Very nice people loading unloading is very quick. They got me loaded five hours early to my appointment. This is very important no check in or check out without wearing a vest. Light weight load. No overnight parking no restroom. Love truckstop is only about 3 miles away but it’s always Full of trucks

I drove 30 mins to the igloo store in Katy Tx on igloo road. There is a sign on the door that says closed until further notice and it’s HAND WRITTEN. The doors are locked. The website says that it’s open today 10-2pm. I think this is one of the most unprofessional things a business can do. POST IT ON THE WEBSITE! I wasted time and money!

It is not OK to hold a sale and cancel without any notification!!!!! Many people including me drive all the way here for nothing!!! Didn’t even bother to put out a notice of any kind. Getting turned away at the door, no explanation offered at all. So unprofessional, zero customer care. I will never buy from this brand again.

I had a wonderful experience with Avinlyn at the Factory Outlet Store! She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She has so much patience, taking the time to clearly explain the prices and answer all of my questions. The store itself is very organized and clean, which made shopping so easy and enjoyable. Honestly I’d come here again just for fun. Massive selection of Igloo products. They got everything you could possibly want. Might I mention ridiculously cheap? Worker was super friendly.

We drove over an hour to go to the igloo store in Katy. It was supposed to be there semi annual sale. They have the sale posted on a large box trailer out front that it’s going on today, gates were open, people gathered and waited until the time for the door to open. Then, a security guard came out and said sale canceled to everyone. Extremely unprofessional! We won’t be back!

waiting 4 hours and 45 minutes almost 5 hours my appointment at 11.30 am and now 4.03 pm and still waiting......, a lot of workers but no organization. When u asking, no, anyone knows. I think the weakness in supervisors who work there ...........I'm so pity about some workers they work so hard and the others are lazy ...

Worst customer service ever. Shipped out only one item lying about they shipped all four. Giving me attitude when I asked them to ship the rest of my order. And told me I have to wait because it’s Friday. She will check after the weekend.

We came here because our cooler's wheels were getting pretty bad after withstanding many a track and field meet, and two big road trips, so it was time to replace it. We went in around 1:40 on a weekday, so there weren't any customers in there. The employees had some friends visiting in there, so not one of them greeted us when we went in. We walked around and not one of them asked if needed help. When I said multiple times that I was trying to figure out a price for an item, not one of them bothered to say anything along the lines of," How can we help you?". I guess it would have stopped them from talking to their friends and planning their dinner for tonight, as I was overhearing. We were going to buy a small backpack cooler and a rolling cooler, but after the crappy service we chose to go up the road to Rtic to purchase a better quality cooler where the employees are so much more helpful. The prices aren't really anything to write home about anyway. Needless to say, we won't be returning here.

I got the Igloo Playmate Elite MaxCold 16qt Cooler. I am using it for groceries and to go foods. I stop mornings in San Francisco's Chinatown on my way to work and pick up prepared foods like roast duck and dim sum. If I stop on the way home, the items are sold out. Using one small ice pack, my foods stay cold all day. The company says the MaxCold cooler that the Playmates by 25%. Carrying it on the Muni, I must look like a construction worker. Haha! If they only knew! It's hard to find the MaxCold versions for the right price. I checked this website and found a stores that seek it. I found mine online at Target. Oh, USA made proudly in Katy, TX!

Great little shop. Always friendly service. They will take your name if you are looking for a certain product, and they will call you when it comes in. II just love popping in to see what they have going on. I have picked ups some really cool gifts like an Iron Madien personal cooler, the WWF Champion belt, Disney theme stuff, hello Kitty. In summary have gotten great deals on a variety of coolers for the family from large ones to personal throwback novelties to practical backpack coolers. They are all very efficient at keeping lunch or beverages nice and chilled and they look cool too.

It's small but they did have some good deals. I think it really depends when you go. I see they have big discounts during certain times of the year. We scored a great deal there. And even found some small igloo coolers for our river float trips.

Excellent store for discounts on Igloo products. Living near downtown Houston makes this a bit of a drive for us but it's worth the trip. We bought several coolers but my wife was especially happy about finding the Playmate Mini. Definitely a nostalgic purchase.

It was a by chance stop to the off road igloo outlet. A short browsing session and low and behold a sale. 60% off!!!! My brother and I both bought Jr. Trailblazers and he also grabbed a Stalwart cooler mini and thermos. A great little diversion and the cashiers were so nice. Had to repack the car, but so glad we did.

I cannot believe this company is making their employees work on christmas eve. This is crazy, they do not care about their employees and family. I will never buy anything from a place who does not care about their employee. They will have to work overnight on the 24 very sad.

I purchased a replacement handle for my cooler. The bracket is the wrong size. None of the screw holes match up and the bracket is too short. I tried to request a refund via the link I was sent on my phone. It didn't recognize my purchase. I tried to initiate the refund process online, from my laptop, and it still doesn't recognize my purchase. I provided the system with my order# and the zip code as requested. Such a simple process and it failed. I'll call in the morning and see if they can recognize my purchase that way. They didn't have a problem recognizing my payment for the product.

The store has some really good deals and it's great that offer good deals in some of their products but what killed it for me was their horrible customer service!! The girl who was there as a cashier acted like if we didn't even exist. We were on line waiting to line but she acted like she was busy talking to this one guy. One of her coworkers finally came out of the back and started ringing up our items without saying "hello" or "thanks for stopping by". If a manager gets to read this, please fix it 'cause you have great products at a great price don't let two bad employees acting like they are running a hipster bar ruin it for you.

I stopped into the Igloo factory store on a recent trip to Houston. I was hoping to buy gifts for family. The employees in the store were rude and self consumed with surfing the internet. They talked among themselves as if I couldn't hear them about how I was just wandering around. When I approached the checkout counter with my purchase they did not even acknowledge I was there. No greeting or even eye contact. I will never return there again. Horrible service and not much of a selection.

A neat little store, with a decent selection, which was comparable in price to a Marshall's. Cheaper than retail, but not exactly dirt cheap. They're open 8-12, and then 1-5, on weekdays.

If there are NO Stars, that is what I would select. Absolutely, totally and completely disgusted with the online sales. I ordered a lid on 10/31/17 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. Jerica, in the Los Angeles area has "made calls to the Texas warehouse" yet, nothing has been done. I have emailed and called over 6 times. Requesting delivery by 11/15/17 for a function I need the igloo for on 11/16/17. I get an email stating the item will be here on 11/18/17. REALLY? Omar in the shipping department in Texas has been no help. Their solution was they will cancel the order. NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. Plus, the shipping fee is over half of what the item costs with is ridiculous! I will not recommend igloo products to my friends ever again.

Employees were friendly and the selection was decent. They had items I didn't even know Igloo made. Prices are decent! Will be back for their annual sale!

My fiancee and I were doing a cross-country move and were driving by Igloo's World Galactic Headquarters so we decided to stop back by. It was before the Memorial Day weekend. The staff were very helpful, in particular Andy Salinas. I had some questions about roto-molded extreme-duty Sportsman series. I was thinking about buying a boat and a Yeti 110 but thanks to Andy's help, we bought the 70 quart white Sportsman model instead! Now we can truly grillax & chillax.

I do not understand the the low ratings of the outlet store...it is an outlet store so inventory changes . The items have bought have worked out extremely well at a fraction of the cost

You have to park outside by the security gate and walk around into the warehouse. Not easy to find without some direction. Once inside it clean and cozy. There's a small variety of merch to choose from. If you live in the area and you are looking to buy a cooler I would definitely check here first (other items available besides coolers).

I ordered a replacement lid for a 60 qt. roller ice cube cooler. They sent me something entirely wrong. I contacted their customer service and informed them that they sent the wrong item and even the order number was incorrect. They sent me an email to download a return label for a refund. Then I noticed they will charge me for the return shipping and 20% restocking fee? It's clearly their fault but I get billed for their mistakes. I think not. Worst online customer service I've ever dealt with. This is why Igloo has taken such a nose dive the last few years on their products and distribution. I will never purchase an Igloo product again. I remember when Igloo was located at Gessner @ I-10 and they were much more customer friendly and helpful. Gary Goodson (former customer)

Pathetic customer service. Tried to get a replacement button for a playmate cooler less than a year old. Did not have receipt. Who keeps receipts for a cooler? A picture did not suffice. Will Never buy another igloo product!

I tried to order a replacement handle for my igloo cooler. Customer service was no help. They went through the motions of asking me to text them a picture but then the next person who had the ticket was completely clueless. When asked how my service was, I told them the truth. Then I got a reply. But the reply didn't remedy the situation, they just told me that my "review" wouldn't be published on their site. So, instead I'm posting it on YELP.

Stopped in to check out the blowout sale. I was hoping to see more items on sale. Customer service was great. A little hard to maneuver the huge bin carts through the aisles.

I should have believed the post I read about the product before I bought it online. Several post I read were people complaining about dents in their refrigerator when they unpacked it. I was so disappointed when I carefully opened the box and found it dented. I believe it was packed with the dents already in the product. The box was not bent or broken. The packing was sufficient to protect the product from rough handling. The dents were in strong parts of the body where it would take a strong hit to dent it. Lesson learned.

no wonder igloo got an f rating from bbb......multiple consumers complaints about products and 100% lack of customer service...igloo wont even respond...dont buy igloo products...management has zero integrity....i bought an igloo kegerator...multiple missing parts...igloo blames factory and says "we only put our name on the product, we dont make it and we dont care"...no help, no response, no integrity. dont buy igloo products...see also rip off report
