Excellent location right by the beach and close to lots of restaurant options. Ocean view rooms have a 5 star view. It’s a budget hotel so rooms are small but the bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. There’s coin laundry machines downstairs which was nice! Recommend if you’re not fussed about a fancy hotel and want a good location.

We arrived at this hotel to discover it is closed. The doors are closed off with wood and the hotel is completely dark. A friendly hotel manager from a hotel across the street confirmed this Ibis hotel was closed for construction work and showed us the way to another Ibis hotel on only a 10 min walk from this one. Arriving at this location we find out that this Ibis hotel too is closed for construction! Earlier today we got a confirmation of our time of arrival, but we have nowhere to stay now. I hope we get our money back at least.

I was surprised this hotel was classed as the budget ibis, as our room was a good size, had a great mattress and we were blown away by the sea view. The only criticism was the mini towels they supplied. Definitely worth a stay if you are thinking of visiting Haeundae. Great value for money and close to the main restaurant area. Book this one rather than the other Ibis as this one is closer to the beach with better views.

Great location, friendly staff & comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay in Haeundae & this property is a great base. Yes, rooms are small but this is not a place where you spend time in the room anyway. They had everything we needed for a pleasant few nights.

As a ALL silver member unable to get membership rate at the counter. Whole day unable to make reservation using apps and website. The guy receptionist is helpful but overall the staff need more ALL members training. As the result, I have booked other hotel opposite the sea view with better rates.

Price per night is the best, the parking needs some work to be done. The rooms are small, but for the price how can you complain. The view is outstanding, ocean side. Rooms are very clean. I will come back for sure.

Service at reception helpful, supportive to your needs, cheerful prompt and proactive. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff are meticulous in their cleaning and do a good job cheerfully. Staff at dining are prompt, keep the tables clean , emptying them quickly for the next to sit, while filling up good as required. The only drawback was type of food served for breakfast was the same everyday and can improve further on labelling type of food. I will come to stay here when I come back to Busan and would definitely recommend to others

The hotel is located near the Haeundae Beach, about an hour away from the airport (by the Airport Limousine Bus which costs about 10,000 won per person), and also roughly an hour away from Busan Station (by train). The Ocean View Room was really great and you could also catch the sunset if you're lucky. The nearest bus stop is about a 5 minutes walk away, while the train station is about 15 minutes walk. Recommend to stay if you're looking for a budget option.
