Unfortunately they didn’t have the vegan menu so I went for the cold soba and the cook also offered a vegetable tempura, which I gladly accepted. It was one of my favourite soba I’ve had in Kyoto, the dipping sauce had a strong flavour and the noodles had a dense texture, which is my preference. Tempura was also really good, but soba was the highlight for me.
The service was great, the cook also struck up a conversation with me.
The restaurant gives a small & cozy atmosphere.
Would definitely recommend.
