An introvert’s dream restaurant. Even if you aren’t, the ramen is solid. I had it my first night in Tokyo, and this is a no nonsense spot. After you pay at the machine in front, you wait for a spot to open, and then you get seated on a counter spot with a semi-closed curtain in front of you. Your food comes out, the curtain fully closes, and you can eat your meal in peace. They’re also pretty responsive if you need something else.
Great intro meal to start the trip, but I realized it’s a pretty big franchise. Even still, it’s a pretty good franchise.
