Google
Unfortunately their payment system was down, but they did offer cash or zelle as alternatives, and they let us know right away. It did take a couple of minutes for someone to come to our table, but once he did he was reliable. The food was fantastic, the pork belly the ramen was delicious. We also tried the BBQ pork steamed buns which were amazing. The chicken karaage and beef both were also delicious.

Google
Great atmosphere! Fast and friendly service. Our food was excellent and tasted great.

Google
Not the best pics, but the food was really good. Will definitely come back. They had the most toppings for their Ramen than any other place I've had. Which I loved.

Google
Great ramen!!!! 🍜 this is some of the most authentic ramen available in Dallas. (i am a little picky and that’s what happens after you visit Japan). Great broth and very tasty pork. I’ve been back probably at least 6 times so far in the past 3-4 months. Everyone is really friendly as well so that a plus. Get there early or it can be difficult to find seating.

Nora Elbeheiry

Google
Best spicy miso I’ve ever had!! So flavorful and you can control the spice level. The egg was cooked perfectly. Overall so delicious. I got it without meat and ordered chicken karaage on the side. I have to be honest I didn’t enjoy the chicken karaage. They used a lot of dark meat and the coating was more oily than crispy. But still deserves 5 stars because of the miso ramen!

Kaitlin B

Google
I enjoyed my ramen here. It was brought out quickly and was very tasty. The guys behind the bar were also friendly and were quick to provide me with extra napkins since I can't eat ramen neatly 😆. Good price, too. Great, if you're in the area. I am curious to try some other stuff on the menu.

Google
Delicious ramen, savory bao buns, warm and welcoming service. Everything was delicious and our food came out fresh and fast. Easy parking out front!

Google
What a gem. Great service. The server was super friendly. The food came out super fast. Not too expensive. The garlic edamame was the best part! Spicy and flavorful. Will def come back soon!

Yelp
Is this the same one that used to be on maple? Love the vibes in here. The music is good!! The service is good. Laid back and attentive workers. Give us some pretty good recommendations so we went with it. Seafood spicy miso was my choice. It was delicious and filling! We also ordered the spicy edamame and that was bomb!!!!! Pls get that! Glad it's close to work. Will definitely come back

Yelp
My brother and I had a craving for ramen, and looked up spots nearby with good reviews. This spot is located in an unassuming strip mall. To be honest, I never would have even thought to eat here if it hadn't been for the high number of good reviews. I went with my go-to, the spicy miso ramen. It was surprisingly tasty! I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did. Thanks to the honest reviews, I was able to discover a place I would have otherwise never visited. My brother had the signature Ichiro bowl, and said it was delicious as well. I will absolutely come back again next time I find myself in the area.

Yelp
Tonkotsu Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen with Pork Belly Pretty good! Good flavors, good portions. I don't think it was anything mind blowing, but definitely a solid place! My friend really enjoyed his spicy miso ramen. The pork belly was great, egg perfect

Yelp
Ever since I have come to the DFW area, I have been on a quest to find the best ramen in Dallas. My litmus test is a tonkatsu ramen, and I have to say that Ichiro has the best one in the entire DFW area. Here are some of my comments on a couple of criteria I use to judge tonkatsu ramen: Criteria 1: Much be thick and fatty broth In terms of broth quality, it's not the best I've had compared to other places across the country, but it's acceptable and far better than other bland/diluted broths I've had at other places in the DFW. Criteria 2: Noodles are not overcooked and do a good job of grabbing the broth The noodles were cooked just right and do an above-average job at bringing the broth with each slurp. My only issue is that the noodle length is cut too short for my liking. Criteria 3: Toppings must be filling I'm not asking for a lot of toppings, but I really feel like other places are rationing. That is certainly not the case at Ichiro. Just look at how many Chashu pieces I got with a normal bowl. Criteria 4: Broth is given at just the right temperature. Shouldn't be too cold on presentation and not hot enough to give you 2nd-degree burns. Just a couple of points that I noticed when eating Ichiro ramen. It's definitely a place I go back to whenever I need a solid bowl of ramen.

Yelp
Great ramen with rice noodles inline of wheat at no charge. Service is lacking but it's a simple, grab a bowl and go place, so no worries. I will be back.

Yelp
i'm visiting in Dallas, and I wanted to try the udon. I ordered it on Monday night, the seafood udon, and it was great. The broth was very tasty lots of noodles and seafood. So I ordered it again on Wednesday night. This time I could barely drink the broth it was so salty, the noodles and the seafood were still good but I couldn't have the broth so I ate it on the side. when I was asked, do I recommend this business? It's hard to say. only maybe. they're too inconsistent for me to be comfortable to recommend it.

Azucena R.

Yelp
The music really set the tone for the ambiance when we walked in, loved it. The booth we were in was spacious enough for the 5 of us! Daniel & Juan our servers, did a great job w/their customer service--drinks filled, appetizers came out at a great time, and just overall great vibe! Appetizers were yumm! Ramen? The broth was flavorful and adding the spice bomb to it took it to the next level. As a spice lover, I would say it was not spicy at all. (2/5 spice level) Noodles were cooked jussssst right. Chicken was good but I would probs order pork next time. Overall, great first time experience! ^_^

Yelp
Great food! I am a repeat customer and it never disappoints!! Cannot go wrong with Spicy Sea Food Ramen or Tonkotsu Ramen.

Christine W.

Yelp
Delicious ramen, savory bao buns, warm and welcoming service. Everything was delicious and our food came out fresh and fast. Easy parking out front!

Chris S.

Yelp
3.5 star for the Spicy miso ramen since it was a tad too salty. The noodle had a good chewy consistency and the chashu was done well. The service was attentive so overall I'd give it 4 stars.

Amy Y.

Yelp
One of my favorite ramen spots in Dallas! A super reliable bowl of Tonkotsu. I usually get the Kuro & the Miso is also good. The new location has some cool vibes & a much better parking situation (big lots with plenty of spaces). Perfect rainy day stop!

Yelp
Don't know what's going on with their phones but we tried calling ahead and no answer. Anyway, we get there and it's clean in the eating area. Ordered take out and my husband called the phone while we were waiting to see if it would ring. It never rang. Idk. Maybe they don't answer them anymore. Idk. So I had to use the bathroom. First of all, that bathroom smelled like a man went in there and doused themselves with so so so much cologne. No ac in there so it felt so so hot and stuffy. So humid. The toilet was very dirty and to top it off, there was no soap in there. I washed as best as I possibly could with water and then tried to go in the other bathroom for soap, but as soon as I opened the door, it smelled so so foul. Like armpits and ass. So I hurried out and got some hand sanitizer from my car. I didn't touch anything on my way out. My hands felt disgusting. The food is not the same anymore. I ordered some beef ramen because I always get seafood ramen. I wanted to see if the beef one tasted better because the seafood one had lost its taste too. But I was wrong. It tasted like the ramen that comes in a bag. The beef was so tough. I guess the only good thing about this place is the service. Everyone is always so friendly.

Allie Y.

Yelp
Ichiro Sapporo Ramen is a very affordable and a solid ramen joint. They serve a wide variety of ramen which includes some unique flavors such as tom yum, red curry, and kimchi ramen. There is also an option to pay extra for kale noodles. Their broth is very flavorful no matter which ramen you order. Each ramen is made uniquely of it's own and I appreciate the dedication they put to their food and service. The portion is also perfect as it is not overly big or small, it won't leave you slouchy after eating them. This is the perfect lunch spot if you work in the Dallas area and are craving ramen in terms of price, parking space, and fast service to be in and out. Definitely try it out!

Jon B.

Yelp
Superb service: fast and friendly! I had the Pork Belly Tonkatsu and Chicken Karage! Delish and the prices were great!

Richard S.

Yelp
Superb Ramen! I had the Red Curry, sweet sauce and plenty of noodles and pork! Try the Octopus appetizers- excellent! My date had the Spicy Miso - brimming with noodles and three strips of pork belly and lots of umami flavor! A hidden gem for under $50.

Kate B.

Yelp
Three words. Spicy. Miso. Ramen. That's it that's the review. In all seriousness, I wish I lived closer to this spot because it's hands down the best ramen in DFW! Their fried gyoza are fantastic as well! The servers are kind, attentive and quick! Love this spot!

Vania B.

Yelp
Gave Ichiro a try and ordered their tonkotsu ramen to go! The soup was still hot by the time I got back to my place, and it tasted rich, flavorful, and creamy! Love that they don't skimp on the chashu and give you three thick pieces.

Kandy H.

Yelp
My sister and I ordered the spicy miso ramen, it's very good we really recommend. The service was also great it was quick and easy to order and they come and check up to see if everything was good. Overall great place.

Cat N.

Yelp
This is a public service announcement. I got food poisoning from eating here at lunch yesterday. I had a banana for breakfast so I know it wasn't that. Felt nauseous around 3, threw up at 3:15 and again at 4. Slept till 6am the next day. I'm never coming back. Come to think of it, my stomach wasn't easy last time I ate here, too. I just wasn't as sick and I ate at a few places that day so couldn't pin point to which one it was. This time, I'm for sure it's this place. The broth is never hot enough and I think that's why I got sick

Terrance G.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place for a few weeks and finally stopped in during lunch. We were greeted quickly and told to sit anywhere. Upon taking our seats we got quick service and our orders taken. I enjoy trying new ramen spots but this was my first time trying tonkotsu ramen with chicken and will be my last. The chicken was very peppery and overly seasoned, i love seasoning btw. I plan to go back and try the tonkotsu ramen traditional style, with pork and see how it is.

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time on a Saturday evening around 8 PM. Ordered delivery. Order was completed correctly & arrived fast. Gyoza is kind of bad for a restaurant - bland & half empty inside; you can get better Gyoza from the grocery store. Soup has good flavor. Noodles have a good texture. Pork is very dry & has strange flavor - Like butane torch. Corn also taste weird - probably canned. Overall, disappointed. You can get better tasting ramen for the same price at other ramen places. I would not come back here & I definitely would not recommend.

Yelp
It was freezing outside so you already know Ranen was on the menu. Their menu is pretty straightforward and I like how you can order pretty much order anything and then decide on which meat to add into your soup. I ordered the Pork tonkatsu, added the spicy paste and made it a combo adding the karaage on the side. The broth wasn't overly salty and had perfect flavor, and I low key wanted another bowl but made myself leave. Lol. Ill return sooner than later.

Kiawatha F.

Yelp
Drive worthy Ramen. I don't say DRIVE WORTHY much, but if I lived across town, I would make tge trip here just to sit and enjoy this PHENOMENALLY WONDERFUL RAMEN!! My servers were amazing kind. Thank you so much for a great dining experience. I will be back.

Melanie M.

Yelp
The food was good but not great - fast and easy but not the most amazing ramen. Cute location and really sweet staff who split our check even for a large group

Emily M.

Yelp
This is the best ramen in Dallas in my opinion. Great potions, taste, and always reliable.

Claire P.

Yelp
We ordered the spicy miso ramen to-go from Ichiro. Friends had recommended it, and glad we got it. Request no bean sprouts.. they added it still and they didn't look that fresh. We always toss it. Overall the broth was great and we enjoyed it.

Melody D.

Yelp
Spicy Miso with pork belly is a must try!! This place always hits the spot. We have never had to wait to be seated, servers are super attentive, and prices are very reasonable.

Tiara A.

Yelp
Ramen is such a great comfort food and this red curry ramen from ichiro was delicious. Their seasoned eggs have great flavor and their chicken is not too dry which is hard to accomplish for chicken breast in my opinion. I'm excited to try more of their menu. Staff was straight to the point and efficient. I'll def be back!

Nadia M.

Yelp
I cannot say how many times we have passed this place but tonight it was cold raining and we where starving so we made a turn and took a chance ,BOY WAS IT THE BEST CHOICE EVER !!!!!! First of all the service is on point! Refills on the spot ,food was fast to come Out .I had the spicy miso ramen with udon noodles and BEST MOST FLAVORFUL RAMEN I HAVE EVER HAD !!!! This was a slap of flavor with the right amount of heat just enough to warm your pallet but not over power your food the noodles where long and so creamy slurping perfection (I replaced the ramen noodles with udon noodles)two THICK slices of pork belly yummmmm and two perfect creamy eggs ( I had one added ) this made me sooo happy. The inside had the coolest art work on the walls super cool 10 out 10 recommend

Joe W.

Yelp
Went for a bowl of ramen... kind of knew the disappointment was upon me and bam! Disappointment... good service quick to recieve food but the food was eh... I am really picky... mom is from Fukuoka... I've been all over japan eating ramen... this is a 1 in Japan... but for texas a 3 seems fair.

Fer R.

Yelp
The spicy seafood ramen is so good! I've tried a lot of ramen places and they're my favorite.

Sophia X.

Yelp
Wow I can't believe it took me so long to try this place but I was hooked from the first spoonful of broth! It was rich and thick and paired perfectly with some bouncy chewy noodles. I got the spicy miso ramen was eas a hefty serving size of noodles and protein and my husband got the deluxe one which came with so many pieces of pork belly that I had to help him finish. Honestly the quality is similar to that of Oni and Wabi House without all the hassle of navigating around Knox Henderson or Deep Ellum.

Jeff D.

Yelp
Great food, service and menu options. Loved the spicy seafood noodle bowl and it's a great location for a quick meal.

Junior C.

Yelp
Hands down the best spot I've been to! Much,Much better than most Ramen places I've been too with an easy to read menu, even though we showed up last minute to satisfy my wife's pregnancy cravings, the customer service was exceptional I will drive 40 minutes any day for this Ramen Thank you for the wonderful experience we are genuinely happy and satisfied.

Bayy B.

Yelp
Such a cute little place, this red curry Ramen is what dreams are made of staff is very helpful even when you have a million questions because you've never had Ramen before. Flavorful and they can make it super spicy per your request. 10/10

Aidan S.

Yelp
Well, if you're looking for authentic Japanese food, avoid this place. The gyoza tasks like frozen food. The noodle is sticking to all together. Save your time and money.

Ruchika M.

Yelp
The odd thing about this place is there is literally another location not 5 minutes down the street. Both are good but my bf and I prefer the other one lol. This one is more casual/quick so it's nice when we are more rushed. The other one is fancier and dimmer, and we like to sit in there to eat. The main selling point of the other Ichiro, however, is that it gives more noodles in my boyfriend's opinion. Aside from the fact that this Ichiro is slightly more stingy, both make a solid bowl of ramen. The Tonkotsu Hakata style is great for starters; I am partial to the black garlic oil in the Tonkotsu Kuro. Both are pretty rich though so if you like something lighter, I recommend the Shoyu or Spicy Miso.

Loan L.

Yelp
When you dine in, you can grab a menu and sit anywhere you'd like. They have bar seating and table seating. The service was fairly quick with ordering, waiting on food, and checking out. Staff was helpful and friendly. I got the spicy miso ramen with pork belly and it was so good that I finished the whole bowl and left no crumbs. That's how I know it was a good bowl of ramen. I was pleasantly surprised when I took the first sip of the broth. I came in here with no expectations and it obviously exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back to try the other ramen, small plates, and rice bowls. This place recently opened up with not many pictures and reviews, but why not give them a try. :)

Angie G.

Yelp
This place is amazing. The ramen is delicious and the service is just as great. I go here at least every week until I had to cut back on it because I was becoming a regular but totally recommend this place

Dr. Col C.

Yelp
Nice, small shop. Our waiter was incredible with a million dollar smile. We got Tan Tan, which left a bit to be desired, and Spicy Miso which was great. We will go back.

Kalie P.

Yelp
I loved this place! It's so cute inside and the spicy miso ramen was delicious. It was my first time visiting but I'll definitely visit again.

Sarah K.

Yelp
I ordered delivery from here tonight. Got 2 orders of the spicy miso ramen and while it tasted good, the broth was so heavy and oily that we could barely eat half of it. We also ordered the bbq pork buns and they looked nothing like the picture, it was buns overstuffed with dry shredded pork and no bbq sauce. Prob would not order again.

Kayla B.

Yelp
spicy miso ramen & spicy garlic edamame are AMAZING. the staff is friednly and the food always comes out fast.

Beard B.

Yelp
This is the absolute best ramen I've ever had in my entire life! I've been missing out! Like holy sh*t! EAT THIS RAMEN! The broth is just SOOOOO GOOOOD!

Malik W.

Yelp
This place is phenomenal. The Ichiro Ramen is big-portioned, amazingly seasoned, and easily some of the best ramen I've had in Dallas, if not the best. I'd add pictures but I dug in the second it was brought to our table. Very chill ambiance regardless of the expected foot traffic. #bussin #immabeback

Aaron B.

Yelp
Great environment and excellent service! The seafood ramen was amazing!!! Will definitely be back again. 100%

Shane A.

Yelp
I went there 6 months ago and the food was inedible. Extremely greasy, overcooked meats and noodles. When I brought it up to the server that my food was inedible she just kinda stared at me and then gave us the bill. Went back last week and not any better; made me so sick, gave me extreme diarrhea due to how greasy the food was. Will not be giving this place another shot and wish I could give it a negative star review

Noelle C.

Yelp
My partner and I came here for their lunch break, I had the #5 ramen bowl with pork and they had the #7. Staff was super friendly and kept our waters filled. Both were good ramen bowls but there's definitely better in the area. The noodles weren't the best I've tasted since being in the Dallas area. Was it a solid bowl? Yes. Is there better also yes.

Anna B.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD ! It is my favorite ramen place ! and the Salads are fabulous !

Patrick L.

Yelp
This is always our go-to spot when we are in DFW, even when it was in it old location. The food is excellent, the staff is always nice, and the new location is really nice.
