What an amazing restaurant! Went today and had the special jay menu during the jay festival. It was absolutely delicious! You can really tell the amount of labor and dedication that goes into making the dishes. I’m so happy that they have a vegan option all year round. Will definitely be back!

My first time at the Swiss-influenced Restaurants. Great food, great Swiss wines that you can taste by glass. The combination of food and wines was memorable. The chef and Sommerlier were very nice and shared with you the detailed story of each wine.

The Summer Tasting Menu was a stunning celebration of seasonal flavors. Every shared dish was beautifully balanced — fresh and inventive. The service was doing an amazing job, always there when you needed them. The signature Candy Store at the end added a perfect touch of joy.

This is my third visit to IGNIV. All the dishes are very impressive and offer good value for a 1 Michelin star restaurant. ⭐️ The experience is consistent and worth the visit. Highly recommended!!! 👍👍👍

An absolute gem. The meal started off with an amuse bouche. Each bite was briefly described and we were recommended to eat them in order, but they under-sold the experience. I knew I was in for a treat as soon as I started with the lobster kadaifi. Each of the four snacks were just sublime but the Egg Royal was a favorite. The asparagus starter was recommended and rightfully so -- it was so good that I mopped up the remaining traces of sauce with a bite of bread. Was excited to try pizokel, which was new to me, and it was well executed but not particularly rememberable. The red mullet with crispy chorizo more than made up for it. We were each served a side of polenta which helped to alternate between flavors. The restaurant has an intimate vibe with a beautiful glass wine cellar and garden view (where herbs for the menu are grown). Service was impeccable with glasses kept full and tableware quickly rotated. At the end of lunch we were taken to a dessert/candy cart and encouraged to fill up a small take-away container. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

The food was significantly below expectations. The flavors leaned overwhelmingly salty and sour, almost as if canned ingredients were simply opened and served. Considering the awards and the premium pricing, it was quite disappointing. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful.
