Ice Wizards on Marsh is the spot! The employees were super kind and handled our snow cones with care! everything looked and tasted amazing. I got the mangonada and it was so good! The toppings looked perfect and it was made just right. They even gave us a free punch card, which was a nice surprise. Great service, great snow cones, and delicious. Definitely recommend coming here!

Lesley was incredibly thoughtful, double-checking every detail to make sure our shaved ice was just right. Paul brought the same energy, making us feel like VIPs with his friendly vibe and sharp attention to what we liked. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and genuine. The shaved ice itself? Spot-on. But it was Lesley and Paul who made the visit unforgettable. I’ve been coming to Ice Wizards since the days when the stand sat next to Family Video. I watched the mother run it with care and heart, and then saw her son take the reins and continue the legacy. What they’ve done for our community, bringing back the snowcone shack year after year for decades, is a true testament to how much pride they take in their business and how incredible the snowcones really are. On a burning hot Texas day, there is absolutely nothing better. There’s just nothing like a good snowcone from Ice Wizards.

The most delicious snowcones around. I don’t know what they do to make it so perfect every time, but it’s always incredible. I moved away from Carrollton and still make 30 minute trip to get my snowcones from them. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I called to confirm they were open, but no one answered. Within 5 minutes, the owner called me back personally to let me know they were open. He was so friendly and sweet. I thought that was great. The shaved ice is always a hit! My kids absolutely love it. They have a huge list of different flavors and fill it to the brim every single time! My go-to place for shaved ice!!

Today was my first time here and I was not pleased with my experience or the service. I was at the drive thru window somewhere between 8:40pm and 8:50pm when I purchased 1 medium and 1 large snow cone and I was told it was $15 by the girl with the pink hair and she rushed to take my money and give me a $5 back. I knew my total before she told me the price or gave me my change. So I asked her why she charged me so much and said it was because that’s what it said on the register. So I corrected her and did the math for her and she had to pull out a calculator to calculate what she owed me and proceeded to slightly short me on what she owed me and had an attitude. The blonde was very aware of what the girl with the pink hair was doing. The cameras should be reviewed as I’m sure customers are being over charged and money is being pocketed or kept as supposedly tips. I hate to have to give a bad review especially when I’ve seen all the good reviews but I think the owner should be aware of my experience.

Definitely 💯 delicious 😋!!! We follow them on Instagram so we know when opening day is. The prices are good, selection of flavors is big. No indoor sitting, they have a couple of picnic tables under the shade, they have a drive thru if you prefer to use that. Friendly service.

Originally a walk-up, this location also offers a drive thru for our laziness. Customer service is excellent; friendly, prompt & professional. My driver ordered the Giant Strawberry/Pineapple. I snarled at the idea of ordering such a sugary drink but when I saw how amazing it was constructed I was instantly enticed to try...I shall no longer judge snow cone eaters. This was the best damn treat I've tasted all month! I'm a fan, ~Christy

Currently in line and the wait time has been 25 minutes already. There are 2 young ladies working and this line is not moving. I'm not sure what is taking the service so long but I recommend more workers. People are standing in line and the drive thru is barely moving. 2 cars left due to the wait. Just honest feedback on a hot Texas summer day!

I'm no stranger to Ice Wizards as it's been my go to since living in Carrollton. I would say this is the best shaved ice in the city of Carrollton, the flavor selections, price and locations are great. I always receive service with a smile no matter who's at the window. I definitely recommend them. My only complaint is the thin napkins.

Super reasonable prices, no skimping on syrup like many places, great service... all good things. But we found that our shaved ice had no flavor. Sure, there was plenty of syrup, but nothing had flavor. If you want something cold and wet come here. If you want shaved ice with flavor, try Bahama Bucks.

They have the perfect ice texture with all the great flavors. You honestly can't go wrong here.

Hands down the best snow cone in the metroplex! The ice is always soft, flavors are perfectly sweetened and the cream is perfect! Everything is perfect about this establishment!

We love this place and look forward to it opening up every summer!! It looks like it got vandalized recently which is so upsetting. Does anyone know when they plan on opening back up?

Asked for a medium in a large cup so the top doesn't stick above the cup since I'm driving. Received a medium with less than half the usual amount of ice. I even specified twice what I wanted

Everyone who knows me or follows me on social media knows exactly how much I LOVE Snow Cones and it all stemmed from my childhood when I would go with my family every weekend to get a snow cone from the local snow cone shack! When I moved to North Texas I was pleased to find these little pink snow cone shacks all around Dallas-Carrollton Area! I decided to try one one day and to my surprise it was AMAZING! Anyone who has had a snow cone from ICE WIZARDS instantly understands what I am referring to! I always get a rainbow snow cone so eventually they began to recognize me and I became a regular. (when I say I LOVE snow cones I really do!) I had never gotten anything other than Rainbow but because of ICE WIZARDS I can now say Ive expanded and explored my options! They have the BEST flavors ever! You can't trust everyone's Sno cones but everything down to the ice is tasty! I soon met the owner, Tyler, who is extremely pleasant and professional! He is ALWAYS in good spirits and his cute little son is always in tow! I learned from the workers who were high schoolers working for summer money that Tyler was the best boss ever and that the business has been in his family for over 9 years! This made me respect him even more! One day I showed up and Tyler gave me a free snow cone! He said that he appreciates my business and wanted to show he values his customers. He even let me try his new creations which are ALWAYS great!!!! Now that he has koolaide pickles I can't stay away! The new lady he has working there with him is ALWAYS smiling and very pretty, I think it's his new boo! Haha she always offers me a bigger cup than what I paid for to make sure it doesn't leak in the car. Can you believe that?! I just wanted to express my gratitude! I am very picky on my complements but I value great service and Tyler and Ryker after him will ALWAYS get my service! Very great people and a respectable family!

This place is seasonal. Currently closing at 9pm per the sign outside of the hut as of today. They have snacks including cheetos, takis, kool aid pickles and you get a punch card if you want. Buy 12 get 1 medium free. Ice is soft not hard and chunky. And no straws so that you won't suck the juice out it prematurely. I say go to this place!

My kids and I literally look forward to the opening sign each year. The ice is soft and very flavorful. He is pretty fast on service even with a line of people. He also started selling nachos and kool-aid pickles which are great!!!

My daughter and I have been coming to Ice Wizards since she was in pre-k. Being from Hawaii we have high expectations for what shave ice should look and taste like and Ice Wizards have never let us down! The owner is always gracious and the young kids that work the stand are always energetic and kind which only adds to the shave ice experience. If you see a pink hut on your way home, make a stop you won't regret it!

This place is amazing and so inexpensive! They have snacks that bring back childhood memories. Friendly and accurate service and they dont skimp on the flavor!! Ice Wizards Snowcones is by far the best place to treat your sweet tooth. The owner, Colten, provides exceptional customer service you cannot get any place else. Ice Wizards not only uses the best ingredients, but also uses shaved ice (instead of crunchy ice). Each snow cone is made to perfection with a variety of different options to choose from. Also, the kool-aid flavored pickles and other snack options is a huge plus. Everyone should go support this local merchant. I guarantee you the best overall experience!

This is close to our home, and my grandson loves this place! The shaved ice is perfect! He has to try a different flavor every time we go! And it seems like there are hundreds of yummy flavors! But the best part are the prices! Best snow cone value around! I've seen the sizes be twice as much at other stands and trucks. You're sure to meet the owner, Colten, when you go. . friendly, and soooo good with kids. Get there soon- hot summer days are here! Enjoy!!!!
