⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hosted our son’s 10th birthday party at Skokie Ignite Gaming Lounge, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, everything was seamless and so much fun. The kids had a full hour of arcade gaming followed by an hour on the gaming couches—a dream setup for any kiddo (and let’s be honest, for the grown-ups too!). The food was delicious, and the fact that parents could relax and enjoy a beer while the kids played? Perfection. Honestly, what more could you want from a party venue? A huge shoutout to Sam, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we had to shift our party to a different time. He made the process stress-free and smooth. The upgrade we got for booking on a Friday was such a great bonus, we felt like VIPs! We’ll absolutely be back for more family events. Highly recommend for birthdays or any celebration where fun is a top priority!

Second time we have been here for a kids B Day party and the kiddos absolutely love it. They don't play a lot of games at home so they can let loose here for a couple hours. We should try it with the wife one evening as I believe it becomes 21 only after a certain time. The only real downside we have experienced is the parking can be a hassle. Other than that cool spot.

Ignite Arcade in Skokie was an awesome experience! The crispy chicken sandwich and fries were absolutely delicious. The cocktails were delicious and fun themed. There were so many fun games to choose from, making it the perfect spot for a night out. It was a great time for adults to enjoy some nostalgia and gaming fun without the kids. We recently hosted a bar mitzvah party at Ignite Gaming in Skokie, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Excellent place to celebrate my son's birthday. Kids had a blast and adults did too. Our server was super nice and friendly. 2nd year celebrating my son's birthday here. Like always he had a blast with his friends. Adults had good time wstching the game, eating and drinking as well. Hopefully we return next year.

Very cool place to play arcade games, and I believe you can also play computer games here. It seems like a great spot to hang out at night, especially for those who live nearby. They also have a bar, and the bartender, Alex, was super friendly and nice. The drinks here are really unique - I can't remember the name of mine, but it changed colors to purple, which was awesome!

I usually save Ignite for rainy or cold days so it had been awhile since my last visit. I took my 11 and 8 year old boys (and their friends) for some rainy afternoon fun and was delighted to see that it also happened to be the grand opening of their new arcade. The large party room in the back turned into a big arcade, which really excited by boys. In fact, my 8 year old was so excited that he asked me to book his upcoming bday party here. I had a great experience for my other son's bday here when he was the same age so I sent an email to set it up...and got a response within minutes. After some back and forth we're all set for an upcoming arcade/gaming console/lunch party a few months from now and my son couldn't be more excited! This used to be a great way to kill 1-2 hours, but with the addition of all the arcade games you could easily spent 4 hours here. Or perhaps even longer considering I had to drag my kids out after that amount of time!

Celebrating my daughter's birthday and we had an amazing time! The arcade is perfect for families. The food was delicious and hot when it was delivered. The bartender Johnson took our order and made great suggestions! Loaded tater tots are a must!!!! The owner made sure the place was clean and customers were satisfied! This is a great place for children to have fun and adults as well. Can't wait to come back!

My son had a terrific 10th birthday party here with afew friends. Katie the events manager made it very easy to arrange everything.

Went to get a drink at the bar, brought it to my table. and placed it on my girlfriends area in order to make space to setup my gaming area. Girl came over and asked her for ID. My drink was simply on her side, she did not take a sip. No refunds provided for drink or time for gaming. sorry I have to contact for a card dispute forunaut

I frequent this place with teen son and sometimes host son and his friends. They all have a great time when we go. I have also hosted son's birthday party here. All had a fun time! Their policy has changed over the years. I would recommend going on a weeknight when hourly session is less than on the weekends. There was a gaming competition one weekend and the event looked great! Definitely recommend this place for gamers.

first time and will be back, it's not super cheap but the drinks at legit and you can be strategic with the points / didnt get bored and will be back with the kids next time

"They have Qanba arcade controllers to play video games. What more do you need? If you don't know, you don't know fighting gaming" and that's what I wrote 4/21/19. Since then, the other Ignite Gaming in Chicago which was the original shut down. Now, this place has an arcade and it's overpriced AF!!!!! I used $25 in a matter of 15 minutes, and there isn't much in the arcade at the moment. It's alright here though I feel they aren't doing what they could potentially do with all the space they have.

I love this place but I just went here and I had little kids following me around demanding me to pay for their games and would immediately run to me and use my games when I put tokens in rude as hell lol it was dumb and annoying cuz they're like 3-5 year olds they did this literally for a whole hour here just to me so idk what they did to others. Y'all gotta do something about that i never experienced that before it was BAAAAADDDDDD and staff doesn't do anything lol these kids just running all over the place rude and disrespectful and their parents don't care

Massive | Groups | rock-band | bites Massive: the space is HUGE! They have effectively two main spaces. Space 1, where all the gaming is and space 2, which is blank with its own private bad for private events. On the gaming side, they have a full up bar which can make anything from cocktails to slushy red bull vodka. In addition there are five main sections: 1) alcoves that fit 4-6 people with a 60 inch tv. 2) LAN games, 3) two private rock bans areas, 4) 2 VR sections, and a private loft for LAN games. Groups: this is the ideal space for anyone who likes to game. Where her you are 40 and want to have flashbacks to 1999 or 27 and want to play madden with the boys, this is a great place to meet with friends and have a good time with a console. Rock band: this was the coolest part of the space IMHO. They have two rock band rooms which resemble the private karaoke rooms. This allows a group of friends to just rock out in private. We had a great time with friends just giving 100% energy on songs without fear of Judgement for our less than "pitch perfect" voices. Bites: they have pretty good American bar food. The fries, pizza, and chicken tenders were more than enough to keep us going. Pro tip: you can take the L or Metra to the location. It's literally across the street from the yellow line L Skokie stop. And about 1.5 blocks from the metra Skokie stop. They have parking which is behind the L station.

Pretty disappointed. I've been coming here for years. I love to introduce my friends to hang out and wind down here since we're all into gaming and hanging. Got a lot of referral hours to my account because of me inviting others. I had also purchased hours for Black Friday back in 2019 and used it occasionally. Imagine my surprise when I come back for the first time since the pandemic started, only to find out that game time I had previously on my account from referrals and from purchasing, was expired and was told they would not be able to restore it since "it expires in 30 days". I'm extremely disheartened by that. I've brought a ton of people over to Ignite, and for that to happen just surprised me in a poor way. It's in their own policy to restore expired time due to the pandemic. Have they been open since February? Yes, but this pandemic is still ongoing as of June and not everyone has immediate access to vaccines that would make us comfortable to go.

Great atmosphere and the arcade there is awesome and great prices for an hour to play Xbox/pc games and you can bring your friends over and play some console games. Well also having some amazing food the Italian beef sliders are incredible. Plus great alcoholic beverages. I recommend nuke cola or the mana potion cocktails also incredible fries greatly season Plus the Service is incredible.

I had the chance to experience the soft opening of the Skokie location on December 18th for the free games, food, and drinks - and other than the long line to get in, everything and everyone was superb. Having no prior experience with a gaming lounge my expectations were certainly off. This renovated industrial space is beyond impressive and gives off both a vibe of being a place for intimate small groups and large social gatherings. With many stations for PC, Console, couch co-op, Rock Band, and VR (coming soon!), the scale and scope exceeded my expectations. It's catered more towards the 21+ crowd with a bar including specialty game-themed cocktails and drinks in addition to the regular beer, wine, and spirits. The quality of drink and food was great, and the service was friendly and went beyond the norm. I could tell everyone employed here was happy to be there and eager to help us have a fantastic time. Will certainly be coming back again in the near future, and will update a review then. Update January 2019: Yes, still amazing! Was able to get some PC gaming time in and some couch multiplayer action on second visit. PC set up: PROs: comfortable, customizable seating and accessories. CONs: Issues with logging into and tracking progress with private Steam accounts (i.e.: could not manage it and used just the Ignite accounts). Couch multi-player set up: PROs: Spacious, comfortable CONs: a bit too close to TV for little leg room and inability to change TV volume. Also, I was a bit disappointed not all the games on the website from Chicago location were available at the Skokie venue, but this would've been easily confirmed by a call ahead of time as the service is still above and beyond. Overall still up and coming, and still worthy of a visit - especially for PC gaming tournaments.

I feel like I have been to Ignite Gaming Lounge enough times and have met enough of the people there to make a thorough review, so here we go: First of all, this place, being in Skokie, right next to public transportation, and near where I live and work is already amazing. Secondly, the fact that they are a GAMING lounge with actual PC, console, VR, Rock Band, and couch co-op gaming on high-quality setups COMBINED with the amazing staff, delicious food, and superb drinks make this a place to keep coming back to over and over again.. which we have. If you are thinking about checking this place out, stop thinking and just go. This is the end of the basic review. Now I must go specifically into each and every facet of this business and the people who make it great: Ownership - I have never officially met the owners, but I see one of them there a lot (Sam). He seems like a really nice, hard-working guy and the staff has nothing but nice things to say about him. I have no complaints about this establishment, so the ownership must be doing a fantastic job! Management - Les is the best, he is respected by his staff and seems like he really loves his job. He is constantly thinking of ways to elevate the menu and the experience of patrons like myself and his drink recommendations are always top-notch. Sophie is also very sweet and was always a pleasure to chat with at the bar. She is everyone's best friend and she lights up the room when she arrives. Events - Katie is amazing, not only does she have brilliant event ideas, but she implements them at an extremely high level and quality. There are weekly themed events in their event space and we have seen everything from kid's birthday parties to black-tie galas at this place which shows a ton of range and outreach for this venue. We look forward to her events each month and she has really elevated the guest experience at this location with all of her hard work and insight! I can't wait for the next Trivia night and the Respawn Halloween Event! Staff - Could I say anything bad about the staff here? Absolutely not! We have met so many awesome people here, and if this place had NOTHING else, we would still always come back for the wonderful people working here. The hosts are always super friendly and welcoming (special shout-out to Rudy who is one of the friendliest people I have ever met). The cooks in the back make delicious food (special shout-out to Anna and Xavier who make some of the best pizza I have ever eaten!). And finally, the bar staff.. Lydia, Heather, Ren, Sirius, and Mal (sorry, the only ones who I know their names, and hope I spell correctly) have taken such good care of us and we always ALWAYS look forward to seeing their smiling faces behind the bar. They are great conversationalists and make even better cocktails. Not only that, but they are very inventive on their own and contribute custom drinks to the menu that are always top-notch. Out of everything at Ignite, the fantastic people working here will always be the number one reason to return! This ends my love letter to the wonderful world of Ignite Gaming Lounge Skokie.

This place is really awesome. Ignite caters towards families and kids during the day and more of an 18 or over crowd at night. The place is open generally from 4 PM to 2 AM most every day. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is very good and so are the drinks. Prices are competitive for this type of thing. I give it a price rating for the games food and drinks at three dollar signs out of four. Hope you enjoy yourself when you go.

Last time I was here was actually October 2019 for the Chicago OW Lakeside Showdown 2. I was also here when they had the first Lakeside Showdown as well in April 2019. First, I love how large the venue is. There is plenty of space for all the gaming stations without it feeling cramped. I was able to walk around freely to take pictures of everyone playing in the tournament. And because this was during a tournament there were a lot of people. There are a lot of gaming stations throughout Ignite so if you were to go as an ordinary patron and not there for a tournament, there are plenty to choose from. They even had a little area for broadcasters if the venue were to hold a tournament. Aside from the many PC's, there's also an area for couch party games and even private rooms for Rock Band sessions with friends. When I was there in October, they opened up a separate area of Ignite used specifically for viewing tournaments. While the players played in the main area, friends and family can watch the live broadcast in the other room. Now I haven't had all the food and drinks at Ignite but I will say they have a good size menu. It's enough food to feed you for a whole day of gaming but not an overwhelming large menu. Aside from their signature cocktails, they can also make other drinks. I saw they had Midori on the shelf and they were happy to mix a Midori sour for me, which happens to be my favorite mixed drink. Bartenders are amazing and super chill. And the food was just good all around. I have yet to actually play on their machines since the only time I was there was to hang out and take pictures of a tournament But just based on specs alone and watching all the players, it looks like they run well enough that it worked in a tournament setting. I highly recommend going to Ignite to hang with friends, drink, eat and play video games. It's definitely an experience. For those who run tournaments, I recommend it as well. Great experience for the players and their friends and family!

Ignite Gaming Lounge saved the day with my son's 10th Birthday! We originally planned to have my son's party at a different gaming lounge. Unfortunately, that particular gaming lounge had to shut down temporarily due to an internet outage and my son's party was canceled at the last minute! It was a nightmare and I was left scrambling to figure out what to do... Luckily, Sam (one of the owner's of Ignite), read about my ordeal through my Yelp review of the other gaming lounge and personally reached out to me to help set up my son's party at Ignite Gaming Lounge. We worked out the details and the logistics of the fairly large party (38 kids) after exchanging a few direct messages with each other and I was able to send out the Evites to everyone right away. The party went smoothly without a hitch! The host and staff were all very friendly, patient and helpful. We had 3 technical support people on hand to set the kids up on their PCs. I would recommend that you make sure that your guests bring their Fort Nite user names and passwords, otherwise you will be chasing down their parents for this information. Once everyone was set up on their terminals, the party was basically on cruise control. The staff brought out their pizzas and beverages quickly. The quality of the pizzas were great - thin, crunchy tavern-style pizza - my favorite. Although this party was a drop-off party, some of the parents decided to stay and hang out at the bar. In addition to having a PC terminal with game controllers for each kid, they reserved us a private room for Rock Band! My son's friends all had a great time...in fact, I don't recall hosting a party before where so many of the kids came up to me and told me how much fun they were having! If you are planning on throwing a birthday party for 9 and 10-year-old gamers, I would highly recommend Ignite Gaming Lounge!

Me and my wife went on a trip from Chicago to Milwaukee and stopped my this gaming Lounge for a drink and it did not disappoint! It wasn't your typically gaming lounge, they had a very nice bar, with game themed drinks, and a ton a gaming computers for ever game imaginable!

Erica is literally the best person in the world, she deserves a HUGE RAISE AND A HUGE PROMOTION. She's so incredible. I love her so much

this is my favorite place in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and always make time to care for you, one time the game I was trying to play was not working and instead of just ignoring me they kindly attempted to fix it and then gave me a discount for two free hours! That's another thing super affordable, they also have The best pizza! Please go here it's the best place ever!

I'll tell you what... These folks put on the best celebration. I'm not very good at smiling but my wife says she's never seen me enjoying an event like this. It was my birthday and we were celebrating our wedding reception. I even got good at multi-tasking thanks to the Ignite team. I can't say enough great things about Katie and her gang. There was something for everybody from kids to old people like us... They had video games I played as a kid and games for the kids I don't understand. Ooh... The food and service was awesome. Full transparency... I tied that tie.

The lovely lychee cocktail is not only visually stimulating but a taste buds paradise ! I love the layers of flavors and the way it tastes different from sip to inhale to exhale . The drink is truly put together with perfect understanding of flavor and ingredient balance . The young lady lydia who suggested this amazing concoction was actually the creator of this and im convinced she is an alchemist rather than a mixologist lol from the way that the ice changes colors to the way it changes me was pure sorcery and I love a good love spell! After my amazing bar tour which made me feel as if I was at a pub on a road in hyrule we ordered wings and pizza and one of each style of fries. That lydia will make you purchase air with how well she walks you through a menu we literally ordered one of everything and shared . Complete menu knowledge on top of warm and welcoming attitude and enchanting beauty even behind a mask makes lydia the queen of beverage and hospitality !!! Our party after being filled to the brim with whimsical cocktails and delicious finger food we got an entire sofa and big screen with all the Mario access needed . Socially distanced is an understatement lydia literally plugged us into the damn matrix it was like we was the only ones in the world and lydia was the result of a complex algorithm... maybe thats why the check added up. Our party literally with no exaggeration bought everything on the menu job well done . She has locked in my business and I will be back its my second home

We got the choose your own toppings pizza for $12 and it was delicious. So many games and consoles to choose from. I came here with my 11 year old son, (all ages before 9 pm) And all the employees are very nice and very helpful. We played super smash Bros on giant size tv's and couches and he later moved onto the Xbox. The chairs & headsets are very high quality and very comfortable.

My brother lives a few blocks away, so after countless rounds of drinks and Super Smash Bros, we decided to walk over and finally check this place out. The first thing you have to do is to create an account. It's pretty fast and painless. You pay by the hour, and you can add more if needed. They have a deal on Tuesdays (forgot what it was, but I'm sure you can call them and find out). There were 8 of us and wanted to play all together, and Rock Band was perfect. They have 3 rooms just for Rock Band, and it seems like they get booked pretty fast, but luckily there was one room available when we got there. It was mostly smooth sailing until the mic broke (could've been someone in our group's fault..) but regardless, the workers came to our rescue. We were brought a different mic, but somehow it didn't work, so we just kept playing w/o vocals. We had to wait for another room to free up, which was fine, and they alleviated the situation by letting us know that they'll comp all the time that we're losing, so we were able to stay a bit longer and enjoy the 2nd room. All in all, we had a fabulous time! We will definitely be back. The bathroom was nice and clean, their prices are very reasonable and the service was satisfactory. One of the workers found a necklace that someone in my group dropped in one of the rooms after we left and she went as far as to walk out to the parking lot to give it to me!

I love Ignite!! i've been going for years now but just recently felt compelled to post a review due to somebody giving an awful review purely because their policy doesn't work in their favor (clown Karen energy). Any who, this was actually the first place I had gone out to once things started to open back up. They have always had very good sanitation even pre-pandemic I highly recommend for any one looking to have some fun while having a few drinks and playing video games 10 out of 10. Also, policy is that your hours only last for 30 days so be mindful of that ( LOL )!!!!

Bring back the pretzel and some non alcoholic beers/spirits. It would be nice or people who don't drink to feel included.

Everything for our party at Ignite Skokie was LITERALLY perfect! They were ready and waiting for us at the entrance as soon as we got there 5-10 minutes early and took care of each kid as he arrived. Joel, Courtney, Melanie and the staff were very accommodating, patient and friendly. The pizza was great too! Phenomenal job from start to finish. Eight kids gaming for 3 hours was definitely the most fun birthday as of yet, thank you!

Laid back place good to go with a group of friends or by yourself the service great and team members are willing to assist you with anything they never fail !!

Thanks to the girl in the overwatch jacket tonight who made us all wait over an hour for a rockband studio and never even put our info down to reserve it. Also big thanks to the servers who didn't want to take care of us til two of us from the group went to the bar and asked to get someone to take our orders for the group. Ugh. I swear the only good service we get from here is the bar. So thank you Orlando for always taking care of us and making us feel welcome.

Very lovely place to go gaming. I felt that this place was mostly towards the young adults. It's a very good place to go if you have friends that want to game and also drink a little and eat something while gaming. I shall be coming back again ^_^.

This place rocks! Top of my list of places to go to with friends. They got food and booze-- best of all... GAMES! Gotta beware when they host Gaming Events as it could get a little crowded... that being said, be an adult and know that your chicken tenders won't get to you that fast. There's like less than 5 servers, tip em well-- they are doing their best! Got a large party? Reserve a console or room or table! Definitely my lane of entertainment compared to Dave n Busters!

Brought my son here to celebrate a good week at school. On Tuesdays, all consoles (excluding VR) are only $4 per hour - which is a great deal. My son is a hard core gamer and REALLY enjoyed the gaming console desks. I probably haven't touched a video game since Super Mario Bros in the 90s which is, of course, what I played - very nostalgic and fun. The space itself is beautiful. It's very modern, clean and has a fantastic layout that is really open and spacious. We ordered some food and had the pizza and fries. They also have a full bar for adults, which I will probably take advantage of next time. I was surprised at how tasty the pizza and fries were. I definitely wasn't expecting that but it was much appreciated. The only issue is that the VR has to be reserved in advance online. Not really a huge issue but we weren't aware of that and my son really wanted to use it. This is a great place to bring older kids (9+) to get out of the house and have a change of scenery, especially in winter months.

Great place! Took the family, they had a blast! So many wonderful games to choose from, with food and alcoholic drinks for the adults! Heaven on earth!

I've been here more times than I can count with a bunch of friends. Every single person working here is beyond sweet and go the extra mile to make your experience as best as they can make it. The food is so surprisingly delicious and always fresh, definitely something you wouldn't expect from a gaming lounge. They make the environment feel very safe and you can look up and any moment in time and see someone sanitizing the area. I definitely have to reiterate how kind the staff is. They're very patient, and have your enjoyment in mind at all times. Any issue that I ever had (which of course can happen, no place is perfect and should definitely not be expected to be) is always resolved in a timely manor, and I'm always given my time back for it. I'll be coming here till they close.

They steal money from children. I and my son had 20 hours of stored value, and they wiped it out after three months "as is their policy" did my cash expire? . They overcharge for crappy food and the same alcohol Division street bars charge less for. I will be complaining to every agency involved with regulating these grifters. A sad place.

The dust has finally settled and I finally have an opportunity to write this review of our experience at Ignite Gaming (Skokie) - Private Event Space.  We rented it out in November 2019 for our son's wedding reception. Working with Joel made the already complicated situation an enjoyable experience.  He worked with our budget and needs and has the great gift of communication especially with people who are under high stress (planning any large event is stressful).  We loved the raw, yet private space.  On the day of the reception Joel and the staff were AMAZING! They worked their tails off ensuring the guests felt special and received special care especially when it came to the drinks! (VERY important aspect of any event).  They communicated to us through their attentiveness and action that it was their goal to ensure we had a great experience and they most certainly accomplished that and more.   I cannot find the words to express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for the staff and their hard efforts.  They made this day very special for our son and his wife and we are elated.  We have a lot of relationships with different organizations and will most definitely be referring Joel, the staff and Ignite Gaming!  Thank you again for such an amazing time!!

Was at Ignite for a birthday party. The place is very nice, well maintained. The kids (9yr old party) had a great time. I have never seen a party where the kids were quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to the family throwing the party. This was our first time here but have already made plans to come back over the kids Christmas break

So I mentioned this same employee in my first review but after going back again, the employee I mentioned previously has a huge attitude problem. She's just very snippy with customers and acts like she can't be bothered to help you when in fact it IS her job to be bothered to help customers because that's what she gets paid to do. And the second time we went we had a server who was kind of oblivious. He somehow managed to give wonderful service to the people sitting next to us but walked past us many times without checking in. This is a really great place I think the staff just needs some more time to develop and figure things out.

I held my son's 15th birthday party here this afternoon. Apparently they open before normal business hours to host birthday parties for minor guests as they are normally a 18-and-over establishment. My son and his 7 friends had an excellent time. They reported that the Internet speeds were extremely fast, and that the computer equipment as well as the peripherals such as the keyboard and mouse were top-of-the-line and in great working order. Even the chairs at the gaming stations were apparently high-end gaming chairs. The server that helped us was a guy named Dakota, a young fellow who was pretty helpful. I like the looks of the place, and would even consider booking a party there myself for an after work event or for a bunch of friends to hang out. They had a full bar (of course it wasn't open for my son's party) but is generally open when they are a normal 18 and over establishment.

I can't begin to describe how wonderful this place was to host my son's wedding reception. I worked closely with Joel A. to make this night special for him and his bride. With a month to find a venue and begin preparations, it was perfect!!!! The raw space that they have is amazing to say the least. It has a modern feel as it is a gaming place but yet was able to be transformed into a romantic space. Joel and the whole staff there were so accommodating, helpful and fun. They were always available for all the crazy suggestions that I had. They literally were there to help and answer any questions that I had. I wouldn't think twice about booking with them! I think I got my money's worth and more. Wish there was a way to give them more than just 5 stars. Great job guys and thank you for going above and beyond!

We threw an 11th birthday party for my son here with 7 of his friends and it was amazing! It was such an easy process and they were so accommodating with all of our requests! A host came with the package and she took such good care of us. Also, the pizza there is legit. It was so stress free, how could you not have a birthday party here again? We loved our experience and would definitely come back.

Had such an amazing time here. Was my first time here and honestly didn't expect it to be a bunch of video games and amazing drinks. I first thought it was just arcade games. Cheska and Becky definitely made my visit worth it. Will definitely be back because of them two!

I've been to many gaming lounges several years ago. This by far is one of the nicest i've ever seen

Great place for literally anyone. There's all kinds of consoles that you can play on. If you want to relax and play video games and just have a different experience than just being at home then this is the place to come too. There's a bar and a server who brings you water and it's filled with a nice genuine staff. Would recommend this to all types of people.

You know I've tried this place out twice within a year span for each time I went. The first time I went, I went with a friend of mine and because we love playing video games and wanted to try it out. We paid for 3 hours and played on PC. We literally spent an hour of that time trying to get into a lobby together. We couldn't play with one another for some odd reason so we went through every single game on the PC to try to invite one another. Needles to say it took us over an hour to keep doing it until we just decided to leave. What a waste of our time to sit there for an hour and not even be able to get into a game with one another. So we got our refund. Fast forward to a year later I come back with my girlfriend to try it out again. This time we paid for 1 hour and started with ps4. The game choices were pretty bad, basically a lot of the non popular games and still couldn't play with one another. So we switch to Xbox because of the game selection. After we switch and FINALLY get into a game, HER HEADSET isn't working now. So after we played a game or two trying to figure out what's the issue, we just decided to call it quits and just walk out. I didn't wanna ask for a refund because I was just quite embarrassed. We still had like 20 minutes to play but at that point it was just a waste of money AGAIN. for a place where they charge a lot you would expect for things to work smoothly and not play with the settings on the console yourself for 20 minutes to try and figure out what was going on. I would just tell people to save your money and time and don't bother coming here. ALSO they make you spill out your drink before you come in so you can waste your money on their expensive drinks. So if you bring a fresh bottle of water you can forget about it.
