I Tri Siochètt

"Situated just beyond the city’s ring-road, this typical trattoria boasts large dining rooms with a friendly, informal atmosphere. The cuisine showcases the traditions of Parma in delicious, top-quality dishes made from predominantly local ingredients. Not-to-be-missed house specialities include torta fritta (fried pie) with mixed cured meats and zuppa inglese (a kind of trifle)." - Michelin Inspector

Pay tribute to the chef's delicious steak and fruit sauce, an indispensable combination!!As well as the perfect service from the waiter and the accurately recommended red wine. Very joyful treat and don’t forget to order lemon sorbet in the end🍧!!!!!!

Great experience and pleasant lunch at I Tri Siochett. There are many tables, mostly are occupied by businessman at lunch time. It does feel confortable. Service is efficient and pleasant. Food wise it’s traditional cuisine from Emilie Roman. We quite enjoyed the pesto, annoli

Great spot! Delicious local fare served by friendly people. The risotto is a must and the filet mignon (they cheerfully brought a replacement of a slightly overdone first attempt) was extraordinary. Great wine at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Oh wow.. driving from Portofino to Bardolino we fancied a lunch stop in Parma and tried here with the hope it was open on a Sunday afternoon. Rolled up at 11.45 and all seemed closed but a staff member said come back at 12..so we sat in car park and waited..so glad we did..soon began to fill up and although we didnt have a reservation they squeezed us in. Everything was superb.. staff, vino and especially the foods..meats, truffle pasta and tortellini. We loved it. Will probably never be back in this area but it was so worth the drive and we've got the memories forever

3 stars for me not because there was anything bad about it but I actually found this to be one of my most average dining experiences in the Parma/Piacenza region. The other issue is that it's really difficult to get a reservation/ it's super super crowded. Even though we were able to get in, it was hard getting the staff's attention and we actually missed one of our half-pastas that we had ordered. However, it was too much difficulty getting anyone's attention so we just decided not to mention it and grabbed the check instead. Staff were friendly, they were just so busy because the place is huge and constantly bustling. I enjoyed the ham platter to start, and my pasta dish was great. Something with lots of ragu. However, I would say the filled pasta dishes like the ravioli were solid, but they were just very simple basic home-cooking kind of dishes. I think you can get this elsewhere without the crowds. I must say, for the portions, this was very affordable. Not bad, just personally not worth the effort as a tourist.

The place is cozy and clean, it invites you to stay hours chatting after eating. The service is good and the plates they offer are even better. You must try the 70 month parmigiano, culatello, and the torte fritte. Everything's very good, I will return.
