About 12 flavors to choose from, and A LOT of toppings. Staff is super friendly and kind. Interior is beautiful! Overall a good place to go on a hot day or when you want a treat. Also really cute ice cream cone colors to choose from!

Was a little disappointed in me and my friends experience. They only had about 8 flavors. The machines weren’t even turned on when we walked in the store, to which the employee who was playing on his Nintendo DS when we walked in, promptly went to turn them on. Only two out of the 5 cup options were available and zero cone options that were advertised were available. Once we got our flavors, you then have to hand your cup off, place it on a tray to the employee working, who then portions the world’s smallest handful of toppings with an expression that can only be described as disgruntled and annoyed by our mere existence. He then weighs both our cups together, not even giving the option to pay separately. At this point we were so fed up that we just called it quits and paid together. After being so bothered with our experience he just stares at the receipt to see if I tipped him and then refers to our biracial friend as “the other one” asking if she’s going to want anything. Decor is 10/10 so there’s the 1 star bonus, but we will not be back 😀

Love love love this place! My best friend & I visit every Tuesday or Friday . The Atmosphere is great & so many games to choose from while you enjoy your froyo or slushie. Truly a hidden gem that you should try!

First of all, let me say what a blessing this place is to be right around the corner from our house. We usually go every Friday afternoon when my daughters gets out of school. They have a clean and inviting environment. Every time we have been, the staff has verbally welcomes us as soon as we arrive and thanks us when we leave. Not to mention, the flavor options are wonderful and alternate each time we go. They also all have a wide variety of unique and fun toppings, which includes *FRESH* fruit.(this is a huge plus for me). Even the small details like the color changing disposable cups are a hit with our toddlers. They provide family board games and cute bright accent walls for photo ops. All in all, so glad to have them nearby! We highly recommend and anticipate more frequent visits soon with the summer heat quickly approaching.

we went here based on the flavors listed online. i was really wanting to try blue moon flavor. we get there and they only have a few flavors. the ice cream lacked flavor and you couldn’t taste any specific flavor. they were very generous with the toppings though and i do appreciate that.

Wonderful place to get a treat! Went in & the young lady behind the counter was very friendly & professional. She explained all of the products and was very attentive. There was a good mix of customers in there & they even had kids playing in a play section. The decor is very cute & there were several flavors to choose from. We will definitely be back! If you are craving a treat this is the place!

We LOVE Ice & Vice for SO MANY reasons! The variety of ice cream (and other yummies) is amazing! There are healthy options for this dairy and gluten free girl 🤪 and they are so good!!! I love to stop and play board games with my kids when we have time! And I love enjoying a sweet treat with my husband at the end of our date night! I live about a mile away but have only ever been here once. The ice cream was good, but it didn’t stand out and wow me. Fun options for toppings. They have a good number of dairy-free ice creams for those that need it which is nice.

Better options in the area.The girl or manager had better things to do rather than help me and another customer.I was recomneded here from fondren frozen yogurt after another unpleasant experience

Saw this cold brew (brewed in house) and Gelato on their page and I just had to have it!! I've never been a huge fan of frozen yogurt, so I was there for this combination alone... but I was so pleasantly surprised at how good their gelato and frozen yogurt was. My favorites were Coffee, Cookie Butter, Cake Batter, Salted Caramel, and Chocolate. He couldn't believe that I liked so many flavors What I love is that their flavors actually taste like what it says it is, not a guessing game of what's that flavor? I got the cookie butter, and cake Batter for my cold brew. Once it all melded together, it was like a thick, creamy shake with a hint of coffee taste, so dang good!! I'll probably do less gelato next time, because I want more coffee in mine hehe. They have dairy free, and sugar free, vegan options as well. This place is so cute y'all!! Plenty of seatings, even a board game area. Great for private parties Service was amazing, the owner was so personalble, and the staff was the sweetest. Ohhhh and they open late y'all!

I love this place! 5/5 Food: (5/5) I had the lavender yogurt with coffee. The flavor was natural and so refreshing. I've never had such a unique and florally delicious ice cream before! Adding the coffee made for a caffeinated dessert that gave me the perfect kick I needed to finish the day. They have an amazing variety of toppings from traditional cookie crumps and candies to edible Fred flowers. Service: (5/5) The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming and ready to help with anything. You can tell they have caring servant-based leadership that teaches them respect and encourages them to have joy! Environment: (5/5) This place is soooo fun and cute!!! It's the perfect selfie spot, so grab a froyo and capture the best shot in front of a grassy wall, a fun Mississippi art map, the bright pink fun wall, or just chillin in one of the comfy areas set up. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND making this your go to spot for unique froyo, selfie hotspot, or just to feel good.

Twilight zone vibes. The woman in front of me complained that whatever she got wasn't sweet. So what did the employee do? He used her spoon and started eating out of her cup. The employees still insist on putting toppings on your yogurt. So my cup and my sons cup were on a tray. Everytime I would ask for something he would say...yours or his? Maddening. Then my boys are eye level to the toppings. The employee kept repeating step back, don't touch, over and over like a mantra. They weren't touching anything they were pointing to what they wanted. Another odd thing is they still have Christmas decorations up.

The frozen yogurt is comparable to most other places, but my advice to the obnoxious hippo in management is to simply unplug the damn small vending machines in the store that "don't belong to you" before you rent the place out for a toddler's birthday. Toddlers are going to beat on that thing; it's what toddlers do. Don't embarrass innocent parents again. Unplug and remove it if you're going to rent the place out, dummy!

Most of the flavors were out of stock. Staff was on their phones and sitting in the lounge area when we walked in. They put the toppings on for you which was fine but just odd. Very strange atmosphere.

My nephew wanted some ice cream and I wanted a non dairy option and my Mother wanted healthy. . Yogurt it is! Found this location on Yelp. They did not disappoint. It was clean with a look and feel of a living room or family room. They even had board and kid type games if you wanted to stick around. My nephew loved the cotton candy yogurt, my mother found coconut and I got the Dole pineapple. They were all delicious. I like they have preset cups for a set amount or you can pay by weight. The preset amount even included sprinkles which my nephew enjoyed adding sugary treats. I would definitely come back.

Ice cream & caffeine? Yes, please! What a cute shop -- and what an amazing premise. The owners are foster care advocates and hire employees who have some connection to foster care, have been a child in the system, etc. I've visited Ice & Vice four times now and enjoyed something different each time. My daughter loves the bougie selfie spots around the room (check out the turf wall!). I love the changing flavors (umm, yes please to Cookie Butter w/a Biscoff). Friends and family members comment on the cozy corner for playing games, the variety of toppings and the overall positive vibe. If you're like me and anticipate (maybe a little too much, don't judge) that last bite of ice cream in a cone, try one of their fun waffle cones! I had it with caramel tonight - wow. There's something for everyone, including the family members who want nothing other than to get out of the car, stretch their legs, sit away from people and decompress. I'll be back. Oh!!! Check out the cool color-changing spoons. My daughter loved this surprise!

We really like the frozen yogurt and gelato at ice and vice. You can sample the flavors until you find the one that suits you. They have many toppings, a nice seating area and various games for the family to play.

Yummy fro yo shop. Lots of flavors, very clean. Staff is nice. I had the mango, piña colada and vanilla flavors and they were good.
