Great food and atmosphere. Good pricing for the quality of the food and atmosphere (also given that they have a Michelin star). Two areas of improvements 1. Service can be better. My drink pairing for my main dish came after I nearly finished my course and only after I asked for it. 2. The non alcoholic drink pairing can be significantly improved. The first two drinks were basically fruit juice. No one wants a juice with their fine dining experience. Recommend not ordering the non-alcoholic pairing until this has been changed completely.

The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each dish in detail, adding a touch of warmth to the whole experience. Great food, superb services, really love the vibe and hospitality. Chef is so kind to explain the food himself and offer the takeaway snack at the end of course. Reasonable price for 1-Michelin star restaurant.

What sets IGNIV apart from other modern European restaurants is their concept. They’re all about sharing plates, all of which are executed with acute precision, Swiss style. The food is delicious, but it was the presentation that really wowed me away. The interior is modern, light and airy. Service is well-thought-out. Of course, we had to make a stop at their signature candy store for a box of treat. I’m not a dessert person but couldn’t help being swooned by their iconic candy trolley bathed in funky red light.

Yesterday I spent my birthday lunch at IGNIV. A birthday card with my name on it was already placed on the table. I found the exact menu attractive. When I was about to select my main course, I was told that I would be served both the lamb and the Japanese fish.I requested to change the Soufflé which was one of the two desserts in my set menu to the baked apple with ice-cream. It was gladly accepted. I was given a complimentary birthday cake, which was with passion, fruit flavor, and nuts. It was delicious, not too sweet-perfect even though I usually stay away from bakery. A very warm gesture which deserves my support to Marriott as a member for a long time which earned me a discount of 10% -a bonus. For weight control, I ordered hot water without any wine except the English breakfast tea which was served in an elegant tea set with hot milk by the side per my request. The service, ambience, and quality of food were impeccable. Great value. I highly recommend. St Regis is attached to the BTS which was brilliant in view of Bangkok’s heavy traffic. Thank you everyone at St Regis for making my birthday so happy👍

The service was impeccable, with the staff, especially the wine expert "Khun First," offering personalized recommendations that truly elevated the meal. The food itself was both complex and fascinating, with each dish presenting a unique combination of flavors and textures. The sharing concept allowed for a broader tasting journey, making each bite an exciting and memorable experience. Overall, IGNIV perfectly balances exceptional service with innovative, Michelin-starred cuisine.

IGNIV’s unique sharing concept sets them apart from their competitors in the Modern European space. When you first enter the restaurant, the decor is bold and eclectic but as you walk further inside, you’ll find that the interior design is rather safe but elegant. Starting from the snacks, every bite was a surprise! The very definition of being creative and nailing it. I wasn’t too sure what to expect when I read the menu however they managed to hit the ball out of the park with every dish. Their non alcoholic pairings were also great, with the exception of one. Service was flawless, and with Head Chef Arne Riehn at the helm, IGNIV is well on their way to achieving two stars in no time.

The attentive staff, Khun First and Khun Pupae, welcomed us warmly and guided us through a meticulously curated drink at the bar before we start. Each dish was a work of art, showcasing the chef's impeccable skill and passion for flavor. The main course and also many dishes were standout. The presentation of every plate was simply breathtaking. Beyond the exquisite food, the service was exemplary. Staff was knowledgeable, personable, and ensured every detail was perfect. The pace of the meal was great, allowing us to savor each course without feeling rushed. Igniv is a true gem and we are so happy to celebrate here for our special occasion. It is undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants we have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
