are just shy. Kinda dampers the experience

My tea did not taste fresh. I don’t mind pre-brewed tea, but it tasted like it wasn’t stored properly or like it had been in the fridge for a week. Service left a lot to be desired. Not the absolute worst I’ve ever had, but I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this to my friends.

Nice little spot, clean with nice service. I have visited mire than once.The Taro milk tea with boba is 7/10 is okay in flavor. This last visit was a tad bit disappointing my Thai tea tasted like water mixed with sugar with no flavor 😟

The presentation was great, but some dishes were a bit bland. I might come back to try something else.

We ordered the Ice Cream Coffee W/Boba and the Caramel Coffee W/Boba. Customer service was good. My wife likes her Caramel Coffee a certain way and they made it just the way she ordered. Very flexible menu all you need to do is ask. Prices are reasonable but they do charge .50 cents here and there for some items. Great taste overall.

IHeartBoba is still better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much. The location on Hwy 6 sent me hate mail, called me a liar, became abusive and threatening, because they didn't like a 3-star review of a very very bad boba they sold me years ago. After I lowered it to a 1-star, they apologized, but if I wanted to get that kind of illegal abuse, I'd go back to high school. The employees at this location are absolutely lovely and deserve 5 stars. The drinks are still pretty average, I'd say it's a 4-star Viet Iced Coffee but a lot of the other drinks are not quite as good. The milk tea is okay. The tapioca is a bit rubbery. They're a chain, they're cheap-ish, I think the ownership is shady AF and if they don't like your review, they may totally come for you in my experience. Based on that, I try to avoid all these stores and tell everyone what happened to me and how dishonest and threatening they can be. But just for this location and their excellent employees and decent products, as well as serving me close to closing time, I give 4 stars.

While traveling in the area, I stopped in to pick up a boba tea. They offer a variety of teas as well as sandwiches. We ordered the Thai tea and coconut cream tea, both with boba. They were both delicious. Boba was soft, which is good. The service was friendly and quick. Interior is clean and beautifully decorated. They even have a little area with games. Parking is convenient.

There isn't anything wrong with the staff as service was good. However, the quality and the range of products doesn't compare to other boba places I have tried. When you have places that serve specialty boba such as mangonadas, high quality ingredients, and more choices than you can dare dream of, then places like this pale in comparison. It's not fair, but it's true. However, I do think for a quick boba drink, this place is well worth the visit. This is me personally, but I think I would introduce friends to boba with limited options such as the one here, even though its plenty just not as many as other boba tea establishments, to get newcomers to boba use to the drink. Crowd was nice, however seating is limited. It's still an ok option, I've just been spoiled by other boba places.

Staff was friendly. I tried a bbq banh mi it was delicious! I got a sandwich and two boba smoothies for 20$. Not bad.

Great friendly service, great menu choices. Plus they honor Yelp discount. The coffee milk tea was really good 50% sugar--strong coffee. My daughter had the cookies and cream regular sugar-- super duper sweet. I recommend halfing the sugar. I gagged with just one sip of her drink. Overall my drink was perfect! Cute interior. Outside area looked shady-- as in iffy, not so sure if it's safe or good. Go check it out!

Service was alright , the character of the place wasn't too "I heart boba" was pretty dull inside but smoothie was cool , not the best but exceptional

Got the Chai Tea Latte with boba, sooo yummy. Definitely give it a try. I'm gonna come back here often and try other drinks. They also have sandwiches which I'm gonna have to try as well. The shop is very nice in the inside very clean. If your looking for good drinks stop on in.

I see this place everyday while driving home. I also saw on yelp that they were offering buy one drink get another for 50% off. Pretty solid deal. I tried it out today and was disappointed. The drinks were not good. The employees were nice and patient though. I ordered a frozen matcha tea and blueberry smoothie, both with boba. Both drinks were just too sweet in my opinion. I'm mainly dissatisfied with the consistency of the smoothies. They were very watery. I expected a more thicker consistency. The flavors of matcha and blueberry were there, but the sweetness and watery consistency was too much for my palate. Overall, below average boba smoothies. The drinks were kind of expensive as well at around ~$4 a piece without boba. Good thing they are offering the buy one get one 50% off deal on yelp check in. Definitely worth a visit because of this yelp deal. I probably won't be coming back though.

They don't honor the 50% off for first time check in but boba is boba. Drinks were not expensive at all but they should not have the discount in their check in if they aren't going to follow through

Have come to this location over the past few years, however I also used to visit another location on the north side of town. I've always enjoyed their Thai tea with boba, and their bbq pork sandwich is delicious. My daughters loves the drinks and sandwiches here, and requests this over any other place. The bread is usually perfect, soft and crunchy in the right places. Service is great, no issues with customer service at all. Despite the location not being the best, you're not unsafe. (What area is safe nowadays anyway?) There is a chill vibe inside with good music, and the store is ALWAYS immaculately clean. You can tell there is a lot of pride in the store.

Checked this place out during my lunch break on a Monday and service was very quick. It is a great place to get tea when you're on the run. The service was fast and friendly, the cashier was attentive and answered my questions thoroughly. They have convenient menus you can take if you can't read the board. The place is cute and most importantly, quite clean. I ordered the passion fruit tea with passion jelly- the passion fruit flavor was overpowering and the jelly was harder than at other places. Although the drink wasn't the best I would go back for the services.

If you like boba! DONT come here :/ These drinks are atrociously sweet and slimy, I am very unsatisfied. These straws are not big enough to suck any toppings out from the flimsy cup that broke on me. My tongue feels like sandpaper after this drink and don't get me started on the trash boba! My little sister even said they should name this place I hate boba

Deni makes my day every time I come in to get boba, wouldn't want anyone else making my drinks. 10/10 customer service! She deserves a raise!!

Came here again since I wanted something different. I was a bit hesitant because my boyfriend and his parents also wanted a sandwich, and it was a bit salty last time I came for a bahn mi. THEY WERE AMAZING TODAY!! Everyone loved their sandwich; my picky boyfriend said he's getting two next time! We also ordered a honeydew cream tea and a pineapple slushie. Again, they didn't disappoint. The place was clean and the employees very friendly. Keep up the good work ya'll, we will be stopping by more often.

Located in a sketchy area so just be careful of your surrounding since it is in Alief. The store has plenty of spots to sit and relax. Free wifi so that's a plus. Milk tea coffee (6/10): It's a hit or miss on the flavor. Sometimes I feel like I'm drinking fresh,fully loaded caffeinated coffee. Other times I feel like my coffee was diluted. They need to work on the consistency of this particular drink. However, it is more convenient for me to come here during lunch hours than to drive further out towards Chinatown. They sell smoothies, slushies, and super affordable fresh juices that I have yet to try. I am too sleepy by the time lunch rolls around so that's why I haven't gotten a chance to try their other drinks. They even sell Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi's) here! If you're close by, then I do recommend trying this place!

They loose business by closing half an hour before their closing time, i was hoping to satisfy one of my pregnancy cravings :(

I love it so much every time I come here I get the best service especially that cute girl that's always cashiering or that cute guy that helps her out, the drinks are amazing!!! Definitely 11/10 highly recommend it.

I ordered the banana blueberry smoothie. I wasn't impressed with this place. Service was very friendly but the Smoothie itself was not good. The three stars was for the friendly service. This Smoothie was not thick or Hardy it was very thin and soupy.

So I'd have to agree with another yelper that reviewed this place, the areas not the best but the inside is nice. When I walked in it looked clean and inviting and didn't have an odd smell (like most boba places do). I came in to try the Mango cream tea which I saw on their menu online. I placed the order and only waited about two minutes. The two guys working there were very nice and the cashier informed me about their rewards program. If you spend $40 then you get a $4 credit to use. Now onto the important stuff, the drink: yeah um didn't taste like tea at all. Sigh. It tasted like melted mango ice cream which isn't BAD but it's not what I wanted in a drink. Definitely think if they work on bringing the tea flavor out in the drink they'll hit a home run. The drink wasn't too pricy at $4.12. Will come back to redeem my yelp check in order which is 50% off my next drink!

This was my first visit. Customer service was excellent. Staff explained things well when I had questions. I also got a pork BBQ sandwich, which was delicious. It was clean and had a nice seating area, along with a few tables and chairs. I will go back.

I've been waiting for this place to open since I saw their sign back in April. I ordered a meatball sandwich, charbroiled bbq chicken sandwich, honey lemon tea with aloe vera, and strawberry mango smoothie with boba. The meatball sandwich was really delicious! The bread is really soft and doesn't hurt the roof of your mouth. My coworker got the charbroiled bbq chicken sandwich and she said the chicken was kind of sweet. The drinks were good too!

Cute little spot to chill and hang with friends. Reasonably priced drinks and food! Really nice staff as well! Will keep coming back!

I took my nephew one day after school and he is usually a bit picky on what he likes, this time he loved it! I have been here a few time as well and its a cute little teahouse. I have tried the avocado, honey dew, and passion fruit. They are sweet enough and its nearby so I can't complain.

I have become a frequent customer of this tea shop due to the always kind employees and the great beverages that are offered. I've tasted many of the milk teas and smoothies and every drink i've bought has tasted great. I highly recommend this place to milk tea lovers and people looking for a refreshing drink at a great price.

2nd time I've been to I heart boba and I must say that I like all the drinks I ordered there. The area is clean and the customer service is amazing! Can't wait to go back again

Their bubble teas left a very weird after taste; not yummy at all. I also had their egg pudding as a sinker, and it was very bland. We were the only two customers in the shop and some how, the cashier heard our orders completely wrong. I ordered the Earl Grey Cream Tea with Egg Pudding with light ice. When she repeated the order she asked if I said I wanted honey in that..and then asked if I wanted to add any sinkers to the drink. My husband tried to order their coffee milk tea with non-dairy replacer, and some how she ended up making him a regular milk tea... Not wanting to further try again with the order we just left with the incorrect drink and was followed by unsatisfying tea.

Today was my first time at I heart boba. I was so impressed with how clean the place was and how friendly the staff is! I got the mocha ice cream coffee with boba for myself and a mango smoothie with boba and a caramel coffee with boba for my kids. They were soooooo good! The mango smoothie was fresh and so my favorite! The mocha ice cream coffee boba was a bit sweet and strong for my taste but after the ice cream melted it was awesome. I also got a charbroiled pork sandwich for my parents and they loved them! They looked great and smelled even greater! I will be going to I heart boba often since I live right around the corner from them! Yay! I would recommend y'all try I heart boba. It's worth it for the fresh juices and coffee and tea boba and the prices are very reasonable!

I love this place!! They are clean and close to my house...did i mention clean!! I just recently tried boba while in Galveston, but i always got the regular tea...but now i get it all!! I love the sandwiches too, and they make um just how i like them!!

Banana smoothie is delish!! They have banh mi's too! The staff is very polite and the location is convenient since there really isn't any other smoothie places in the area. Definitely recommend!

whatever you get, DO NOT get the combination sandwich.... nasty and unauthentic. let's just say this was the first time i ever threw away a sandwich after one bite. Who use American ham in a banh mi??!! WTF?? Not to mention it's missing cilantro and cucumber and they put some kinda vinegar and overload on the shredded carrot.

Meh. The matcha boba and milk tea boba tasted like they used cheap ingredients--given that tea is already inexpensive. We will try another place next time.

This is a good place to get some sandwiches, as well as your usual array of boba drinks. I take my kids here sometimes when we drive here to visit my wife's parents.

This is literally the best place ever. The staff is great and the drinks and food are even better.

Just found out this new place. The milk tea is just right. Also tried the bbq pork sandwich, it was good too. Viet Coffee was ok. Overall, i will definitely come again and again.

The place is so spacious and clean. They get your drink orders and prepares it quickly. I get in and i get out. The drinks are good too.

I've been waiting for this store open since its down the street from my house. Its so nice to go there to grab the drinks instead of driving to bellaire which is 15 mins away. My husband is very picky on the drinks especially smoothies, but he likes the strawberry lime as well as sandwich. So far everything we tried, they didn't disappoint us. Will definitely do there often :)
