Icetank is a brilliant venue and the team are nothing but supportive and great to work with. The space is great- modern and adaptable over 2 floors. Elena in particular was a pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile in answering our questions and helping us tailor our charity event to be something really special and exactly what I pictured leading the event. John helped us deliver with the tech side of the event as well, which was brilliant. I can’t recommend this venue enough if you’re looking for an event space in central London!

We hosted our product launch party at Icetank, and it was fantastic! The venue is such a versatile space — a true blank canvas that allowed us to bring our vision to life. The recommended supplier list was also excellent; everyone was a pleasure to work with. We have worked at the Icetank venue twice now and each time has been exceptionally good experience. The space is hugely adaptable and easy to work in and the team are amazingly supportive and helpful. Can't recommend it too highly

A good venue space in the heart of London. The location was ideal for us. I believe it’s the only space for events with large windows ready for full exterior and interior redesigning. It has an excellent street presence. We hope to be back soon for more events in London.

I strongly advise against booking this venue. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing due to their lack of compassion and flexibility. In February 2024, I was diagnosed with bowel cancer, and my emergency surgery date overlapped with our baby shower booking — a day that should have been filled with joy before welcoming our baby a few weeks later. Despite the shocking and upsetting circumstances, the venue refused to offer a refund or even allow us to reschedule and retain a credit. Their customer service has been extremely unhelpful and insensitive. To make matters worse, they continue to send promotional emails encouraging me to make future bookings. I urge others to avoid this venue—they have shown no empathy and have been unwilling to accommodate in a time of genuine hardship.

Icetank proved to be the perfect venue for our client’s three day product launch. The Covent Garden location could not have been better. It offered both prestige and convenience, and the area around Icetank is vibrant and accessible and the loverly area outside for our guests to relax before and after the event. Our guests and clients were able to unload with ease directly outside, which made everything seamless. The beautiful, contemporary white space provided the perfect backdrop to showcase our client’s brand identity. The Icetank team organised all the window branding, which looked superb. Best of all we were so delighted with the turnout almost 100% attendance which I put down to the venue’s fantastic location. A heartfelt thanks to all the Icetank team and help in making this event such a success.

We used this venue for our 2 day event. The venue was perfect for what we needed and we can not thank John the event liaison enough. Heather made the booking process simple, providing detailed measurements for the branding. The event was a glowing success and the location was perfect very central London. We provided our own catering and the team did a fabulous job getting the venue ready for day 2. I can not thank and recommend this venue enough and would defiantly recommend it to anyone considering it just check out the pictures :)
