The cutest rolled ice cream place!! You get to watch them make your order and they have so many different flavors and toppings! I truly loved this experience and was mesmerized when watching the employee make the icecream! Wow! It really was so cool! And it was absolutely delicious and quick service!

was one of the best rolled ice creams ive ever had. was there with a large group of friends and they brought out all of our ice cream at once which was really nice. customer service was amazing and helped us when we needed even if we're loud annoying teens.

This place was very busy all night. 20-30 min wait for our ice cream rolls and people just kept coming in. Have to say it’s very decently priced over here and it was pretty good. You know for sure it’s so fresh. The guys who were making the ice creams rolls were just nonstop. They have bubble teas here too but didn’t get to try. Would like to come back again.

This place is amazing! The food Is amazing and the hours are great! The staff is very kind, and they make the ice cream in front of you. The food comes out very fast and is absolutely delicious! They have some of the cheapest and best bubble tea that I know of as well!

I come here occasionally, I’ve had all good experiences with this place so far, tasty rolled ice cream👍🏼👍🏼

*Update: Eaten this since & really loved it every time since* Ice cream was ok, it's close to us so we were hoping it would be amazing but it doesn't have as much flavor as we were hoping for. It's priced as high as the other rolled ice cream places. It was around an 8-10 min wait for the ice cream, not bad considering it was packed in there.

It's ok. I was looking forward to going because I heard so much about it. I wasn't impressed. The wait time is very long. The product is just ok. It's rolled ice cream with different candy on it depending on what you order. The staff is nice. The facility is shaky. It's dirty especially outside. They really need to clean up to make it more appealing. It's ok if you want to try it but there is much better ice cream out there.

Clean. Delicious ice cream. It is not too sweet. Hit at the right spot. Good price compared to Rita. They have good boba tea too. Order number 11, that is so good. You can't go wrong with strawberry banana and ice cream.

Ice Moon has the best ice cream and smoothies! Everything is always fresh and delicious. It's our family's favorite spot -- we come here all the time. Highly recommend to anyone who loves a sweet treat!

Pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this. Presentation is fun and tastes great. I recommend a Macchiato with your ice cream.

Such a splendid treat! I love that you can choose a dairy-free milk tea option, as well as the level of sweetness. I got a jasmine green milk tea with almond milk, less sweet, with lychee. It was so refreshing and gently sweet! I also shared a strawberry #1 rolled ice cream with my mum. Super sweet with excellent, careful presentation and thinly sliced strawberries/strawberry syrup on top. Would have preferred more strawberries and fruity pebbles, but def can't complain. Additionally, this place has many more options than the boba tea place up Cottman Ave near the Blvd, and is more reasonably priced. Finally, the workers wear masks and gloves, and the location is plenty spacious with nice lighting. Would return!

I recently came to this establishment with some of my girlfriends. The ice cream was good, and they had a wide selection. However, the tables inside the shop were extremely sticky and had some sort of dry substance on them. The real problem came when I found a beard hair in my ice cream. I wanted to vomit, but when I ran to the bathroom, it was locked with an "employees only" sign. When my friend asked the cashier to open it because it was an emergency (unknowingly as to what happened), he said no. After about 5 minutes, I calmed down and showed the man the hair. I requested a refund, and he was reluctant. The man wanted to give me a new ice cream, but by then, I had already lost my appetite. This is not a place I would take your family; it is a very negative space. The men rolling the ice cream were cussing up a storm. Not family-friendly, not recommended. And $6 for one cup of ice cream is absurd.

Rolled ice cream is a work of art and this place knows how to make it! Topped with all kinds of lovely toppings, this is a delicious treat and enough for two to share in my opinion. We ordered the Brownie Boy; vanilla ice cream with bits of brownie chopped into it, flattened and rolled to perfection. Topped with whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate syrup, an Oreo and a little animal cracker! The place has some seating inside and a few tables on the outside. It's located on a busy corner, you'll have to find street parking. We arrived in the evening on a weekend night when it was busy but the orders came out in a timely manner.

I like it here. Me and husband went and the ice cream was good. It was very busy there and they moved pretty quick.

Went in for dessert on Mother's Day and it was quite an enjoyable experience. They have a big ice cream shop with plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy. The service was good and we enjoyed seeing the ice cream being rolled. I had the s'mores ice cream and if I were to go again that would probably be the one I ordered again. My mother had the Strawberry lady and loved it so I also might give that one a try. Good place to stop by.

Rode past this place on a couple of occasions and finally stopped in today as I happened to be craving something cold. I decided to try the Mango Tango rolled ice cream and WOW everything about it was delicious from the ice cream to the mango and mochi pieces. I will say it was packed but they move pretty fast in there, and I came in on a Friday night before close. The parking is a little difficult on the street but worth it if you have the time. I will most definitely be returning!! Next time going to try the match ice cream--Yum!

My friend and I were in the mood for ice cream and this place popped up due to where we were located when looking. I have never had rolled ice cream before. I ordered a coffee flavored rolled ice cream. My friend got a different one, with a chocolate candy in it. She really liked hers. Mine was coffee ice cream, rolled. Nothing fancy or different.

The people are pretty nice although the place is usually packed. During the summer there is a chance you might wait 25 min + for ice cream.

Although we are still dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic I was looking for ice-cream late in the evening. We googled and found Ice Moon. The outside of the parlor had outdoor seating 3tables setup. They have several varieties of what I call rolled ice cream neatly packaged. I ordered what I believe was called monkey business. It had bananas, Nutella and vanilla I cream, cookie and what reminded me of fruity pebbles in top as sprinkles. It was creamy and tasty. It cost more than what I had wanted to pay but not bad. I will also mention that you have to order via a door which has been converted into a door/window. You order, they give you a # and several mins. Later someone shouts your # out. I enjoyed my ice cream. It was a nice treat.

Ice Moon is a great little ice cream place in Mayfair. It's very fresh and tasty. I got the Strawberry Banana with fresh strawberries and bananas and it was great. I love that they make it right in front of you (inside is closed right now due to COVID), but it's all freshly made, the ingredients are all mixed in right there and rolled up. The only thing that sucks is the location because it's all street parking and there is no parking right in front of the place. Also they have some outdoor seating, but it was covered in trash so we couldn't sit down an enjoy our stuff there.

Neighborhood gem! The owner is really nice and personable. Each time we visit the service is great and the rolled ice cream is even better. Of course my girls love the watching the show of the ice cream being prepared. The different flavors are cool as well. The green tea and cookies and cream are my favs.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The energy and vibe in this place was very mellow and relaxing. The dessert are made in front of you and are very tasty.

Love ice moon before but now I'm giving a bad rating since my left arm was recently amputated I do DoorDash and pick up orders and it's frustrating when I feel judged and looked at different from different stores telling me to confirm the order it's weird and gives me a bad vibe I would never steal anybody's food let alone a small business like ice moon I never got this feeling before telling me to confirm the order like I'm a thief or something.. in order to move onto the next step and DoorDash you need to be able to confirm get the order deliver it and then that's when you get paid when taking a picture and you're done etc.. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. love LOVE COCONUT BUBBLE TEA HERE.

My expectations were high for this place but after eating here today they were lowered, First was their customer service the person behind the counter took forever take my order due to her talking to the other co-workers. Second they took 25 minutes to prepare my rolled ice cream and when the lady handed it to me she had no gloves and she had just finished cleaning the table with a rag and no gloves.

I gave it 5 stars because it's perfect if you're looking for this style of ice cream. I like regular ice cream better personally, but they nailed this & everyone with me loved it. Also was fun picking it out

Nobody makes coconut boba like ice moon. I used to go there all the time after school in high school, now i stop by occasionally because i love their treats so much!

The rolled iced cream and Caramel frappe are on another level honestly. They use rich ingredients and always get the order correct. A+

Presentation is everything over at Ice Moon. I was in the neighborhood having some lunch when this venue caught my eye. It was my first time trying rolled ice cream but surely not my last!! The proprietor explained to me how the base is the same for all the options and that it is the add-ins that make each "sundae" unique. The tailored made to order approach makes it necessary to have sufficient time. For 2 ice creams it took about 10- 15 minutes from beginning to end. We tried the cookies and cream option along with the morning latte. Both were delicious and worth every penny. The former is sweeter with several toppings that complement one another. The latter is perfect for those who love coffee but don't want the extreme sweetness found in most coffee flavored ice creams. I highly suggest this place.

Ordered 2 roll iced creams and a drink for $18. The chocolate drink was way too sweet but the avocado and green tea ice creams were pretty good. Didn't taste much of the avocado flavor but I enjoyed the fresh cream so it didn't bothered me. The matcha one hubby had was flavorful and the fresh fruits went well with it. This place was quite busy on a week night but it clears out quick. There are seatings available indoor and out door.

The ice cream here is amazing! The monkey business is a must have! The place is very clean and staff is friendly.

This is a Fantastic new roller icecream spot in Mayfair. The atmosphere is fresh and clean. There is ample room as it us a big dining area. The staff is friendly and the icecream is so tasty. They have many varieties available. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is kid friendly and family friendly. Go check them out you will not be disappointed

This place was amazing! My daughter saw it when we were driving by. We went 7 of us to try it today and had a great time. The rolled Ice cream is delicious! We tired so many flavors and they were delicious.

Very clean and courteous. Thai ice cream was well-made and delicious! The location seems brand new. If it stays this nice, I'll be coming more often. I was sad that they didn't have chocolate ice cream, only chocolate toppings.

Can't complain! Good ice cream warrants 3 stars but the place is clean, service is quick, and they have a ton of premise recipes to help make your decision. Safe to say Ice moon being a couple doors down makes it a weekly venture!

Interesting concept in ice cream, kind of like drywall mudding on an ice plate. The ice cream is worked flat on a cold plate, then using the [mud] knife, scraped up into rolls, stood up in a cup, and garnished with toppings, cookies, and whipped cream. The shop has an espresso machine so standard coffee concoctions are available to accompany your frozen dessert. Street parking only, friendly staff.

The place is nice. They play good trending music but the wait takes forever there is no number that you get it can take 10-20 minutes for your order. I understand thatt it takes a while to make rolled ice cream but people who ordered after us got there orders first. It was the same thing I orderred. There menuse is small they should expand it.

Cute little place! My kids really enjoyed watching their ice cream be made. I loved the key lime. My kids got strawberry and cookies and cream. They said they were delicious!

Please check this place out. The owner is a sweetheart. His store is new and is just trying to make people happy with ice cream! Monkey Business was delish. I was fearful that this style of ice cream may taste freezer burnt, so I've been avoiding it for some time now. Boy was I wrong!!! It's great! It's light and creamy and had the perfect taste, wasn't a banana explosion loaded with sugar. The iced coffee was good too. I wish they offered coconut milk. They will be carrying crepes in a few weeks... can't wait.

When I got boba there it was like they put a whole thing of sugar in my boba and the lady was not wearing gloves and I was really happy to get the boba and it wasn't good sadl

I took my daughter and my 2 nieces here recently and we ordered frozen yogurt with combo toppings. Everybody was so nice and friendly and the yogurt was so delicious! The girls get to watch them make their yogurt through the clear window. Definitely coming back!

Never again! Ordered through GrubHub. Not a big sweets eater but had a sweet tooth and decided to splurge! Came to $9 something with the extra toppings but I went all out. Caramel, chocolate and butterscotch sauces. Also extra strawberry, which I did get (don't judge, it was going to be good). When it arrived with just strawberries and an Oreo, that was an original part of it, I was bummed. But instead of coming here and telling the story I thought, let me call them. To which they told me it was all there on top. Now, it's in my hand. I'm looking at it. There's NO syrup or sauce or extra yumminess! It's the principal now. I actually tried to call and say they goofed. Charged me for all of it though. And their response is that it's there. Like invisible? So annoyed at their disregard of facts and lack of concern that they made a mistake. And they literally could've just apologized and I'd have been, eh, things happen. But they didn't care! Spent over $9 on chocolate ice cream with some chopped strawberries and an Oreo! Never again! Lesson learned! Thanks Ice Moon! Oh yeah, sharing to FB too just because you don't care anyway!

One of the things you need to know about this place is that they only have street parking. They are fairly quick with their orders, but I do wish their menu had more of a variety, and I wish they had different sizes. I think the only thing I liked about this place was that the ice cream isn't that sweet. Other than that, their seating is uncomfortable with very little spacing between it. It's the type of place where you'd order your stuff and leave once it's ready - you wouldn't really want to stay.

It's nice and spacious. They have a lot of seating, but in my opinion they should have a create your own option. Ice cream was really good.

Been waiting over 30 minutes for my order and still haven't received it, people who ordered after me are getting their items before me. No receipts or numbers were given, while there yelling out numbers to orders. Very unorganized and low on staff.

I've tried it twice and I absolutely loved it! Delicious ice cream with great toppings and I really enjoy the bubble tea. A must try for anyone who wants their ice cream to be a little more creative.

Very sweet staff, considerate for my family's large order (this is our first time here)...one of the staff members even let my little sister come back and roll the ice cream with him. It was so cute and made her day!! Keep up the great work, Ice Moon! You guys are awesome

Nice place, clean, nice atmosphere. I had the s'mores and it was awesome. Husband had Monkey Business and he loved it. They have 14 different sundaes to select from (if that's what they're called). I've never had rolled ice cream, they're popping up all over the shore. I loved it. And it was priced reasonably. They have crepes on the menu too but they weren't available yet. Can't wait to try them. I think this place will do really well in the summer.
