Called in for a same day appointment for cornrows on my natural hair. My hair needed some TLC real bad. This was a great experience deep condition treatment,Hot oil etc all done with great care. This is my 2nd time coming to this shop and i have no complaints. Before coming i was feeling in a DIY mood but I'm so glad i came & i will be back!!!!!

Extremely rude. The door was LOCKED.! But I could see customers inside, so I politely asked if they are open. The person who seems to be in charge just kept asking what I want, in an extremely unpleasant way. When he finally opened the door he simply told me he doesn't do sciser work. BARBER? Please! I would suggest to change the banners to something more appropriate.

Tisha is amazing, very nice and friendly. She make sure my braids is right before I leave the shop. Definitely coming back in the future.

Tisha, is awesome! I made an appointment to get my lashes done. She is very friendly, listened while I explained how I wanted my lashes to look lashes , and I am so happy I found her. She did a great job. I will definitely be back...

I came here for the first time for a facial eyebrow shaping and eyelashes and was very please she was very nice and assured me about my services as in a very picky person. My facial was great my skin was extremely soft and glowing and my eyelashes weren't too thick and raunchy like nail shops do. She's a new business owner and I strongly recommend her!

I purchased her from her and got a sew in. The hair I saw before I got my hair done was kit the hair she shows me and out in my hair. I ordered 18 inch human hair and paid $100 a bundle tones to plus paid for her to do a sew in. Plus a paid for the hair prior to the install. While getting my hair done she flashed the hair in my face quickly. It was lit the same hair she showed me purported to my hair appointment. 350 later she had installed horrible hair which looked like synthetic 14 i hair and she did a horrible job, I had tracks showing. I told her I was unhappy with the job and hair and she suggested giving me 10% off my next hair style. $350 down the drain. Will never buy hair or come to her shop ever again. If you too someone off you should at least make it better. I was shocked but not surprised.

Tisha was awesome! Not only did she do a great job but she was also friendly and extremely fun to talk to. It's tough to braid Asian hair but she got the job done no problem. Highly recommended!

Tisha is AMAZING! I walked in with post havana twist hair and it was dry, unruly and brittle. The prices were amazing and the techniques she used to fix my hair made miracles. She's extremely nice and educated about hair and very welcoming. I've been getting a lot of compliments on my hair so Tisha girl thank you for that! Can't wait for my next appointment.

I came here to get a facial and a brow shaping on a ridiculously cheap living social deal. 25$ wha? What a deal! The facial was quite relaxing, and my brows looked great! Tisha is a sweetheart. Glad to have her right around the corner to keep my Frida Kahlo facial hair at bay!

Went in to see Tisha for a re twist on my locks. Her shampooing techniques are to die for and she did such a great job. I highly recommend her!

I went here on a super cheap living social deal. I had my eyebrows shaped, facial and got a set of party lashes for $20! Tisha is wonderful. She's super sweet and she's a fairly new business owner.. so definitely check her out!

I was looking for a shop in my area. Went to check out the Ice Beauty Salon and Spa, it was two blocks from my home. I called the day before and made an appointment. The lady named Tisha, she was the owner of the shop. She was really nice. I was looking to get my hair braided. She showed me some magazines with pictures of braided hair. I picked out what I wanted . The prices are really fair. Less then 5 minutes after I left her shop, I as complimented on my hair, I have been getting nothing but compliments since. Thank you Tisha !!

This owner Tisha makes you PAY for services before rendered so that if she refuses to do what you like, SHE HAS YO' MONEY GALS! and then she fights with you. I paid $260.00 for a weave and she became mad because I asked her to stop talking about my hair, SHE stole my money and did not flat iron my hair. This lady is in the bad part of Oakland with bars on her window and she's starving. Now, she'll have money to buy her family Thanksgiving dinner! She immediately got on the phone with her mom and huge boyfriend going over what to buy at the store with the money she just took from me. Also, SHE ALWAYS calls her big boyfriend in when she starts to argue with you, so it's DOUBLE threatening! I asked her for $50.00 back from my money since SHE THREW ME OUT HER shop and refused to finish the $260.00 service and she almost started a fight with me and stated, "NO!" If I didn't pay her before, then she couldn't have taken my money. I called the Oakland police, they came since the dispatcher could hear her yelling, "GOT OUT, you're not getting your money back." This will be a civil matter in court. RUN, RUN...run from this woman, she has zero customer service skills and threatens you with her boyfriend when things aren't going her way. All of a sudden she texts home and he shows up at the shop!! These two people will get you in serious trouble...

I bought a ticket for $1 on groupon to take a massage and tried to communicate with them via email/phone. After 4 attempts w/o any response, I was able to get a hold of one of their rep. Unfortunately, I was told that I've to pay extra $170+ even for the first visit. False advertisement. Total waste of time!!!

Tisha was great! Very professional. I got starter locks starting from a small Afro. Before we started she gave me a consultation and talked about my options and how they would be executed even did a test method so I could see how it would be done. The shop was very quiet and clean. I would go back for re twisting and would recommend. The hair washing was relaxing I may take up that spa coupon
