INTROVERTS UNITE! This place is for us! AMBIENCE: Private dining means you're enclosed & you don't see the other diners. As someone who's introverted this works out, even when you're solo dining. I just put on a movie & enjoy my meal in peace. FOOD: With the food I ordered there's a definitely a higher quality to it & presentation was carefully considered as all the dishes were presented nicely, most especially the bluefin tuna. The food tasted great & my only critique would be the shrimp & veggie tempura dish, I wasn't aware that it had okra & I'm not a fan so that went uneaten. I'd get the shrimp tempura on its own next time. SERVICE: There's a button to press if you want your server to come to your table. However I didn't have to do that as they check in on me once or twice during dinner. I think the button feature is super convenient.

This is one of my favorite places to come with friends. The food is delicious. The service is so great and the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone.

This is such an amazing place to hang out. The atmosphere is awesome for hanging out with a group of friends as you get your own private booth area. The server will close a curtain to your room after taking orders or bring food. It's very authentically Japanese as well. There is a call button at the table if you need to add to an order or need anything. The food here is amazing! I LOVE the food here. Everything taste authentic and hand made and the prices are very fair, amazing even for the current economy. The onigiri are always amazing and the ramens, curries, appetizers are all fantastic. Don't miss out on the desserts either. The coffee jello and honey toast are a perfect finish. Highly recommend as a hangout/drinking spot and do be sure to book some reservations if a larger group, just to ensure an area is ready since everything is private.

I went to this place tonight with my friends and I got to say we had a such an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious i wanted seconds after being so full! The service was so helpful always helping when we needed something! I couldn't ask for anything better even the atmosphere was amazing only filled with laughter and a positive vibe. I would come again any day 10/10

Came here for my birthday last night and had a wonderful time. I love the privacy of the booths as well as the ambiance, service was spectacular, and food was top notch. I’d recommend making a reservation, cheers!

If you love the original, you’ll love this one. Same menu(s), but the private dining is lovely and thoughtful. Privacy is really rare in restaurants, but the service is steady and friendly.

This is so far the best ramen I’ve ever had! The soup was super dopey good. the pork was literally melted in the mouth. Unlike a lot of so called Japanese restaurants, this one is legit. I can tell from the booth design. There is more than just sushi and sashimi. Night snacks culture is pretty common in Asia, bbq skewers, teriyaki fish and sake, they know what they are doing. We went there late at about 11:00pm, who’d thought it was still pretty lousy inside! We could’ve tried their curry and katsu but we were too full. I bet there are other great Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas, this one is definitely one of them.

Great food and service. Ordered the miso cod, fried mini fishes (forgot the dish name), braised pork belly, grilled squid, and a few skewers. The crab fried rice and miso salmon belly were crowd pleasers across the board! After a few days of AYCE in Vegas, this was a pleasant change of pace. Rich flavors, taste buds fully satisfied, but not overstuffed. Tips: you have to remove your shoes to sit, go with a group to share dishes, and try their drink offerings. It's a great place to sit, drink, nibble and catch up with friends.

I'm a resident Ichiza enjoyer ‍ This is about my 10th? time coming to Ichiza, including Ichiza 1 across the street. Their Gyudon is my favorite!! I only came in for a quick bite and their izakaya menu. Alongside the mini Gyudon we got a few yakitori skewers, their chicken meatballs, and Okinawa Sunset. We loved everything!! My favorite thing about this location is the private booths, I felt like I was back in Japan for late night Izakaya and drinks They update their menu pretty often, so it took me awhile to choose something small but everything looks so good!! Next time when my appetite is bigger I'll definitely be trying out more, especially the Ochazuke (my favorite!!)

I'm a regular at the original Ichiza location, and have been for years. I'm a huge fan of Ichiza, their food, their prices, and their menu. I'm pleased to say that Ichiza's Hanare location lives up to the original Ichiza's reputation. Hanare's menu is slightly different from the original's menu, but each item I got pleased me. I came in a group of 6 and all of our food came out hot, fresh, and around the same time. Given the izakaya style dining experience, we kept the food coming as well. The intimate booth style seating was wonderful, also! There are no normal tables here-- just these wooden booths and a bar for a quick service option. As for what I ordered, I got the pork katsu curry which was deliciously wonderful and included potatoes, onions, and other veggies within the curry as well as the katsu. I paid extra for corn and cheese, as it's a personal favorite topping of mine. I also ordered a pork onion skewer that I thought about all week after (so good!) and vegetable croquettes (also so yummy!) I plan to return this weekend because I couldn't get the other menu items off of my mind. I need more!

My daughter has been to this restaurant several times and she loves it. We decided to go later last night since they open til 2am. We got there a little after 9pm and waited a little over 5 minutes to be seated. I was surprised because we got our own private space! So awesome because we came with my very curious almost 5 year old granddaughter. We placed our drink orders and then food. My mikan sunrise and my grandbaby's melon cream soda came first. She absolutely loved it. I shared my drink with my daughter. I also got water since I ordered miso saba with a bowl of rice. Eveything was delicious so far. The takoyaki and spicy garlic edamame was very tasty. My daughter got the tanmen and shared with her daughter. It was taking awhile for the pork and onion skewers to come out and my miso saba. Waiting felt like a long time. The young man helping us apologized and said they forgot about the miso saba and the 3 orders of pork and onion skewers. When it finally came, I had some of the makerel and it was delicious with the rice!! Brought me back to living on Oahu and buying saba from Don Quijote! Since leaving Hawaii, I have missed all the food! So the edamame and miso saba was one of a few favorites in Hawaii. The kids ate their ramen. And we had some leftovers to take home. Love this place! We'll be back again!!

The food was delicious and very filling. I wish we could've eaten more off the menu but we got too full. The service was fast and everyone is helpful and kind. I love how private every seating is and the atmosphere is very calm and beautiful. Will come here again!

Such a great off-strip find! The setting is amazing - you feel transported to Japan! Shoes off in small rooms for each table. The menu is super fun - there is a bit of everything so you can get lots of small bites to share for very good prices. From yakitori to sashimi to rice bowls. Highlights: Hamachi carpaccio - excellent hamachi, nice sauced, good price. Ikura with poached egg bowl - so simple and very delicious. Ikura is marinated heavily, it's the perfect seasoning for the mild dashi and poached egg. My group also really enjoyed the chicken meatball yakitori Lowlights: Chu toro is a bit too fatty, might be better if cut smaller. Pork yakitori skewer can probably be skipped, it's a bit dry. Service was super friendly and helpful, highly recommend a visit!

This has been our to go to place for over 10 years. We have been going to the first restaurant in Chinatown and they opened up another one just a couple blocks away. The food is the same and still amazing. We get all the dishes we love and this is a must go for the ones that love Japanese grill pair with sake. The uni Ponzu is a must try but I have to say at 12 bucks a piece, it's not very affordable. We ordered 4 pieces to share among the 8 of us. All I can say is , come to this restaurant if you are in town!!!!!

Be careful of this awesome place. Can drop a Benjamin easily for bit of food. After eating at AYCE I never realized how great real sushi is until I came here. Sashimi is supple and fresh, much more do than any AYCE, believe me I have tried them all. Love tatami room as this resembles a business man after work getting food and sake. Will try and return as much as my finances allow!

the whole scenery and ambiance was amazing! Felt like i walked in sand teleported to japan! food sand service was perfect! all staff seemed so sweet and were nice enough to take a photo of my finance and i! proving want bad either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This place is a hidden gem. We were looking for a unique experience for a late dinner. This place is not your normal Americanized Japanese place. This is more authentic but very welcome to anyone. They are open 24 hours and their customer service is great. You get a private booth. They have a great happy hour and the food is good! Check it out! It was a neat experience without leaving the country.

Had to give this one a try after going to Ichiza Original and I can say that the ambiance and personal area definitely is what makes the difference. It's nice there, you get a personal little table and it's pretty much private there. The menu is the same as Ichiza 1, but it's still very good! My only issue, and why I docked a couple stars, definitely was the service speed. Usually I'm not one to really bother the servers, especially if they're busy, but definitely this wasn't it. We had a reservation at 5:15, arrived basically 15 minutes before, got seated and then ate. It took a while for our table to get cleared and then to even order dessert....and then even longer to get the check. We didn't fully leave until about 8. That's a long time, yeah, but we did try multiple times to flag our server down and it took me to finally stand up and stand in the doorway of our booth. Even tables that sat after us left before us! It's a nice restaurant, just wish we didn't have to wait THAT long for a check. Maybe we'll give it another shot another time.

This is one of my favorite places to eat at. The service is outstanding. The food is beyond amazing. Chef Jame is a cut above. The atmosphere is great, simple, clean wood tones. There's nothing here that I don't enjoy.

I brought my friend Tomar he's never had Japanese food before the closest he's had is Panda Express and he kept asking for ketchup. We ended our night with a mini honey toast and carrying my friend out because he had too many chuhais I love this place!

The food was tasty but don't go hungry. Everything is appetizer portions for one. The service was great very attentive to refilling water and asking if we needed anything else. Japanese style booths and posters on the wall make it feel like you are in Japan.

Great place to spend a late night hangout. They are open all night and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beer, and delicious food. Pros - amazing portions. If you are hungry, definitely get their beef rice bowl. It is only $10 and it is so large! Their grilled items are also delicious as well. Each table is in a private room and perfect for cozy game nights with close friends and family lasting well into the night. Even though each room is private, the staff does a great job in making sure you are attended to. Cons - none! If you are a night owl and like hangout with friends late into the night and want hot food and alcohol readily available, then this is your place!

This restaurant offers a unique dining experience where each party has its own private space, providing a sense of exclusivity. However, on two occasions, we tried to use the service buzzer but received no response. The menu featured a variety of dishes including seafood soup, a selection of appetizers, skewers, and a beef bowl. While the food was decent, the overall cost seemed a bit high for the experience.

The food was amazing and flavorful! Totally loved sitting on the tatami style booths and service was attentive to the bell on the table. Truly a Japan like experience!

It was a rainy and flooded Friday night. We made a reservation for 4 people at 6:30. We arrived at around 6p and were granted early seating. Each party has their own private booth. Crab Fried Rice | The fried rice was mixed with plenty amount of shredded crab meat. It's savory and not too salty, but a little too greasy. Salmon Steak | The skin had a slight crispy texture. The fish was soft and flaky, but on the drier side. The size was stingy for the price. Takoyaki | The balls were soggy and not crispy fried. The inside was doughy and may have been undercooked. Mini Chirashi (Sashimi) Bowl | This came with very thin slices of fish, shrimp, tako and tamago over a cup of tangy and sweet sushi rice. Although the rice was flavored well, the sashimi portion was too small and thinly sliced. Menu: A lot of options like sushi, skewers, sashimi, ramen, soup and desserts, such as their famous honey toast. Service: The staff was alright. Despite not being very conversant, we received the orders accurately. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot

I wanted to give it 1 star but I'm going to be fair. First let me start off that I really liked the Foods and the vibes of the restaurant. But that's about it. Service was not horrible but was not up to par. Yes, the servers do come checked on us quite often but we did have to ask for more waters cause all our glasses were dry empty. But that's really is no big deal. Let me start off by saying that I am also a server that works in a big corporation in the strip so i pride myself on being a very generous on tipping. but upon receiving our bills I was so taken aback. It's stated in our bills that we are going to be charge a 4% of transaction fee if we paid with our cards. That's just outrages. On top of that the minimum of suggestion tipping starts from 20% -25% and that's after taxes. Who are we really kidding? How are you gonna make me feel like I short tip my servers if I tip lower than 20%. I work in a strip and most places start their minimum tipping at 18% if not lower. And that's before taxes not after! Too bad cause I really liked the foods and the place but I felt like I'm being cheated on so we're probably not gonna come back. I hope the restaurant's owner read reviews and reflect on their actions.

Yelp Review 2023 #169: Ichiza's second location not even a mile away from their first location in Chinatown with better parking. The concept is Japanese Izakaya - bar-like atmosphere for after-work libations and food. What's different about Hanare is that you get a private space separated by walls and curtains. I like the privacy and the attentiveness of our server when we went here. What's nice about izakaya is that you can try multiple small dishes until you're satisfied. You can get beef tongue, skewers, sushi, sashimi, ramen, udon, rice bowls, soba, Japanese curry, etc. Garlic Bok Choy: 4/5 Agedashi Tofu: 2/5 Shiitake Mushroom Skewer: 4/5 Bacon Asparagus Skewer: 4/5 Beef Tataki: 4/5 Shrimp Tempura: 3.5/5 Uni: 4/5 Otoro: 4/5 Salmon Onigiri: 3/5 Kama: 4/5 Salmon Carpaccio: 4/5 I really wanted to try their egg pudding or their brown sugar pudding but both weren't available when I went. Bummer! However, they have free refills on iced green tea. They're open from 5pm to the wee hours. So, you can have a late afternoon snack, dinner, late dinner, and breakfast.

All the items we ate tonight was so oyishii! The 3 of us had bunch of the yakitori, gyudon, donkatsu, onigiri, and honey toast for dessert along with happy hour sake. Thank you for wonderful time!

I love Ichiza! And this place is extra cute !! I took my parents here with my sibling because we wanted to celebrate a milestone. I love the food and I love the interior decor at this location. There is a bar area to the right, but all booths are separated by a wooden partition. It is very comfy and cute here if you're looking for ambience and want to feel like you traveled to Japan. I highly recommend this place just for the booths. Food was also amazing! Mini Unagi bowl - 10/10 Salmon Chazuke -10/10 and very cheap, but yummy! $6 Shrimp Tempura - 9/10 Scallop skewers - 9/10 with lemon Chirashi bowl - 10/10 perfect size for my brother Tara Miso Cod - 10/10 so soft, so good Shiitake skewer - 9/10 Kimchi - ok, nothing too noteworthy but glad it was available I am knocking over a star because I felt that service could be a little bit better. We ordered skewers, but it took so long for them to arrive (20-ish minutes) after my family finished the entire main entrees. We asked for the check and that arrived earlier than the skewers (mushroom and scallop). It wasn't super busy either, but there could be more improvement on that.

This was my first time! The Interior was Cute Retro typical Japanese Style. And we got a cozy semi private booth. (Although it was with chairs. it's cool to be covered by Sudare each space) We're just here for little grab. so didn't order that much. neither alcohol. Food: A little disappointed. Squid and Chicken quality was mediocre. But understandable for the price. I liked Yaki onigiri and Agedash Dofu. But if they have a small bowl for share, that would be better... 初来店でした！ 内装は、レトロな和風で、普通のテーブル2人席なのに、簾で仕切られた半個室で良かったです。 軽く短時間しかいれなかったので、お酒も頼まず、少ししかオーダーしませんでした。(日本だと怒られちゃうかもですね) フード: 焼きおにぎりや揚げ出し豆腐は美味しくいただきました。揚げ出し豆腐のとりわけに小さなボウル、欲しかったなぁ。 イカと焼き鳥のクオリティーは少し残念な感じでしたが、まぁ、値段相応かと。 気取らない、気軽に立ち寄れる、ラスベガスの日本居酒屋さんという印象でした。

My boyfriend and I went here at like 2am -3am because I was craving a honey toast LOL. The honey toast looked amazing and was delicious ! It is shibuya honey toast (pls correct me if I'm wrong), vanilla ice cream, powder sugar, and honey! It definitely cured my sweet tooth that night. My boyfriend isn't much a sweet guy but he liked it! He only got a beer LOL. This was our first time here and we loved the atmosphere. Pretty cool place to get some food esp after going out. Not a lot of places (that are Asian) are open that late and I thought it was pretty neat. The service was phenomenal!! It seems like a cool work place and seeing how everyone works as a team is very refreshing. The open kitchen is a very cool concept and for them to have the table where u sit with no shoes is cool! Although I came for the honey toast the menu looked very appetizing. Can't wait to come back and try the other food items out hehe.

Food was as great as we remembered! We made it a point to come back the next time we were in town. The ambiance of a private booth experience really can't be beat and can't say I've had anything like it back home in CA. Service was even better than last time we were here ! We were checked in on enough times that we didn't feel the need to ring the bell for extra sauce and to-go boxes. Might become a staple for our future Vegas visits ;)

Always the best choice for late night food after playing tennis !! Must try natto roll and beef bowl. Our server always welcomes us and gives us the best service with the best food. Signature udon is also great to try.

If you're looking for quality sashimi this is it. Great service, fun private rooms and superb food quality. Their "specials" list is the way to go if you're into top notch, high end sashimi. Their sister restaurant "Ichiza"is equally excellent. Love, love, love.

Made reservations via Yelp. Restaurant is easy to find and is in a plaza with ample parking. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated. My sons liked the private seating areas and music playing. We came a little before happy hour, so we weren't able to take advantage of the happy hour pricing/specials which started at 9pm. We ordered a variety of items, including sashimi, ramen, curry, and skewers such as scallops, chicken yakitori, and beef tongue. We thought we had ordered too much food, but our party of 4 was able to finish almost everything (unfortunately not having room for the honey toast dessert, which I wanted to try). I liked how our food wasn't delivered all at once, and timing was spaced out perfectly. We got to savor several dishes at a time. It was a fun new experience I got to share with my family!

It's hard to live up to such an iconic restaurant for Vegas but I'd pass on this location. First thing, I thought our server was great, super sweet, friendly. We had no issues there for the most part. I've been seeing a lot about this location and loved that the original Ichiza was expanding and growing with a sister restaurant. The restaurant is not new, more so renovated from what was there prior. It looks very dated and the seating is very uncomfortable and hard to get in and out. I also don't love the concept of going into the eating space without my shoes. Anyways it was just the food. I've been eating at Ichiza for years and the original location is a staple in Vegas. It's THE OG Izakaya, it literally started the trend in Vegas. The food was always simple and delicious, well executed. We got most of our favorites and they just were all disappointing. The best thing must have been the fried rice. We got jalapeño fried rice. It was basic but done well. The yellow tail tar tar wasn't the same. Shabu salad is t the same. Hamburg steak had a weird texture. Maybe they had an off day, it seemed fairly busy for a Friday. I'm sticky to the OG location. Honey toast was good.

I went to the first location earlier this month and it was great! This location was even more fun! I love the private little rooms with the table. The chuhais are very yummy, sadly they didn't have any yuzu honey flavor though. Mango chuhai is very good too :) Thank you~

Delicious and kinda fun! We got our own booth and tried a lot. Best things in my opinion was the onigiri, the tempura, and takoyaki - like best in vegas omg. And the honey toast at the end with green tea ice cream! It was a sin for me to not finish it all. So good. And the coffee jelly pudding was a delight! You need both.

This is our third visit to Ichiza 2 Hanare and each time, the food and service has been excellent. I was very happy to see that they also had ikayaki (grilled squid) here as it is my must have at the original Ichiza. Love their skewers and crab fried rice AND their drinks taste good and are not watered down. I love the ambiance of the place as well. They have individual booths which makes your dining experience private, which I like.

Looking for a traditional style Izakaya? Want a cool place to drink and eat with your friends Japanese style? This is the spot. To lead off with I want to talk value. Everyone is feeling the squeeze right now. And going out to eat is an event nowadays. So for a spot with authentic vibes, diverse menu options and fantastic drinks I think the prices are very fair. So let's get into it. When you step into the booths they are all separated and raised. You remove your shoes and step in (similar to the way it's done in Tokyo Izakayas). It's more intimate and is immediately different. When you check out the menu you'll see immediately that there's a ton of options. Multiple rows and pages. Ranging from typical Japanese food fare like Sushi and Curry to more American offerings. There's gonna be something for everyone. I ordered a yellowtail roll, salmon onigiri and some curry (it sounds like a lot of food...it was a lot of food). And we ordered a few whiskey hiball drinks as well. My friend group got lost in conversation and making cheer with our drinks. Our food came in reasonable time and we had a blast. Very tasty very good quality. The sushi was pretty good. Fresh yellowtail and well wrapped. 8/10. The curry was very okay. 6/10 but it was huge. So value wise it was great for soaking up booze. The onigiri? It was good but not anything to write home about 7/10. So if you're looking for a solid spot to bring friends who can appreciate Japanese cuisine then this is the spot. If you're in Spring Mountain and looking for a spot for friends and drinks that's open late then this is the spot.

Only been opened for a few months and it's already gone down hill. We've been to this location a few times already and each time it gets worse. Grilled marinated salmon was lacking flavor. It had no flavor at all. This happened my prior visit as well and we had to return it. Curry rice came luke warm not hot like it should be. Skewers were under cooked Sushi fish is not good quality. They are out of garlic chicken gizzard everytime we come. Even with all the free coupons we most likely won't be back.

I had just hit up Ichiza 1 a few days ago for breakfast (which was great, see my other review) so decided I wanted to check its partner location out for dinner. I chose this place as I loved the "room set ups" they had in place and the location had abundant parking. I made reservations via yelp and then made my way over on a Friday at 5 PM. We were promptly greeted and seated and I will say that the service was very friendly. This place does get busy and so it did seem to slow down a tad (Even when pressing the bell) as the night progressed but to be expected. The menu is pretty extensive as they have rice & bowls, noodles, sashimi, rolls, appetizers, grill items, skewers, hot dishes, and then what they call "mega" dishes which I think are special dishes. The prices are all reasonable so I was stoked to try many different things. They also provided a specials menu which had a few items from the menu but also off the menu. After perusing the menu, decided to order the Uni (with homemade ponzu sauce), the negitoro bowl, the chu toro sashimi, yaki soba, the Tatsuta age, the tsukune skewer, the corn butter, the yakko, the kakuni, and the sky rock honey toast as dessert. I will say generally I was a bit disappointed in the quality of most of the smaller plates. The tsukune was extremely dry and the chicken gizzard skewer we ordered had a weird aftertaste that I couldn't put my finger on. The yakko was fine but pretty basic which I guess is fair for the price. The kakuni was good but the pork was a bit "hard" vs the tenderness I anticipated for it being simmered. The sashimi all were just OK for me. Not the greatest quality and the uni definitely tasted a bit funky but passable. The negitoro bowl however was FANTASTIC.... Wish more of them were kind of like this. The Tatsuta age was solid so it started to pick up and the corn butter was an interesting interpretation but I ended up enjoying it. The yaki soba actually was good as well so I have the feeling this place probably excels at the bigger plates which I wish I had more of after trying some of the smaller plates. The dessert was good and obviously enough to feed 4 people. All in all, this place is interesting but a fun environment. I wasn't thrilled with a lot of their smaller plates but they did have some shining moments. Would rate this a solid OK spot that I may consider in the future but if you are looking for pure izakaya, not sure this place will exactly hit the mark.

Ichiza has been in business for maaaany years for a reason. It's been a while since I last visited Ichiza. I have many fond memories of the restaurant from years ago. It was our go-to spot for late night sesh over dinner, drinks, and appetizers. So I was stoked when I found out that they opened a second location. I've been wanting to check it out since they opened and I'm glad I was finally able to. Ichiza 2 Hanare is different from the original location as it has private dining rooms which provide a more intimate setting for your group. But the menu is similar. I was so glad to see that my favorite dish was still on the menu after all these years. Some items are cheap, and some are a bit overpriced for the small serving size. Go for their skewers and/or some appetizers if you just want something light. If you're hungry and want something filling, they have ramen and rice bowls for you. My friend ordered Ramen and Corn Butter. She said the Ramen was good. Broth was light and flavorful. She didn't like the Corn Butter, but I did. It was simple yet delicious. I ordered their California Roll, Beef Tongue Skewer, Garlic Chicken Gizzard (my fave), and a glass of Kirin. The best late night food combo in my opinion. They also have a good selection of desserts. Every time I hear or see Ichiza, the first thing that comes to mind is Honey Toast. It left a lasting impression on me that I can't help but associate the two. The Egg Custard Pudding looks amazing too. I didn't have the chance to try it on this visit. I might try it the next time I come back here. Service was spot-on. Staff was friendly, fast, attentive, and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate an occasion, or just enjoy a quiet meal with family, friends, or someone special without the distractions of a loud and busy restaurant, Ichiza 2 Hanare is a great choice.

Ichiza's second location! Apparently they had their grand opening on Christmas Eve. We came for dinner on 12/27. First time ever coming here with the boyfriend ever since it replaced Sushi Takashi (which we frequented and very much enjoyed) and I'd have to say... Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Food Quality 5/5 Food wait time 5/5 Food presentation 5/5 Yes this place takes reservations! Staff is friendly and greet you once you arrive. They have a physical menu and a digital menu that has many more options not found on the physical menu. They have daily specials and wide selection of beverages, both non and alcoholic. Place looks kinda similar to what it looked like before with Takashi, except now every table is a private dining room w/ a wooden curtain that pulls down. Not too loud, and feels kinda romantic. On the wall there are hangers to hang your coat, thought that was super cool. We didn't have a reservation and waited about 20 mins, not bad cause it gave us time to look through the digital menu. The boyfriend was craving katsu, I was craving udon and soup, and of course we both wanted sushi and apps. Well guess what, this place has it all! Heads up, this is not AYCE. Everything is a la carte, but reasonably priced compared to other places we've been to. And lemme tell you the quality was top notch! You order through your server, there's pen and paper provided if you feel like writing your order down to make things quicker (which we did since we already knew everything we wanted, plus we were starving lol). There's also a call button at every table if you need anything. All the servers were super kind and attentive, checking periodically to see if we needed anything else. We didn't feel rushed at all. We spent just under $200 for all the food and sake we ordered, but we got to take a good amount of leftovers home too for another meal (chicken katsu w/ curry and rice, grilled squid). Didn't get dessert cause we were pretty stuffed but the menu looked enticing, will have to give their honey toast a try next time. The only mishap was when the check arrived, they accidentally double charged us for some items when we only ordered one or everything. But they were apologetic and quick to correct the mistake! Right now they're even offering coupon cards for every $50 spent. They're cute little scratch cards good for a random free item for your next visit. We got a free small honey toast and a free house sake. Def an incentive to go back (expires end of Jan 2023). All in all, this might just be our new favorite a la carte Japanese restaurant. Will definitely be back with some friends. Go check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Food is delicious! The menu options are endless! We got various dishes and split it amongst 3. We recommend getting the Ika Mentai Tenpura Service is fast and friendly.

My favorite spot in Las Vegas for sushi! It's incredible quality and never super busy so service is fantastic! I don't like people so the private rooms are great! Amazed this place isn't packed every night!

My husband and I have been going to Ichiza for quite a while now and they NEVER fail to provide a variety of tasty Japanese dishes that are reasonably priced and good quality. We love coming during their late night happy hours!

Been here a few times. Unfortunately all the skewers and grilled squid came out lukewarm. The sauce on the Unagi bowl and beef tongue stew was very sweet! Had better experience before.

Well looky here, Ichiza coming back to compete with all the others that they let rise to the top. Back in the day Ichiza was the ONLY one..then slowly all these places came and left it in the dark. Well its back yall and ready to put you in a better atmosphere for a more private and intimate setting. Make reservations or suffer the wait or maybe not even getting seated. The food was always ok and its still ok. Not going to blow your brains out but if you're looking for a nice cold beer with a buncha sticks and random stuff to try this is your place. Beef tataki was always a classic, all the carpaccios, beef tongue, tofu all of that still here.
