Shi He Yuan (Pudong)

"This sleek restaurant is the brainchild of a celebrity chef and the founder of the upmarket F&B group Yong Fu. The menu is partly Shandongese and partly Beijingese, reinvented with modern techniques and novel presentations. The signature dish, Mr Duan’s delicious fish head, boasts silky flesh in a mildly spicy sauce, best eaten with deep-fried dough sticks. There are also five private rooms perfect for business entertainment." - Michelin Inspector

Lei Garden (Pudong)

"Reservations are a must as this branch of the chain is always packed with diners craving good quality Cantonese cuisine. At lunchtime, customers come in droves for the expertly crafted dim sum and soups. The dinner menu offers premium dishes like seafood and abalone. Those wishing to avoid making too much of a dent in their wallets should opt for seasonal stir-fries, casseroles or the combos that represent good value." - Michelin Inspector

上海国金中心商场 Shanghai IFC Mall Beautiful, modern & very high-end mall in the heart of Lujiazui ✨. The big open atrium & wide walkways make the whole place feel spacious & comfortable 🏙️. It’s easy to find shops & the mall layout is very intuitive 🛍️. Nice high-tech touches too — especially the curved interactive displays wrapped around the columns📱. The overall design is sleek & polished, with a luxury ambience but still very welcoming 💎 Directly connected to Lujiazui Metro Station 🚇, with plenty of international brands & good dining options 🍽️. A great place to explore, shop or just enjoy the architecture 🤩

IFC Mall is a sleek, upscale shopping destination with luxury brands, great dining, and a calm, modern atmosphere. During the Christmas season, its courtyard becomes especially charming, featuring festive decorations and an eye-catching Santa display that draws plenty of photo-takers. With direct metro access and a rooftop garden overlooking Pudong’s skyline, it’s a convenient and elegant spot for both shopping and seasonal sightseeing.

If malls had a VIP lounge in heaven, Shanghai IFC Mall would probably be on the guest list. Opened in 2010, right in the beating heart of Lujiazui’s glittering financial district, it’s the kind of place where skyscrapers flex and wallets get nervous. You’ve got the famous Apple Store here - the one with the glass cylinder entrance that feels like stepping into a Bond villain’s lair, except instead of world domination, you just walk out with a new iPhone and a lighter bank account). Inside, it’s a wonderland of luxury brands—Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton—all waiting to test your willpower. Even the escalators feel like they’ve been polished with Versace perfume. And yet, in the middle of all this glam, you can still do something as wonderfully practical as… buy your groceries. Tucked away is City’Super, the poshest supermarket where you’ll find imported cheeses that could probably tell better stories than your travel blog. It’s the kind of mall where you come for a window-shopping “adventure” but end up mysteriously holding shopping bags. A place where you say, “I’m just here for coffee,” and walk out wearing sunglasses that cost as much as a plane ticket. Perfect for: people-watching, brand-spotting, and occasionally pretending you’re in a music video while walking past the marble floors.

Amazing mall for the rich and famous and dreamers. All popular pricey brands. Great selection of shops, clean and high end mall. Great restaurants too. Not for the frugal.

Would highly recommend Guyi Hunan Restaurant on level LG (LG1-81) of this mall. Absolutely delicious and of great consistent quality. Ask for non-spicy dishes if you couldn't tolerate the heat from Hunan cuisine.

City super is good to buy things if you need lifestyle items. Other than that a luxury mall for other international brands

An iconic piece of architecture filled with high-end brands. I highly recommend visiting not just to admire the design, but also to take the opportunity to shop. It’s a great place to get everything you want while in Seoul, rather than waiting to buy it back home. A must-stop for both shopping and sightseeing.
