Me and friend came here twice we enjoy our turn up every time rather it’s a crowd or not. Jody and the bartenders lit every visit I appreciate the fresh cooked food and made drinks shout out to Shan thanks guh.

The staff member Julia was amazing, courteous and beautiful. Come on in this place is so sexy and relaxing. The food looks and tastes delicious.

My group and I went early in the day, so I don’t know how the nightlife is here. I liked that it wasn’t so many people when we went because we didn’t have to wait long to be served food and drinks. The Owner was friendly and nice. He catered to everyone in my party’s needs quickly and promptly. The chef is hands on the best!!! The food was seasoned and cooked wonderfully! The food was also fresh and received at the perfect temperature. I will most definitely revisit this lounge again!

The food was freaking horrible! Well the lamb chops was not med well. My Alfredo with shrimp salmon and chicken was absolutely disgusting! The noodles was like dry and mushy even tho we ask for extra sauce. The salmon was so burnt. The only good thing bout the food was the chicken wings! It took 2hoyrs for the freaking food and all was ask did se want the cook to remake it!! Heck no for 2 more hours! 155 for nothing at tf all

Miss Julia service is amazing she makes sure you have what you need and is very good at what she does her service is incredible I will definitely come back again .

Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because for a Saturday night I felt that it should have been a bigger crowd. Soon as I came in I was greeted and gave a complimentary drink. I sat at the bar by my self and my bartender Julia was on point didn’t waist no time. I got my drinks and food quickly. If I am on this side of town again I’ll be coming back. Good music shout out to the DJ for mixing up old school and new school.

This was my first time at this location and heard not so great things about it but an event brought me here. Surprisingly it was fairly nice! There was plenty of seating, large open space, and good sound system. I ordered the chicken egg rolls which were really good! A bit on the spicy side which I'm not fond of but was still really good. My drink was also reasonably priced and tasty. A couple of the bartenders weren't very customer focused but the manager was. Overall, great experience for a casual dining and bar experience.

This place is pretty cool. I went to play pool on a Friday night. It wasn't that many people that night. In the past this place was a lot more crowded. They got two pool tables.

My mom likes coming here because they are generous with the drinks. Wings were okay. Service is coo once you have an ice breaker. They have hookah, smells good.

1 person at the bar besides myself and it takes 50+ minutes to fry up 20 pieces of chicken? Incompetent staff, starting with the bartender with the weak ponytail sitting talking on the phone at work and the lazy cook who's one job is to COOK. I leave and those 2 degenerates step outside for a cigarette break. Save yall time and money!!!!

Wasn't too impressed. Went here on a Friday night with a large group but it was empty inside. The service was very slow. Im not sure why it was so slow since it wasn't busy. If it wasn't for my group this place would've had nobody. The music started off a bit bad but got better towards the end of the night. Many weren't impressed with the drinks but the prices were fair. The prices were ranging from $5 to $15 for the fish bowl. Someone in my group inquired about the hookahs and oddly their flavors are all with mint and premixed. You can't customize your flavors because they are all premixed. The ambiance was nice. Pool tables and a lot of large booths. Bar size is decent. Decor is nice. Just because the name is icebar it doesn't mean that this place is very cold inside. Thats just the name of the place. Overall, the place is not bad if they improve on their service.

Love this place! Went here for lunch Today and had the fried lobster tails and some lamb chops. Food was great, presentation was great and price was reasonable. Light music was playing and the TV's were on sports and news! Highly recommend for a little duck off lunch spot! LaLa was my bartender. Mikay

This spot is meant for a nighttime visit...lol. I mistakenly suggested this restaurant for a 1 pm Saturday lunch meet-up with a friend. I confused it with a restaurant with a similar name. Easy free parking available in the lot. I walked in and it definitely has a club vibe. We were the only two guests and shortly two others came in. Our waitress was cool. The fried shrimp and fries were good-nothing above and beyond to rave about. The cheese cake was basic (store bought flavor). The place was run down. The restroom was untidy and not one toilet worked. I say skip this spot. There's too many other nice options you can visit for lunch.

Food was the bomb.com. My friends and I all got different things and everyone said that their food was good and fresh!!!

The owner is a piece of work. He's very disrespectful towards his employees and thinks it's funny. The service of the servers and bartenders is always phenomenal and the food is always delicious. Security is very respectful and always a great vibe, I wish those employees the best when it comes to dealing with the owner.

The food is great I had lamb chops Mac and mashed potatoes. With a few watermelon margaritas recommended by my server lala. I definitely recommend.

This place much upgrading, the sections seats ar worn out and ripped, they allow weed smokers inside, everyone can't handle the smell and i'm one of them, the food was just okay, they charged me $10 to park in a public lot and a $20 entry fee.

If you go, ask for Niah! She was amazing and very attentive! We really enjoyed the honey hot wings and peach margs!

This was pretty much the only place that had the UFC Jon Jones fight playing so me and my partner pulled up. 1st it's located in a strip mall so there are 10 other businesses there that share 1 parking lot and these fools CHARGED me $10 just to park then charged me again to get inside..1st red flag I should've left 2nd the weed smoke for the 20 people that were there was insane when I saw the "security" smoking weed with the patrons I should've left 3rd the food was terrible the wings were hot but the sauce was cold like it was in a refrigerator so the outside of the wings were cold but once you bit into it, it was hot $16 bucks for 10 mini wings and $7 for a bottle of water never again should've just left but ah well they get 1 star because I actually got to see the fight but never again!!!

Came on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. Ordered the lobster tail and Mac and cheese. One word BUSSIN! Best lobster meal for only $23 you CANT beat that! I'm used getting some scrawny dried up lobster but here they make em juicy and meaty. Perfect flavor didn't need to dip in butter or nothing. I was nervous to try the Mac and cheese but it tastes homemade. When i told the server she said they have a real chef in the back on the weekends. Good to know! Living in Atlanta it is a struggle to get a decent meal after hours but ice bar gonna get you right! Good hookah too i love it here! Great service, music, and good energy i will be back!

I will never eat here again!! I order through door dash & they acted as if they can't give me a refund for this uncooked meal !! The salmon is raw & sour !! The noodles are hard & dry !!! The taste of the meal taste terrible I literally throw up !! The chief or cook needs to be fired ASAP!!! Pictures or videos don't lie !!!

Wow. This place was a hoot. They will charge $10 for parking in front of the place (free to park in next parking lot over, just a few extra steps) and $10 cover charge to get in on a Saturday night. Service: I visited with three others. We each ordered a drink and the Bill was brought to us and had to be paid for (including the tip while the server waited at the table) before any drinks were served! I have never experienced anything like that before. I understand servers want to make their money but how can I tip you based on your service if you haven't even served me anything but a bill? *I included a video of the server pouring one of the fish bowls and in the process she poured some of the drink on my friend* Hookah: We ordered a hookah which had great flavor but the equipment seemed shotty. I've had hookahs that were served before my food and lasted until after. This hookah went dead (needed more coals) after one round between four people. Ambiance: We sat a high table near the pool table as the booths were all considered sections and cost around $350 which only included one bottle. The music was VERY loud! Not sure if we sat near a speaker or what but you couldn't hear yourself think in there. Overall the drinks were great! I had one and a half fish bowl and felt satisfied. But for all the other inconveniences (parking, not great hookah, pay before service for everything!) I don't think I will be back.

horrible I paid 30 something dollars for my plate for lamb chops. They gave me cold mac & cheese and rice and I also didn't ask for rice as well. I asked for mashed potatoes and the bartender like she wasn't helpful at all. She just said oh its nothing she can do I don't appreciate how they did me

I do not recommend nor will I ever go here EVER AGAIN! First, it was completely dead. Max, about 10 people excluding employees. Walking in And wasn't sure if I was in a strip club, bar, restaurant, lounge, or whore house. The whole set up was odd.Seating both at bar and booths was so uncomfortable. Music was on repeat recording of the weekends Djs mix. Which was so bad it almost gives me a headache. The servers where friendly but very unprofessional. The bartender when back and forth between serving and fondling and groping on a man at the bar. And hookah girl was too busy shaking her booty that she couldn't focus on doing the one job she had. The food was bland and took 1hour plus to get. Remembering you we were the only ones there. Made no sense. Drinks were also weak and small, kinda what you would get at a 3 dollar cafe. The hookah was horrible. It took 30mins to get and burnt out in 15min. If you are looking for a good place on the southside try Savoy in Stockbridge.

Wanted to find a lounge to chill at for a few hours. Found this place randomly and gave them a try (even though I live on the north side of the perimeter). Got there and yep. $10 parking fee. Really? Smh. Guy warned us if we parked in front of Wayfields next door, car may get towed. Coughed up 10 bucks and kept it moving. Thankfully it's free entry for ladies before 11pm. Once inside, got cheap drinks at the bar. I mean, how often will I get to sip on $6 LIIT? Yep. For real. My only other complaint is that the music is way too loud. Found myself shouting out my convo to my friend. Throat was soar from it. This place also offers hookahs and has pool tables. I wouldn't rush to come back here, but great option if you're on the southside.

This place isn't worth your time at all. Came in here last week for an early evening and I was disappointed. The overall ambiance of the place was horrible. The customers and employees were all sketchy. The food was very basic. I ordered chicken tacos and I got nothing but salad greens in them. Drinks were out of some damn sippy cups. Hookah last no more than 10min until I started burning my throat (pause). Honestly don't even know how this place is still in business. The place has garbage all outside on the curb.

Well this place just sucks first and last time the wings are burnt because the grease needs to be changed and no season at al! Hell They didn't even bother picking the feathers off gross! And have the nerve too be charging 17$ bucks for a shot of Hennessy! Man Bye

This isn't even worthy of being called bar food. Clearly they are passing hamburger helper Alfredo off as their own. Chicken was disgusting and none flavored. I wouldn't waste my time eating here.. after your drinks go to waffle house

Way too good much for nothing at all! Took 45 minutes for some wings and fries $17 Hennessy margarita $10 to park anywhere near the entrance in a empty as parking lot. Far from cheap just would've like to get my money worths and it definitely wasn't

This establishment is TERRIBLE. I ordered food and was treated like TRASH by the untrained unprofessional so called "Manager" he was so disgustingly rude it makes my skin crawl. He has not one ounce of manners and cares nothing about customer service. THE OWNERS NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND FIRE HIS ASS !!!! Feelings remain the same! Went to the bar and they refused to let people in. They all have their own agenda and if you aren't friends with the DOOR BOY "Do boy" or DOOR GIRL "Do girl" you won't be getting in!!

The best thing about this place is the decor inside. Pretty good square footage..good amount of space. Projections and tv's all around. Would be a very good place to watch a big fight (UFC, boxing, sports). Pool tables off to the right. An upstairs for more space. Private booth. Fair price on the booze. Plenty of parking and is free. It's only issue is probably traffic. Depends who you ask is a good thing. Probably someone like myself could give a rat's ass if it's jam packed. I know the owners would think differently. Grade: C

I came on a Sunday night and it wasn't too full. It took 2 hours to get the shrimp appetizer. The ladies bathroom was filthy and the stall I was in had no toilet paper. Ice Bar probably has some serious potential under new management, but I was a little embarrassed that I recommended this spot.

Stopped in here after a flight mishap at the airport. Place was pretty lively with some thumping music. The lady behind the bar was really fun to chat with. Had fried lobster which was a first but pretty dang good. The Mac and cheese was mediocre and on the bland side. The drinks were nicely poured. I would like to see it on a Friday/Saturday night. I'm sure this place has a huge crowd and a really good time.

I don't even have a start to give. The location opened at 12pm and we arrived maybe 15 minutes after opening. No one was in the venue except 1 person (staff member) then the rest of the staff arrived 40 minutes to an hour later. My friend and I were the first ones to order out food and drinks. As more people started to arrive to the venue not only were other people getting their food before us, 2 hours later my friend still has NOT received her food. The coals in her hookah were reused coals and my drink was hot! Not only is more staff needed, but better management. We came to this location for an event and will NOT be returning.

The New Decor is nice and very classy. The waitresses are eye candy and most are friendly. The hookah was good. It had a long lasting coal. The Lemon Pepper were really good. I ordered a Grilled Shrimp Po BOY Sandwich with fries. The food was pretty good besides the fact that it was cold. This bar was raving about Thursday night . The food was amazing ! I loved the food. The place was boring af . No one came. The bartenders are amazing. This place basically is scamming the girls that work there . They want them there empty place or not but don't pay them for that time. Tips only. Don't suggest working here or parting here but the food to go is a must. That baked potato baybeeee !

The establishment was nice and provided a great experience. unfortunately 3 of friends got their cars broken into and when the Police arrived my friends were treated as if they were suspects not victims.

I ordered some food at my school and it was across the street and i wait 6 hours but when I got it the food was cold my bread was bread and it tasted like straight garlic but i was so hungry it didn't matter

I visited this bar on all star weekend and called to rsvp a section. We were seated in 30 mins and so I THOUGHT we were about to party! wrong!!!!! They only had 1 server, 1 bartender and 1 cook! Yes, you read correctly. The owner was walking around and was not helping his staff at all. Frustrating! It took 4 hours for our food and the bottle for our table. A hot mess. We had to order single drinks and appetizers from the bar and we didn't even get that order. My guest and I had a horrible time. We will never support this establishment again. Don't make the same mistake.

We were duped! Went here on a Friday night. They advertised all you can eat crab legs from 7-9pm and premium $5 drinks. We arrived around 8pm and they said they were out of crab legs. They said there were no $5 premium drinks. There was no music when we got there and this was supposed to be a bar/lounge type place. After requesting music, they put on some good throwback tunes. The ladies room only had one clean, functioning toilet. I don't mind paying more than what was advertised, but I wouldn't pay more here. The positives, good amount of parking, good music when they actually have it on, strong drinks. For me, the negatives outweighed the positives and I won't be going back.

The food sucks it's a different amount of shrimp u get each week I come here today I get chicken tenders everybody else got like 6 I got 3 and they said they put 5 on there so that's means y'all ate two and my food was cold the waitress dnt wait on you till other ppl come out then get mad and say they didn't get a tip well no shit I didn't get service till after everyone else came out

I ordered medium wings ..1/2 sweet & spicy WTF IS THIS. Plain wings & sweet chili sauce on 1/2 ‍ probably won't ever go back.. and my wings are dry.

I really like the décor of the place and the bartenders are nice and personable. However the food takes a looong time. Not sure if they are understaffed or making things from scratch but it took way too long each time I ordered food. I ordered a quesadilla during the NBA Finals (Cavaliers vs Warriors). Place my order in right at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, no lie, I got it when it was 2 minutes remaining in the 4th quarter. What pissed me off more than anything was the waitress constantly coming by saying, "You guys alright?" I'm sitting there..no food, hungry and I wasn't in the mood for such a stupid question. I'm sure she had good intentions but I had no food for almost 2 quarters of basketball with time outs and commercials included. C'mon IceBar waitresses...do better. Also...the music is LOUD. You're better off text messaging whoever you are with.

Halloween Night.... This place was pretty cool. Nice decor. Indoor and outdoor sitting. Drink and food specials. The music was good. Very upbeat, it definitely kept you dancing. Everyone was costume so that was a plus for the night. Definitely a good spot to have a few drinks and dance all night.

I've only ever been here on sunday nights and they are extremely understaffed and it's super obviously because of how slow the service is only everything besides the bar. The first time i came here i order the stuffed salmon and the rice was significantly under done but the salmon was super good. Came back again to try it out but they told me it's only one cook cause "everyone" quit and they're only serving fried food which is a sad case. I ordered wings and they was as hard as a hockey puck but it's okay cause i dispute it on my card immediately instead of sending it back. The hookah was only $40 and good until you want some coals then it's ignored. I would think as a hookah girl after a certain time you would know it definitely about time for me to put some coals on the burner but i guess not everyone thinks that way. Then when my friend told her she had a problem with hers, after 25 mins she finally came to check on it and had a attitude at that. They need some help BAD.

Birthday Event Post. So I celebrated my Leap Year (which on comes every 4 yrs) birthday at Icebar. I only gave the 3 stars for my server Victoria and the section. First, if I just paid x amount $ my parking should've been including instead of being harassed about $5 which I've never paid when coming here before. Second, the DJ repeatedly failed to mention my name during the birthday shout outs my fiancee had to go remind him. The section was good it fit 10-12 of us. The server was busy but attentive. But I wasn't impressed with the way I was treated as someone who was paying to have great service. Overall, of course anytime we get together is a great time. Thanx Icebar

I ordered 2 10 piece combos and only received 1 10 piece and 9 piece... neither had any fries nor condiments(ranch) and paid $30. They were cold and hard as a rock. Called to rectify the issue and received horrible service. I'll never order here again!!

I have been at this place since 9:45 to celebrate a very important bday.... I ordered my food at 10:30 and at the current time 12:18am I still not have received my wings Mind you I asked for a manager an hour ago and have yet to have any manager come to me or anything IF YOU WILL PLAN ON COMING HERE DON'T!!!!!

This night spot used to be called "The Ranch" a few years ago. The floors used to be this peeled, dingy looking concrete, there was a mechanical bull near the door, the walls and bathroom was mostly wooden and worn down. It sorely needed a remodeling, but it was a nice place to meet with friends. Now they've repainted, removed the mechanical bull, put some mirrors on the walls, modern white couches, white marble tables, and a few sheer white curtains to separate the VIP sections. They have even updated to a more upscale menu/wine selection! This place is beautiful now and I am very impressed! I love the updates, the customer service, and the new look in general. I might actually have a party of my own here... very nice! I came on a Thursday night.... free all night for everyone. I ordered a Chicken-stuffed potato and Moscato. The food was good. Only thing I didn't like was that she gave me plastic utensils to eat with!

I ordered Uber eats for 20 wings. What I got was jus sad, very sad. I've NEVER seen a wing so SMALL!!!! What a scam. I'm never eating there again

This place is real great I came from California to support all the black owned businesses in Atlanta and IceBar of Atlanta is a top pick for me for food drinks and hookah also great services by the bartender and the hookah girl they both had great customer service thanks for making my trip to the A fun and exciting

The remodeling is nice. Some of the waitresses are cool. Some only service certain people. I guess they don't want to make a lot of money. They hookah lady doesn't have enough supplies. The DJ on Saturday nights is good. The bartenders make awesome drinks! The food was good but they don't come with napkins and utensils.

Advertised a day party but when we got there it was a fashion show. We stayed we thought maybe it was wrapping up but no, just starting. Still we tried to make the best of it and figured we'd get a drink but stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes while not one but two bartenders ignored us. When one finally did come over, she left again before getting both orders (to go take care of someone else no less) then the other bartender served someone who walked up behind us VERY quickly. First and last time there.
