Miami’s Best Ramen Restaurants | Eater Miami

"Ichimi gives the ramen bowl an upgrade with its modern twist on Asian cuisine. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a perfect venue to enjoy its house-made noodles in a variety broth flavors. Try the Tonkatsu ramen that comes with pork belly, a hanjuku egg, and bamboo shoots." - Olee Fowler

14 Outstanding South Florida Japanese Restaurants That Go Beyond Sushi | Eater Miami

"This Coral Gables eatery offers a concise menu of izakaya favorites for diners who need their fix. It is its namesake ramen, however, that is the real draw here. Besides its bowls of noodles in in a variety of broths, including the rich and porky tonkotsu, the restaurant also offers cold ramen dishes. Additionally, the restaurant offers noodles with dipping sauces, called tsukemen. On occasion, the kitchen will also feature seasonal ramen preparations." - Carlos Olaechea

I had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant. I ordered the chicken dumplings and the vegetable ramen, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The ramen had a rich, deep flavor that was incredibly satisfying – you could really taste the depth of the broth and the perfect balance of ingredients. The chicken dumplings were juicy, tender, and packed with flavor – every bite was a delight! The texture was perfect, and they were incredibly fresh. Overall, the meal was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys authentic Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was top-notch too

I came to Ichimi for ramen and was really happy with the food. It came out in just 3 minutes. The ramen was hot, tasty, and really satisfying. Great place if you want something quick and yummy. The only problem was the chairs. The fake leather is old and peeling, and little bits stick to your clothes and skin. It’s not a good feeling when you stand up and see stuff on you.

Comfortable setting for a well presented and tasty ramen. Very pleasant, clean, refined, and quiet atmosphere, good for conversation. The server was friendly and the food (7 ramen) was served within 5 minutes, though the restaurant was not very full. The ramen tasted good - the miso ramen was very umami, and the tonkatsu ramen was tasty and unique.

Food was decent—spring rolls and shrimp gyoza were solid (7/10), shrimp fried rice was our favorite (8/10), while the ramen and chicken katsu were just okay. The real standout was our server, Aleska—super friendly and made the experience much better. Food came out really fast too!

Edamame was okay. Wasn’t expecting the pork belly bao to have no fat in the pork belly — meat only made the meat piece really dry so not tasty at all. The chicken fried rice and ramen bowls were flavorful, but slightly on the salty side. Homemade noodles were good.

If you crave Asian food in Miami, Ichimi is a great place to go. Their ramen is exceptionally good, esp homemade noodles! We’ve been here multiple times to try different ramen and every time we are satisfied with food. This time we had a late night snack ; we loved spicy fried chicken! Their takoyaki, gyoza are delicious. Service is fast and efficient. Place is modern and clean.

Friends and I enjoyed the food immensely. The broth had great flavor and the noodles were perfect and tender. The pork alone had great flavor as well and the takoyaki balls were something new and fun to enjoy. Overall this meal hit the spot and I'd come back to miami for more ramen from here alone.

Came here for some vegetarian ramen. They do garden bowl which can be tailored to the other bowls, e.g. garden bowl with spicy miso broth. It was super tasty and I added in bok choy and tofu as well. Service was also super efficient!
