I placed a fairly large order and received confirmation that it was accepted. During the week the delivery was supposed to be made, several emails were sent requesting confirmation of a test charge on my credit card. Unfortunately, these emails were not sent from the company’s main address but instead from an individual employee’s name, which I did not recognize. Because of this, I did not see the messages in time. As a result, my order was never delivered as scheduled. The items were intended to be Christmas gifts, and their absence caused unnecessary stress and disappointment during the holiday season. I wish the communication had been clearer and sent directly from the company so this issue could have been avoided. When I finally discovered the issue and responded to the person explaining my distress I never even received a reply back

Placed an order for my moms birthday/christmas. Theyr website stated that the order would arrive before the hollidays and that shipping is overnight because of perishable items. The next day i recieve a delayed message on my order but it had been shipped, this is concerning cause of the perishable items not the time. I call Igourmet and customer service tell me that it is delayed but it will be delivered the next day and packed with extra ice so theres no issue; lie #1. The next day afternoon fed ex lets me know the package is delayed again and wont make it for the hollidays but after. At this point im upset, tge website said it would be there and shipping was supposed to be overnight, i dont care how much ice you packed 5 days wont do. So i called igourmet again and spoke with lovely sarah. She was rude and hung up on me after lying about talking to her supervisor... after i called her back and asked her not to hang up and please refund me she finally agreed and i also asked her to please have her supervisor contact me... he didnt, but i did over email. After a short and unhelpful conversation with the manager (or so he claimed to be) he took it upon himself to recall the order that they had me waiting on without letting me know!. So now the 26th after apologizing to my mother about the delay, I find out shes not getting ANYTHING! and not from you guys but from fed ex. I promise i will not stop untill yall make this right.

I got a box from my brother and sister-in-law, unfortunately the cheese was expired! Call customer service and you have to leave message waited 24 hours before a response. They did send another box but one of the cheeses is expired!! When dealing with perishable food there needs to be quality control! Would never order from them!

Terrible customer service. Rude online people to talk to. Will take your order without even knowing they have the item in stock, even though their system will let you buy it. Could not care what you want. Will spend more money to have same products shipped from farther away. Never again

This shop has the largest selection of cheeses, however, at most times 33% - 25% are out of stock or no longer sold, but this is not disclosed. Further, they are the highest priced cheeses, and a ridiculous charge for shipping. The cheeses, when available, are good if you don't mind paying and arm and a leg for both the item and shipping. Customer service is also wanting.

Igourmet was sold recently and it’s obviously NOT the same company. I’m so angry I could scream. I want to know why I spent all that time on the phone with a customer service representative, who assured me that my order would be shipped on the CORRECT date because your new updated website has many bugs in it that I am receiving half of my order today weeks ahead of time? You can’t guarantee that those items are going to be fresh by the time October 7 rolls around and the other thing is you didn’t even keep them cold reaching me. Everything was warm including what we’re supposed to be ice packs. Does today LOOK like October 7??? They owe me replacements on the correct shipping date. And immediate refunds if items are out of stock. They charge a fortune now for shipping and they can’t even get things here cold or even chill to the touch. Seriously they DID NOT even get things here OVERNIGHT or the cold packs would still have some substance to them and actually be cold or chilly. Extreme perishables arrived warm. What a mess. And the joke Is on me for spending money with your company. It’s not the same company obviously. Until now I had been a happy customer for years.

I have orders from gourmet in the past and had no issues. This year, I placed an order for a gift on 12/6. Was notified that it would be delivered on 12/20, pretty slow for a $30 delivery fee on a $129 item. Then notified it would be delivered on 12/ 24. Got another notification it would be 12/25. Was finally delivered on 12/26. Will not be ordering from this company again.

DO NOT recommend! This service is horrible. I do not recommend especially if ordering as a gift where the timing of delivery is important. I ordered multiple baskets for Christmas on December 3rd. Only one was delivered on time. I even followed up and I was repeatedly told delivery would be before Christmas. I receive an email on December 26 that delivery would be on the 27 or 28. No apology! No explanation! They have lost my business for good.
