Today they gave me and my 11-year-old child a decision that they wasn’t going to accept the case. it’s all good things moving forward in my life, I lost count on the revolving doors this new year and I am so Thankful. all of a sudden boo Christina put a nasty 🤢 taste in my mouth to judge the wrong judgment moving backwards instead of the right judgment moving forward saying that I’m supposed to not have a good relationship with my mom because I wanna move out of her house and get my own home so that was the reason they denied my case. irritated and made me sad at the same time😭 she was having a bad day and she took that out on us and the proof is she called me and made me an appointment for 9am tomorrow morning then called back less than 5 min saying they decided to deny the case.You know what they say,its a lot of chiefs but not enough Indians🌎she think she all that cause they made her manager and she said she the only one there!!!

Today was the worst day . They disrespected us and accused us of lying. Their computer is not accurate . They scan the card and say someone already got the food but I wasn’t there the day they think I was there . They didn’t bother checking the cameras. They treat people like trash and yell at us all the time . And they let certain women they know cut the line and get food . But when it comes to us they accuse us of lying. What a shame . Never again .

Very helpful and resourceful. They help many. They have wonderful ESL and Citizenship classes. Very kind and respectful staff/volunteers.

Hello my name is MoniKa Binion(A'Aisha Ahmed) today was the most humiliating day going here. I was accepted into the transitional housing to later get told I was denied due to.....Now make this make sense .....I do not look like my driver's license, my signatures did not match, and to take it back to say one the case manager was more into my position with the SPOC and tells me to be quiet(mind you I'm 43) to let her ask me HER questions about getting Section 8 vouchers I explained VERY politely ma'am I'm in need of assistance due to my home is a fire hazard ive been without lights since August 30th due to wiring, I have a job and was having my interview in her face and I said I am not looking for a handout I go off to school in January ECT. Well I don't get how it looks suspicious to want to be around MUSLIM FAMILY. She said I was suspicious because of MY NEEDS and .....no worries I called the NEWS. I TRIED TO NOT LEAVE A STAR!!!!

if you have a shut off notice thats any day and dhs says you make to much by a few hundred dollars for emergency relief and refusing to send you a application because of this muslim family services will not help you with out a denial letter with out a denial letter. so if they will not send a a application because you make to much how can you even get a denial letter muslim family services? Thanks for not helping a fellow muslim when they really need it.

They don't help people at all, my lights and gas are about to be shut off, you don't help all races that's bull, don't understand why they're still open!
