"Eating a whole leg of ibérica jamon for breakfast? Do it. The rulebook went out the window around minute six of lockdown. As well as that casual leg of jamon, Spanish restaurant Ibérica are delivering other cured meats, artisan cheeses, and frozen wild Atlantic peeled prawns from all four of their London restaurants. Frozen octopus leg? Yup, they’ve got that too." - oliver feldman, heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak

Nice ambience, good staff. However, service time is high, we went to try paella and they said it will take 45 mins so if you are planning to go there may be call and see if you can preorder. If you are ready to wait the no problem. Also, vegan and vegetarian options are very limited, and portions are small so if you have a good appetite then order atleast 2.

Google
Deceptively large restaurant in Farringdon serving tapas, some with a modern twist. We were pleasantly surprised at how good some of the dishes are particularly the tortilla with sobrasada, the marinated anchovies and the croquettes. The wine list looks good although we didn’t get into it. The food leaves the kitchen very quickly. The service is quite busy at lunch naturally. The decor is quite striking and impressive including oversized paintings and the kind of bar I would lose hours against. I would come back!

We’ve been to the one at Gt Portland St. several times but I guess having a late lunch on a Monday in Farringdon does present some challenges. The restaurant was far from buzzing and staff were more preoccupied with clearing up rather than attending to the few customers who were still there. However, food was very good. Stand outs were the black rice and pear & spinach salad. Chorizo lollipops and patatas Bravas were good too, but the beef cheek croissant was a bizarre and expensive concoction- never seen that in Spain! Overall still a good restaurant, but not as “special” as the Gt Portland St one

Really can't knock it. We booked ahead of time and got seated fine. Parts of the venue are probably a bit of a squeeze, but it's nothing too crazy. We trued several of the tapas style dishes, and they were reliably delicious. The 'pork popsicles' were a standout. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again

Google
Had an amazing meal here. All of the ham dishes were excellent, with the platter being great, while the chorizo lollipops and ham croquettes were both standouts! The other dishes we got were also lovely, such as the beef cheek croissant and patatas bravas. The restaurant was very loud though, and it was sometimes hard to hear across the table even though we were only a table of 3. The churros for dessert was good, but the chocolate sauce was a bit lacklustre - tasted more like cocoa powder and cream than real chocolate (maybe that’s what the intention was though)

Google
Walking around the neighbourhood and chanced upon this cosy restaurant. Walked in without reservations. Actually it’s quite big inside. Very authentic Spanish tapas and choices of iberico ham. Loved the Spanish omelette. Had the croquettes, patatas, interesting chorizos like a fritter on a stick, and burger sliders. Warm hospitality from the crew and Picasso sketch prints across all the walls. A gem of a place to visit.

Google
Really very nice. Food and drink were all very nice, special shout out for the fried chorizo lollipops, which I think took the crown. There’s a kids menu with a good selection of the more ‘kid friendly’ dishes, which our son loved. Service was very good, food came out quickly but you’re left plenty of time to enjoy.

Excellent food and service! Literally walked into this establishment without reservation nor reading any reviews - very pleasantly surprised. Worth every penny - dinning out these days has become quite costly and increasingly so…

Yelp
We had dinner here tonight at the last seating of the evening (9pm) on a Friday. We were promptly seated and were soon greeted by a server. The atmosphere was lovely and the menu offered an array of tapas options. The portion sizes were definitely on the smaller tapas side. The food was good, but some of the plates lacked depth of flavor. The olives and croquettes were nice, but the papas bravas and shrimp were bland. Unfortunately they were out of a number of items (no peppers, bread (!), or espresso (?)). The service was respectful but distant/inattentive. We were often waiting longer than we would have preferred to order food or for plates to arrive. Don't plan on a quick meal! The churros and chocolate cake were both lovely.

Yelp
It is always with great happiness that I visit iberica. It is a fabulous Spanish restaurant if you are in London and want a genuine Spanish tapas experience the. This is the place to go! Food is amazing and a good wine list. Staff are very friendly and helpful! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Yelp
This is the newest addition to the Iberica franchise. Executive chef Nacho Manzano has Michelin Stars to his name and the food does reflect that. The restaurant is located in an old building right outside of Farringdon Station. The whole dining room is filled with old world charm with heavy wood furniture, leather bar chairs and old paintings. My friend and I went there for Sunday brunch, which supposedly is a good time, because the restaurant is usually quite packed. My friend was in the mood for seafood and chicken paella, so we ordered it for the table and then some small dishes while we wait for it. We went for those classic tapas dishes: bread with olive oil and tomatoes, Padron peppers and Jamon croquettes. They turned out to be really good, especially the croquettes, 100% creamy deliciousness. I was quite happy at this point and then came the highlight of the meal. I honestly think this is the best paella I have tasted. The seafood was nice, the chicken was super tasty, but the rice was simply outstanding with so much flavor. The only thing that made the meal less perfect was that we didn't have room for dessert. Rumor has it their churro was to die for. Well, I will have to die next time. Our server was really attentive as well. Best part of it all was that the bill was quite reasonable. This is a restaurant worth traveling for.

Yelp
I always love the idea of tapas, but often find the reality a little disappointing (maybe I've been going to the wrong restaurants!). Not this time, however. I found every dish delicious, from the creamy, salty, ham croquettes to the ingenious chorizo "lollipops", and the huge, succulent grilled prawns. I would definitely recommend going as a group and ordering a range of dishes to share. The food was surprisingly cheaper than I was expecting, our bill came to just over £20 for the food each (including dessert) and we had a lot of dishes between us. The drinks were also good. I started off with a sangria (again, something I can find hit or miss depending on the restaurant), which I thought was delicious. The house red, at £5 a glass, was also decent and reasonably priced. The service and the ambiance also could not be faulted. All in all, this is perhaps the best tapas place I've been to in the UK and I will definitely be back again.

Yelp
We went for dinner and absolutely loved everything. We ordered a starter of hams, followed by mains of octopus, fried chorizo, seafood risotto, croquettes and spinach. Everything was elegant and mouthwatering. Perhaps the highlight of the meal was our sangria. It was possibly the best I've ever had -- apparently, some people have commented that the sangria here is as good as, if not better than, what they got in Spain. Service was phenomenal. They were prompt in serving us and kind enough to chat too. Lastly, ambience was very posh. A bit reminiscent of Hawksmoor but more refined and Spanish, of course. All in all, I'd love to go back -- but be mindful, it is quite pricey!

Yelp
Came here for late dinner for one. Sat at the bar, was not greeted nor service not even a glass of water. Subaquently order full meal and was moved to a table where one of my dishes was never served even after I checked in twice with two different waiters. Food is also overpriced for the quality. The prawn angel hair tasted and looked like a microwave tv dinner meal

Yelp
I went here for Valentine's day. The staff are super friendly and even helped us pick. The cocktails were a bit too strong. All the food was. Delicious but I felt a couple of dishes were over priced for what they were. I think this would have been better if we were a larger party and I would have liked to have tried more.

Yelp
I booked my companies Christmas party here and have returned on a number of occasions. Really delicious, authentic Spanish tapas, mahou beer and G&Ts. They were really accomodating to a large party, and the croquettes were a highlight of the meal.

Yelp
Beautiful interior and nice tapas. I recommend the asparagus toast, the creamy seafood black rice, and the patatas bravas. All were very tasty and decently sized portions for tapas. The service was very attentive and they didn't make you feel pressured to over order (as many tapas places do.) They also had a decent wine list that had some solid, cheap options. Free olives to start with was also a nice touch! I would recommend making a reservation even for small groups during the week as this place is quite popular with the after work crowd.

Yelp
We went during prime dinner time on a Friday and the place was packed! They were more than accommodating, allowing us to wait around and have a drink before placing us at a bar table. Our server was prompt and friendly, giving recommendation upon recommendation! I had the champagne sangria and it was great (If you like sweet drinks!). For dinner I started with the Patatas Bravas and ended with the Gloria Cachapo (Fried beef and Iberia pork patty filled with cheeses and mushrooms). The food was incredible and the ambience was great. We stayed for hours!

Yelp
Loved the ambiance of the place and enjoyed that all the waiters were actually Spanish. The octopus was outstanding as were the croquettes. The rest of the dishes we had were good, but not great. The waitress must have been new because she had little to no clue about what was going on. We tried the house wine as a gamble and it did not pay off. No matter, they have an extensive wine list that did not disappoint.

Yelp
Truly awful experience in Iberica. Every single dish was below average and the £38 seafood paella was the worst of the bunch. Left feeling really dissatisfied and thoroughly ripped off.

Yelp
Warm and friendly. Was surprised that this exceptional Gem was just around the corner from Farringdon. From their black squid in rice (a Spanish favorite) to their cut on the premise cured meats this place impressed at every corner. Tapas style for those that would prefer to share. Enjoy delicacies from the land and sea coupled with a wine list that is beyond compare.

Yelp
Had a great dinner with a friend here- we shared the cod fritters, honey aubergine, and vegetable paella. Everything was delicious and would definitely order the same things...would maybe come with a bigger group so that we could try more of the tapas. I have also heard the sangria is amazing and plan on ordering next time. The restaurant is really pretty and has romantic vibes, but it can get quite loud. The service wasn't amazing, would have expected better for 9 pm on a Wednesday, but overall the experience was extremely pleasant and a pretty good price!
