Ate most of my ice cream before I remembered to take a photo because this is so wonderful. Stopped in from out of town with some friends. Art was so friendly and offered ice cream and sorbets free of allergens, dyes, and made with real, whole ingredients. I ordered a single scoop of Mango Sticky Rice ice cream (yeah, really... Yum) in a house made waffle cone. The first impression walking in was the warm smell of waffle cones. They're offered at a very fair price! My cone didn't leak at all because it was well folded at the tip. Art worked quickly to get through our large party. Also, the bathrooms are very clean! Only customers are allowed to utilize this service. Overall very happy with this shop. Jubilee ice cream is a must stop for anybody, tourists and locals alike.

Shout out to Art and Andrea they're whipping the fresh flavors of ice cream and sorbet around! I got the strawberry matcha and my wife got the guava passionfruit sorbet. I highly recommend trying several flavors! The waffle cones are freshly made and perfect for any flavor! Definitely check this place out if you're in the area or craving some delicious ice cream!

Good gelato! Some fun flavors but nothing too fancy. Staff was polite but not super helpful on explaining flavors. Very clean shop, not much for seating. A nice spot to grab a sweet treat then sit in the park to enjoy!

If you see this ice cream place in the little corner of Reston Town Center, make sure you stop by! It's probably my favorite ice cream in DMV. The flavors are unique. Mango sticky rice, passion fruit guava, strawberry matcha, come on! I tried most flavors and liked almost all of them. I settled on strawberry matcha because I love both of those. The taste is very light, unlike traditional American ice creams. Think maybe 40% sugar, more fruity with the right amount of milk. It wasn't too heavy but refreshing. I have never seen the tiny cones here in any other place. I personally love them because the usual giant cones drip ice cream all over me before I can finish them. The ice cream melting and the cone size ratio are perfect with this one. Only one guy was running the show, but he was very patient and let 4 of us test all the flavors we wanted to try. If you got in at the wrong time, that means a long line. Any complaints? The price. It's $6.95 for a tiny scoop (maybe 60% of what we're used to). Will it prevent me from coming back? NOPE. The flavors are too good. The price justifies it. I WILL BE BACK OFTEN!!

The staff were friendly and regular ice cream flavors were plenty. However, they no longer offer dairy-free/vegan soft serve, which was disappointing. They do have dairy-free sorbets, but didn’t hit the mark for me. Overall, a decent spot.

Google
Fun experience! Art & Nylah were super nice to us and to the kiddo too, including extra rainbow sprinkles when we ran out! The air conditioning was a nice escape. Ice cream is good and the waffle cones were to my sweetness liking. Ate too quickly to remember to take a picture, but included is the store bins of ice cream. Will eat here again! 😁

Stopped by with a friend to get an ice cream after dinner. I tried two different flavors. The chocolate peanut butter was the winner. It had great flavor that really balanced the chocolate with peanut butter. My friend got the chocolate peanut butter and another flavor as well. Service was great and he helped satisfy our sweet tooth for the evening.

I LOVE all the asian-inspired flavors. Every scoop I tried was packed with rich, bold flavor and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who assisted me this evening, but he was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to come back to try more :)

Yelp
We stopped by Ice Cream Jubilee for dessert since it was the only option we wanted at RTC after dinner. Also, it's AAPI Heritage month, so we wanted to try some of the seasonal flavors. The interior is pretty small with only a few tables, but it seems like they make the ice cream in house at this location. We were shocked that a single scoop of ice cream was 6.95 at this location, which is pricy!! At the end, our sweet tooths won and we shared a couple scoops: mango sticky rice and strawberry matcha latte. I preferred the matcha strawberry because it was less sweet, however, the strawberry flavor was much stronger than the matcha. The mango sticky rice was good with lots of mango flavor, but it was sweeter than I would've preferred. My two friends liked the mango sticky rice more though! Overall, we always love the ice cream texture and flavors from Ice Cream Jubilee. It's just much more expensive than we remembered.

Yelp
It is delicious and pricey. The service was efficient but not very engaging. That outpost was bright and sanitized in terms of ambiance. I guess I can't get the sweet potato candy flavor anymore. Luckily the mango sticky rice was delicious and satisfying.

Yelp
Great addition to RTC for an after dinner treat. Friendly, helpful service. Good, unique ice cream flavors.

Yelp
Good quality service; it's nice to have an ice cream place that does samples again. The ice cream they offer is very unique and changes weekly. Today, I got their cherry blossom cheesecake, and my husband got the rum raisin flavor, which we truly enjoyed. They do not use artificial flavors, which I prefer. Thank you to Carolina for the friendly service. All in all, this is a nice addition to RTC. I will be back!

Yelp
So happy they opened up one at Reston Town Center, Ice cream not too sweet, good texture compared to pitango, good customer service!

Yelp
I am very excited for Ice Cream Jubilee to be at RTC now! We had the ice cream flight with some of their seasonal and regular flavors. Toasted s'mores and lemon bar were my absolute favorites! The other flavors in our flight included passion fruit guava sorbet, chocolate chocolate, and mango. My kids were in love as well. It's nice to have another beloved ice cream venue here (we still love Pitango)! Service was slow, very slow and not organized. I'm sure this is what it is with opening and working out the kinks. Hopefully the process will run smoothly soon. Otherwise, love the ice cream!

Yelp
really good. unique flavors. if you like asian flavors you'll love their options. it was pretty busy but the store itself is small so don't be intimidated by the line :)

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while since it opened in RTC. I tried the cookie cookie, the mango sticky rice, and the coffee toffee. The mango sticky rice was actually v good. My only complaint is that all the flavors are a little too sweet

Yelp
Delicious but pricey. Staff was very nice. Good location right across from the park in Reston Town Center. Has to be a special occasion for me to be willing to send $10 for two scoops.

Yelp
Excellent ice cream! Wide variety of flavors and very nice staff. For the lactose intolerant, the soft serve machine should be available in September 2024. Apparently manufacturer did not ship the machine calibration set for the organic banana-based (not dairy) ice cream. Owner is fixing.

Yelp
Gone in twice since store opening for gift cards - they don't have any, with no date in mind as to when they will have them. Had called store three times today to inquire about gift cards before I went in and phone rang and rang endlessly. When I went t in to store in person cashier had no idea when gift cards could be purchased. Response "That's my manager" (whatever that means). I told him that I called several times today - asked if phone isn't working and his response was "again, that's my manager". Not An apology or even a care in the world. Wow! Open just a few weeks and I think I am officially done with this establishment! So sad - I was super excited for a new place in the Town Center but I guess I will walk a block up the way and get my gift cards at Ben & Jerry's!!

Yelp
Truly delicious ice cream! My boyfriend and I love in the RTC area, and we have tried multiple ice cream spots -- this is our favorite by far. It is a little pricey, but the high quality ingredients and unique flavors plus fun toppings you can't find anywhere else solidify it as a must visit.

Yelp
It just isn't good ice cream. I don't know how else to put it. The churro in the pumpkin spice churro was stale. I tried a milkshake once and it tasted like the milk was spoiled. I 0/10 would not recommend.

Foo D.

Yelp
Tried this place which claims to be voted the best ice cream in the area. Skeptical. It was ok but the cone tasted stale and what really pissed me off is that a significant tip was added after the transaction which I never authorized and did not show on the screen. Someone obviously taking it upon themselves to RIP people off. Not worth the hassle to get a refund but beware!
