Icy Juicy

This is a cool boba place with lots of tea options and has food as well. We just happened to already eat lunch before coming here. It is right next to our favorite restaurant (Chubby Cattle) as well. Cool decor, friendly staff, good tea and lots of choices. Definitely worth popping in if you are near Chinatown.

Don't get prank by the store hours, they are not open until 12:00am like they posted. The pink hair employee refuse to take our order when we've been waiting in line to order our drink for 10 minutes. We are not the only customers waiting, and once we got to the first in line, and he said "we are closed." Wow, what a great response! Their sign says 11:00-12:00. I'm not trying to be mean and I understand that he wants to get off right at 12, but dude, it's 11:40 when I'm in the store, you can't even make my drink in 20 minutes?

First off I should mention that I would've given the drink itself five stars. But the cafe itself needs a lot of work. It wasn't hard to notice the torn booth seat, dirty table legs and the grade of "B" posted. 🤔 The coined games were all off for some reason? And the drink took a pretty long time for being the ONLY customers at the place the whole time who ordered only one drink. I also don't remember any type of music or ambience. The guy up front taking our orders however was very nice and answered any questions we had about the menu which was a little overwhelming. Not sure if we would go back but the drink was good.

Perfect for this hot weather! I got the mango slushy my son got the coconut both are delicious can't wait to go back to try more flavors!

Me and my friends come here all the time for late night hangouts and boba. The prices are fair and the drinks are all delicious. The staff brings your order to you as soon as it's ready. Out of the many times I've visited I have never had difficult service from the staff. I've never had exceptional service either. It's a good thing when the customers want privacy to themselves, I assume.

Truly AMAZING Boba! The customer service was outstanding!! She helped me narrow my decision down to a couple of choices and I decided on the Dirty Milk Tea. It did not disappoint!!! I have not had boba this good since we spent a month in Malaysia. Thank you for bringing those wonderful memories back!!! We are definitely coming back!

Randomly stumbled upon this boba spot after lunch in the plaza. I got the Superfruit and asked to make it extra sweet! They really delivered! The drink was not tart at all. It was good once the ice melted a bit. The fruit (watermelon & orange) in the cup was really good and very refreshing! There was also mint leaves and slices of lime. It added to the complexity of the flavors and really blended well! Highly recommend this drink! My husband got the flamingo drink and it had Demetrius amounts of strawberry and mango bits. The drink tasted like a mix of strawberry, mango and passion fruit. It was a bit tart for me but overall very refreshing! We also ordered a few other drinks for our friends and they enjoyed them as well!

DONT make the same mistake we did! Avoid this place! Walked in to an empty sitting area. Staff was unwelcoming and it smelled weird. They didn't have the chicken wings but didn't mark it off. They don't honor their own Yelp coupon/deal. We ordered 2 drinks, pork chops and 2 orders popcorn chicken. They stated they didn't have any sauces when we asked. Ended up getting ketchup. I got a small piece of bone in the chicken which I spat into a napkin. If that doesn't seem enough reason to go.. one of the staff kept hacking up phlegm every 5-10 mins. We left half the porkchops and half of the popcorn chicken. View pics. Regret coming in!

Great for drinks, however, not for food! The restaurant is nice and clean. They have some booth seating which is cute. The location is on very busy street so easy to find parking as well. Their prices are pretty good for drinks. I had avocado smoothie. However, the food were not ok too me. We ordered sizzling chicken and fried fish lunch box. Both chicken and fish were plain and no flavor.

Used to be much better. Quality has gone down quite a bit. Understandably, we are in a pandemic and supplies are low everywhere. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Why have claw machines to tempt the kids if they're not plugged in? Most of the items on the menu aren't available either, we kept ordering and hearing "we don't have that" Sad to say, can't imagine them staying open for much longer.

Hot and musty inside, cashier was friendly and explained their deals and what was popular since it was our first time there. The drinks were good we order a milk taro tea and two dirty milk teas. Boba was cooked perfectly no complaints, they also have daily specials.

Me and a group of friends came on a Wednesday night. It's a small cafe type of setting. There's a few booths and some bar seating. Every other table is closed to allow for social distance. We all got a variety of drinks. I loved mine. I got the flamingo! So refreshing! Pineapple, strawberries, mango, and passion fruit!

I've been going to this place for years now.. I've seen it change.. and for my recent visit i love how they revamped the place with the decors and all. i also love the new tea drink they have i literally tried 2 of their green tea one of them four season tea and the girlfriend both really yummy with their fresh fruits in it. for the popcorn chicken i hope they come up with a better dipping besides the sweet and sour, ranch etc.. i'm looking for something spicy like mayo and Sriracha mix or something. chicken tender was alright. also tried multiple drinks and bento box all pretty good. the place is really cute now, clean and all!

I hope that the owners of this business is aware that their employee thinks "playing phone games" is a part of his job description. He was gaming when I was trying to ask him questions about the menu. He was very upset that I needed a minute to look at the menu. These were all red flags but I liked the menu items and figured maybe his redeeming quality keeping him from being fired is he can make good tea. I walked to the end of the bar to wait for my drink and watched him START MAKING DRINKS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! I asked if he washed his hands and he LIED! Without me saying anything else he said "I'll give you cash back" and said "I can't make your drink". HE OPENED THE REGISTER, THROUGH CASH ON THE TABLE, AND WENT BACK TO MAKING DRINKS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.

We came here on a Friday night at 10:00 pm and it was pretty dead, there was only one customer in line ahead of us. The younger guy that took our order at the cashier had the biggest attitude. I made my order and he was rolling his eyes, sighing and responding back rudely. Extremely poor customer service. The food and drink was average. The older gentleman/ cook that brought out our food was friendly and even said thank you when we left. The two stars is only for the cook's kindness.

Make no mistake, this establishment has the worse bathroom I've seen in a long time. The drink was ok but shortly after going to the restroom I couldn't finish my drink because I was so grossed out

I probably come to this place twice a week at the minimum... PROS: - lots of diverse board games to play -portable chargers to use to charge your phones -spacious tables to accommodate large parties - good milk teas -good snacks to much on - open late My favorite drink is the brown sugar milk tea if you want a sweet drink. They have the best brown sugar milk tea in all of vegas but at times I come and depending on who's making my drinks it's inconsistent but when it's good it's BOMb! My favorite snack is the potstickers! Soooo tasty! CONS: - can be pricy -they'll charge 50 cent extra fee for credit card under $15 - depending on the server they can be rude or really nice - the drinks change with whoever makes it, not consistent

Business owner reached out to me and refunded my money from my previous experience here. I'm glad they at least care about customer experiences and make attempts to make up and apologize for poor service or experiences. Will probably come back in the future, however, I haven't yet.

I heard this place got remodeled and I love it. It's so cute and so modern like. They even offer board games and decks of cards if you didn't want to play the other stuff. Another thing that was good about this place was that it opens really late. I got the tiramisu and it came out looking like a potted plant. It was adorable and it was really good. My cousin got the boba and that was also good. I usually don't like drinking boba because I would drink it all the time but I tried hers and I really liked it. I would definitely come back here when I'm looking for a nice hangout with food and drinks whenever I'm in the city and it's late

Don't bother trying to order from this place. We Uber there and have like 30 mins before it close and they won't take our order. Stating that they are all out of supplies. Like what kind of bubble tea store run out of ALL supplies? Seems more like he didn't want to take our order since we came 30 mins before closing.

This place is an absolute joke and a poor excuse of a business. We ordered 6 drinks and the young guy gave me so much attitude even though there was no business. He took 35 minutes to make the drinks and it was all ice and watered down tea. Honestly, they're better off cutting their losses short and closing down.

I have mixed feelings about this place as I've gone here sporadically since 2013. (I don't always check in, I've been here many more times than listed.) Parking is extremely tight. I have no idea what greedy developer / landlord thought they'd have a zillion full-sized restaurants and multiple karaoke bars in 1 strip mall and have only a handful of parking spots per business. Apart from the parking, the main issue at this place is that it's starting to smell. Please, shampoo the couches. They smell so bad (the place hasn't changed at all in the past 5 years I've gone here.) We actually took out of town guests here for some after dinner drinks and the smell of the seating was so bad it was embarrassing. Upholstery needs cleaned! Okay so you're probably wondering about the foods - stick to high turn over items. Fried foods and drinks are high turn over items while soup... Not so much. I've had wonton soup here that was inedible as it tasted a bit rancid. My husband likes coming here because he says the seasoning on the popcorn chicken tastes like it does back in Taiwan, where his family is from. The drinks are powdered, but they're also not full off ice and a fair price. Something that I like is that I've noticed that this cafe is upfront about pre-sweetened powdered drinks. Unlike other cafes which say they'll accommodate an order of "no sweetener/ no sugar / unsweetened" only for me to take a sip and taste sugar, the waitress will let you know if unsweetened drinks are an option for that particular drink, if you ask. Others seem to erroneously believe that not adding in simple syrup to pre-sweetened drink powders means that they've accommodated your request for an unsweetened drink. If you don't want fried foods, the bento boxes here are a good deal for a quick meal and I was pleasantly surprised at how good their tea eggs, tomato and egg and curry chicken is. I would highly recommend it! I can't give 4 stars to a place that has served me something has tasted rancid, ever, but I hope that that doesn't happen to anyone ever again. I'd also like them to clean their upholstery. Other than that, I've been here enough times to know that this is a solid 3 star place that I'll still go back to because of their hours, prices and chicken.

The tea quality is good and they serve decent food so I'll be coming back!! Came here for the first time to chill with some friends recently. I had found out Icy Juicy had closed a few months ago and was kind of surprised. Now its reopen under new management and renovations, I had wanted to check it out again. The interior was completely redone. New furniture, light fixtures, ceiling accents, etc. Looks really nice !! The back wall is accented green w/ "greenery" and a lighted "Icy Juicy" sign which makes it look really nice (i feel like ive seen this somewhere.....) My friends were already here for a while (i had to get off work first) so when i had arrived, I ordered a drink and some food to share. I had gotten some sort of drink w/ cheese mousse and roasted oolong (the queen...?) as well as popcorn chicken and friend wanted fried crispy squid too. Suddenly, outburst of cheese mousse drinks are everywhere in Vegas after it first showed up in NorCal last year. The roasted oolong tea was fairly decent. I had requested 50% sweetness which was fine. Wished the tea was a bit more strong. Only complaint was the caps are the wrong style (as with most places in vegas). Doesn't hold back the cheese mousse enough to evenly distribute tea and mousse. So you either get a ton of cheese or ton of tea. Their cheese mousse is by far, the saltiest of all the places I've tried in Las Vegas. Little saltier than I had wanted. Probably because of the cap. My tea had been gone and i still had quite a bit of the mousse left. Ate the mousse itself and was like ick ! Lol The popcorn chicken was fairly similar to how Icy Juicy was previously. Similar taiwanese style and seasoning. Same idea for the crispy squid as well. Both were fairly tasty. Only complaint is the crispy squid seemed to be cut a bit too small. Place looks great. Still mildly staffed with people who's first language was not english but still fine overall. Only complaint after the renovation is they still didn't improve the air circulation of the place. Felt a bit muggy. Even opening the doors would have made it feel better. Now that icy juicy's back, this shopping center is gonna be busier than its ever been. I had also saw the karaoke place in the corner had expanded its signage... If that place opens too, ggrip parking time to j-walk across jones.

Our order was very messed up but the quality did not seem bad, we still enjoyed our drinks.

The most disgusting boba place in town. Please don't go. Messed up my order without telling me (they told eachother in Chinese they were out of grapefruit) then served me a drinks filled with orange slices (I ordered grapefruit fruit tea). Typical shady business. Like they didn't wanna give me the option to change my order lmao. Goodbye. Not to mention the place smells like a**.

First visit here and so far, so good! Stopped in for some after lunch drinks and desserts. First of all, the service is fantastic. (Still sitting in here, while writing this review). The atmosphere is comfy and very relaxing. Our kids are enjoying their time here and enjoying the Macarons, Cheese Milk Cream Toast, and their drinks. We live more on the westside of town, but we will be back here when in the area!!

Didn't know this place got renovated until now! If Tea Madison and Tea of Joy had a baby, this would be the place. It has snacks and drinks!! GOOD TASTING SNACKS AND DRINKS! Not many places have blueberry based drinks, so I was really impressed to see that. The popcorn chicken and deep fried squid tasty, I recommend you trying it. This place is very cute and comfortable. Great late night place to hangout with friends, eat deep fried snacks, and drink boba. I am definitely coming here again!

Mood- tea Upon entering was asked if here or to go. Thought that was odd, but I opted for here. Was ushered to sit wherever I chose. Given a menu. I had to look over the menu a few times, the lady taking the order seemed highly irritated that I was figuring out what I wanted. Maybe I just came in at the wrong time. The menu offers a full service menu of food as well. There are many specials for each day. Pricing is reasonable. Opted for the Dirty boba, and Honey Dew slush. The Honey Dew Slush was wonderful. Tasted like a true liquid honey dew melon. Interior is a couple of booths, and tables in the back with the Icy Juicy picture area great for those IG photos. Everything was very clean. Location is Spring Mountain/ Jones - parking is ample if at the right time. It does get very packed.

I apologize for the late update, but Icy Juicy is under new management now. The interior is much more modern with a corner for great photos and there's much more seating. The menu is revamped and I ended up seeing more drink options that I was interested in trying. Brown Sugar Matcha- Honestly, I couldn't taste any Matcha. But there was brown sugar coating the sides of my cup so that's probably why. I would say it was quite a sweet drink and the boba was chewy. That's my preference hahaha I know the the previous management always had really mushy boba. You know it's been sitting for more than a few hours if it is mushy. Gross. Overall, I'm happy Icy Juicy cleaned up because so many people come here late at night for boba. I'm still a bit unhappy about the smokers who outside and their smoke lingering in the shop. Anyways, good luck and hopefully I'll come back for another delicious drink.

Had a coupon. They did not honor it when I arrive even though it was the right location. They told me they would not gthe coupon but would give me 10% off. They didn't. The food was not what I expected which was my bad.

Looks like we found our late night munchies spot that has a good menu to suit what we might be craving being not so hungry to starving hungry. But c'mon the way we use the word starving here is exaggerated. You know what I mean anyway. This joint has a really good flavored lavender boba tea. I hate to demote the other boba place at the opposite end of this strip mall... but Icy Juicy has definitely better flavored lavender boba. Plus, they have decent priced rice plates served in bento boxes. They're open late. Your order is delivered to your table in an average time frame. Just make sure when you request a to go box, have them figure out the container size. For them to ask small or large without seeing the box doesn't make sense. For them to look at your leftovers and determine the box size makes better sense. The place was fairly clean when we dined. Table seating wasn't crowded. Service was cool. Food is good. You might stress sweat beads looking for parking in the lot, but you've worked up an appetite then.

Ordered a Jasmine MT with no adjustments. What I got was watery MT with the slightest hint of Jasmine. Blerghhh. I asked my friends how their drinks were, all said their drinks were watery and diluted. .... They have daily deals such as BOGOs but I guess that's an attempt to attract customers since their drinks are mediocre... Definitely not coming back.

FRAUD ALERT Someone ordered $75 worth of food from your restaurant through Postmates with an old credit card that's been cancelled for 2 years. This order was picked up by someone that stole my info or that probably works there. You should really check ID & compare the credit info for orders being picked up. This is a true inconvenience for me having to cancel all my credit cards. Also I believe someone at this establishment is stealing info. Bc tell me why 3 milk shakes are worth $75.00 ?

GREAT SPOT!!!! Delicious food, AMAZING staff and good ambiance! I really love their Brown Sugar Milk tea, one of the best that I've had here in Vegas!!! (I'm from Manila btw, lived in Singapore) Me and my husband will definitely come back!!!

Visited this location last night after eating at a restaurant in the same parking lot. Waling in it was completely empty the two staff members were sitting in some of the seating areas but no greeting as we arrived. Upon walking in there was defiantly a smell a AWFUL smell but everything looked very clean counters where they prepped food etc. The staff member came over to us in his phone looking down while we kind of just stood there awkwardly. He took our order and it was just a simple watermelon slush no boba and it was okay. Not the best I ever had but it was fresh.

Icy Juicy is located in a rather busy strip mall where there are a number of other popular restaurants as well as a Karaoke place so parking can be pretty challenging. It's also in the same plaza in one of my regular ramen shops (Ramen Tatsu). If you go around dinner time (after 6pm) into the later evening parking can be challenging. Icy Juicy is pretty easy to find and the night we went (Friday around 7pm), there wasn't anyone else inside except for the staff. They offer a variety of milk tea/boba drinks and some food items. We were there mainly to try out their food. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful, but the lack of other customers made us wonder if perhaps the other food places were snagging hungry diners away or perhaps the food at Icy Juicy just wasn't popular for the area? So here's what we ordered and what we thought: -Popcorn Chicken - This wasn't bad. The chicken was crispy and not too greasy. Chicken tasted seasoned and good. Order this if you like chicken. -Crispy Pork Chop Rice - This meal set came with a generous bowl of rice, scrambled eggs and tomato, lightly sauteed veggies, a soy sauce hard boiled egg, and two pieces of bone-in pork chops. The egg and tomato were a little sweet and pretty traditional. The veggies were so-so and the egg was fine. The crispy pork chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Without the sauce on the top it would've tasted a little brand. Overall it was an okay selection. -Stewed Pork Rice - So this set included everything that the Crispy Pork Chop Rice set had with the only difference being that the main entree was stewed pork instead of pork chops. This was a much better choice since the stewed pork was marinated, tender, and soft. It tasted better than the pork chops. If given the chance I would've opted for this instead, but Pam got it and we have a rule about not going all in on stuff weren't not sure about. Life lesson, whenever you're out eating with some friends or significant other who you normally share food with don't go All-In with everyone ordering the exact same thing unless the restaurant is known for that particular food item because if the thing you order is just so-so (like the Crispy Pork Chops) then you'll both be kind of disappointed. However since we split our selections and got a winner out of the Stewed Pork then only one person has to cry on the inside while Pam gets to eat the lion's share of the delicious stewed pork. Overall the food wasn't bad. Quantities were good for the price paid, staff was friendly, but overall the food was A-okay. Icy Juicy didn't really impress me to have me wanting to visit it again. Give it a try if you like Taiwanese food, but I'd recommend maybe hitting up Yum Box Cafe over on Spring Mountain if you want a larger variety. Keep in mind Icy Juicy might be more well known for their milk/Boba drinks which we didn't try. Icy Juicy was one of my first reviews when I joined yelp. Today I'm here to tell you that it's way better than before. Wiyi our server was awesome! Me and my brother felt welcomed right away. I love the new renovations they did and you could see more customer traffic. The restrooms were very clean! Wiyi offered us his favorite choice. " the four seasons. " I normally don't promote drinks but this one is by far the best drink I have ever tasted. That's coming from a boba addict LOL. Thank you Wiyi for your kindness and positive attitude. I also have to mention the potstickers were a true delight! We'll definitely be back for sure with friends and family!

Yay!! friendly service! attendant took time to clarify our order! :) yay!!! the little details in this place will keep me coming back-the seating, lighting, ambience, and especially the knowledgeable staff and delicious drinks.

I was digging their logo on the green leaves wall in the back. I was told that the place went through a renovation late last year. The interior of this spot was very clean and had a chill vibe to it with multiple booths and tables for groups to sit. I was looking to try something unique and decided on one of their Super Fruit Teas (pic included). Aside from being refreshing and sweet, you also had the different fruits inside to eat when you were done with the tea:) I wanted to try out their food too so I bought a chicken teriyaki bowl to go. I would say that you get more than enough food to fill you up. The chicken teriyaki had a bit of a kick to it which I liked. I'm a fan of spicy food. I would come back here again to try the other dishes they served and try the other drinks as the weather here in Vegas begins to warm up. I also noticed that they had a Tiramisu Pot dessert that looks very interesting that I would also like to try.

This is our 3rd visit to Icy Juicy. We first discovered it maybe 5-6 years ago., before we became parents. We ate dinner in a restaurant in the same complex, but came in for dessert--delicious honey toast and a mango snow ice. We saw the server bring out a sizzling steak plate to another table. Since we didn't have a local place that served sizzling steak anymore, we knew we'd be coming back for dinner on our next trip to Las Vegas. The 2nd time we came in, we ordered the sizzling juicy steak plate with mushroom sauce. It's at least 13 oz. of ribeye cooked to order on a bed of onions, pasta, your choice of mushroom sauce or black pepper sauce, and an egg on top. Delicious. This time, we brought our daughter who must've been 2-3 years old. The owner liked her antics so much, he surprised her with a little bowl of ice cream and sprinkles which she happily devoured. Which brings us to this latest visit. We were in town to show my parents around Las Vegas. Last night was our only night on our own, so we made a beeline here for sizzling steaks, possibly dessert if we had room. There was no room for dessert. I couldn't even finish my food, but that meant I had leftovers for breakfast. One especially pleasant part of our latest visit was our server Wi gi (forgive me if I misspelled it, He didn't have a name tag, and I didn't ask how to spell it). He was very hospitable and personable. We found out that he was studying hospitality at UNLV. He spoke fluent Taiwanese, English, and Spanish. With his engaging conversational skills, he made long waits seem short. I highly recommend this place to gather with friends or family, for meals, dessert, or light refreshments. We will definitely be back.

Walked in around 8pm, there was only 1 person in front of us. We both waited for about 10 minutes for the guy making the drinks to come to the register to take our order. I should've left, but I didn't because I was really excited to try this place... huge mistake. I finally get to the register and the worker rudely tells me "There are 14 drinks ahead of you, so if you order it will be a 30 minute wait" I understand stuff like this happens sometimes, but maybe next time don't be rude about it and say something sooner so we're not wasting our time.

OFFICIALLY MY NEW BOBA GO-TO IN VEGAS! -- Since my favorite boba cafe closed over a year ago, I've been having the hardest time finding a new go-to boba spot. I pretty much stopped going to go get boba until recently. I have finaly found the one! We came by since it was 1:30 AM, and besides the other boba cafes down Spring Mt (I've tried at this hour, and aren't good), we decided to satisfy our boba craving here. The parking lot is poppin' on a Saturday night where this cafe is located! So, no creepy empty parking lot vibes at 1 AM here! When we walked up to the shop, there was a group of guys chillin in the front enjoying the summer night. Walking into the cafe, it smelled like farts. IDK why but it just did. I noticed that it's probably a Chinatown thing because there have been other places in Chinatown that smell like farts for somereason. It also threw me off since there wasn't a designated spot to order that was obvious. We walked toward the cash register and one of the staff asked "For here or to-go?" and showed us the menu, which is by the register on a laminated sheet. This place is more like Tea Station where you can just sit down, they take your order and dine in. It would be a good place to study with all the seating they have here. It just the EDM music they play is pretty loud, though. We waited a while before getting our drinks. I guess the group of guys outside ordered a bunch of drinks right before we got there. Then, eventually the guy working the bar didn't come back inside. Guess his friends were outside. The lady that took our order gave us our drinks and were on our way! My drink was soooo good! I ordered the Seasalt Milk Foam & Ruby Black Tea with Grass jelly. I've never had foam on my drinks! The lid comes differently on this drink because you're supposed to sip the foam and the tea together, but I tried and I think there was too much foam that I wasn't getting any tea when I sipped on it. I just ended up partially mixing it because the tea isn't sweetend. The foam and the tea mixed was SO GOOD. It wasn't super sweet or salty AT ALL. It was perfect. Their grass jelly was good also! My husband got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba. OMG! I loved his drink. He wasn't too crazy about it because TBH it was a bit too much milk. I still liked it. I loved how the boba soaked up the brown sugar and it's like candy! The flavor of the drink, the flavor and consistency of the boba was PERFECT! I also loved their cups. They're made out of a thick plastic and his drink came with a unpunched side for a boba straw or a an already punched hole where you can drink like hot drinks and it comes with a red, cute-heart stopper on the lid. Overall, the service was OK, but not rude or anything. TBH, I don't expect places on Spring Mt to have the best customer service as long as their food/drinks are good. FYI: Bring cash. I guess there is a minimum for orders under $15. I think they're trying to profit by avoid a credit card usage fee when they can. Other than that, I can't wait to come back here!

This place has a very diverse tea and juice menu. There 50% off are specials every day of the week. I ordered the dirty boba milk tea (it's not even on the menu yet)... VERY tasty. There's also a lunch and appetizer/snack menu. Plus, if you are a fan or tiramisu they have the best looking dish

I absolutely love this cafe especially since after they remodeled. It has a nice atmosphere and vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends (you can even borrow board games!) or study(depending on how loud it is at certain times of the day). The workers are also friendly and helpful. There are so many food/drink options that would make the perfect lunch/dinner. There's even a wall light decor that says "Icy Juicy" that aesthetically adds to the cafe's interior design. I would definitely come back again. :)

Drinks were okay... the guy up front was super rude and looked like he didn't want to be there. My cousin ordered milk foam on her drink and the guy immediately shook his head because he didn't want to make it. Terrible service.

Honestly not sure why this place is rated low, might be due to previous management? It's under new management now and the store has been entirely renovated. It's cute and modern on the inside. Even before the remodel I would come often to hang out inside and play cards. They've always been accommodating, even when we played cards for hours. The menu is slightly different. The drinks themselves definitely taste better. Make sure you get the sea salt foam. Better than Kung Fu Teas cloud cap. It's more rich and creamy. Honestly, I think I could drink just a cup of foam... Their hot boba drinks are solid too. Overall nice place to grab drinks and hang out with friends. It's not too loud or busy inside but I wouldn't study here due to the music.

Don't understand why sometime boba is fresh and sometime is not fresh (hard and difficult to chew). The quality is not stable anymore like before...it's happened to not only 1 times.

My friend and I got the Flamingo and the Taro Milk Tea, both half sweet and with boba. Really enjoyed the flavors and the texture of the boba. Cute interior but there is an off smell when you enter which is the only reason why I won't give them a 5-star rating. They seem to be too understaffed to give great service or speed but we enjoyed each other's company so the wait wasn't too bad.

We will NEVER GO there AGAIN!!! The shop close time is always uncertain, it saids 12am, we went there before 8:50pm, say hello to the waiter(owner, he was totally ignoring us. Okay...we wait untill he come to us take our order with strong attitude said store close at 9pm today(the lady work in kitchen told us it was temporary changed by today due to slow flow). After he finish make our tea, we went out of store then I find out my order was made WRONG, I went back said I order green tea could you double check. The waiter yelled to me, No, you order black tea!! Then I found that our receipt is left on the table type with green tea. I show it to him. Then he said bad world in Chinese to us...how funny, I'm sorry but you store with this attitude deserve Shut Down... customers will never going back!!

$10 minimum to use a card....booooooo!!! Visited on Tuesday 7-5-16 around 9PM. Once I got past all the cigarette butts outside the front door I stood in the foyer awkwardly for a few minutes wondering what to do. There is no hostess stand...there is a counter but the cash register was facing outwards and it looked more like POS for the waitress instead of a counter for ordering. Finally a worker appeared and I ordered and she let me know it's a $10 minimum to pay with a card. WTH? You're running a drink shop...most drinks are less than $10! It shows a lack of consideration for the customer and it also tells me the owners are cheapskates. It bothered me much more than it should have. I should have walked out right then. I paid almost six bucks for a strawberry-banana slush with boba. Their boba is a good consistency...very fresh and squishy! But the slush did not taste like real fruit and melted before I could enjoy it. Something was off about the flavor...I can't put my finger on it. I ended up pouring it down the drain and THANK GOD I didn't drink the whole thing because the few sips that I had gave me the WORST upset tummy ever. You gotta pass up a lot of good boba places to end up here. The place is dirty and laid out in a confusing way. I'd say pass on this one!

So I came here with a friend of mine recently plus another time with my sister back in December to have a sit down experience. All the other times I have came in the past have mostly been to order some boba or food for takeout/to go. Ive sat in there before but didn't really like the experience there.... The couple of times that I have gone recently I liked it a lot better! Either they have new owners or they remodeled the place. The new decor and layout looks much cleaner & more enjoyable! Kudos to the people there for their new upgrade. They provide waitress/waiter to come get your order and attend to your needs. which is awesome. their service from what i remember was decent/good! compared to most asian spots thats saying alot! haha We played card games there and enjoyed ourselves. seems relaxing and the tables seemed private cause of the booth style seating. So lets talk about the drinks.. i had a fruit juice tea drink.. half sweetened. The taste was meh... I should have ordered something else instead. I normally order fresh tea drinks with boba and its always been pretty decent. This time I ordered the lunch special so that was one of the few options available to pick from. The lunch special was $16.99.. you get a choice of a 1 meal choice, an appetizer and a drink. The meals offered is white rice, veggies on side, an egg as well as a protein. I believe I chose the minced pork... it was delish. the appetizer i got was the popcorn chicken with a spicy sweet sauce on the side. very tasty! Overall I do like this place and would recommend everyone to come give this place a try!
