Good customizable food options. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Great service. Chairs are metal and uncomfy. Served in cute heart bowls.

Gave it a 3 only because the person working was friendly and helped us quickly. Sub par food for high prices. See my pic of the classic Mac bites. You get 3 for $4. Unreal!

Before entering the store, we were two new customers who had never eaten at this place and looked forward to sampling their cuisine. As we walked in, there was an employee who was presumably eating his lunch, and that’s perfectly fine. There was also someone who had bought, and either was waiting to pay or who had paid and was waiting for their food, and that’s fine also. When we reached the point of the begin your order. The one single female employee turned her back on us, knowing good darn and well that we were there never said anything like be with you in a second or I’m working here alone. It’ll be a minute, never even acknowledge our presence in the store. I will say, though she was working putting food in boxes. After waiting for five minutes or roughly there of, my wife and I decided to leave because we were getting zero customer service. We have no problem with employees who are behind or are working alone, and if somebody would’ve acknowledged us and simply said hi will be with you in a minute, we would’ve been happy to stay, but the fact that there was zero customer service is insulting. Absolutely no need for the lack of service or acknowledgment that we received.

Food was amazing! It was hard to choose there were so many appealing options. I ended going with the lobster mac and it was perfect. Using real lobster and it tasted fresh. It was a nice portion so I had some to share. If you are looking for some yummy confort carbs, this place delivers!

MOLDY noodles. Intense moldy restaurant smell. It's not a "cheese" smell either. Terrible service, The kid working the counter doesn't talk at all. Always on his phone. Tater tots were heated up, not fresh. Soft and gross. For $15, never going back. Hoping we don't get sick now from the little we tried to eat.

First timers in and we enjoyed the experience. The space is welcoming and cute! The staff was extremely helpful and suggestive in selections. The food smelt so good and tasted even better. However, for the price we paid, the portions were lacking. It was like paying FULL Portion prices for kids meal. The bowls were barely half full with very little meat to each bowl. But what little we got, it was tasty! We plan on giving this place another go and hopefully add it to our regular outting rotation! 👍🏽

From the time I walked in this place till the time I left, I was loving it! The atmosphere, the modern decor, the cute uniforms, I just loved it! It was a nice size crowd, everyone talking laughed, picking up orders, the staff in their assembly line getting the food together, just great! Even though it was busy I waited no more than 7 minutes for my food. The prices are standard. It was a great experience,,,,,Until I bit into my 20.00 lobster Mac and cheese. Let's start by saying it's a new spot so I'am expecting it to only get better 😊 the flavor of the Mac and cheese was nice. It could be less dry and warmer. I had room temperature food. The lobster left a really gross tastes in my mouth. I got to have the big patch of burnt cheese? I believe it was which made my bowl seem full but was not. This bowl was worth 7 dollars and not the 20 I paid. The cheese cake bites could have been better if they were not almost frozen and should have more filling than crust. I wish they didn't forget my dipping sauce because that would have help them not be so dry. I had bits of broccoli in my bowl by mistake, however it was a good thing because that actually tasted way better lol. I will give it a couple months and go back. Until then stay clear of that lobster disaster and go for the broccoli maybe. The lemonade was great!! The customer service was awesome. Love the heart shaped containers👌🏾

Went in for lunch with my family. Ordered their skinny, sweet and spicy bowl. It came out cold and without the chicken listed on the main menu. They reheated it and threw chicken in. Upon eating it there was a few pieces of lobster, which isn't a big deal for me, but could be deadly for someone with a shellfish allergy. My boyfriend ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese bowl and asked for onions instead of celery. The worker even said "we have red onions, is that ok?" And when he got his food their was celery in it and no onions. The rest of the food came out lukewarm. The person preparing the food was having a conversation the whole time on their airpods, and acted like we were inconveniencing her the whole time.

We took our daughter here for her 10th birthday. Food was great, employees were awesome and the manager gave her a bunch of stuff and a gift card. It was a great experience:)

This is an extremely expensive very sub par meal. I ordered both the classic and build your own through door dash. Delivered in less than 15 minutes which was super cool but the build your own mac and cheese was 100% wrong and there's no recourse to get it fixed. Regardless of making it wrong neither of the dishes were good. Portions are tiny, noodles are dry, not very cheesy, and the wrong ingredients they did add were sparse at best. For $16.75 for the BYO option I would never recommend this. If your restaurant is called "mac and cheese" it better be amazing.

I hate to rate this place low, because I love that they have vegan options, but it was not very good. I had it as take out, so it wasn't fresh, but it wasn't very cheesy or flavorful. The addition of beyond meat and veggies was fun, but I would have preferred more cheese!

As soon as you walk into this restaurant, you will notice how clean it is. The space is open and welcoming, not cluttered. The menu took a little time to go through as there are many options along with combinations. I chose the build your own bowl. What's really cool is you can choose from several vegetarian and a couple vegan options as well. They have pasta in the form of macaroni along with an array of toppings to build your own bowl or choose from a combo. I built a vegetarian bowl with half broccoli and half quinoa as then just piled on more veggies. I type this with mango habanero sauce and it was excellent. It was a large portion and very filling. I ordered two kids mac & cheese us one with white cheddar and one with yellow. The kids enjoyed them. The grilled cheese comes on sourdough or wheat, we choose the sourdough and it was a hearty sandwich with tomato soup on the side. The grilled cheese was thick and buttery. Great food, kind team members and lots of variety. I will be back soon.

Never went in because the reviews about PRICE & QUALITY & TASTE were so prevalent in the reviews on Google & Here. I'm not stepping foot in there, glad I saved my money.

The food is great. There are so many opportunities playing the mix-and-match game. Creating your own bowls and sandwiches. I never realize there was so much opportunity with macaroni and cheese.

Super quick and friendly atmosphere. Had my food ready in less that five minutes. Super helpful staff. It was my first time in here and they were very useful in getting me and my order figured out.

This place is over priced for what you get. The pasta was under cooked and the cheese sauce they used over the padta was like soup and didn't taste like cheese. Then before the put it in the quick oven they place a slice of cheese and call that Mac and cheese. I added broccoli and I got 3 small floweretts. What a joke. I can tell you it tasted blan and like fake cheese. Save your money. Oh and the lobster Mac and cheese will cost you an extra $10 on top of the $10.95 for the dish. Again they use the soup cheese and maybe a 1 Oz portion of lobster. Lady in front of me got 2 orders of lobster Mac spent $40 and her and her lunch partner sat near me and couldn't believe how bad it was for what they paid for. They didn't even finish their food. Threw it in the trash. But I too threw mine away it was really bad. Also anything u add to Mac is extra on top of the $10.95 base price. Stouffers and Beechers is the best.

Soooo good! The employees are so welcoming and nice. BUY THE CHOC CHIP COOKIES. They are so good. Love this place and so glad to have something new in the area! Will definitely be going back. Again and again and again.

Very overpriced for what you get. Had the Philly cheese steak which was OK not bad, not great either. I make better mac & cheese.

This new specialty restaurant is amazing! I had classic mac & cheese with pulled pork and barbecue sauce added. It was phenomenal! The noodles are curly noodles cooked al dente. The pork is super tender and flavorful. I also added pepper jack cheese on top. It was honestly the best I've had! It definitely beats Noodles and Company! I also had a grilled cheese that was called The Best of Both Worlds. It's a grilled cheese sandwich on thick sour dough bread with rib pieces that are super tender and macaroni and cheese. I've had grilled cheese with macaroni and cheese in it before and the macaroni and cheese always falls out all over the place. This does not at all. And it's super tasty! It is way better than Panera's macaroni and cheese sandwich! My grandkids are going to love this place! Yes, it is a little bit up there in price. But it is fun and tastes amazing! The combinations of ingredients that you can add is limitless!
